1. The tourist industry of Korea should be operated whithin the limit of keeping order and respecting the Law, especially the constitution which is the fundamental Law of a Nation. 2. The idealogy of tourism, when support the regulations of tourism and a tour, is prescribed in the constitution. 3. No part of Article which does not have related to tourism can be found in the constitution from Article 1 through Article 130. 4. These part, However, have not yet been the subject of the tourism of study in Korea. 5. Therefor what is called the idealogy of tourism, which relate to tourist industry in every text of the constitution, is going to be studied in this research paper.

This article introduces recent trends in RHC (Receding Horizon Control), also known as MPC (Model Predictive Control), that has been well recognized in industry and academy as a systematic approach for optimal design and constraint management. Constrained and robust RHCs will be briefly reviewed with milestone results. Among the diverse developments and achievements of RHCs, implementation issues will be focused on, together with the latest applications. In particular, this article introduces results on how to solve a finite horizon open-loop optimal control problem in an efficient way, together with code generation for real-time execution and easy implementation. Instead of traditional applications such as refineries and petrochemical plants, this article highlights some selected emerging applications, such as energy management systems and mechatronics, that have resulted from state-of-the-art high performance computing power and advanced numerical schemes.

The purpose of this article is to prove strong convergence theorems for weak relatively nonexpansive mapping which is firstly presented in this article. In order to get the strong convergence theorems for weak relatively nonexpansive mapping, the monotone CQ iteration method is presented and is used to approximate the fixed point of weak relatively nonexpansive mapping, therefore this article apply above results to prove the strong convergence theorems of zero point for maximal monotone operators in Banach spaces. Noting that, the CQ iteration method can be used for relatively nonexpansive mapping but it can not be used for weak relatively nonexpansive mapping. However, the monotone CQ method can be used for weak relatively nonexpansive mapping. The results of this paper modify and improve the results of S.Matsushita and W.Takahashi, and some others.

The present article is concerned with pitting corrosion of Inconel alloy 600 at elevated solution temperatures. This article first summarized the previous works on the characteristics and the growth models of oxide film grown on alloy 600 at elevated solution temperatures. Thereafter, this article reviewed previous works on the morphological study on pitting corrosion of alloy 600 as functions of solution temperature and such anion additives as thiosulphate, sulphate, nitrate and bicarbonate ions in terms of pit morphology and its fractal dimension.

The present article is concerned with the overview of the chemically/surface modified cubic spinel $LiMn_2O_4$ as a cathode electrode far lithium ion secondary batteries. Firstly, this article presented a comprehensive survey of the cubic spinel structure and its correlated electrochemical behaviour of $LiMn_2O_4$. Subsequently, the various kinds of the chemically/surface modified $LiMn_2O_4$ and their electrochemical characteristics were discussed in detail. Finally, this article reviewed our recent research works published on the mechanism of lithium transport through the chemically/surface modified $Li_{1-\delta}Mn_2O_4$ electrode from the kinetic view point by the analyses of the experimental potentiostatic current transients and ac-impedance spectra.

This article can see the analysis of the monetary market of Russia at the present stage, its main segments. Journalism robot by using a computer algorithm, while maintaining the precision and reliability of the existing media refers to an article which is automatically created. In this paper, we introduce 'stock robot' of robot journalism which writes securities articles and describe artificial intelligence algorithms in stages. Key steps of stock robot implemented artificial intelligence algorithm through four steps of data collection and storage, key event extraction, article content production, and article production. This research has developed a stock robot that collects and analyzes data on social issues and stock indexes for the last 2 years. In the future, as the algorithm is further developed, it becomes possible to write securities articles quickly and accurately through social issues. It will also provide customized information tailored to the user's preferences.

The present article is concerned with the overview of carbonaceous materials used as anode materials for lithium ion secondary batteries. This article first classified carbonaceous materials into graphite, soft carbon and hard carbon according to their crystal structures, and then summarised the previous works on the characteristics of lithium intercalation/deintercalation into/from the carbonaceous materials. Finally this article reviewed our recent research works on the mechanism of lithium transport through graphite, soft carbon and hard carbon electrodes from the kinetic view point by the analysis of the theoretical and experimental potentiostatic current transients.

It is believed that visual exposure to nature in the interior environment can make human healthier. But little about the effect of visual environment on human health is known. This article employs some existing evidences that perceptual experience of natural elements in the interior environment could reduce mental fatigue. The results of this article are shown as follows: First, the perception of natural elements is a physiological activity in terms of psychological health. Secondly, the visual stimulation of nature provoking proper arouse helps psychological balance. The aim of this article is to provoke further thinking and research on this possibility that visual exposure to nature may make people healthier.

This article analyzed the process of concluding the Korea-Russia IUU Fishing Prevention Agreement as a model case for distant water fisheries governance. The research studied co-operations for fisheries between Korea and Russia, the current status of live crabs landed in Korea through IUU fishing and Russia's political position on the IUU issue. Also this article reviewed a series of processes executed to achieve the bilateral agreement to prevent IUU fishing, including researches, intergovernmental negotiations, institutional improvements, public hearings and presentations. There were many things closely linked together such as international FAO-IUU prevention efforts, Russia's IUU fishing issue, Korean importers of Russian live crabs, their local governments and Korean snow-crab gill-net fishermen. These issues were resolved through reasonable reconciliations. This article wants to contribute to be used as a reference for other similar IUU fisheries cases.
