치과기공사의 보수교육 만족도에 관한 연구 (A study on the satisfaction of continuing education of dental technicians)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to provide basic data that can help the development and implementation of effective and satisfactory programs. Methods: This study was used for the analysis of 699 dental technicians attending the general conference of Korean dental technicians in 2017. Statistical analysis, t-test and ANOVA were used for the analysis. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS 24.0. Results: Satisfaction with the number of lectures in continuing education was 2.54, and satisfaction with composition of major field was 2.72. Satisfaction with the content of the lecture was 3.04. The instructor level was 2.91, and the overall satisfaction was 2.92. Satisfaction with continuing education was 2.83. Conclusion : In order to increase the satisfaction of dental technicians, we expect to have various practical and systematic education such as diversification of education methods, quality level management, online continuing education.

미혼 직장인의 여가활동참여와 여가만족 - 부산시를 중심으로 - (The Leisure Participation and Leisure Satisfaction of Single Working People)

  • The purpose of this study was to empirically verify the influence of variables on leisure participation and leisure satisfaction of single working people and the relative contribution of individual leisure participation and family leisure participation. The subject of this study were 176 single working people in Pusan and interviewed with a questionnaire. The data were analyzed by SPSS/PC+ program for the frequency, mean, standard deviation, Cronbach'$\alpha$, factor analysis and regression. The major results of this study were as follows : 1. The score of family leisure participation were higher than individual leisure participation. The Level of leisure satisfaction was relatively high. 2. Variables that affect the leisure participation were job, degree of information using and perception level of the adequacy of household income. 3. Variables that affect leisure satisfaction were perception level of the adequacy of household income and individual leisure participation.

A Study on the Influence of Personal Characteristics of Youth Employment on the Preparation for Turnover: Focused on the adjustment effect of experience in failing to get jobs

  • Purpose: In this study, we would like to confirm that the transfer of young workers may be a means of enhancing their internal satisfaction, not to get a better job, by setting work-related characteristics that are highly relevant to job-related factors. Research design, data, and methodology: In this study, preparation for turnover was set as dependent variables to identify factors related to the turnover of young people, and the type of business, employment type, debt status, job satisfaction, job difficulty compared to education level, job difficulty, job degree, job major agreement, debt status, and other demographic social characteristics were selected as independent variables. Results: The characteristics related to personal criteria in job-seeking process were significant in the form of business, employment type, job satisfaction, work difficulty compared to the level of education, work difficulty compared to the level of technology, job major matching, and debt status. Conclusions: This study confirmed that young people's turnover may not simply be a means to get a better job, but to increase satisfaction in the internal aspects of their jobs, and that for young people, a job is an important development process that represents their identity and needs to be approached from a life-cycle perspective.

기초간호학만족도가 임상수행능력에 미치는 효과 경로에 관한 융합 연구 (A Convergence Study about the Effect Path of Satisfaction with Biological nursing science on Clinical competence)

  • 본 연구는 기초간호학만족도, 전공간호학만족도, 비판적사고성향과 전공만족도 및 임상수행능력 간의 인관관계와 경로를 파악하기 위한 융합연구이다. 3개 대학 간호학과 학생 203명을 대상으로, 2018년 5월에 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 수집하였다. PASW 18.0, AMOS 18.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 기초간호학만족도가 임상수행능력에 미치는 효과 경로모형은 적합하였다(${\chi}^2/DF=1.093$, GFI=.992, AGFI=.968, RMSEA=.021, CFI=.998, NFI=.983). 기초간호학만족도는 전공간호학만족도(${\beta}=.345$), 전공간호학만족도는 비판적사고성향(${\beta}=.272$)과 전공만족도(${\beta}=.277$), 비판적사고성향은 전공만족도(${\beta}=.365$)와 임상수행능력(${\beta}=.582$), 전공만족도는 임상수행능력(${\beta}=.228$)에 직접효과가 있음이 유의하게 나타났다. 기초간호학만족도가 높으면 전공간호학만족도가 높아지고, 이는 비판적사고성향과 전공만족도를 높이며, 결국에는 임상수행능력을 향상시키는 것임을 확인하였다. 이에 다양한 교수학습방법 개발과 적용으로 기초간호학만족도를 높일 수 있는 중재마련이 필요하다.

치위생과 및 치기공과 학생의 DISC 행동유형이 전공만족도 및 직업선호도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of the Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness (DISC) personality type on the major satisfactions and job preferences of dental hygiene and dental technology students)

  • Background: This study was aimed at determining the relationship of the Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness (DISC) personality type with the major satisfactions and job preferences of dental hygiene and technician students. Methods: We enrolled 264 dental hygiene and technician students from a junior college in Chungcheong-do. A questionnaire survey was conducted to determine the DISC behavior type, major satisfaction level, and job preference of the participants. Statistical analyses were performed with the independent-samples t-test, one-way analysis of variance, and multiple regression. Results: Dental technician students had higher major satisfaction (p< .001) and preferred jobs with potential for growth (p= .020) or matching their vocation and interests (p= .013) compared to dental hygiene students. Factors influencing major satisfaction were grade (β= .160, p= .008) and a social personality type (β= .146, p= .070). Factors influencing preference for jobs with high growth potential were the personality type (β= .236, p= .001), grades (β= .157, p= .002), and major satisfaction (β= .429, p< .001). The conscientiousness personality type was conducive to preferencefor jobs with high growth potential. The steadiness personality type was conducive to preference for jobs aligned with vocation and interest (β= .249, p= .004). The conscientiousness personality type (β= .137, p= .041) and high major satisfaction (β= .193, p= .003) were conducive to preference for jobs with a satisfactory working environment. Conclusion: The results of this study could serve as a basis for customized career counseling and education programs according to personality types.

