This study aimed to examine the actor and partner effects of marital satisfaction on life satisfaction in middle-aged and older couples via their health behavior and health. The study participants included a total of 2,108 couples, aged 57 and over, from the eighth wave of data from the Korean Longitudinal Study of Ageing (KLoSA). The marital satisfaction, health behavior, health, and life satisfaction of the husbands and wives were measured to conduct the analysis. This analysis was conducted based on the Actor-Partner Interdependence Mediation Model (APIMeM) with the bootstrapping technique being used as the mediating effect. The results indicated that there were significant actor and partner direct and indirect effects when it comes to the relationship between the participants' marital satisfaction and their own life satisfaction, mediated by health behavior and health. However, no significant influences regarding the health of the participants on the life satisfaction of their spouses were found. These results suggest that it is important for middle-aged and older couples to improve their marital relationships in order to promote the health and life satisfaction of both parties. Doing so will help husbands and wives lead healthier lifestyles based on their positive relationships.

The Korean film industry has grown fast since the 2000s in terms of entering the 50% market share level, the emergence of 10million box-office movies and export performance improvement; however, the earning rate of production and investment part has decreased and recorded a minus value since 2005. This article aims to find key the determinants for the success of Korean movies from 2001~2006, a period of high growth and success of the Korean film industry through a multiple regression analysis. This paper introduces new determinants such as the interaction effect of the director and lead actor as well as mass culture codes. Finally, the authors suggest some proposals to make the Korean Film Industry more profitable.

본 연구는 공연예술의 독보적 특성인 관객의 감각적 현전을 유발하여 공연 충성도에 영향을 미치는 뮤지컬 배우의 특성 요인을 알아보고 뮤지컬 배우의 특성 요인과 공연 충성도의 사이에서 관객의 감각적 현전이 갖는 매개효과에 대해 알아보고자 수행되었다. 독립변수인 배우의 특성은 배우의 연기력과 가창력, 배우의 인지도 그리고 극중 역할 표현을 위한 배우의 외형적 적합성으로 구분하고, 그중 배우의 외형적 적합성은 배우의 얼굴, 체형, 목소리, 분장, 의상 등으로 설정하였다. 매개변수인 관객의 감각적 현전은 몰입, 동일시로 구분하고 종속변수인 공연 충성도는 추천 의도, 재 관람 의도로 설정하였다. Andrew F. Hayes의 SPSS PROCESS v3.4로 매개효과와 이중 매개 효과를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 관객의 공연 충성도에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 배우의 특성은 외형적 적합성, 연기력, 가창력, 인지도 순으로 나타났다. 매개효과의 경우 배우의 인지도와 공연 충성도 간에서 동일시의 매개효과를 제외한 모든 관계에서 몰입 및 동일시가 각각 유의한 매개효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났으며 배우의 특성으로 인해 관객이 몰입하고 동일시를 거쳐 공연 충성도까지 도달하게 되는 이중 매개효과는 배우의 모든 특성 요인과 공연 충성도 간에서 유의한 영향을 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 배우의 특성이 공연 충성도에 미치는 직접효과보다 몰입, 동일시 등 현전을 거쳐 공연 충성도에 이르는 간접효과가 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 감각적 현전을 매개하여 공연 충성도에 영향을 미치는 배우의 특성은 외형적 적합성 > 연기력 > 가창력 > 인지도 순으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 뮤지컬 제작자와 연출, 배우에게 관객의 감각적 현전을 일으켜 공연 충성도를 이끌어내기 위해 핵심적으로 필요한 배우의 특성 요인을 시사한다.

과학 보도는 고도의 전문성이 필요하다는 관점에서 다른 분야의 보도보다 실패하기 쉽다. 행위자네트워크이론(ANT)에 따르면 과학자의 연구성과(인공물)뿐 아니라 이를 다루는 과학 기사도 이종적 네트워크로 볼 수 있다. 즉, 과학 기사는 과학자, 홍보담당자, 기자, 독자 같은 인간 행위자뿐 아니라 논문, 보도자료, 가판신문 등 비인간 행위자가 잡종적 동맹을 맺고 있는 것이다. 과학 보도 과정을 ANT의 관점에서 보면, 과학자의 연구성과가 보도자료를 매개자로 삼아 언론, 특히 기자를 번역해 자신의 네트워크를 대중에게까지 확장하는 것이라 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 국내 언론이 2005년 한국전자통신연구원(ETRI) 김현탁 박사팀의 연구성과를 보도한 과정을 ANT로 분석하되, 보도자료의 수사(레토릭)를 중심으로 해 과학 보도가 실패하기 쉬운 이유를 밝히고, 과학 저널리즘에 대한 시사점을 정리한다.

