지진하중을 받는 고층건물의 동적응답 해석에 관한 연구 (A Study on Dynamic Response Analysis of High Structure under Earthquake Load)

  • Earthquake is a natural disaster accompanied by damage of human and properties caused by the ground motion, crustal movements, faults as well as tidal wave. The earthquake is known to occur mostly in earthquake-prone areas and the Korean Peninsula is known to be relatively safe in terms of geological characteristics. In order to withstand on severe environmental dynamic random load such as an earthquake, the large structure need to be designed to withstand the anticipated seismic tremor. The seismetic design is essential for building structures, bridges, and large structures which is handles explosive gases. Thus, the necessity of earthquake resistant analysis for large structure is growing and the capability of dynamic analysis should be obtained. In this thesis, dynamic responses of a high building(height 60m, width 18) which subjected to random earthquake load are presented which responses are derived using dynamic analysis methods such as response spectrum analysis, mode superposition and direct integration. Each results are also compared to review the merit of each methods.

고속 궤도차량의 동역학적 모델링 및 해석 (Dynamic Modeling and Analysis of a High Mobility Tracked Vehicle)

  • This paper presents a dynamic model of a high mobility tracked vehicle composed of rigid bodies. Track is modeled as an extensible cable and the track tension between the sprocket and roller is calculated by the catenary equation. The ground force acting on a road wheel is calculated by the Bekker's pressure-sinkage relationship using the segmented wheel model. System equations of motion and constraint acceleration equations are derived in the joint coordinate space using the velocity transformation method.

  • A 3-dimensional double track vehicle model, that has 12-degress-of-freedom, was proposed to analyze handling and riding behaviours of an automotive car. Nonlinear characteristics of the suspension and steering systems of the vehicle model were considered in its equations of motion, which were solved by using the 4th-order Runge-Kutta integration method. Computer simulations for lane change, steady-state handling, and running-over-bump manoeuvres were made and verified by vehicle tests on proving ground. The computed results of the proposed model showed better agreement with test results than those of the conventional 2-dimensional single track model did. Especially they showed good accuracy near the characteristic speed and in high lateral accelerated manoeuvres.

관절의 수동탄성특성을 이용한 족부의 생체역학적 해석 (Biomechanical Analysis of the Human Foot by Using Passive Elastic Characteristics of Joints)

  • In this study we presented kinematic and kinetic data of foot joints using approximated equations and partial plantar pressure during gait. The maximum angular displacements of each tarsometatarsal joint were found to range from 4$^{\circ}$to 7$^{\circ}$ and the maximum moments were from 200Nㆍcm to 1500Nㆍcm. It was relatively wide distribution. Foot kinematic data calculated from the approximated equations, which were represented by the correlation between moment and angular displacement, and the data from motion analysis were similar. We found that the movements of foot joint were mainly decided by the passive characteristics of the joint when ground reaction force acts. The method of kinematic and kinetic analysis using approximated equations which is presented in this study is considered useful to describe the movements of foot joints in gait simulations.

  • In this paper, we describe the design and performance of UAV system toward compact and fully autonomous quadrotors, where they can complete logistics application, rescue work, inspection tour and remote sensing without external assistance systems like ground station computers, high-performance wireless communication devices or motion capture system. we propose high-speed hovering flyght height control method based on state feedback control with image information from active camera and multirate observer because we can get image of the information only every 30ms. Finally, we show the advantages of proposed method by simulations and experiments.

  • Contracture is defined as the lack of full passive range of motion resulting from pint, muscle or soft tissue limitationprolonged Pint immobilization will result in stress and stretch deprivation and gradual development of contracture. the tissue changes caused by immobilization may be categorized as cellular modeling, ground substance and collagen response, and tissue response. contracture can be divided into three categories according to the anatomical location of pathological changes :arthrogenic, myogenic, soft tissue contractures Therapeutic approach of contracture is thermal or cold agents application, stretch or restoration of length, traction, manipulation, mobilization positioning and restoration of function. The purpose of this article is to review current concepts of mechanical properties and synthesis of collagen tissue and the underlying pathomechanics as it relates to evaluation and treatment of contracture.

  • We reported the design, prototype, test drive, and mechanical & electrical engineering analyses of a power-lifting wheelchair using mecanum wheels. Mecanum wheels enable translational and rotational movement of the device in any direction on the ground. The power-lifting capability enables the seated individual to reach the standing height of a non-disabled individual. This mecanum wheelchair is fully controlled by the joystick attached to the armrest. The motion of the wheelchair and lifting action of the seat were studied using statics and dynamics. We believe this mecanum wheelchair is a prime candidate for commercial production.

지진격리 구조물의 지진모니터링 시스템 개발 (The Development of Seismic Monitoring for a Base-Isolated Building System)

  • Nowadays, base isolation systems such as lead-rubber bearing, elastomer bearing and sliding bearing have been installed to the various structures to prevent the disaster from seismic. The performance of base isolation system have been well proved by model-scale experiments and numerical analysis. However. the seismic response data measured at real large base-isolated structures is still insufficient. This paper presents a seismic monitoring system, acquiring real-time acceleration signals up to 32 channels, displaying time history and spectrum of the signals, storing the acquired data at a PC hard disk, and replaying the saved data. Moreover, the system can be operated without any limitation for monitoring period by automatic management of stored data file. The developed system has been installed at a real base-isolated building using lead-rubber bearings and we expect its seismic response data with ground motion signal can be well licquired in case of earthquake occurrence.

추계학적 선진원 모델과 층상반무한체에서의 탄성파 전파 해석법에 의한 지진 지반운동 합성 (Synthesis of Earthquake Ground Motion by Combining Stochastic Line Source Model with Elastic Wave Propagation Analysis Method in a Layered Half Space)

  • A Stochastic line source model is developed to simulate the seismic wave field generated during the rupture propagation process along a fault plane of which length is much larger than its width. The fault plane is assumed to consist of randomly distributed slip zones and barriers and each slip zone is modeled as a point source. By combining the newly developed source model with wave propagation analysis method in a layered 3-D visco-elastic half space, synthetic seismograms are obtained. The calculated accelerograms due to vertical dip slip and strike slip line sources are presented.

도시 폐기물 매립지반의 내진해석

  • 폐기물 매립시설물은 지진에 의해 파괴될 경우 시설물 파괴로부터 인명 및 경제적인 피해와 더불어 복구하기 어려운 환경적인 문제가 발생한다. 따라서 지진시 지반 및 구조물의 거동을 정확히 예측하기 위한 신뢰성 있는 지반 가속도의 증폭현상 평가가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 1차원 지반응답특성 평가 프로그램인 SHAKE91과 유한차분 프로그램인 FLAC을 이용 하여 폐기물 매립지에서의 지진거동 특성을 분석하였다. 1차원 해석결과 연약층이 존재하는 곳에서 지반변형이 많이 이루어졌고, FLAC 해석결과 폐기물층 사면부에서 뚜렷한 변위벡터가 발생하였으나 내진 2등급 매립지의 허용변위 30cm 이내이므로 해석 대상 구조물은 안전함을 알 수 있었다.
