In this article, legislational and economic meaning of Marine Pollution Prevention Law (MPPL) of North Korea was studied with review and comparison of North Korea's environmental legislation system. North Korea's MPPL is the basic legislation system against pollution activities. This law has the purpose of gaining of marine environmental protection and resources and declares mainly the marine environmental protection with little definition of action plan and means. To analyze economic achievements of MPPL, more macro- and microeconomic data of North Korea should be accumulated. However, environmental issues are relatively effective to discuss common goal of environmental protection and economical cooperation between Korea and North Korea. To prepare reunification, understanding of North Korea's MPPL is the first step for collaboration of marine environmental conservation.

This study develops the process and method of official administration documents which have remained ill-balanced like the official documents of the government-general of Chosun(the pro-Japanese colonial government (1910-1945)). At first, the existing Appraisal-theories are recomposed. The Appraisal-Theories of Schellenberg is focused valuation about value of records itself, but fuction-Appraisal theory is attached importance to operational activities which take the record into action. But given that the record is a re-presentation of operational activities, the both are the same on the philosophy aspect. Therefore, in the case that the process - method is properly designed, it can be possible to use a composite type between operational activities and records. Also, a method of the Curve has its strong points in the macro and balanced aspect while the Absolute has it's strength in the micro aspect, so that chances are that both alternate methodologies are applied to the study. Hereby, the existing Appraisal theories are concluded to be the mutually-complemented things that can be easily put together into various forms according to the characteristics of an object and its situation, in the terms of the specific Appraisal methodology. Especially, in the case of this article dealing with the imbalance remains official-documents, it is necessary to compromise more properly process with a indicated useful method than establishing a method and process by choosing the only one theory. In order to appraise the official-documents of the pro-Japanese colonial government (1910-1945), a macro appraisal of value has to be appraised about them by understanding a system, functions and using the historical-cultural evolution, after analysing Disposal Authority. From this, map the record so that organization function maps are constructed regarding the value rank of functions and detailed-functions. After this, establish the appraisal strategy considering the internal environment of archival agencies and based on micro appraisal to a great quantity of records remained and supplying other meaning to a small quantity of records remained for example, the oral resources production are accomplished. The study has not yet reached the following aspects ; a function analysis, historical decoding techniques, a curve valuation of the record, the official gazette of the government general of Chosun( the pro-Japanese government for 1910-1945), an analysis method of the other historical materials and it's process, presentation of appraisal output image. As the result, that's just simply a proposal and we should fill in the above-mentioned shortages of the study through development of all the up-coming studies.

Based on previous investigations of aerial photographs and topographical surveys, this study focuses on the sedimentologic features of the Daebudo area including sedimentation processes, sedimentary facies and hydrologic conditions of the erosional coast. A total of 137 surface sediments and one core (by hand auger) sediment were obtained to interpret the depositional environment of the erosional coast in the macro-tidal coast. Surface sediments are distributed from sandy gravel (sG) to silt (Z). Textural parameters are characterized not only by coarse, poorly sorted, positive skewed and multi-modal distribution in the supra-tidal flat, but also finer, relatively well-sorted, symmetric distribution in the intertidal flat. According to the C/M diagram, sediment transport modes of study area are characterized by the mixed mode of suspension and bedload in the upper-, middle-tidal flat and by uniform suspension in the lower-tidal flat due to tidal effect. Vertical sediment distribution of the core, collected near shoreline, shows coarsening-upward, poorly sorted pattern by the input of detritus resulting from coastal erosion. Considering the sedimentological features of the study area, it appears to be composed of a coastal zone changed by not only artificial reclamation, but also by natural processes such as strong wave action due to typhoons and storms during high water level and long/short-term sea level rising. As a result, tide-dominated erosional coasts show that the shore is affected by local, temporal and hydrological conditions near high tide level and that the intertidal flat is represented by a general tide-dominated sedimentary environment.

