Purpose: In Korea, win-win growth policy has been successfully implemented in supply chain and logistics management. In the policy, it is recommended to support supply chain partners with various mechanisms including financial and technical aids. This study attempts to scientifically analyze the effects of direct and indirect win-win growth policy factors on supply chain and logistics management performance through partnership factors. Research design, data and methodology: This study builds a structural equation model reflecting the relationship between the win-win growth policy, partnership and performance factors. The proposed model is verified with the PLS (Partial Least Squares regression) methodology. Data from shipper and logistics companies were collected and analyzed by the PLS model. Results: The analysis showed that both direct and indirect policy factors are meaningful to improve supply chain and logistics performance. Indirect support factors including R&D, management innovation, human resources development and educational supports have positive impacts on partnership factors. Direct support factors including financial aids and fairness also have positive impacts on the performance. Conclusions: This study is meaningful in that it suggests a turning point in which supply chain Win-win growth and partnership efforts are perceived as new value-creating mechanism rather than unilateral cost reduction for logistics industry.

대부분의 물류시스템은 물류정보와 물류흐름의 불일치로 인한 실세계 문제로 운송물류 추적성에 어려움을 경험한다. 이의 해결 방안으로 쇼핑몰을 이용한 주문 상품의 운송에 참여하는 공급체인 기업에 대한 사례연구를 통해서 물류와 정보 흐름의 일치를 통한 주문 상품의 추적성을 확보할 수 있는 운송 물류 추적 모델을 도출하였다. 문헌연구를 통해서 운송 물류 추적 모델에 가장 적합한 참조 모델로 허가형 퍼블릭 블록체인 모델을 선정하였고 운송 물류 추적 모델의 실용성 검증을 위한 비교 분석과 평가를 위해서 중앙집중형 모델과 블록체인 모델을 사용하였다. 본 논문에서 제안하고 있는 운송 물류 추적 모델은 실세계의 물류시스템과 통합되어 운송 물류의 추적을 통해서 운송 정보와의 불일치를 탐지하는데 사용될 수 있고 기업 이미지 제고를 위한 마케팅 도구로 활용될 수 있다.

본 연구에서는 적응형혼합유전알고리즘(Adaptive Hybrid Genetic Algorithm: AHGA) 접근법을 이용한 폐쇄루프 공급망(Closed-Loop Supply Chain: CLSC) 모델 최적화를 다루고 있다. CLSC 모델 구축을 위해 공급업체(Part Supplier), 제품제조업체(Product Manufacturer)등으로 구성된 전방향물류(Forward Logistics)와 수집업체(Collection Center), 회복센터(Recovery Center)등으로 구성된 역물류(Reverse Logistics)를 함께 고려하고 있다. 제안된 CLSC 모델은 수리모형(Mathematical Model)으로 표현되며, AHGA접근법을 이용해 이행되어 그 최적해를 구하게 된다. 수치실험에서는 기존연구에서 제안된 몇몇 접근법과 AHGA 접근법을 함께 사용하여 그 수행도를 비교분석하였다.

The SCOR(supply chain operations reference) model which is a management tool, has been developed to describe the business activities associated with all phases of satisfying a customer's demand. The model is able to successfully describe and provide a basis for supply chain improvement. In this paper, we review the SCOR model, the present status of the Korean defense logistics system, and suggest an application of the model for the integrated defense logistics system.

물류서비스 경쟁이 치열해짐에 따라 고객 요구수준이 높아지고 있다. 일부 대기업의 경우 종합물류서비스를 제공하고 있지만, 대부분 물류기업은 타 기업과 협력하여 고품질의 물류서비스를 제공하고 있다. 물류기업 간의 경쟁이 아닌 공급망 간의 경쟁이 중요하게 부각되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 물류기업의 물류협력과 공급망역량이 물류성과에 미치는 영향과 전문화에 따른 조절효과를 검증하여, 우리나라 물류산업의 발전에 기여하는데 있다. 본 연구는 문헌연구를 실시하여 물류기업들이 중요하게 인식하고 있는 주요 요인을 도출하여 개념적 연구모형을 설정하였다. 우리나라 286개 물류기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 구조방정식모형을 토대로 가설을 검증하였다. 가설검증 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 물류협력은 공급망역량과 물류성과 개선에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 공급망역량이 강화되면 물류성과가 개선되는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 기업의 물류영역 전문화 수준이 높을수록 물류협력이 물류성과에 더 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

