민간경호원의 직무형태가 직무몰입과 조직헌신도에 관한 연구 (A Study of Job Involvement and oranization Commitment on Job Form of Security Guard)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of job involvement and organization commitment on job form of security guard. The total 260 subjects are composed of 50 women and 210 men who work at security company for security guards in Seoul and Gyonggi province. First, according to the populational and social character, job involvement was higher in women security guards than men, higher in 'above 41' for age, higher in 'university' for educational level, and higher in '300-400' for incomes. Second, according to the populational and social character, organization commitment was higher in men security guards than women, higher in 'above 41 ' for age, higher in 'graduate school of university' for educational level, and higher in '300-400' for incomes. Third, according to the form of the job, the job involvement was higher in 'under 10' for their career, higher in 'manager' for their responsibilities of work, higher in 'afternoon working' for the time schedules, and higher in 'field service' for the kind of working. Fourth, according to the form of the job, the organization commitment was higher in 'under 10' for their career and higher in 'field service' for the kind of working. However, there was no difference between the responsibilities of work and the time schedules. Fifth, it increases the organization, when the job involvement of the security guards such as work attachment, active performance, and the pursuit of job achievement.

민간경비원의 직무환경과 직무만족도의 관계 (security Guard, Job Form Environment, Job Form Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 민간경비원의 직무환경과 직무만족도의 관계를 규명하는데 있었다. 본 연구의 대상자는 서울${\cdot}$경기지역의 사설 경비업체에서 근무하는 민간경비원으로서 남자 160명, 여자 50명으로 총 210명이다. 본 연구에서 사용한 측정도구는 설문지로서 직무만족도는 Smith 등(1969)에 의해 개발된 JDI(Job Descriptive Index)를 우리나라 실정에 맞게 번안한 박진희(1994)와 이동엽(2003)의 질문지를 연구자가 본 연구의 목적에 맞게 수정${\cdot}$보완하여 사용하였고, 그 하위요인은 직무자체, 급여, 승진, 이직, 상사이며 5점 Likert 척도로 측정하였다. 자료를 분석하기 위한 통계분석 기법은 일원변량분석이었다. 이와 같은 방법과 절차에 따른 자료분석을 통하여 본 연구에서 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 직무만족도는 부분적으로 차이가 있었다. 성별에 따라서는 ‘남자’ 집단이 높고, 결혼유무에 따라서는 ‘미혼’ 집단이 높고, 연령에 따라서는 ‘36-40세’ 집단이 높고, 학력은 ‘대학원이상’ 집단이 높고 월소득은 ‘300만원 이상’ 집단이 높다. 둘째, 민간경비원의 직무환경이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향은 부분적으로 차이가 있었다. 근무경력에 따른 직무만족도는 ‘16-20년’ 집단 높고, 직위에 따른 직무만족도는 ‘일반사원’ 집단이 높고, 운동 주 종목에 따른 직무만족도는 ‘합기도’ 집단이 높고, 직무유형에 따른 직무만족도 ‘일반관리’ 집단과 ‘경호’ 집단이 높다.

근로자들의 직무스트레스 수준과 관련 요인 - 한국형 직무스트레스 측정도구 단축형을 이용하여 - (Workers' Job Stress Status and Related Factors - Using Korean Occupational Stress Questionnaire Short Form -)

  • Purpose: This study was performed to identify workers' Job stress status and to analyse the influencing factors. Method: Data were collected from 456 workers with Korean Occupational Stress Questionnaire Short Form(KOSQ SF) and analysed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA. Results: Total job stress status of men was slightly lower than Korean workers' standard. In case of women, the score of total job stress was lower than Korean workers' standard. The most significant influencing factors to stressors were insufficient sleeping time and self cognitive bad health condition. Among seven domains of job stressors, job demand was affected by 8 characteristics. Conclusion: This study indicated that workers' job stress level were various by their characteristics except workplace size. The development of stress management programs by types of industry is required. On the base of the model program, planning of customized program for every company or employee is required. High job demand, insufficient job control, insufficient sleeping time, bad health condition are the key factors of workers' job stress in this study. The change of workers' health behavior with supportive environment is essential to stress management program. More researches for adding physical environment domain to KOSQ SF are expected.

한의사의 직무스트레스와 직업만족도에 관한 설문지 연구 (Questionnaire Study of Job Stress and Job Satisfaction of Oriental Medical Doctors)

  • This study was designed to investigate job stress, job satisfaction and related factors of oriental medical doctors. The survey used administered questionnaire, was conducted from June 10 to June 30, 2010 in Jeonbuk province. Questionnaire was composed of general characteristics, socioeconomic status perception, job stress scale and job satisfaction scale. Job stress was related to sex, age, marriage, working form, working time, clinical career. Job satisfaction was related to age. Working time, working form and self-status perception influenced job stress. Self-status perception influenced job satisfaction. Especially, it was supposed that working time was most important factor to job stress.

