의료과오를 줄이기 위한 효율적인 병원서비스운영에 대한 실증적 연구 (An Empirical Study on the Efficient Hospital Service Operation Management for the Reduction of Medical Errors)

  • This paper presents a research model, which identifies a relationship between medical error reduction, efficiency of organizational systems, and employee satisfaction with organizational support. The proposed model was tested through hypotheses, based on data collected from 210 respondents from the medical staff of large -sized (i.e., more than 500 beds) residential hospitals in cities of South Korea. The results of the study showed that medical error reduction is associated with corrective system and employee satisfaction with organizational support. Therefore, it is very important that organizations improve their employees' satisfaction by providing sufficient support (e.g., information support and sharing, work guide book, etc.) for their work. In addition, in organizational systems, the corrective system has positive relationship with medical error reduction. In terms of corrective procedures, leaders or managers can make improvements by providing and supporting a friendly work environment where errors may be reported without blame and discussed in order to be corrected.

상사 지원과 동료 지원이 일몰입을 매개로 지식공유에 미치는 영향 (The effect of supervisor support and co-worker support on knowledge sharing via work engagement)

  • Knowledge creation has become one of core assets for companies' survival and success, companies are putting their effort to find the way to stimulate sharing knowledge among their workers. In this vein, the purpose of this study was to examine the effect of supervisor support and co-worker support on knowledge sharing and the mediating effects of work engagement. 328 employees from varity of organizations located in Korea particiapted for questionnaire survey. Structural equation modeling was used to analyze the data. The result has shown that the static correlation exists between supervisor support, co-worker support and work engagement. Co-worker support had positive influences on knowledge sharing intention. However, supervisor support did not have any influence on knowledge sharing intention. There was a mediate effect of work engagement between both of supervisor and co-worker support and knowledge sharing intention. The study implies that co-worker support is important in order to improve organizational learning and work engagement as a strategy to enhance organizational performance.

직무소진, 사회적 지원과 지식창출, 공유와의 관계 (The Relationship between Job Burnout, Social Support and Knowledge Creation and Sharing)

  • This paper investigate relationship between job burnout, social support and knowledge creation, sharing. also, social support are moderate on the relationship between job burnout and knowledge creation, sharing. We build up main effect and moderating effect hypothesis. To test hypothesis, survey method are performed. The results are as follows. first, emotional exhaustion and low personal accomplishment have negative effects on knowledge creation, but haven't effect on knowledge sharing. second, social support significant positively impact on knowledge creation and sharing. third, both of supervisor' support and coworker's support partially moderate the relationship between job burnout and knowledge creation, sharing. especially, emotional exhaustion reduce supervisor' support to knowledge creation, sharing and low personal accomplishment reduce co-worker' support to knowledge sharing, which means although job burnout preceded, if employees perceived high level of social support that have buffering effects on the relationships.

  • ICT의 발달과 함께 기업에서는 정보교환 또는 운영관리를 위해 소프트웨어를 필수적으로 사용하게 되었다. 그러나 ICT의 발달과 함께 증가한 보안 및 소프트웨어 관리이슈는 지속해서 해결해나가야 할 문제이다. 2021년 미국에서는 이러한 소프트웨어 보안 대응책 중 하나로 SBOM을 정부주도하에 표준화 및 제도를 수립하였다. 본 연구는 이러한 SBOM이 국내에 도입되기 위한 초석을 마련하는 연구로서 시작되었다. SBOM의 대표적인 특징들이 도입 의도에 미치는 영향을 바탕으로 경영층 지원과 제도적 지원을 조절 변수로 검증하였다. 그 결과, 경영층 지원으로는 보안관리가 유의미한 조절 변수로 나타났으며, 정부의 제도적 지원에서는 투명성이 유의미한 조절 변수로 나타났다. SBOM을 도입하기 위해서는 기업과 정부의 노력이 함께 이루어져야 하는데, 각 관점에서 중요하게 여기는 변수가 다르다는 것을 검증한 것이다. 본 연구가 SBOM의 발전과 도입에 기여하길 바라는 바이다.