This article deals with the asymmetrical relations between Australia and China and explores their interdependence, tensions, and societal outlooks. Both countries are dependent on one another for trade to different degrees but attempt to diversify their supply chains. While there is no united position on China in Australia, there has been a bipartisan support for the counter-interference legislation there. The newly established security pact of the United States (US), the United Kingdom (UK) and Australia - 'AUKUS' - has brought a new dimension into these tensions and will most likely lead to an arms race. The author explores how a so-called middle power such as Australia balances the related economic and strategic interests and priorities. Although Australia has been vulnerable in its asymmetric relationship with China, it has shown that it is not a passive and helpless actor when facing an economic coercion. The interdependence has become a moderating factor in this strategic stand-off. Additionally, Australia demonstrates its tendency to reinforce its traditional reliance on its previous more powerful allies, the UK and the US.

본 연구는 아이템 현금거래를 단순한 정적인 체계로 접근하는 기존 연구와 달리, 거래의 진화과정에 대한 역사적 분석을 통해 아이템 현금 거래를 복잡적응계(CAS)로서 접근하였다. 아이템 현금거래는 가상경제와 현실경제 간의 융합을 보여주는 복합적 현상으로 시간에 따라 아이템의 생산과 소비 과정이 역동적으로 진화하고 있다. 본 연구는 첫째, 초기 아이템 거래가 단일한 행위자에 의해 설계된 의도적 체계가 아니라 내생적으로 창발하였음을, 둘째, 초기 거래 이후 아이템 거래는 다양한 행위자들(개인유저, 작업장, 게임 기업, 유저 커뮤니티, 중개인 등)이 자발적으로 참여하는 복잡하고 역동적인 체계로서 거래안전성과 효율성을 증가시키는 방향으로 자기조직화하고 있음을, 셋째, 복작접응계로서 아이템 거래 체계는 내부 행위자들의 욕구를 상호보완해주고 긍정적 피드백이 강력히 작동하고 있음을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 아이템 현금거래의 창발과 진화에 대한 이해가 부재한 인위적 규제가 체제 효율성을 왜곡시켜 비의도적인 정책 실패를 야기할 수 있다는 함의를 제공한다.

Propose: The expansion of the delivery market in franchise business is a positive means of advertising and promotion for franchisees and contributes to substantial sales growth for stores. However, unrestricted and uncontrolled delivery sales and business activity of franchisee directly lead to encroachment of business territory between franchisees, resulting in increased operating costs of franchisees and conflicts between franchisees over rights and interests on franchise business. Moreover, in relation to the restrictions on the opening of competitors, it is incapacitating the law intent of prohibiting unfair encroachment of business territory, in the issue of the Fair Franchise Act in regard to guarantee of exclusive sales and business activity rights of franchisee. This study aims to point out major problems arising out of franchisee's infinite competition on delivery sales and business activity that are not restricted or controlled and then suggest legal supplements, policy tasks, and practical implications for improvement on the issues. Literature Review: In franchising business transactions, vertical restraints are associated with the exclusive territory establishment, control of transaction area, restriction of intangible sales and business activity of franchisee. Therefore, in the franchise business, it is necessary to take positive interpretation and application on e-commerce, the area of e-commerce, and delivery trading area and find proper and practical ways, by virtue of constructive attitude of each actor, to reduce the encroachment of business territory and various conflicts caused by unrestricted delivery trading area. Conclusion and suggestion: The finding shows that unrestricted or uncontrolled delivery sales and business activity of franchisees cause encroachment of business territory and many conflicts among franchisees. And this matters also weaken the legislation of the law on the protection of the business territory and can be negative factors that disrupt the protection of identity and sound development of the franchise industry in the long run. Therefore, in the franchise business, it is necessary to take positive interpretation and application on e-commerce, the area of e-commerce, and delivery trading area and find proper and practical ways, by virtue of constructive attitude of each actor, to reduce the encroachment of business territory and various conflicts caused by unrestricted delivery trading area.