This dissertation is considerably studied Faction Genre which is embossed as a new image content, and it is figured out practical used works' possibilities for Korea film production's varieties. Faction, a neologism, which is combined by Fiction and Fact, is a boundary as limits. If authentic history is closed to a truth, it is a record history description method. Also, if unauthorized history is closed to a fake, it is a fictitious history description method. In addition, macro history and micro history are respectively connected to social criticism's matter and personal action, and these can make various analyses, depend on a boundary's limits and personal analysis. On the other hand, history film could be remembered to audience merely history film itself without existed history's fact. However, there are Faction Genre's Genre possibility and film's attraction which indirectness experience of historic fact could be experienced through film. For Faction Genre’s developing solution, there are three cognitive switches; audience's interpretation ability about history film through watching perception, linking between the past and the present for audience through communication with history, audience's considerable decision about history first or fiction first as film writer's interpretation. Above all, hopefully filmic pressure can be shown with historical true to audience. Therefore, it would be Korea Faction Genre's attraction and hope.

Carbon Point system is Climate Change Action Program by providing incentives in proportion to voluntary reduction of energy consumption such as electricity, gas and water for houses, commercial facilities. So far, existing researches have been limited to construction of GHG(Green House Gas) Inventory and have little attention to empirical impact analysis on carbon reduction policy regarding the residential section. Therefore, this paper is intended to provide convincing findings of impact analysis on carbon reduction, revolving around the carbon point system. For this, we firstly calculated the carbon emission by using electricity and gas usage data in household targeting to Seongbuk-Gu. Carrying out IPA and spatio-temporal analysis. Then, we are capable of visualizing spatial patterns from 2007 to 2009 as a macro analysis. Following that, we explored the effect on carbon point system through Ex ante-Ex post Analysis by paired t-test. To conclude, we can spatially identify the distribution with a significant difference between carbon emissions according to energy use as a micro analysis by Hot Spot to Analysis on point entities. It is to be hoped that this method will be utilized to establish various policies and to evaluate the effect of reduction of GHG.

In this paper we have reviewed major theories of international migration by three phases of migration : initiation, perpetuation, and adjustment. Through the review it is found that factors affecting the three phases are not mutually exclusive but interrelated, and argued that for a comprehensive understanding of the phenomena we need a theoretical guideline useful to locate all the important factors associated to the entire process of migration. Neoclassical economic theory which has played a leading role in migration research. fails to be such a guideline. since it is grounded on the unrealistic assumption of rationality and does not take into account for historical-structural factors, as neo-Marxian theorists have claimed. Two major Marxian theories, dual labor market theory and world system theory, have been successful to identify macro-structural factors that induce main flows of international migration, but do not so in exploring situational factors affecting the process of migration, especially social and cultural factors. Accordingly this study proposes that in order to grasp international migration process comprehensively we need to research the phenomena in view of action system theory, that is, to study migrants\` economic, political, social, and cultural situations inclusively.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the importance and validity of the unified policy of the administrative system for the public library through the analysis and evaluation of the outcomes and plans about the policy on the first and second Comprehensive Library Advancement Plan. In addition, this study seeks to the strategies for the public library administrative system unification by reviewing the issue details of the unification strategies. The first Comprehensive Library Advancement Plan was found to be just proclamatory without concrete and practical results through its performance analysis. The policy tasks were evaluated to lack in feasibility and specificity in the second Comprehensive Library Advancement Plan which was performed on a group of library professionals. Policy decision to determine who would be responsible for the unification into the local government was found to be valid by the results of previous research findings, policy evaluation by experts and in-depth interview survey for field practitioners. Substantial and detailed action-oriented strategy rather than bluffing and macro policy is necessary for the unification of the library administrative system. It is because we have found there exist significant issues in terms of unified approach, structure of the organization, personnel transfer and grade adjustment, property transfer, etc. through the analysis.