수계 오염총량관리제와 환경영향평가제도의 통합운영방안 (Integration of Total Pollution Load Management System and Environmental Impact Assessment related System)

  • The total pollution load management system of watershed has been implemented upon Special Law pertaining to the Han River Watershed Water Quality Improvement and Residents Support, Special Law pertaining to the Nakdong River Watershed Water Management and Residents Support, Special Law pertaining to the Youngsan River Watershed Water Management and Residents Support, and Special Law pertaining to the Seomjin River Watershed Water Management and Residents Support in Korea since 2002. But many other similar systems with total pollution load management system of watershed are being operated separately or independently, even though its purpose is nearly same with those of the total maximum pollutants load management in Law on Water Quality Environmental Protection, environmental impact assessment(EIA) in Law of Impact Assessment on Environment, Transportation and Disaster and Pre-environmental assessment of Environmental Policy Act. Therefore the contents of total pollution load management system of watershed and many other related systems could be overlapped and at some times have inconsistency among them. This study suggests first the integrated operation of total pollution load management system of watershed, EIA, pre-environmental assessment, urban planning, and sewage planning and secondly EIA system development by integration of EIA and pre-environmental assessment and strategic environmental assessment(SEA).

서울종합방재센터 상황실 재난상황관리능력 제고 방안 - 서울특별시 소방공무원 교육훈련을 중심으로 (A Study for Enhancing Disaster Operations Management at Seoul Emergency Operations Center - Focused on the Education and Training for Firefighters of Seoul)

  • 연구목적: 서울종합방재센터 재난상황실 재난상황관리능력 제고를 위해서 조직몰입을 높이는 사회적 지원을 구성하는 하위차원의 체계적인 관리적 접근을 제기하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 연구방법: 감정노동을 독립변수로, 조직몰입을 종속변수로 하여 사회적 지원의 매개효과를 분석하였으며, 이에 근거해 재난상황관리 조직몰입을 제고시키기 위한 방안을 도출하였다. 연구결과: 조직지원 차원에서, 재난상황관리업무 객관적 평가, 재난상황관리 감정노동 완화 교육훈련 프로그램 개발, 재난상황관리 모니터링을 통해 상황관리 업무품질 개선과 업무 불균형 완화, 재난상황관리 직원의 업무 동기부여 및 보상책 마련, 재난상황실 소방공무원 감정노동 해결을 위한 체계적 업무 관리를 위해 재난상황 분석실 설치, 현재 상황관리 총괄팀과 재난상황관리 총괄운영 관리자, 재난상황관리 정보 분석가 및 개발자를 전문성을 갖춘 인재 충원이 필요하다. 둘째 관리자 지원 차원에서 역량있는 소방공무원 선발, 재난상황실 소방공무원에 대한 체계화된 단계별 감정노동에 대한 치유대책 마련, 감정노동 소방공무원을 위한 관리자의 상담역량을 갖추어야 한다. 결론: 재난상황실 재난상황관리능력 제고를 위해서는 사회적 지원에 기반한 조직몰입 제고를 위한 교육훈련프로그램의 개발이 이루어져야 한다.

Current status of foodservice nutrition management and effects of welfare facility support for the elderly in Cheongju City