본 연구의 목적은 노년기 부부관계 내에서 우울과 부부관계만족도 간 종단적 상호관계가 어떠한지 탐색하는 데 있다. 부부의 상호의존성을 반영하고 부부자료를 하나의 모형에서 분석하기 위해 행위자-상대방 상호의존모형(Actor-Partner Interdependence Model)과 공통운명모형(Common Fate Model)을 기반으로 연구모형을 설정하였으며, 변인 간 종단적 상호관계를 검증하기 위해 자기회귀교차지연 모형을 활용하였다. 한국복지패널조사의 10차 년도(2015년)부터 13차 년도(2018년)까지의 4개년도 자료로 부부자료(dyadic data)를 구성하였으며, 최종적으로 2015년 기준 60세 이상인 부부 1,383쌍(2,766명)에 대하여 구조방정식모형을 이용하여 분석하였다. 주요 분석결과는 첫째, 노년기 부부의 부부관계만족도는 남편 우울, 아내 우울에 종단적으로 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 부부관계만족도가 남편 우울에 미치는 영향보다 아내의 우울 수준에 미치는 영향이 유의하게 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 남편 우울 수준과 아내 우울 수준은 부부 공통의 관계만족도에 종단적으로 부적 영향을 미쳤으나 영향력의 크기 차이는 유의하지 않았다. 본 연구의 결과는 우울과 부부관계만족도가 상호순환관계에 있음을 보여주며, 부부관계만족도의 저하와 우울의 증가라는 악순환 고리가 형성될 가능성을 제기한다. 이를 바탕으로 노년기 우울과 부부관계만족도의 개선을 위해서 부부 단위의 개입과 부부 각자에 대한 개별적 접근을 병행해야 함을 논의하였다.

중금속 폐수를 처리하는 활성슬러지로 부터 Arthrobactor sp.를 부터 분리하여 생체흡착 실험에 사용하였다. Aythrobactor sp.의 납 흡착량은 초기농도 500 mg/L에서 146.9 mg Pb/g dry biomass로 Sacchuomyces ceieuslae와 Sacchuomyces uvuum보다 약 4배 더 많은 흡착량을 보여주었다. pH가 1.8, 3.0 및 4.0으로 골아 질수록 납의 홉착량은 증가하였고, biomass의 양이 많아질수록 단위 미생물당 납 흡착량은 감소하였다. Biomass에 0.1M KOH, $CaCl_2$및 NaOH로 4시간 동안 전 처리하여 흡착실험을 수행한 결과 KOH로 전 처리된 biomass의 납 흡착량은 1.26배 증가하였으나 NaOH로 처리한 것은 납의 흡착량이 감소하였다. Polyacrylamide에 고정화된 biomass를 반응기에 충진한 연속실험에서, 유속 2.12 $m^3/m^2/$day 에서 15시간 동안 납 제거효율이 99%이상 되었다.

조선 및 해운·물류 분야의 디지털 전환은 자율운항선박의 도입 및 선박의 운항방식의 변화를 이끌 것으로 예상된다. 기존 운항방식과 함께 자율운항, 원격운항 등 다양한 운항형태가 공존하며, 선박 운용 프로세스의 전환과 새로운 이해관계자의 등장이 전망된다. 본 논문에서는 선박 운항방식 변화에 따른 미래 선박 운항 프로세스를 분석하고, 미래 선박의 운항환경 변화를 예측하여 주요 업무별·이해관계자별 기능요건을 도출하고자 한다. 델파이 기법을 활용하여 항해 및 화물운송 계획 수립단계부터 최종 목적항 입항 및 화물 하역단계까지 선박 운항 시나리오를 구성하고, 업무별, 수행 주체별 미래 업무 변화를 예측했다. 원격운항, 자율운항 등으로 선원의 개입이 최소화될 것이며, 각 분야의 전문가가 선박 운항의 다양한 측면에서 책임과 의무를 갖게 될 것으로 예상된다.
