The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of leisure sports participants' leisure attitudes on immersion and fun perception. As of 2021, the subject of this study was set as a population of adult males and females aged 20 and over who participate in leisure sports in Gwangju and the South, and then the cluster random sampling method was used. A total of 300 people, 150 boys and 150 women, were collected. A questionnaire was used as a survey tool, and a questionnaire whose validity and reliability were recognized in previous studies was modified and secured according to this study. In addition, all questionnaires were constructed on a 5-point scale. The statistical analysis used for data analysis was frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS Windows 21.0 Version. The conclusions obtained in this study through data analysis by such methods and procedures are as follows. First, it was found that leisure sports participants' leisure attitudes partially affect immersion. Second, leisure sports participants' leisure attitudes were found to have a partial effect on their perception of fun. Third, it was found that the immersion of leisure sports participants partially affects the perception of fun.

The purpose of this study was to verify a Structural Equation Model that constructed the causations among the leisure resources, health perception, leisure attitude, leisure satisfaction and the quality of life in the elderly. For the purpose, 208 elderly who were over sixty years old and inhabited in Seoul were given questionnaires. Questionnaires were distributed by means of a 1:1 personal interview method. A Measurement model and a structural equation model estimates by Maximum Likelihood method(ML method) utilizing LISREL 8.51 ver. The major results are summarized as follows: 1) A Goodness of fit is good of structural equation model presented in the study. 2) The higher their leisure resource is, the higher health perception is, the higher leisure attitude is the more leisure satisfaction. 3) The important valuable factor which affected the quality of life in the elderly was the leisure satisfaction. It showed powerfully if the elderly participate enjoyment, self-development and positive leisure activity, their leisure satisfaction would increase, consequently the Quality of life would be improved.

Objectives: The purpose of the study was to examine the correlation between leisure activity recognition and campus life satisfaction of dental hygiene students in the Chungnam area. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 494 dental hygiene students at eight universities from January 11 to January 29, 2016. The questionnaire used a five point Likert scale to measure campus life satisfaction and perception towards leisure activities. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics of variables, independent t-test, one way ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation coefficient analysis. Results: The mean for satisfaction with campus life and perception towards leisure activities were 3.15 and 3.73, respectively, wich were both higher than the average. The campus life satisfaction of facilities, study, life showed positive correlations with leisure activity recognition. Conclusions: Perception towards leisure activities was associated with satisfaction with campus life. These results suggest that university authorities should encourage students to use active leisure time such as by establishing leisure programs and club activities in order to improve students' awareness of leisure activities and encourage them to make the most of university life.

The purposes of this study are to examine the participation of leisure activities for elementary school children and to analyze the children's and their mother's perception about their leisure activities. The data for the analysis are collected by the structured questionnaire and in-depth interview, The data for 106 children and their mothers living in Incheon city are analyzed using descriptive statistics and content analysis. The result of this study is summarized as follows: First, the most frequent leisure activities participated by children were hobby and culture activities such as attending institutes or receiving private tutoring. The most prefer leisure activities of children were computer related activities, watching TV and playing with friends According to the in-depth interview, these activities contributed to getting rid of stress and relaxing tension. Second, among the various activities, children tented to perceive computer related activities, roller-binding, paper folding, reading and watching TV as the leisure activities. There was no significant difference in the perception of leisure activities between mother and children except paper folding and reading. Third, the 55.7% of mother responded that the leisure activities that they were participated in childhood were more desirable compared with their children's ones.

The purpose of this study was to empirically verify the influence of variables on leisure participation and leisure satisfaction of single working people and the relative contribution of individual leisure participation and family leisure participation. The subject of this study were 176 single working people in Pusan and interviewed with a questionnaire. The data were analyzed by SPSS/PC＋ program for the frequency, mean, standard deviation, Cronbach'$\alpha$, factor analysis and regression. The major results of this study were as follows : 1. The score of family leisure participation were higher than individual leisure participation. The Level of leisure satisfaction was relatively high. 2. Variables that affect the leisure participation were job, degree of information using and perception level of the adequacy of household income. 3. Variables that affect leisure satisfaction were perception level of the adequacy of household income and individual leisure participation.

