이하선 타액내 Parotid Middle-Band Protein(Pm)의 유전적 다형현상에 관한 연구 (Genetic Polymorphism of Parotid Middle Band protein(Pm) in a Korean Population)

  • It is known that human saliva includes various kinds of salivaru proteins that show genetic polymorphism. Withrespect to salivary protein polymorphism, this study was conducted on 160 healthy Koreans between the ages of 20 and 29 chosen randomly : their parotid slaiva was collected, freeze-dried, and horizontally electrophoresed over acid-urea starch gel. Aluminum lactate-lactic acid was also used as buffer solution. The gel was stained with amidoblack 10B/1% acetic acid solution, and then destained with 0.5M H2SO4 solution. Accordingly, the parotid middle-band protein(Pm) identified, and its phenotypes and gene frequency were obtained. The obtined results were as follows : 1. The phenotypes of parotid middle band protein(Pm) observed in parotid saliva of the 160 Koreans were Pm(+) in 91 people (56.9%) and Pm(-) in 69 people (43.1%) 2. The gene frequency of Pm+ was 0.343, and that of Pm-waw 0.657. 3. The gene frequency of parotid middle band protein (Pm) obtained from Korean's parotid saliva was midway between that of Japanese and Chinese.

  • 본 연구에서는 주변 환경이 복잡하고 토양의 특성이 잘 알려지지 않은 지역에서는 적용이 가능한 중파대역 유효 대지 도전율 계산법을 제안하였다. 제안된 방법은 해안 기지국에서 측정된 전계 강도와 일반적인 중파대역 감쇠 모델을 이용하여 유효 대지 도전율을 계산하며, 오차를 최소화하기 위해 통계적인 방법을 이용하였다. 다음으로, 제안된 방법을 이용하여 국내의 중파대역 유효 대지 도전율을 얻었으며, 전계 강도 비교 및 오차 분석을 통해 제안된 방법의 정확도와 유용성을 확인하였다.

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the polymorphism in parotid middle-band protein(Pm) of the patients with diabetes mellitus. Saliva from the parotid glands was collected from 60 healthy Korean who were live in Kwan-ju and from 33 diabetes mellitus patients who had more than 140mg/dl of fasting blood sugar for on week. In the saliva collected from parotid glands, Pm was analyzed to evaluate the distribution of phenotype using acid-urea starch gel elecrophores is The following results were obtained : 1. The phenotypes of parotid middle band protein(Pm) observed in parotid saliva of the control group(60 people) were Pm(+) in 38 people (63.3%) and Pm(-) in 22 people (36.7%). The gene frequency of Pm+ was0.394, and that of Pm- was 0.606. 2. The phenotypes of parotid middle band protein(Pm) observed in parotid saliva of the diabetes mellitus patient group(33 patients) were Pm(+) n 21 patients(63.6%) and Pm(-) in 12 patients (36.4%). The gene frequency of Pm+ was 0.397, and that of Pm- was 0.693 3. Pm dose not have significant differences between phenotypes on both the control group and the diabetes mellitus patient group.

중파 대역 기준국 안테나의 효율 측정 방법 (Method to Obtain the Antenna Efficiency of a Base Station in the Middle Frequency Band)

  • 중파 대역의 시스템의 커버리지를 예측하기 위해서는 기준국 안테나의 효율을 알아야 한다. 그러나 중파 대역 기준국 안테나는 설치되는 장소에 따라 효율의 변화가 심하기 때문에 이 값을 정확히 계산하는 것이 매우 어렵다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 측정을 통해 실제 운용 중인 중파 대역 기준국 안테나의 효율을 구하는 방법을 제안하였다. 제안된 방법은 측정된 전계 강도와 중파 대역 감쇠 모델을 이용하기 때문에, 먼저 일반적인 중파 대역 감쇠 모델에 대해 설명하였으며, 다음으로 안테나의 효율을 구하는 방법을 나타냈다. 마지막으로 제안된 방법을 현재 운용 중인 중파 대역 위성 항법 보정 시스템에 적용하여 해상 및 육상 기준국의 안테나 효율을 구하였으며, 이론적 효율과 비교를 통해 제안된 방법의 효용성을 확인하였다.

  • In this research, how the evaluation of the spacial image influenced by the environmental friendly elements included in the visual information, and how the selection of the sound changed depending on the characteristics of spatial image by the 40 subjects were carried out. Vast tracts of green land and the waterfront were highly preferred and impressive than the other spaces. The green music, signal with water sound and bird chirping sound were highly scored. In the frequency characteristics of the factors, the first factor was artificial sound(high at the low frequency band), the second was natural sound(uniform at all frequency band) and the third was water sound(high at the middle and high frequency band over 500Hz). This shows that the proposal of the sound which has the frequency characteristics fit to the spacial image should be selected for the soundscape of the target space.

