노인단독가구의 가계재정관리와 경제생활만족도 (Financial Management and Satisfaction of the Elderly Households)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze financial management and satisfaction of the elderly households using System’s Approach. 1) Financial management behavior was influenced by age, present job, husband’s job before retirement, assets, family income, living expenses, experiences of financial management. 2) Financial satisfaction was influenced by age, present job, husband’s job before retirement, assets, family income, living expenses, experiences of financial management, and assessment of family financial conditions. 3) The result of regression analysis of input variables on the throughput variable showed that age of respondent and the middle age experiences of financial management emerged as predictors of financial management. There variables accounted for 48% of variance in the financial management behavior. 4) When financial satisfaction was regressed against input and throughput variables, 55% of the total variance of the financial satisfaction was explained by financial goal and assessment of family conditions.

상급 종합병원 간호사의 직무만족도와 조직몰입이 환자안전관리 활동에 미치는 영향 (Impact of Nurses' Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment on Patient Safety Management Activities in Tertiary Hospitals)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on patient safety management activities of nurses. Methods: A cross-sectional design was adopted. The sample included 307 nurses working in three tertiary university hospitals. Data were collected during November and December, 2012, with a response rate of 93%. A 40-item patient safety management activities scale was used to measure patient safety activities. Job satisfaction and organizational commitment were also measured with established instruments and included general characteristics. Data were analyzed with PASW 18.0 program. Results: The mean score for patient safety management activities was 3.98 out of 5. Stepwise multiple linear regression indicated that organizational commitment (${\beta}$=.20, p<.001) and job satisfaction (${\beta}$=.18, p=.013) respectively predicted patient safety management activities. Especially, the addition of organizational commitment as the strongest predictor of patient safety management activities increased the associated explained variance ($R^2$ change=.11, p<.001). Conclusion: It is important for managers to create an organizational climate that promotes the organizational commitment and job satisfaction of nurses. Future studies are encouraged to replicate the findings and also to better understand patient safety management activities and personal emotional stability.

DACUM 법에 의한 병원행정사 직무분석 (Job Analysis of Hospital Administrator Based on the DACUM Method)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze of hospital administrator based on the DACUM(Developing A Curriculum) method. The contents of this study were to extract the duties, tasks consisting of job of hospital administrator and to investigate levels of importance, difficulty, frequency and entry level on each task, and to make out a job model of hospital administrator. A DACUM committee was composed to analyze job of hospital administrator and the committee members were total 9, a facilitator, 7 hospital administrator and a recorder. The major findings of this study were as the followings; first, duties in job of hospital administrator were total 13, which were organization of hospital administration affairs, health insurance review & assessment, general affairs, personnel management, hospital planning & management, medical quality improvement, hospital financial affairs, logistics management, facilities management, computerized system management, education & study supports, medical staffs' perceptions of service quality both directly and indirectly through their perceptions of patient orientation. These findings implied that HPWS would be a way of survival in drastically changing hospital environments.

행정직 간호사의 조직침묵, 전문직업성이 직무배태성에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Organizational Silence and Professionalism on Job Embeddedness among Nurses in Hospital Management)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to provide data to establish an efficient manpower management plan so that the organization can identify the influence of organizational silence and professionalism on job embeddedness among nurses in hospital management. Methods: Self-report questionnaires were distributed to 150 nurses in hospital management who were working in general hospitals with less than 900 beds but more than 300 beds in the districts of Seoul and Gyunggi, Gangwon province. Of the questionnaires, 127 out of 150 copies were collected and 120 copies were used for final analysis. Seven were not considered sincere in the responses. Data were analyzed using SPSS ver. 22.0 statistic program, t-test, ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test, Pearson correlation coefficients and multiple regression. Results: Organizational silence and professionalism had significant influence on job embeddedness, which explained 43.4% of job embeddedness. Conclusion: The results indicate that in order to raise job embeddedness, it is necessary to provide various programs to change communication patterns in the nurses in hospital management, and to create environments in which nurses in hospital management can present various opinions.

전문병원의 시장지향성이 고객지향성, 직업전문성, 직무만족 및 경영성과에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Effect of Market Orientation on Customer Orientation, Professionalism, Job satisfaction and Performance in Specialty Hospital)

  • The purpose of this study is to find how does market orientation of specialty hospital affects customer orientation, professionalism, job satisfaction and performance. Consequently, the correlation between market orientation and performance can be identified and more effective guideline for marketing strategy can be draw through this study. Data were collected from 302 employees in 6 hospitals using a standardized questionnaire. This study analyzed the research model using structural equation model. The findings of this paper are as followings; 1. Customer orientation and professionalism had been affected directly by market orientation. 2. Performance has been affected directly by customer orientation and job satisfaction. 3. Job satisfaction has been affected directly by professionalism. 4. Performance has been affected indirectly by professionalism via job satisfaction.