In the last few years growing interest has been dedicated to supply chain management. Modeling complexity is added to supply chain coordination problem by accounting for reverse logistics activities. The objective of this paper is to extend inventory model of manufacturing factory with respect to the production of raw material of forward logistics and recycling material of reverse logistics. The proposed model is applied to a plastic recycling process plant located in Taiwan. The case study improvement scheme shows when the recycling rate of recycling material increases from 15% to 50%, the total inventory cost of manufacturing factory decreases by 12.82%, safety stock volume decreases by 41.19% and the reorder quantity is down by 50.96%. This paper finds whether the results of the model can reach the economic profit through quantitative analysis and encourages companies integrate reverse logistics into the supply chain system.

With a steep increase of the global disaster relief efforts around the world, the relief supply chain and humanitarian logistics play an important role to address this issue. A broad overview of operations research ranges from a principle or conceptual framework to analytical methodology and case study applied in this field. In this paper, we provide an overview of this challenging research area with emphasis on the corresponding optimization problems. The scope of this study begins with classification by the stage of the disaster lifecycle system. The characteristics of each optimization problem for the disaster supply chain are considered in detail as well as the logistics features. We found that the papers related to disaster relief can be grouped in three aspects in terms of logistics attributes: facility location, distribution model, and inventory model. Furthermore, the literature also analyzes objectives and solution algorithms proposed in each optimization model in order to discover insights, research gaps and findings. Finally, we offer future research directions based on our findings from the investigation of literature review.

본 연구는 폐쇄루프 공급망 모델(Closed-Loop Supply Chain Model)을 이용하여 새로운 형태의 혼합형유전알고리즘(Proposed Hybrid Genetic Algorithm: pro-HGA)접근법의 수행도를 평가하기 위한 논문이다. 제안한 폐쇄루프 공급망 모델은 물류네트워크에서 순방향물류(Forward Logistics)와 역물류(Reverse Logistics)를 함께 고려한 통합형 물류모델이며. 이 모델에서는 회수된 제품의 재사용(Reuse), 재판매(Resale) 및 폐기(Waste Disposal)를 함께 고려하고 있다. 제안된 모델의 이행을 위해 기존연구에서 제안한 유전알고리즘(Genetic Algorithm: GA), 혼합형유전알고리즘(Hybrid Genetic Algorithm: HGA)과 본 연구에서 제안한 pro-HGA를 함께 적용하여 각 접근법들의 우수성을 비교분석하였다. 분석결과 본 연구에서 제안한 pro-HGA가 기존의 GA, HGA보다 더 우수한 결과를 얻었다.

최근 콜드 체인 제품에 대한 고객의 수요가 증가하면서 콜드 체인 기업은 고객 만족을 향상시키기 위해 물류 서비스 품질을 개선하고 새로운 경쟁우위를 찾기 위한 노력이 지속적으로 요구되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 콜드 체인 물류에서 고객 만족에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고 이들 요인 간의 관계를 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 선행연구 고찰을 통해 연구 모델을 수립하였다. 콜드 체인 물류 서비스 이용 경험이 있는 고객을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 유효한 165부의 설문 응답을 AMOS 26.0을 활용하여 구조방정식모델링 분석을 통해 가설을 검증하였다. 분석결과, 자원, 물류 인프라, 파트너십을 포함한 콜드 체인 역량은 물류 서비스 품질에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 물류 서비스 품질이 향상될수록 고객 만족은 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 파트너십을 제외한 자원과 물류 인프라는 고객 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결과적으로 콜드 체인 기업은 물류 서비스 품질을 높이기 위해 다양한 유형의 자원과 기술 수준 그리고 인프라 등을 확보해야 하며, 이를 통해 고객의 기대와 요구를 충족할 수 있다.

Great effort has been exerted to redesign the supply chain network as a means to improve corporate competitiveness. In this study, we present a mathematical model and a solution system to help redesign corporate logistics networks. The objective of the model is to minimize total logistics costs. We applied the solution system to real problem cases. We use the model and the concept to develop decision support system that is based on C++ with the use of CPLEX callable library as a solution engine. We tested and verified the DSS for redesigning the network of a large Korean electronics company. Through various scenario analyses. we recommend to redesign their supply chain network that demonstrates the possibility of substantial logistics cost savings.
