A Study on Service Process Modeling for the Performance of the Non-face-to-face Call Center (비대면 접점 콜센터의 성과 제고를 위한 서비스 프로세스 모델링에 관한 연구)

  • According to the economic advancement, the position of service industry in GDP has increased. Development of service industry has solved the employment issue and derived the activation of the internal market. It has contributed to demand creation in health care, education, and culture, enhancing competition of the manufacturing industry and entire economic development. By the development of information communication technologies, improvement of the quality of life from those, and changes in the competitive environment, customers, from businesses and public agencies, or the customer's needs are increasing. In these circumstances, companies are operating non-face-to-face contact call center for the purpose to communicate with customers, handle customer complaints, attract and retain new customers. In this study, to improve the performance of the non-face-to-face contact call center, this study tried to derive the call center's 'Service Process Modeling' and future policy assignment by analyzing the problem from the research of the service and process summary, performance evaluation, call center evaluation and etc.

The Effect of Solidarity with Non-Cohabiting Children of the Elderly on Successful Aging (노인의 비동거 자녀와의 결속력이 성공적 노화에 미치는 영향)

  • This study a secondary data analysis study attempted to identify the factors influencing the successful aging of the elderly in Korea. Using the data of the 7th Aging Research Panel in 2018, 4,106 people over 65 years of age who had at least one non-living child and no missing values in the study variables were enrolled. Data were analyzed by frequency analysis, crossover analysis, independent sample t-test, and binary logistic regression analysis. The results of this study revealed that the factors affecting successful aging among elderly included age, the presence or absence of a spouse, education level, housing type, subjective health, exercise, alcohol drinking, and non-face-to-face contact frequency with non-cohabiting children, and the explanatory power of the variables was 24.1%. In order for the elderly to achieve successful aging, centering on child ties, the frequency of non-face-to-face contact, which can comfort the elderly's life and increase the satisfaction of life in a continuous relationship, is more important than having children live close and meet frequently. Based on this study, various strategies are needed for the successful aging of elderly people who are socially isolated due to concerns about COVID-19 infection.

A Study on Edutech Types and Utilization of School Libraries in a Non-face-to-face Educational Environment (비대면 교육 환경에서 학교도서관의 에듀테크 유형과 활용에 관한 연구)

  • This study aims to retrospectively review how school libraries utilized digital educational tools in a non-face-to-face environment during the pandemic, and to suggest types of digital educational tools suitable for use in the New Normal. Initially, a list of edutech used in schools during the pandemic was compiled by reviewing previous studies. By grasping the frequency of use of edutech expert teachers and librarian teachers, the list of edutech was readjusted to the type of edutech that can be used in school libraries. The use of edutech by school libraries during the pandemic, as reported in the 'School Library Journal,' was analyzed and integrated the previous list of edutech. As a result, edutech suitable for school libraries was categorized into five main areas: management, communication, productivity, consumption, and evaluation. Additionally, specific edutch examples for each category were presented, based on insights from the 'School Library Journal.'

  • The generalization of social distancing due to the COVID-19 pandemic has rapidly spread non-face-to-face services, accelerating the speed of non-face-to-face digital conversion technology. The importance of telemedicine, a remote service, has been rekindled in the wearable technology including the medical industry. In a situation where it is not easy for any company to overcome the COVID-19 pandemic, it is a time when collaboration within the industry or between competitors is necessary. In addition to the digital-based online exhibition hall using AR-VR-MR technology, which is a major core technology of the future industry, virtual stores that can receive services such as actual shopping should be actively used. Paradoxically COVID-19 will provide new opportunities to reshape and reconnect the future of the textile and fashion industry. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the current status of wearable technology products being developed as fashion items for the prevention of COVID-19 and analyze their characteristics. This study results can be used as basic data for future research on the fashion industry and education.

  • This study was conducted to understand how to derive educational methods to efficiently improve class satisfaction for 130 college students who experienced non-face-to-face classes during the last Covid-19. The appropriateness of class time, improvement of learning effect, continuity of non-face-to-face classes, and use of educational media were set as items corresponding to class satisfaction. Research was attempted to derive an educational method for efficient class satisfaction improvement by grasping the difference and relationship between variables.

  • COVID-19로 인한 외부환경요인의 변화는 2020학년도 1학기부터 대학교육시스템에 큰 변화를 일으켰다. 초기에는 비대면으로 변화된 수업 환경에서 필요한 수업 방법으로 전환하는 데 급급하였다면 비대면 상황이 지속되면서 대면 학습의 실재감을 제공하고 학습효과를 높이는 구체적인 요인 파악과 수업 적용이 필요하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 비대면으로 이루어지는 컴퓨터공학 분야의 대표적인 실습기반 교과목인 프로그래밍 수업에서 대면 수업의 실재감을 제공하기 위해 강의동영상 수업과 실시간 수업을 활용하여 수업주제 맞춤형 비대면 혼합형 수업 방법을 적용한 후 설문 조사를 통해 혼합형 수업에서 학습자의 참여수준(태도)가 대면수업 수준의 실재감에 미치는 영향을 조사·분석하였다. 이를 통해 비대면 수업에서는 비대면 환경에서 학습자의 상호작용을 위한 수업 참여 수준(태도)가 대면 수준으로 학습효과를 높이는데 가장 큰 영향을 미친 것으로 조사·분석하였다.