병원 종사자의 직무자원이 프리젠티즘에 미치는 영향: 직무착근도의 매개효과 (The Effect of Job Resources of Hospital Workers on Presenteeism: The Mediating Effect of Job Embeddedness)

  • 본 연구는 병원 종사자의 직무자원이 프리젠티즘에 미치는 영향과 직무착근도의 매개효과를 확인하는 것을 목적으로 한다. B시 소재 병원에 재직 중인 종사자 301명을 대상으로 2023년 7월 10일부터 8월 10일까지 설문조사를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. SPSS 26.0을 사용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계, 피어슨 상관계수를 분석하였다. 변수 간 관계 및 매개효과는 Baron & Kenny가 제시한 3단계 위계적 회귀분석과 Sobel's test 방법으로 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 직무자원, 직무착근도와 프리젠티즘 간에 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 직무자원과 직무착근도가 프리젠티즘에 부정적인 영향을 미치며, 직무자원과 프리젠티즘과의 관계에서 직무착근도는 부분매개를 하는 것으로 확인되었다. 이를 바탕으로 병원 종사자의 프리젠티즘을 감소시키기 위해 제도적 및 행정적으로 충분한 직무자원을 제공하고 지속적인 교육 기회를 제공함으로써 직무착근도를 향상시키는 방안을 제언하였다.

호텔주방의 HACCP 시스템적용 유무에 따른 조리종사원의 직무스트레스, 만족, 몰입의 비교 분석 (A Comparative Study of Job Stress, Satisfaction and Commitment of Cooking Employees in Hotel Kitchens with and without HACCP Systems)

  • Objectives: This study was conducted to identify differences in job stress, satisfaction and commitment of cooking employees working in hotel kitchens with and without HACCP systems. Methods: Culinary employees of 12 five-star hotels were surveyed and 504 valid data were used for SPSS analysis. Sub factors of working environment factors (job stress, job satisfaction, and job commitment) were examined for analysis. Results: The results showed that hotels that implemented the HACCP system had significantly higher values for the five sub factors of employee job stress (job demand, relationship conflict, organizational system, lack of job autonomy, and job instability; p<0.001). For the sub factors of job satisfaction (internal and external satisfaction) statistic showed a statistically significant value in hotels that did not implement the HACCP system (p<0.001). Job attachment and job importance, which are sub factors of job commitment, showed no difference in relation to the implementation of HACCP system, and job responsibility showed a higher p-value in hotels that did not implement HACCP (p<0.05). Conclusions: The results of the study indicate that culinary employees working at venues with HACCP systems have more job related stress, lower job satisfaction and partially less job commitment. Based on this outcome, venues that have already implemented or are planning to implement HACCP systems should consider the implications regarding their management of employees. Managerial policies that enhance autonomy, job stability, achievement, self-development, promotion, and compensation should also be implemented. Finally, meticulous attention and high investments into the work environment and human resources are necessary.

The results are as follows : (1) Job importance of dental hygienists were order 'photographing in Dental Radiology', 'Management of Dental clinic', 'Oral prophylaxis', in case education-training need was order 'dental health insurance', 'Oral prophylaxis', 'Management of Dental clinic'. duty more than 5.0 of job importance and education-training need was as 'dental health education', 'Oral prophylaxis', 'preventive dental treatment', 'dental assistance (cooperation)', 'photographing in Dental Radiology', 'dental health insurance', 'Management of Dental clinic', Duty of practice centering in Dental (Clinics) Hospitals except 'Public oral health'. (2) Job importance and education-training need of task increased most of job importance in proportion to education-training need. (3) No significantly between dental hospital hygienist and dental clinic hygienist difference of job importance and education-training need according to work place. but 'Management of Dental clinic' and 'dental health insurance' of dental hospital hygienist lower than dental clinic hygienist. (4) The results job importance compare less 3 years to more 3 years of dental hygienists were perceive significantly 'dental health education', 'Public oral health', 'dental health insurance', 'Management of Dental clinic' the other hand, education-training need was perceive significantly 'preventive dental treatment'.

지하절 종사자의 작업능력과 직무스트레스 평가에 관한 연구 (The Evaluation of Work Ability and Job Stress for Subway Worker)

  • Work ability and job stress have become the important issues in Korean workplace recently. This study researched work ability and job stress and also analyzed correlation with work ability and job stress using the Work Ability Index and the Karasek's Job Content Questionnaire against 742 subway workers. As the results, Work ability in subway workers was good in general. The relation between job stress and job type showed statistical significance (p<0.05). The relation between job stress and diseases showed statistical significance in musculoskeletal disorders(p<0.05), heart disease, and gastrointestinal disease. The correlations between work ability and job stress showed statistical significance in job demand and social support(p<0.05). The result of this study could be useful to manage the work ability of aging worker and the job stress in industry.
