Frequent hydro-meteorological events caused by global climate change and human exacerbate activities, make the water resource problem more complicated. The increasing speed urbanization brings a significant impact on the city flood control and security, water supply safety, water ecological security, water environment safety and the water engineering security in China, and puts forward higher requirements to urban water integrated management, undoubtedly which become the biggest obstacle for water ecological civilization construction, thus urgent requiring an advanced methods to enhance the effectiveness of the water integrated management. The other fields of smart ideas point out a development path for water resource development. The construction demand of smart water resource is expounded in the paper, combining the philosophy of modern Internet of things with the application of cloud computing technology. The concept of smart water resource is analyzed, the connotation characteristics of smart water resource is extracted, and the general model of smart water resource is refined. Then, the frame structure of smart water resource is put forward. The connotation and the overall framework of the smart water resource represent a higher level of water resource informationization development and provide a comprehensive scientific and technological support to transform water resource management from an extensive, passive, static, branch and traditional management to a fine, active, dynamic, collaborative and modern management.

The purpose of this study is to analyze common features and methodological differences of PN-spatial characteristics found in architectural theories and works of contemporary young architects in Japan, such as Sou Fujimoto, Yo shimada, Keisuke Maeda and Junya Ishigami. These architects have paid attention to space between nature and inner space and have tried to establish their own architectural theory on that. Such space is ambiguous and PN-spatial in a way that it has features of both nature and inner space. Ambiguousness is a characteristic of modern architecture and PN-spatial characteristics are one of the features of Japanese architecture. This study aims to analyze the architectural theories and works of contemporary young architects in Japan from the perspective of PN-space and to draw methodological differences and common features. Their theories and works have common features in terms of 'ambiguous spatial boundary', 'unregulated spatial territory', 'detoured circulation' and 'architectural motifs', but each has their own methodology. To sum up, the works and theories of the Japanese young architects contain the philosophy and discourse of modern architecture in general. To be sure, they clearly have characteristics of Japanese architecture, which needs to be studied constantly.
This article defines the characteristics of Korean vegetarianism by tracing the changes in the core motives revealed in the historical development of the vegetarian movement that started in the West. We further explore and compare the limitations of the vegetarian movement conceived in the West with the essential values, 'How can Korean vegetarian culture gain the upper hand?'. Our results indicate that the sequential changes of the motives inherent to the flow of the modern vegetarian movement were <religious-philosophy>, <political-society>, and <healthy-nutrition>. This settled the transition from 'vegetarianism as an ideological form' to 'vegetarianism as a lifestyle', making it a more becoming way of life. However, along with the spread of 'vegetarian lifestyle as a form of life', commercial vegetarianism, which overshadows the essential value of vegetarianism, continued to flourish due to the modern capitalist industrial system. To curb commercialization, the necessity arose to establish a new vegetarian diet with a propensity towards an 'ecological-environmental point of view'. Thus, in order to establish the term and concept of a vegetarian diet for Korean vegetarian characteristics, we propose the formation of a vegetarian term and concept suitable for the Korean vegetarian culture.
