With the development of information and communication technology, online fractional investment platforms have emerged through the convergence of online platform technology and new investment techniques for asset-backed derivatives. In this study, the concept and previous studies of the online fractional investment platform business, commercialization models and service processes, market status, and pending discussions and alternatives were presented. Recently, the Securities and Futures Commission's decision on securitization of split ownership has become an important guide to the stable business sustainability of platform operators, but academic research is needed according to the current status and case analysis. To identify specific market issues, examples of representative online fractional investment securitization platform businesses such as "MusiCow" for music copyright, "Tessa" based on art, "Kasa" for real estate, "Piece" based on real assets, and "BangCow" for Korean beef shipments were analyzed. Through the case analysis of this study, the characteristics of the business model according to the basic assets of the online fractional investment platform were compared and presented. Since most business models are judged to be securitic, they must comply with the provisions of the Capital Markets Act or be recognized as the target of innovative financial services. From a practical point of view, it is meaningful in that it presented improvement directions that online fractional securitization platform operators should consider and organized institutional considerations for investor protection.

The purpose of this study was to examine the current status of elderly sports both domestically and internationally, and to explore strategies for the activation of Silver Taekwondo as one of the sports disciplines for the elderly. To investigate the status of elderly sports globally, press releases and statistical data from various national public institutions and sports facilities (including the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Ministry of Health and Welfare, the Korean Statistical Information Service, e-National Indicators, and the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation) were collected. Comparative analysis with related papers, journals, and books led to the following findings for activating Silver Taekwondo. Firstly, elderly sports in South Korea are primarily conducted through welfare centers, with a preference for dance, yoga, and music, while martial arts, including Taekwondo, had a lower preference rate. To increase participation in Silver Taekwondo, a variety of marketing approaches, similar to those used internationally, such as experiential case studies in media, film production, distribution, and telephone promotions, are necessary. Secondly, the development of Silver Taekwondo programs tailored to the training targets and the cultivation of instructors capable of executing these programs are needed. The development of programs should involve collaboration with Taekwondo institutions, dojangs, universities, and lifelong education centers, requiring the participation of majoring students and elderly sports instructors.

Early childhood cultural and artistic education is a process of expressing oneself and understanding society, which has a great impact on the lives of young children. It utilizes the principle of individualization, which means that individual diversity should be considered because each toddler has different developmental characteristics; the principle of play-centeredness, which means that toddlers form active attitudes toward experiential activities through enjoyment through play; the principle of integration, which is the foundation for holistic development; and the principle of direct experience, which means that toddlers have the experience of touching and manipulating materials. In the introduction, children are encouraged to explore and think about materials, read and share books together, and express their thoughts creatively through artistic expressions such as art, music, physical expression, drama, movies, and photography in the first and second phases. In this study, six historical parks in Seoul is analyzed. Based on the analysis, the representative values of the historical parks in Seoul draw three criteria such as historicity, educational attributes, and sociality, and also the type of historic and cultural resources, spatial functions and arrangements, circulation and accessibility, and the type and usage of introduced facilities. Consequently the current status and improvement plan is suggested as follows. First, cultural assets oriented historical parks such as Sayuksin Bongeun and Seonnongdan historical Park focus on the management based on the preservation of historic and cultural resources. Non designated cultural heritages oriented historic parks such as Shingye Yanghwajin Itaewon-bugundang historic park should focus on the usages the symbolize and commemorate historic and cultural resources. Second, Careful attitudes on the historicity of the park are needed in the mixed type of historic and cultural resources that determine the identity such as Yanghwajin Itaewon-bugundang historic park. Third, the rate of facilities in Bongeun and Shingye historical park is increased due to the renovation of religion facilities, rather than the neighborhood parks. The autonomy of regulations that does not have the limits of the area of park facilities weaken the publicity of the historical parks. Fourth, Shingye historical park suggest changing its name into Danggogae martyrs' shrine historical park. because its historic and cultural resources are included as the historic park is named. Fifth, the current problems such as numerous uncontrolled entrances, mixed uses in circulation, and accessible failure due to the closure are recognized. Therefore, the entrances and circulations should be articulated clearly in order to increase opportunities of experience for visitors in the historic and cultural resources, and also neighborhood facility should be suitably divided. Sixth, the park facilities in the neighborhood parks are introduced equally in Seoul historical parks. The uses and arrangements that considered the circumstance of the historical parks should be determined in the cultural facilities such as outdoor music hall and sporting facilities. Seventh, historic facilities that named historic hall, culture hall, memorial hall, and promotion hall in the historic parks are utilized for convenience and religion facilities. Institutional framework should be examined to keep publicity in the historic parks by spatial privatization of the specific group.