대학생의 신체활동량에 따른 전공만족도와 대학생활적응과의 관계 (The relationship between major satisfaction and adjustment following physical activity level of university students)

  • 본 연구는 대학생을 대상으로 신체활동량에 따른 전공만족도와 대학생활적응과의 관계를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 따라서 대학생 201명의 데이터를 확보하고, SPSS 22.0프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계분석, 신뢰도분석, 일원변량분석, 상관분석, 사후검증으로는 Tukey방법을 실시하였다. 분석결과는 첫째, 신체활동량에 따른 대학생의 전공만족도는 중강도신체활동집단과 고강도신체활동집단이 저강도신체활동집단 보다 통계적으로 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났다(p<.05). 둘째, 신체활동량에 따른 대학생활적응은 고강도 신체활동집단이 중강도신체활동집단과 저강도신체활동집단보다 통계적으로 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났다(p<.05). 마지막으로 대학생의 신체활동량, 전공만족도, 대학생활적응의 관계를 살펴본 결과 남학생의 경우 신체활동량과 전공만족도(일반만족), 대학생활적응(정서적응)에서 정적상관관계가 있고, 여학생의 경우 신체활동량과 대학생활적응(사회적응)에서 정적상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다(p<.05). 본 연구에서는 대학생의 신체활동량은 전공만족도와 대학생활적응과 관계가 있음을 확인하였다. 이와 같은 결론을 토대로 신체활동을 통해 대학생의 대학생활 관리를 도울 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

  • 이직은 노동시장에서 중요한 화두이며, 최근에는 다양한 세대들이 함께 일을 하면서 세대간의 마찰 등으로 인하여 조직 관리에 어려움을 느끼고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 세대별로 개인차원의 변수(미래전망, 생활만족)와 직무차원의 변수(전공-일 수준, 직무만족)가 이직의사에 미치는 관계에서 직장만족의 매개 역할을 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 한국노동패널 제22차 자료를 활용하여 관련 변수를 선정하고, SPSS를 활용하여 매개효과를 분석하였다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 개인차원의 변수가 이직의사에 영향을 미치는 관계에서 직장만족은 완전매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직무차원의 변수가 이직의사에 영향을 미치는 관계에서 직장만족은 부분매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, Z세대는 다른 세대와 다르게 직무차원의 직무만족의 변수만 이직의사에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 직장만족은 부분매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다.

근로자의 인적자원개발과 직무수준인지가 직무만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Workers' Human Resource Development and Recognition of Job Performance Level on their Job Satisfaction)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of workers' human resource development and their recognition of human resource on-the-job satisfaction. A sample of 4,727 workers that was selected from Korea Labor Panel Data was analyzed by t-test and multiple regression, and was tested by causal effects among related variables. The major findings were as follows: First, the workers' recognition of their job performance level vs. educational attainment was affected by their annual income, job status, educational attainment, gender, and experiences of human resource development. Second, the workers' job satisfaction was affected by gender, age, educational attainment, health status, job status, annual income, experiences of human resource development, recognition of their job performance level vs. educational attainment, and recognition for their job availability. Third, the factors that had a causal effect on workers' job satisfaction were educational attainment, gender, age, health status, annual income, and experiences of human resource development. Above all, workers' educational attainment had a strong direct effect on job satisfaction, and annual income had a strong indirect effect on it. From these findings, it can be concluded that workers' effort and trial for development and investment of human resource played an important role in increasing job satisfaction.

농촌부인의 생활만족과 영향요인 (Life Satisfaction of Rural Wives and the Influencing Factors on it)

  • The purposes of this study were to analyze the family life, farm wort and leisure satisfaction of rural wives in Chonnam district. 300 farmhouses were selected by stratified sampling from 20 Myon in Chonnam district, 283 wives were interviewed using questionnaire. The results are as follow : 1) The level of wives's value perception of agriculture was low. The level of satisfaction of family life was higher than farm and leisure life. The farm satisfaction is the lowest. 2) family environment variables(such as age, education, children number, yearly income, family type, the number of year of house built), variables connected with farm life(major type of agriculture, value perception of agriculture, underdeveloped cause, living period in farm), and variables connected with time use significantly influenced on the life satisfaction. To promote the satisfaction of rural wives various implications were discussed. (Korean J Human Ecology 1(1) : 66∼80, 1998)

기초치위생 교과목이 영향을 미치는 융합적 요인 (The convergence factors on which the subject of basic dental hygienics has influence)

  • 본 연구는 일부 치위생과 학생들을 대상으로 기초치위생 교과목에 영향을 미치는 융합적 요인을 파악하고자 임상실습을 마친 치위생과 학생 450명의 자료를 사용하였다. 기초치위생 교과목의 만족도, 기초치위생 교과목을 통한 지식이 임상 실무 적용시 자신감 정도 및 전체 전공만족도와는 정의 상관관계로, 본인의 기초치위생 교과목의 만족도가 높을수록 자신감 정도도 유의하게 높게 나타났다(r=0.365), 전공만족도가 높을수록 자신감 정도도 유의하게 높게 나타났으며(r=0.320), 기초치위생 교과목의 만족도가 높을수록 전공만족도도 유의하게 높게 나타났다(r=0.314). 따라서 임상과 연계하여 체계적이고 융합적인 기초치위생 관련 프로그램 개발에 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.