PU.1, a tissue-specific transcription activator, binds to a purine-rich sequence(5'-GAGGAA-3') called PU box. The PU.1 cDNA consists of an open reading frame of 816 nucleotides coding for 272 amino acids. The amino terminal end is highly acidic, while the carboxyl terminal end is highly basic. Transcriptional activation domain is located at the amino terminal end, while DNA binding domain is located at the carboxyl terminal end. Activation of PU.1 transcription factor is supposed to be accomplished by the phosphorylation of serine residue(s). There exist 22 serines in the PU.1. Five(the 41, 45, 132$.$133, and 148th) of the serines(plausible phosphorylation site by casein kinase II), are the primary targets of interest in elucidating the molecular mechanism(s) of the action of the PU.1 gene. In this study, PU.1 cDNA coding for the five serine residues(41th AGC, 45th AGC, 132$.$133th AGC$.$TCA, and 148th TCT), was mutated to alanine codon(41th GCC, 45th GCC, 132$.$133th GCC$.$GCA, and 1481h GCT), respectively, by Splicing-Overlapping-Extension(SOE) using Polymerase Chain Reaction(PCR). And each mutated cDNA fragments was ligated into pBluescript KS＋ digested with HindIII and Xba I, to generate mutant clones named pKKS41A, pRKS45A, pMKS132$.$133A, and pMKS148A. The clones will be informative to study the "Structure and Function" of the immu-nologically important gene, PU.1.

The concept of innate immunity in insects which refers to the first line of host defense constitutes the humoral and cellular components which are involved in recognition and actively participate in the elimination of the intruding foreign micro- or macro-organisms. Several recent studies suggest that juvenile hormone (JH) modulates the cellular immune reactions in response to pathogen. In this study, pyriproxyfen (a JH agonist as an insect growth regulator) was tested in its any inhibitory effect on the immune reactions of the beet armyworm, Spodoptera exigua. To this end, five different hemocyte morphotypes of final instar S. exigua were identified by phase contrast microscopy. Plasmatocytes and granular cells, which constitute about 90% of the total hemocyte count, were prominently distinguished based on their basophilic/acidophilic nature using Giemsa stain. The role of pyriproxyfen on the functional ability of hemocytes was analyzed using FITC-labeled Providencia vermicola for the phagocytic potential of the hemocytes. Both granular cells and plasmatocytes exhibited phagocytosis behavior. Pyriproxyfen significantly inhibited the phagocytosis of both cell types, proposing its novel action as an immunosuppressant.

This paper finds a solution in the social context which cannot be explained thoroughly by well-timed release date, revival of comedy films, and the attraction of Lee Byeong-heon's comedy etc. while it throws question of how the film, Extreme Job captivated 16 million audience. The incredible hits of Extreme Job cannot be explained by analyzing the text alone. After this essay investigates a function and a role of comedy as a public sphere, it examines people's desires and wishes in the comedy and other genres since 2008 when the conservative government has seized power. Since 2008 a series of dark tone's action thriller, social problem film, and disaster film have emerged, these genres showed absence of public security, crisis of democracy and criticism against rulling class. On the other hand, hit comedy films have showed escapism such as weepie, nostalgia, and fantasy at the same time, generally. Although Veteran (2015) is not full-blown comedy, after this film's big success, "comic mode" has gradually revived. A light tone's films which are truer to genre rules has started representing the wishes of people toward social reforms and changes. Meanwhile, "Candlelight Protest" served as a momentum to recover the democracy which has been in crisis, but it could not lead changes in economic and daily lives. Exreme Job can be read as a question how we will survive since "Candlight Protest." The lives of detectives as self-employed workers who has taken over a fried chicken restaurant for going undercover are appearances of ordinary persons who must survive in the edless conpetition. Furthermore, this film shows a dream of a "great success myth" which becomes well-known as a famous restaurant and a self-management such as brand-naming and an exapansion of franchise business. We can read ganster's chicken franchises as a huge distribution industry which disturbs market system by delivering drugs secretly. While applauses that we give to the police having identities of self-employed workers which sweeps the ganster are giving support to oridinary neighborhood like us, they are also wishes of people who long for the restoration of publicness of police in the market which is becoming increasingly privatized today. A significance of this essay is to examine Extreme Job in terms of the geography of film genres and the revival of comic mode sicne 2008 at the macro level, and is to read the film in the perspective of the problems of economic and daily lives which has been still unsolved since "Candlelight Protest" at the micro level.