This study is intended to understand an implication system and significance in the current community which a body image symbolizes by correlating it with fashion that is on the rise as a principal issue in various fields. For this study, the symbolism of the body image was contemplated in terms of philosophy and art, and then on the basis of it, the symbolism of the body image shown in modern fashion design was analyzed through fashion works. The research results are as follows, 1. The manifestation of sex can be taken as the symbolism of the body image which is expressed in modern fashion design. Recently sexual chaos and vagueness such as homosexuality and bisexuality are expressed through a dress and its ornaments. Though displaying sexual characteristics of male and female as they are exposing a sign or a diagram, decorating a part of body or representing sex in garments, uncertain sex identity in modern society is manifested in dress and its ornaments. It is to deny absoluteness regarding sex and emphasize diversity indwelt in human beings, and after all it shows to pursue the human essence. 2. Another symbolism of the body image is body expression as the human race and an ethnic group. The discriminating situations and the restoration of their status appeared in modern fashion too. Moreover, their cultures and issues came to alter the aesthetic standard of body made from a view of the Western white supremacist. Hereupon, fashion trends like ethnic fashion, Orientalism and African look etc. appear according to this tendency, which represents race and national identity and in addition, which signifies to present transcendental human conception embracing alienated human conception. 3. The symbolism of the body image expressed in a body, and a dress and its ornaments as nature can be considered in terms of the concern on environmental contamination and the respect of echo system. Getting away from reigning over, developing and stamping down nature at their will, the human beings pursue unity with nature, which is described in fashion. They are stressing that natural materials and objects such as animal, plant and soil etc. should activily be introduced into fashion and humans are a communal fate group and should reframe their status in nature at last. 4. The body image shown in a body, a dress and its ornaments as technology is transformed and recreated by modern scientific techniques and medical science to show post human conception namely, forthcoming future human conception as a cyborg which loses individual identity. This presents a perfect future human conception with high level of preternatural power but after all, leaves us a task to seek the meaning of human existence in alienation caused by the loss of human identity and existence. In this manner, the moderns crave for perceiving the identity of a natural human being in the current thoughts tendency of the modern times such as postmodernism, post structuralism, deconstructionism, feminism and so on, which build discussions affecting the art and fashion worlds. The categories, like sexual characteristics indwelt in a human body, racial classifications, the natural environment surrounding human beings and development of science, bring out the importance of the internal and external meaning in today's fashion which a human body contains, and present sew human conception in the coming future society.
The purpose of this study is to understand traditional values, attitudes, the methods of expression and to develop Korean-style counseling method through the life and philosophy of Yeonam Park Ji Won. This study found the value of counseling in the life and philosophy of Yeonam Park Ji Won and extracted the counseling elements. Finally, this study systematized them as the counselor's good attitude, the counselor's ability for human relationships and the counseling strategy for helping other people. The counselor's attitude which we can learn from Yeonam is to give a deep impression, to converse making other's thought to expand, to initiate other people into the way of enjoying life, to scold for other's desirable change and growth, to use various cautionary topic, to make use of a good sense of humor, to make use of a creative methods, to make other people to mature in their ability. It is meaningful that this study systematized the counselor's good attitude and counseling strategy which are able to be used in modern counseling through the life and philosophy of Yeonam. In the future, it can be developed into more worthy counseling knowledge which can be used in reality through continuous study and verification.
This study was performed to derive a new business administration framework based on the service philosophy established in the previous research. We proposed a business administration system that reflects the changes of modern economic society and solves problems of existing business administration. The problem of the existing business administration is analyzed by analyzing the essential problems of business administration as a discipline and the practical problems of current business administration. New management theory must have a status as an intrinsic discipline, so it must meet the common principles of human society. The principles of universe and the life principle of mankind, which are the environment in which human beings live, were reflected. As a result of deriving these common principles, qualification requirements as the intrinsic disciplines of business administration can be defined. The new business administration discipline is constructed in three fields. Business philosophy, a theory of manager, and business administration skills are three sub-fields of new business administration. We define the detailed structure of each field of new business administration and present the main research topics. In the future, further research is needed to deepen the culture of essence in business administration, and it is necessary to study the construction of the new business administration theory in detailed field.
