물류비용 추정 모델에 관한 연구 - 군 물류 적용 중심으로 (A Study on Estimating of Cost in the logistics - Apply for the military logistics)

  • 현재의 제조의 원가 절감 차원에서 물류비용에 대한 많은 관심을 가지고 있다. 하지만, 그에 대한 물류비용에 대한 정확한 추정에 대해서는 계산이 복잡할뿐더러 제품의 운송거리나 제품의 무게 및 수량등 선형적인 값으로 나타내는 방법을 주로 사용하여 비용만을 예측할 뿐이다. 물류비용에 대한 세부적인 산출에 대한 연구보다는 전체적인 비용을 산출하는데 많은 연구가 진행되어 왔었다. 그리고 어느 특정 제품에 대한 물류비용에 대한 추정과 예측하는 연구에 대해서는 부족한 형편이다. 일반 기업에서는 하드웨어에서의 원가비용절감에 한계를 느끼고 물류에서의 비용을 절감을 위해 많은 연구가 이루어진 반면 군에서는 물류비용 추정에 관해서는 연구가 많이 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 논문에서는 군에서의 물류의 흐름에 맞는 물류 네트워크를 제안하고 물류 네트워크상에서의 비용 모델을 제시하여 군에서의 물류비용을 추정하였다. 그리고 이에 대한 분석과 함께 물류네트 워크상에서의 물류비용 절감을 위한 방법을 제시하였다.

군대급식 취사장 운영 현황 조사 (Investigation of Military Foodservice Operation)

  • The present study attempted to investigate the military foodservice operation by conducting survey to foodservice managers. Surveys for managers of military foodservice operations were conducted in November, 2008 by visiting Consolidated Army Logistics School located in Daejeon during the time of training. Surveys for military foodservice officers and dietitian were sent by mail. The questionnaire was composed of the questions asking the general operation of military canteen, the self-concious specialty of military foodservice, and the needs assigning dietitian to each military unit. From the results of this study, it came up with the needs to draw up the plan to improve the foodservice specialty of canteen managers. One of the solution would assign dietitian to each military foodservice unit. Also, the facilities need to be equipped for various way of cooking to improve the satisfaction of soldiers. The results of this study would provide the data for making policy as well as arose academic interest to military foodservice.

Acoustic emission localization in concrete using a wireless air-coupled monitoring system

  • The contact acoustic emission (AE) monitoring system is time-consuming and costly for monitoring concrete structures in large scope, in addition, the great difference in acoustic impedance between air and concrete makes the detection process inconvenient. In this work, we broaden the conventional AE source localization method for concrete to the non-contact (air-coupled) micro-electromechanical system (MEMS) microphones array, which collects the energy-rich leaky Rayleigh waves, instead of the relatively weak P-wave. Finite element method was used for the numerical simulations, it is shown that the propagation velocity of leaky Rayleigh waves traveling along the air-concrete interface agrees with the corresponding theoretical properties of Lamb wave modes in an infinite concrete slab. This structures the basis for implementing a non-contact AE source location approach. Based on the experience gained from numerical studies, experimental studies on the proposed air-coupled AE source location in concrete slabs are carried out. Finally, it is shown that the locating map of AE source can be determined using the proposed system, and the accuracy is sufficient for most field monitoring applications on large plate-like concrete structures, such as tunnel lining and bridge deck.

  • 전쟁사를 연구하는 목적은 과거의 전쟁을 이해함으로써 얻어지는 교훈을 통해 전쟁을 사전에 예방하기 위함일 뿐만 아니라 유사시, 과거 전쟁에서와 같은 동일한 실수를 범하지 않음으로써 적으로부터 전쟁에서 승리를 얻기 위함이다. 이러한 이유로 국내 외적으로 전쟁사에 대한 연구가 지속적으로 진행되었으며, 현재에도 다수의 연구가 수행되고 있다. 하지만, 전쟁사에 대한 많은 연구 중 대부분이 정성적인 분석을 통해서만 전쟁사를 분석하여 왔다. 본 연구에서는 전쟁사에 대한 정성적 분석에 추가하여 시뮬레이션을 이용한 정량적 분석 방법을 제시하고자 한다. 연구사례로는 나폴레옹의 모스크바 원정을 중심으로 전쟁에 미치는 군수지원의 중요성을 정량적으로 분석하였다. 또한, 이를 토대로, 나폴레옹군의 군수지원 실패 요인과 이를 통해 교훈을 도출하였다. 본 논문은 전쟁사를 연구함에 있어 정성적 분석 방법과 함께 정량적 분석 방법을 제시하였다는데 의의가 있다.

