본 연구는 장기간의 활동을 통해 다양한 변화 과정을 경험해온 빈곤 한부모여성 자조집단을 대상으로, 정체기 이후 자조집단 참여자들이 변화를 주도하게 된 동기와 과정 및 전략을 살펴보고 그 변화가 참여자들과 소속집단, 기관에 주는 시사점을 분석함으로써 자조집단이 지향해야 할 실천방향을 모색하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 참여자와 실천가가 협력적으로 대안을 모색하는 참여실행 연구방법(PAR)을 적용하여, 문제도출, 지역조사 및 계획, 실행, 평가 및 검토의 4단계에 걸친 연구과정을 통해 변화의 과정과 내용을 분석하고 그에 따른 사회복지실천의 함의를 고찰하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 자조집단 참여자들의 변화 동기는 주체적으로 활동방향을 결정해야 한다는 문제인식에서 비롯되었으며, 그 결과 자신들의 역량을 고려한 활동모색을 변화의 필요성으로 도출하였다. 둘째, 변화를 모색하는 과정에서 참여자들은 변화의 범위와 내용을 주도적으로 결정했으며, 그 결과 정서적 지지를 넘어서 '목적성 있는 활동'을 지향하고자 하였다. 셋째, 변화를 위한 구체적인 전략으로 '의미있는 활동'이 제시되었으며 이는 지역자원봉사활동과 한부모 참여자 강사활동으로 계획·실행되었다. 결론적으로 자조집단이 지향해야 할 변화는, 참여자들의 주체적 인식의 변화를 기반으로 실천가 중심에서 참여자 중심의 실천으로 실천주체가 변화해야 할 것으로 나타났으며, 이를 통해 자신의 삶을 조성하는 사회적 조건에 대한 통제력을 갖도록 사회적 차원의 임파워먼트를 강화하는 것으로 나타났다. 나아가 자조집단의 한계를 극복하기 위해 공동체적 접근으로의 변화를 고려해보아야 할 필요성이 있는 것으로 제시되었다. 이러한 분석결과를 바탕으로 본 연구가 사회복지실천에 주는 함의를 제시하였다.

촛불집회는 한국 사회에서 국민들의 뜻을 비폭력적으로 전하는 상징으로 자리잡아왔다. 촛불집회는 문화적 행사라는 명목으로 정치적인 목적을 위해 시작되었다. 이렇듯 명목상 문화제로 시작되었던 촛불집회가 실제로 사람들에게 어떠한 문화적 의미를 지니는지 충분히 밝혀지지 않았다. 따라서 본 연구는 촛불집회 참가자들이 촛불집회에 어떠한 문화적 의미를 부여하는지 탐색해보고, 이를 통해 활동공중에 대한 이론적 틀을 확장하고자 한다. 이러한 목적을 위해 본 연구는 2008년과 2016년 촛불집회를 통해 총 47명의 촛불집회 참가자와의 심층 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 인터뷰 분석 결과, 촛불집회는 축제, 해학, 개인의 자유로운 표현공간으로 인식되고 있음이 밝혀졌다. 이를 바탕으로 활동공중의 이론적 접근에 대한 논의 및 향후 연구 제언이 이루어진다.

본 논문은 장신구에 내재하고 있는 상징적 의미에 대한 연구이다. 상징적 의미란 상징의 여러 속성들 중 의미와의 연관관계를 말하는 것이다. 장신구를 사용하는 것은 인류 문명사의 초기에서부터 나타나는 본능적 행위이다. 인간은 자신을 치장하기 위한 장식적인 목적이나 바라는 바를 이루기 위한 주술적인 이유에서 권력이나 힘을 과시하기 위한 수단으로 또는 사랑이나 그리움 등의 감정을 전달하기 위해서 등 다양한 목적으로 장신구를 사용하였다. 본 논문에서는 여러 종류의 장신구들 중 상징적 성격이 가장 강하게 나타나는 반지를 중심으로 장신구의 상징적 의미를 역사적 배경 속에서 살펴보았다. 고대 중세에는 상징성이 강하게 나타나며 근대와 현대에 이르러 약해지는 경향을 보인다. 또, 고대 중세에는 공통성, 보편성을 가진 의미가 많은 반면, 근대 이후 현대에는 개인적이고 사적인 의미가 증가하였다. 시대별로 장신구의 의미들은 시대상황과 연관관계를 맺으며 조금씩 변화하였지만, 장신구는 어떠한 시대상황에서도 우리의 마음속에 의미와 상징을 불러일으키며 인간의 내면의 사상과 감정을 표현하는 역할을 한다.

This study was performed to explore the factors that affect debt-use intention of young defaulters. In addition, this study compares three models that predict the intention to use debt by young defaulters: the theory of reasoned action and two variations of it. Specifically, this study proposes an extended theory of reasoned action by introducing Ao in place of the cognitive structure in the theory of reasoned action. In addition, this study proposes Ao as an independent variable that acts on BI rather than a dependent variable. Self-administered questionnaires were completed by 196 young defaulters attending a credit management education session held by the Credit Counseling & Recovery Service in Kwang-ju, Korea. Based on the study, the conclusions are as follows: the extended theory of reasoned action as proposed in this article most suitably explained the intention to use debt by young defaulters. It was also found that young defaulters were affected by attitudes toward debt, attitudes toward using debt, and subjective norms. It is therefore suggested that an attitudinal message would change the behavior effectively for young defaulters. The findings appeared to support the usefulness of the extended theory of reasoned action and the role of Ao as an independent variable as proposed in this article to explain the intention to use debt by young defaulters. These findings have an important theoretical meaning in that they modify two existing attitude theories in the context of consumer behavior.