다중 해상도 웨이블릿 변환과 영상 융합을 이용한 워터마킹 (Watermarking Using Multiresolution Wavelet Transform and Image Fusion)

  • 본 논문에서 디지털 워터마킹을 위해 제안한 방법은 다중 해상도 웨이블릿 변환을 기본으로 하고 있다. 영상 데이터의 저작권 보호를 위해 필요한 워터마크로 $2N_{wx}{\times}2N_{wy}$ 크기의 이진 로고영상의 1 레벨 DWT(discrete wavelet transform) 계수값을 사용하였다. 대상 영상을 3 레벨 DWT한 후 LL 영역과 중주파수 대역을 $N_{wx}{\times}N_{wy}$ 크기로 분할하고, 분할된 블록내 값이 큰 계수값들을 이용하여 임계값을 설정한다. 대상 영상의 각 주파수 대역마다 설정되는 임계값은 동일 대역의 워터마크가 다 삽입될 수 있는 값을 기준으로 정한다 즉, 각 주파수 대역마다 임계값을 설정해야 한다. 대상 영상의 화질 저하를 막기 위해 블록내 임계값 이상인 부분에 대해 워터마크의 동일 위치 값을 삽입한다. 워터마크를 대상 영상의 LL 영역 및 중주파수 대역에 삽입한다. 워터마크를 인간의 시각 시스템으로부터 감추기 위해 워터마크에 HVS(human visual system)을 적용하여 삽입하였다 따라서 본 논문에서 제안한 기법은 워터마크의 빠르고 정확한 검출이 가능하며, HVS가 적용된 작은 크기의 워터마크를 삽입함으로써 비가시성과 강건성이 뛰어나다는 장점이 있다.

윈도우즈 운영체제를 중심으로 한 경고음의 감성공학적 설계 (Affective Design of Warning Sounds used in Windows Operating Systems)

  • In order to properly design warning sounds that are affectively suitable to computer users, warning sounds used in Windows operating system were analyzed in terms of their sound properties; frequency band, spectral characteristics and physical intensity. A total of 36 warning sounds (3*4*3) were generated and tested with respect to three experimental variables. Among 178 collected affective adjectives that are related to hearing and sounds, seven representative affective adjectives were abstracted by statistical grouping techniques. In the experiment, subjective preference tests were performed for the 36 warning sounds according to the seven affective factors. From the result, the affective factors were again grouped into three major factors and the 60dB boost-type warning sounds at the low frequency band were, in general, the most preferred. followed by the 70dB cut-type sounds at the middle frequency band. These warning sounds have a characteristic of boost power spectrum below 1000Hz frequency band and received good scores on simplicity, clarity and accurateness.

  • A triple-band (TB) oscillator was implemented in the TSMC $0.18{\mu}m$ 1P6M CMOS process, and it uses a cross-coupled nMOS pair and two shunt $4^{th}$ order LC resonators to form a $6^{th}$ order resonator with three resonant frequencies. The oscillator uses the varactors for band switching and frequency tuning. The core current and power consumption of the high (middle, low)- band core oscillator are 3.59(3.42, 3.4) mA and 2.4(2.29, 2.28) mW, respectively at the dc drain-source bias of 0.67V. The oscillator can generate differential signals in the frequency range of 8.04-8.68 GHz, 5.82-6.15 GHz, and 3.68-4.08 GHz. The die area of the triple-band oscillator is $0.835{\times}1.103mm^2$.

웨이블릿 고주파 균열 서브밴드에서 추정된 잡음전력을 적용한 VisuShrink 기법의 영상 잡음제거 (Denoising Images by VisuShrink Technique Using the Estimated Noise Power in the Highest Equal Subband of Wavelet)

  • 웨이블릿 분해된 최고주파 대역을 4개의 균일대역으로 서브밴드 분할한 후 이 레벨들의 전력값 중에서 최소값과 단조 변환(monotonic transform)을 이용해서 레벨 적응적 경계값을 구하였다. 이 경계값으로 ST(soft threshold) 연산자에 적용하여 고주파 및 중간 대역의 가우시안 잡음을 제거하였다. 그 결과를 VisuShrink 방법 그리고 monotonic 변환 및 가중값을 이용해서 잡음 제거한 결과와 PSNR로 비교하고 이 기법의 실용성을 밝혔다.