  • This paper considers the shortest path problem combined with Min-Min-Sum objective for solving the problem of the military logistics. This paper develops a polynomial-time algorithm for the optimal solution. To analyze the real combat situation, the ability time and distance time of communication line are considered. The complexities of algorithm between previous study and the algorithm developed in this paper is presented. Finally we provide a simple example of application with randomly generated problem.

Second, Introduce an Logistic Revolving Fund in other to reduce the procurement lead time & assure flexible procurement all year round. Third, Reestabilish supply step stages and reduce stock level which is authorized stock amount in logistic support unit. Fourth, Estabilish civilian - military integrated military supplies distribution system to improve the efficiency of logistics.

요격미사일 배치문제에 대한 하이브리드 유전알고리듬 적용방법 연구 (An Application of a Hybrid Genetic Algorithm on Missile Interceptor Allocation Problem)

  • A hybrid Genetic Algorithm is applied to military resource allocation problem. Since military uses many resources in order to maximize its ability, optimization technique has been widely used for analysing resource allocation problem. However, most of the military resource allocation problems are too complicate to solve through the traditional operations research solution tools. Recent innovation in computer technology from the academy makes it possible to apply heuristic approach such as Genetic Algorithm(GA), Simulated Annealing(SA) and Tabu Search(TS) to combinatorial problems which were not addressed by previous operations research tools. In this study, a hybrid Genetic Algorithm which reinforces GA by applying local search algorithm is introduced in order to address military optimization problem. The computational result of hybrid Genetic Algorithm on Missile Interceptor Allocation problem demonstrates its efficiency by comparing its result with that of a simple Genetic Algorithm.

군수지원 분야 서비스품질 평가 및 재방문의도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Evaluation of the Service Quality and Revisit Intention in the Defense Logistics Support)

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest the direction of improving service quality in the defense logistics support. For this, this study compares and analyzes the perceived service quality between customer(using unit) and defense logistics support unit by using SERVPERF model. Supply, military meals, and maintenance are carrying out the mission as core function of defense logistics support and also encounter with customer. In this empirical analysis, the service quality is composed of four factors, and there are significant difference in perception level of service quality between them. Also, the relationship between factors of service quality and revisit intention shows significant difference statistically, and the customer orientation and responsiveness are key affecting factors on revisit intention.

RAM 요소설계 목표값 연구 (A Study on the RAM Object Values)

  • In the weapon system development/operation stage, the goals of RAM activities are to support the cost effective performance optimization in design and operation supports. In the study, the main contents are as follows; 1) To establish the operational concept and circumstance of the subsequent tank, the combat/operation scenario, the operational mode summary and mission profile for subsequent tank development are analyzed. 2) To evaluate the administrative and logistics down time for subsequent tank, the prefigured logistics circumstance and maintenance system are analyzed. 3) To calculate the RAM object values, a mathematical model for the user are developed. 4) To examinate the propriety of the RAM object values, the combat readiness are reviewed. The obtained RAM object values are provided to predict and analyze for the combat readiness, staying power, mission reliability, equipment availability and the logistic support capability.

  • Purpose: The RAM objective is a very important factor that has a great effect on the improvement of the operation ration during the operation maintenance and the reduction of the life cycle cost. It is used as a design criterion during the system development, and its sufficiency should be evaluated during its test evaluation. Method: This study analyzed the cases related to RAM objective setting and suggested the improvement measures. Result: The base data for RAM objective is OMS/MP, which needs to be drawn up under the supervision of the requirement military, and a high-accuracy operating availability should be set through ALDT calculation which reflects the military logistics support environment. In addition, data collection necessary for RAM objective and RAM analysis should be made by supplementing the input data of DELIIS. Conclusion: This study suggests improvement of RAM objective considering for the weapon system.