  • BACKGROUND/OBJECTIVES: South Korea is representative of countries experiencing rapid societal aging. This study aimed to understand the current status of foodservice nutrition management provided to welfare facilities for the elderly and to understand improvements after support from "the Center for Social Welfare Foodservice Management (CSWFM)" in Cheongju City. SUBJECTS/METHODS: The status of foodservice nutrition management was assessed by dietitians and hired by the CSWFM, who visited 40 welfare facilities (registered members of the CSWFM) for the elderly in Cheongju City. After visiting each facility three times from July to December 2019, the results of inspections on four areas, that is, 'menu', 'meal provision', 'cooking', and 'distribution' management for 2nd and 3rd visits (support visits) were compared with results obtained at initial visits. RESULTS: Before support as determined during 1st visits, compliance rates with 'menu', 'meal provision', 'cooking', and 'distribution' requirements were 72.1%, 75.5%, 58.3%, and 77.5%, respectively. The mean compliance rate for all 15 items on the questionnaire used was 70.8%. Items with low compliance rates were 'Is the soup provided by foodservice at the recommended salinity?' (compliance rate 37.5%) and 'Is the foodservice cooking conducted by referring to a recipe?' (42.5%). At the two support visits, mean compliance rates increased significantly (P < 0.01, P < 0.001), mean total score had significantly increased from 71.80 to 90.26 (P < 0.001), and mean soup salinity decreased significantly from 0.82% at 1st visits to 0.68% (P < 0.001) and 0.56% (P < 0.001) at the 1st and second follow-up visits. CONCLUSIONS: These results show that the status of nutrition management at welfare facilities for the elderly was much improved by CSWFM involvement, and indicate the CSWFM should continuously provide nutrition management support to facilities and that finances and opportunities for more welfare facilities for the elderly be expanded.

A Study on the Effects of Cyber Bullying on Cognitive Processing Ability and the Emotional States: Moderating Effect of Social Support of Friends and Parents

  • College students experience more cyber bullying than youth and cyber bullying on college students may be more harmful than youth. But many studies of cyber bullying have been conducted in youth, but little has been studied for college students. Therefore, this study investigated the negative effects of college students' cyber bullying experience on cognitive processing ability and emotional states. The social support of friends has a buffering effect that prevents stress and reduces the influence on external damage in stressful situations. But the impact of parental social support is controversial. Traditionally, the social support of parents has been claimed to mitigate the negative effects of external damage. Recently, however, it has been argued that parental social support, without considering the independence and autonomy needs of college students, does not alleviate the negative effects. Therefore, this study examined how the social support of friends and parents moderate the negative impact of cyber bullying. The results show that the more college students experience cyber bullying, the lower their cognitive processing ability and emotional states. And, the higher the social support of friends, the lower the harmful impacts of cyber bullying on cognitive processing ability and emotional states. But, the higher the social support of parents, the higher the harmful impacts of cyber bullying on cognitive processing ability and emotional states.

An Empirical Study of Perceived Organizational Support and Affective Commitment in the Logistics Industry

  • The study examines the impact of organizational rewards, procedure justice, and perceived supervisor support on perceived organizational support, and examine the impact of perceived organizational support on affective commitment to the organization in the logistic enterprises as well. Quantitative research is applied to measure relationships by regression analysis with SPSS. The research data was collected by convenient method from 180 employees who work in different departments in the logistics industry. The study results in the model 1 found that organizational rewards, procedure justice, and perceived supervisor support have a positive relationship to the perceived organizational support. The study results in the model 2 also found that perceived organizational support has strong impact on the affective commitment to the organization. The study results contribute to both management theory and management practice. For the management theory aspect, the authors suggest that perceived organizational support should be considered the key antecedent of affective commitment about which researchers should pay more attention as a concept. Based on the research results, the authors also recommend for the management practice that managers should pay attention to the implementation of rewards, procedure justice, and supervisor support to increase the perceived organizational support and affective commitment in the logistic enterprises.

건강가정지원센터 홍보 및 시설에 관한 연구 (A Study on PR and facilities for the Healthy Family Support Center)

  • The purpose of this study was to survey actual condition of a municipal Healthy family Support Center(HFSC) for establishing. 46 subjects were surveyed with a questionnaire about PR and facilities of Healthy Family Support Center. For this study, not only a survey was collected 46 subjects bust also a spot inspection was executed to 8 municipal Healthy Family Support Centers. This study revealed following results: first, the mass media(TV, news paper), internet home page, pamphlet are effective medium. Management of PR activities in the HFSC is consider as one of the main factor to decide development and survival in social community. Therefore HFSC should search fur various method and system of PR. Secondly, the size and facilities of HFSC should be designed according to the specific characteristics of HFSC equipped with office-room, conference room, lecture hall, general/special counseling room, group classroom. Results from this study might be contributed to operate a municipal Healthy Family Support Center in the near future.