This paper reviews how $J{\ddot{u}}rgen$ Moltmann embraces and transforms the philosophy of Ernst Bloch. For what are the hopes of the two thinkers who presuppose opposing worldviews? This question will provide a good opportunity to look at how different religious types, based on different worldviews in modern philosophy of religion, can understand and communicate with one another. Ernst Bloch was a philosopher who originally interpreted Judeo-Christian thought through Marxism and Persian Dualism and helped to carry out the intrinsic criticism of the doctrine of Christian eschatology by developing atheism of Christianity into a philosophy of hope. Bloch and Moltmann deal with the concepts of future, humanity, nation, and hope in the eschatological horizon, but their worldviews are so different. For example, the connection between the Beginning and Ending, Disjunction or Continuation, the Core of Existence and Resurrection, Messianism and Marxism, Atheism and Theism, Persian Dualism and Judeo-Christian Monotheism. Therefore, a one-sided interpretation that ignores worldview differences in the hopes of these two thinkers should be avoided. Moltmann actively embraced the Messianism of the Jewish thinker, Bloch, by excluding Marxism, made the spectrum of broad-minded horizons diminished in the union of Messianism and Marxism. Moltmann replaced the utopian possibilities of matter in the Ontology of Not-Yet-Being, with the resurrection of Christ, who was crucified, and with the God of Creation and the God of Exodus. By overthrowing the position of atheism in Christianity, which was very important for Bloch, with the system of Trinitarian Monotheism, it resulted in the disconnection and conflict between the Old Testament and the New Testament, especially the ignorance of the tension between God the Lord and Jesus Christ.
I believe that establishing the purpose of research on the MZ generation's communication is an important first step in understanding this generation's unique communication style and analyzing its influence. Research on the MZ generation's communication identifies the communication characteristics of the MZ generation and the communication tools and platforms used by the MZ generation, such as social media and messenger apps, and analyzes how they differ from the existing generation. I can understand. It has been shown that the MZ generation can live happily in modern society without a complicated philosophy or a clear philosophy of life. This does not mean that life is meaningless or confusing. The MZ generation can be satisfied with simple and concrete solutions to the meaning of life, and can live without the need to completely systematize everything. At present, while the East Asian thoughts are world-widely attract public attention, the education of philosophy in our society remains at the stage of mostly borrowing the Western texts and methods. This study assumes that the youth cannot feel happy from their own studies while they spend lots of time and make great efforts for them, since they don't have their own determined dreams with resolute will, that is, not having one's own sense of sovereignty. In addition, as for the solution to this, based upon the contents of "chapter of moral training" in Gyeokmongyogyeol, realization and cultivation of one's own sense of sovereignty are reviewed, and the methods for philosophical thinking of the youth are proposed. It is considered that Confucianism in the Joseon Dynasty will contribute to the philosophical practice through the process of philosophical thinking if the methods for philosophy education are developed and directly applied to the spot of education through the above research. In addition, the youth in our country will realize that training in philosophical thinking is a practical process that can be achieved by themselves in their learning process.
Louisiana Museum of Modern Art near Copenhagen is the most visited art museum in Denmark. It was originally founded by the director of the time, Knud W. Jensen and designed by two Danish architects, Vilhelm Wohlert and J${\o}$rgen Bo. The first part of the museum was built and opened to the public in 1958. The first part consisted of just a few exhibition spaces and glass corridors. But museum has been expanded step by step into a large park-like museum throughout 40 years of time. Louisiana museum has a unique environment in which art, architecture and nature are inter-related together. There was a very clear background for this museum atmosphere that was created by Knud W. Jensen from the very beginning. He wanted to make 'a sculptural park' or 'a low pavilion in the park'. The concept of 'park' was the key element. The architects, especially Vilhelm Wohlert who studied at the western area of the United States and influenced by the bay area architecture as well as the oriental wooden structure, interacted with the director's idea fully and made an invisible architecture in which 'Experience of Space' is the most important aspect. This thesis aims to analyze several crucial spaces of the museum and to find a hidden design characteristics. Chapter 2&3 explains general backgrounds and main design philosophy. Chapter 4 studies each parts' spatial experience and design methods with 3-dimensional diagrams. Chapter 5 tries to make an overall design characteristics that underlines the whole museum environment. The significance of Louisiana museum is not only in the fact that it is the most visited, but also in the fact that the role of architecture is to make a better environment where human and art are harmonized together within nature. The utopian idea of the founder started in doubt almost 50 years ago has been already successful in this small but vibrant park.