소득이 높아지는 현대사회에서의 여가는 매우 중요하게 여겨지고 있다. 과거와는 다르게 여가에 대한 인식의 변화와 여가 활용에 대한 욕구는 점점 가속화될 전망이다. 또한 현대 사회인들은 여가를 통해 삶에 대한 만족을 느끼고 있다. 따라서 누구나 즐길 수 있도록 여가에 대한 올바른 정책이 필요하고 여가활동을 할 수 있는 시설 또한 여가활동에 중요한 요소다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 여가정책이 여가활용에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하였으며 여가정책이 민간 여가시설 만족과 공공 여가시설 만족에 영향을 미친다고 가정하였으며 나아가 변화된 여가인식과 여가활용에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 파악하고자 하였다. 연구모형을 수립한 후 관련 설문지 문항을 통해 탐색적 요인 분석, 확인적 요인분석과 구조방정식 모형을 분석하였다. 그 결과 여가정책은 공공시설과 민간시설에 대한 만족도에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 공공시설에 대한 만족도는 여가인식과 여가활용에, 민간시설에 대한 만족도는 여가인식에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 변인 간의 매개효과를 검증하여 변인들이 매개를 통해 여가활용에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 그 결과를 제시하였다. 또한 연구가 가지는 함의를 결론과 함께 제시하였다.

본 연구는 여가활동 중에 국민들이 선호하는 여가스포츠활동의 참가를 유도하고 지속할 수 있도록 여가스포츠활동 유형을 개인종목, 대인종목, 단체종목으로 분류한 후 각 유형에 따른 여가제약을 규명하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 서울과 경기도에 거주하는 여가스포츠활동 참여자를 대상으로 하였다. 편의표집방법을 활용하여 총 286명이 연구에 참여하였다. 여가스포츠활동 참여자의 여가제약은 시설환경, 부정인식, 여건부족, 부상위험, 시간부족의 5가지 요인으로 분류되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 여가제약 요인 중 시설환경요인이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났으며 부정인식요인이 가장 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 여가스포츠활동 참가정도에 따른 여가제약의 차이는 부정인식요인, 여건부족요인에서 부분적으로 차이가 나는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 여가스포츠활동 유형에 따른 여가제약의 차이는 시설환경요인, 부정인식요인, 여건부족요인, 부상위험요인에서 부분적으로 차이가 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 여가스포츠활동 참가 정도와 유형에 따라 여가제약에 대한 차이가 있다는 것을 규명하였으며 이러한 결과는 맞춤형 여가제약 협상에 대한 연구들도 가능하게 할 것이며 미래 여가사회연구를 위한 중요한 자료가 될 것이다.

본 연구는 변화되고 있는 노인들의 여가활동욕구를 파악하고, 노인복지관 이용자의 여가활동욕구 정도가 노인의 심리사회적 노화인식에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위해 수행되어졌다. 본 연구는 2015년 12월 1일부터 12월 20일까지 수집된 2015년 G구 노인종합사회복지관의 서비스를 이용하는 이용자 1312명의 자료를 분석하였다. 위계적 회귀분석을 한 주요한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조사대상자 노인들은 심리적으로 노화에 대해 부정적으로 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 참가대상자들의 여가활동욕구 정도에 대한 인식은 스포츠참여 및 건강관련 활동, 문화예술관람활동, 지역사회교류활동, 문화예술참여활동, 취업 및 노후설계교육활동, 취미오락활동의 순으로 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 여가활동욕구 정도가 노인의 심리사회적 노화인식에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 취미오락활동 욕구와 취업 및 노후설계교육 욕구가 심리사회적 노화인식에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 통제요인인 연령과 주관적 건강상태가 심리사회적 노화인식에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 한 실천적 제언으로, 노인들을 위한 다양한 여가체험활동 지원, 다양한 여가 프로그램 탐색의 기회 제공, 노년기 여가욕구와 여가활동을 지원하는 맞춤형 매칭 프로그램의 개발이 제시되었다.