The purpose of this study is to verify the meaning of preformal proof and its didactical significance in mathematics education. A preformal proof plays a more important role in mathematics education, because nowadays in mathematics a proof is considered as an important fact from a sociological point of view. A preformal proof was classified into four categories: a) action proof, b) geometric-intuitive proof, c) reality oriented proof, d) proof by generalization from paradiam. An educational significance of a preformal proof are followings: a) A proof is not identified with a formal proof. b) A proof is not only considered from a symbolic level, but also from enactive and iconic level. c) A preformal proof generates a formal proof and convinces pupils of a formal proof d) A preformal proof is psychologically natural. e) A preformal proof changes a conception of what is a proof. Therefore a preformal proof is expected to teach in school mathematics from the elementary school to the secondary school.

Maxwell stress tensor is one of the methods which are generally used for electromagnetic force calculation. In this paper, it is presented that Maxwell stress tensor T and n${\cdot}$T have no physical meaning and therefore should not be used as sources of mechanical force for deformations or dynamics. The divergence of Maxwell stress tensor ${\nabla}{\cdot}T$ is the one which can acquire a physical identity and is electromagnetic body force density by an action at a distance like a gravity. This result can be derived from the principle of power balance, and also verified by some thought experiments. The virtual air-gap approach is proposed as a valid solution for the calculation of the body force.

This study aims to investigate the representation patterns used by elementary teachers and their meaning-making process in electromagnetic experiments. In particular, we analyzed the representations depending on three levels of their abstractness: enactive representation (action based), iconic representation (image based) and symbolic representation (language based). For this, four experiment activities of two teachers were analyzed and the results are as follows. First, as an overall pattern of representation, an experiment subject is presented as the form of symbolic representation and the related concepts, experimental materials and methods are embodied through iconic representation. Then, through enactive representation, the actual experiments are implemented. The experimental results are primarily recorded through iconic representations and abstracted into symbolic representations to draw conclusions. The different levels of representations complement each other to expand their meanings, however, sometimes they also make inconsistent meanings among different levels. Based on these results, educational implications were discussed in terms of supporting and improving electromagnetic experiment activities.

After the author of 'Luxinjing' explained the children's characters using the concept of Pure-Yang, the term has been widely exploited in the literature of Oriental pediatrics, Its meaning could be summed up in three general categories, namely: Shengyang(盛陽), Zhiyinzhiyang(稚陰稚陽) and Shaoyang(少陽). The implications of Pure-Yang were different in each dynasties of China. By the early Qing(淸) period, it meant mostly Shengyang(盛陽), but its meaning moved in the direction of Zhiyinzhiyang(稚陰稚陽) after Wu Jutong(吳鞠通). And this movement in the interpretation of this term was largely triggered by the pharmaceutical concerns of doctors as too much medicine of cooling and gastrointestinal effect was used to 'cool off' the over-charged Yang characters(盛陽) of children, causing considerable detrimental side effects to the children's body. The concept of Zhiyinzhiyang(稚陰稚陽) which emphasizes the fragility of children's body thus came in action. The meaning of physiological terms in Oriental Medicine is essentially linked to its clinical applications as we have seen in the case of Pure Yang. In that respect, the recent interpretation of Pure-Yang as Shaoyang(少陽) among physicians in China seems lacking in its crucial counterpart, which is its clinical applications. No theory can prove fruitful in the absence of its practice.

If we consider the cubism, which newly attempted the avant-garde movement in the mid-19th century, was an experimental movement to feel the space through the human action and observation from various viewpoints at the fixed three-dimensional world, then the futurism was an innovative movement that obtained an ion from continual motions. However, the study about meaning and emotion that correspond with the dis-structuralization era could not have been continuing. Therefore, the goal of this study is to construct an emotional theory and grope a possibility of the way to do through some theoretical investigations and experimental analysis about body movement and emotional expression. For the study method, experiment and analysis have been proceeded based on Miyauji study(1992) which was based on P. Thiel theory that is about direct recognition and empirical study for identical existence or experimentation. As a result of the study, it reached several conclusions. The first, body movement as an emotion that makes meaning is related to the space. The second is that the space is related to the background as an object of body. The last is that body as a creature which becomes the one with spirit in the space makes meaning. We look forward to a possibility of emotional study through the body movement.

In the nowadays years our city's housing environment which progresses rapidly social-economical development is posited the role in the nowadays multi-family housing brings about the individualism of the nowadays city, and makes muddy neighborhood meaning, and the quality of the nowadays city dwelling house environment becoming worse. This study was started with the cognition of the need of intermediate-space, in the our life in the neighborhood city. Intermediate-spaces, has same meaning to come into the action of consciousness of the neighborhood. For the improvement of the quality of city housing, we should cleary recognized the individual territory after we set the proper in intermediate-zone in the multi-family housing. Therefore, this study inquires ito the meaning of intermediate-zone, and catches the formation technique of intermediate-zone and the method of plan through the investigation of the use cases of the multi-family housing which is established intermediate-territory. and then I analyze the role of the formative space by this method. By this method, I grope for the effect of the use through the alternative plan of the design method of the intermediate-zone. If the methods of play use the role in the nowadays multi-family housing, high quality will build up.
