  • Saseol Sijo which reflects on people's life often showns us relationships between love and economy of those periods' people in Chosun dynasty. Meaning of a word 'housewife' is a woman who supporting and organizing family with her husband. Materialistic problems and economic problems appeared in Saseol Sijo emphasize entertaining and merrymaking rather than struggling to the society enforcing poverty. Therefore, it is often said that Saseol Sijo stimulates overconsumption of goods and money. We can regard sexual discussions appeared in those periods' Saseol Sijo as reflections of desire which are the way of releasing repressed sexual appetite of women or substitutions of satisfying their sexual appetite. Features of housewives appeared in Poong-ryu-bang and Saseol Sijo which are succeeded as productions of merrymaking in Latter half period of Chosun dynasty, can spotlight because of its meanings. It told us not only housewives' roles are started to change but also vivid sexual discussions similar to nowadays things are begun in latter half Period of Chosun dynasty. Main subject pecuniary mediated sexual discussion of housewives appeared in Saseol Sijo teaches a lot of things to twenty first century's contemporary people experiencing collapsed family relationship, pariakapitalismus and wide spread sexual industries.

  • Conventional 2D GIS has many difficulties to visualize and analyze three dimensional real world. To improve those problems and implement realistic spatial analysis, Interest in 3D GIS is increasing remarkably. Currently, Some local governments are carrying out pilot projects for 3D GIS, Government also is setting up the master plan and the road map for national information construction. In this study, introducing 3D GIS to urban planning, we evaluated limits of conventional regulation and proposed effective and reasonable means lot restricting location of merrymaking place in local government.

A Study of Characteristics of CHAV Fashion (차브(CHAV) 패션 특성 연구)

  • The 21th century is the time-area where knowledge, information and culture are considered as the pivotal factor for keeping society. Thus, this affects every part which consists of culture. By 2000, various cultural changes create several culture trends all over the world. Above all, advent of CHAV is the remarkable cultural phenomenon because of its life style, fashion and self-awareness. This study analyzes CHAV's life style and fashion based on regarding it as subordinate culture. In terms of these aspects, CHAV's fashion can be divided into three parts by its inner and outer traits. The first is merrymaking style which is composed of combination, parody and excessive decoration of different factors. This is a kind of Pop-Art style that imitates mass consuming culture. The second is ostentation style which emphasizes CHAV's traits and acts group behavior. The third is violence style. CHAV tries to appear violent and indifferent for gaining their rights and power. As a result, CHAV is the rebounding phenomenon that means psychological fear and conflict which neglected people have to resist official authority.

  • This study aims at investigating the influences exerted by the visual elements of outdoor signboard on consumers' capacity to make judgment on values. Therefore, it intends at studying the values displayed by signboards. As the phase one of the investigation, on-site study has been performed to photograph signboards of the entertainment and amusement business premises in 4 regions of Busan, thus to investigate and analysis the photographed data. For the second phase, survey was peformed on the basis of the analyzed data to select 15 signboards to be used in making judgement of values based on results of frequency measure per each category of geographical region, business type and three grades of the high, medium and low. In the third phase, survey was peformed on the items of value (A-G) to analyze consumer values. Finally, the fourth phase was carried out to compare and analyze the actual values of business premisses against that of the consumers. The result of study displayed that the effect exerted by visual elements of signboards on consumers is not of simple information provision, but is of essential factor to serve as the foundation of added values for business premises.

  • Considering that star reflects the image of current society, analyzing fashion of celebrity is to read ideal type and demands of beauty of the era. Especially the rock music-represents youth culture that last on present day-born in 1960's, and it is considered to a significant decade in pop music history. Thus this research will analysis rock star's fashions in iconological view of E. Panofsky. The aim of this document is Clarifying how the fashion of pop stars appeared and what formed its worth. As a result of analyzing fashions of rock star in 1960's, it is available to find these sameness and difference. The Mods borrowed images of the past, and introduce the elite modernism and shows very urban style. The Folky and the Psychedelic showed post-structuralism propensity against industrial society, in the case of the Folky it induced styles that symbolize labor class to realize social worth. And as an aftereffect of war and repulsion of commercial worth, they embody nature-returning peasant look so that it shows pastoral mood in total. The Psychedelic express somewhat struggling escapism and it generated illusionary images with quests to superego and glorification to psychedelic status. The Folky and the Psychedelic are same in the side of introducing existentialism, this occurred by using ethnic factor. But the Folky showed plain outlook by pop propensity, on the other hand, the Psychedelic showed magnificent outlook such as optical art, pop art, and futurism ought to express merrymaking culture. And common feature of these is introduction of unisex mod which is came after the change of gender role. Thus each star or group has professed special ideology into their culture and it is reflected to acts which is including music and dress style. This affair is analyzed like these two things. The mass of people schemes their identity with inducing special ideology to their culture at the first. And the purpose to archive cultural hegemony in inter-social class at the next.