본 연구는 여가제약에 따른 한강시민공원의 여가공간개발 영향에 대한 이용자의 인식차이에 관한 연구로 한강시민공원 이용에 표출되는 여가제약을 파악하고, 한강시민공원의 이용행태 특성 및 여가공간개발에 따른 긍정적 부정적 영향에 대한 인식을 파악하고자 하였다. 여가제약에 따른 한강시민공원 이용자의 여가공간개발에 대한 인식차이를 비교분석 하기 위해 한강시민공원에서의 여가활동에 미치는 정보와 자원, 경제적 여유, 시간적 여유를 영향정도가 높은 집단과 낮은 집단으로 분류하여 심층분석하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 한강시민공원은 산책 및 휴식을 비롯한 조깅 및 마라톤, 자전거 등 여가제약요인에 영향이 적은 근린이용의 성격을 지닌 간단한 운동을 위해 방문하는 공간이었다. 둘째, 한강시민공원의 여가공간개발에 따른 영향에 있어서 저렴한 여가활동 비용, 접근의 용이를 가장 높게 평가하고 있었으며, 이용자 증가로 인한 혼잡 및 운영 관리상 예산과 관리인원의 증가를 가장 많이 우려하고 있었다. 셋째, 한강시민공원에서의 여가제약은 시간적 여유, 경제적 여유, 정보와 자원의 순으로 영향을 미치고 있었으며 여가제약의 영향정도에 따라 다양한 여가기회 및 여가수준의 향상, 한강에 대한 자부심 및 애착심 고취, 저렴한 여가활동 비용을 비롯하여 운영 관리상 예산과 관리인원의 증가, 이용자의 증가로 인한 혼잡에 있어 인식차이를 나타내고 있었다. 따라서 본 연구는 한강시민공원 이용자들에게 영향을 미치는 여가제약과 이에 따른 여가공간개발에 대한 인식을 확인할 수 있었으며, 여가제약의 영향정도가 한강시민공원의 여가공간개발에의 이용행태 및 긍정적 부정적 개발영향의 지각에 차이가 있음을 밝혀냈다는 점에서 연구의 의의가 있다고 할 수 있겠다. 또한 여가제약에 따른 여가불만을 해소하기 위해서 한강시민공원의 여가공간에 대한 홍보 및 정보전달과 함께 여가공간 운영 및 관리체제 수반, 다채로운 맞춤형 프로그램 개발, 사익보단 공익이 우선적인 여가공간 및 시설의 도입 등의 필요성이 고찰되었다.

본 연구는 국내 대학생을 대상으로 라이프케어를 위한 감각처리특성과 여가참여유형, 작업참여인식 그리고 삶의 질과의 상관관계에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 대학생을 169명을 대상으로 2019년 2월부터 동년 3월까지 설문조사를 실시하였다. 감각처리는 청소년/성인 감각프로파일(Adolescent/Adult Sensory Profole)로, 여가참여유형은 여가활동 질문지로, 작업참여인식은 작업자가평가(Occupational Self Assessment)로, 삶의 질은 삶의 만족 척도(Satisfaction With Life Scale)로 평가하였다. 감각처리특성과 여가참여유형, 작업참여인식 및 삶의 만족 척도와의 관련성은 피어슨 상관분석을 사용하였다. 감각처리특성 중 등록저하와 스포츠, 감각찾기와 스포츠, 사교활동 및 관광 사이에 유의한 양의 상관관계가 나타났다. 그리고 작업참여인식에서 작업수행은 등록저하, 감각예민, 감각회피와 유의한 음의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 취미교양과 관람, 사교활동은 작업참여인식과 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 작업참여인식과 삶의 질은 양의 상관관계로 나타났다(p<.05, p<.01). 감각처리특성은 여가참여유형, 작업참여인식 그리고 삶의 질과 상관관계를 나타내었다. 앞으로의 연구에서는 감각처리특성에 기반한 여가활동, 작업참여 및 삶의 질을 향상시키는 평가도구개발이 이루어져야 할 것이다.