  • 코로나 팬더믹의 장기화에 따른 비대면 환경에서 대면 수업의 실재감을 제공하는 다양한 교수·학습 방법에 대한 시도가 이루어지고 있다. 실제 수업 현장에서는 대면수업과 다른 환경에서 학습자의 수준과 특성에 맞는 수업 설계의 필요성 또한 대두되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 플립러닝을 기반으로 한 비대면 프로그래밍 수업에서 학업성취도에 따른 학습 참여 수준과 실재감의 차이를 분석하여, 맞춤형 학습역량 강화를 위한 교수 방안을 모색하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 강의 동영상 수업과 상호작용을 포함한 플립러닝 기반 실시간 수업을 혼합하여 수업한 후 설문을 통해 학업성취도에 따른 학습자들의 학습 참여 수준, 교수 실재감과 학습 실재감을 조사한 결과, 학업성취도 가장 높은 학습자일수록 학습 참여도 높고, 다음 수준의 학습자들이 교수 실재감과 학습 실재감은 가장 높은 것으로 조사·분석되었다. 이를 통해 학업성취도에 기반하여 학습자별 맞춤형 교수방안을 제시하였다.

  • The purpose of this study is to develop and apply curriculum activities using non-face-to-face wearable technology in a pandemic situation. It is to improve the creative convergence learning ability of college students. Based on the results of 5 preliminary studies, 8 courses were conducted for 16 university students at A University in Seoul. In conclusion, real-time non-face-to-face interaction with professional professors in each field played a major role in improving the creative convergence learning competency of college students. This point shows the possibility of future-oriented creative convergence talent development along with the expandability of wearable technology in university education.

  • The ODR can be categorized into four distinctive types. First type is the asynchronous non-demeanour method. Second type is the asynchronous demeanour method. Third type is the synchronous demeanour method. Fourth type is the synchronous demeanour method. A typical example of the asynchronous and non-demeanour method is e-mail. The example of the synchronous and non-demeanour method is tele conference. The example of the asynchronous demeanour method is video recordings. The example of synchronous and demeanour method is video conference. The primary benefit of e-mail is to avoid the physical violence. But the costs of email is the lack of emotional aspects of disputants. The benefits of tele conference is ease of use, and reduces the negative aspects of face to face communication. but the costs are limitation of the exchange of written information. The benefits of video conference is the approximation of face to face communication by providing oral as well as visual communication. but it is insufficient to represent eye contact. The common limitations of ODR are as follows. First is the lack of human face. Second is the neutrality of arbitrators and mediators. Third is the authenticity of electronic document. Fourth is the digital divide across South and North and generations. Fifth is the cross-cultural communication. The development strategy of ODR is the training and education of arbitrators and mediators in the area of writing skill. Furthermore, it is necessary to supplement the weakness of email via diverse kinds of expressions to show emotions. Finally, it is necessary to train neutrals in the area of cross-cultural communication.

Analysis of the Spread of Non-face-to-face Educational Environment using Metaverse (메타버스를 이용한 비대면 교육환경의 확산 현황 분석)

  • 본 연구는 최근 2년(2019.12.1.~2021. 11.30)간 빅카인즈를 이용하여 '메타버스 AND 비대면 교육' 키워드가 포함된 뉴스 검색 결과 1148건을 바탕으로 관계도 분석, 연관어 키워드 빈도수 및 연관어 가중치 분석을 하였다. 첫째, 관계도 분석에서 가중치 '5'로 적용한 12개의 키워드 가중치로 코로나19(64), 아바타(43), 코로나(22), 유니버스(21), 게더타운(15), 패러다임(12), 신입사원(12), 로블록스(7)로 나타났다. 둘째, 연관어 키워드 월간 빈도수로는 2019.12~ 2020.9(0건), 2020.10(1건), 2021.3(19건), 2021.4(34건), 2021.6(72건), 2021.9 (196건), 2021.11애는 233건으로 급격하게 증가하였다. 셋째 키워드와의 연관성(가중치/키워드 빈도수)으로 코로나19(113.96/515), 가상세계(67.75/ 344), 메타버스(58.36/103), 메타(49.8/5730), 가상공간(45.57/380) 순이었다. 이 분석 결과에서 위드코로나 시대의 비대면 교육으로 메타버스에 기반을 둔 가상공간 활용 교육은 더욱 증가될 것으로 예상된다.