의료기사의 직무스트레스와 만족도의 영향요인 비교 : 인천지역을 중심으로 (Comparison of Factors Affecting Job Stress and Satisfaction of Medical Technician : Focus on Incheon Area)

  • The purpose of this study was to compare the job stress, job satisfaction, turnover intention, and job performance feelings of radiological technologists, physical therapists, and medical laboratory technologists working at university hospitals and general hospitals. The subjects were 114 general practitioners and 217 university hospital workers who are engaged in occupations of radiological technologists, physical therapists, and medical laboratory technologists in the age groups 20-50 years living in Incheon Metropolitan City. Data collection was conducted from April 1, 2017 to April 30, and data analysis was performed using the SPSS/WIN 23 statistical program. There were statistically significant difference in the job stress of medical technician by age, marriage, occupation, hospital size, position, parenting form, employment type, and lunch break. Job stress by occupation was highest in medical laboratory technologists, followed by radiological technologists and physical therapists. Job satisfaction was the highest among physical therapists. followed by radiological technologists and medical laboratory technologists. There were significant differences in age, occupation, parenting form, type of employment, and lunch break according to demographic characteristics. In order to reduce the job stress and job satisfaction of the medical technician working at the hospital, the development of the job environment should be sought and the hospital should also be removed from the authoritarian management system.

선박거주구 제조업 종사자의 직무스트레스와 작업능력에 관한 연구 (A Study on Job Stress and Work Ability of Workers in the Deckhouse Manufacturing Industry)

  • There have been so many studies related to job stress or musculoskeletal disorders(MSDs) in the shipbuilding industry. However, study of employee performance evaluation that reflect on the industrial features of the deckhouse manufacturing industry has not been established. Therefore, this study aimed to evaluate workers' job stress and work ability through statistical significance tests according to age, work types, years of service, work forms and sex. For this, the study conducted a job stress test using the Korean Occupational Stress Questionnaire Short Form, and employee performance evaluations using the Work Ability Index(WAI) of the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health (FIOH) on 536 workers in the deckhouse manufacturing industry. MINITAB statistics program was used for statistics analysis and significance was verified with the Kruskal-Wallis test, a corporate body of nonparametric statistical analysis. As a result, employee performance had significant differences, depending on age, work types, years of service and sex, and job stress also depended on the number of service year and work form. Additionally, it was found that employee performance decreased more as job stress increased.

채용시장 직무와 역량 간 미스매치 해소를 위한 플랫폼 개발 (Development of a Platform to resolve the Mismatch between Job and Competence in Recruitment Market)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a recruiting platform resolving the mismatch between corporate job and job finder's competence in recruitment market. For this, we investigated technological trends and limitation on recruit platform. Based on the findings, this study investigates the trends and directions related to recruiting platform evolution and identified critical success factors and development strategies for successful development of recruiting platform. Two development strategies include employment of online resume and construction of database assessing job finder's competence. We also proposed target system architecture incorporating job database, competency assessment form, capability oriented resume. To analyze user requirement national competency standards and core job capability evaluation model were analyzed. Next, we designed integrated database, user interfaces, and dynamic functionalities using the forms developed in earlier stage. Finally, we assessed the fidelity of form item, integrity of database, and the usability of interface to evaluate the effectiveness of the system.

보조공학전공 근로자들의 직무스트레스 요인과 사회심리적 스트레스에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Job Stress and Psychosocial Wellbeing Index of Industrial Workers with Assistive Technology Major)

  • In the perspective of industrial health management, it is important for the employee to decrease their job stress, to improve their productivity and quality of labor. In this study, the job stress, and it's influence on PWI(Psychosocial Wellbeing Index) were investigated by the questionnaire survey of 138 industrial workers who had studied assistive technology in college. The contents of questionnaire consist of the demographic characteristics, job-related characteristics, job stress and psycho-social stress. We evaluated job stress by KOSS-SF(Korean Occupational Stress Scale-Sort Form) and psychosocial stress by PWI-SF(Psychosocial Well-being Index-Short Form). To analyze the results, we evaluated the exposure level of KOSS and PWI by demographic characteristics and job-related characteristics using significance tests. Also, we estimated the relationship among demographic characteristics, job-related characteristics, job stress and psychosocial stress, using correlation analysis. As a results, all workers were found to be in a group under the high risky stress. It showed that the scale index of female's job non-autonomy and pwi were much larger than those of male's. Therefore, to guarantee job autonomy of female workers should be more emphasized, to improve their working environment. Job type had significant relationships with many job stress category; physical environment, job demand, job instability and organization culture. Regarding pwi, the scale index of the workers who is in charge of the civil service such as contacting the disabled and the aged in person, were much larger than that of the other workers. Accordingly, the job stress management program including physical environment, job demand, job instability and organization culture, should be suggested, to decrease the stress of the workers in charge of the disabled and the elders service. The strongest predictors of pwi was organization system through maximum positive relations between organization system and pwi. Therefore, it indicates that improvement of organization system such as a fair merit rating, a manpower supply, demand plan and department cooperation is urgently needed to reduce pwi.

병원 종사자의 직무자원이 프리젠티즘에 미치는 영향: 직무착근도의 매개효과 (The Effect of Job Resources of Hospital Workers on Presenteeism: The Mediating Effect of Job Embeddedness)

  • 본 연구는 병원 종사자의 직무자원이 프리젠티즘에 미치는 영향과 직무착근도의 매개효과를 확인하는 것을 목적으로 한다. B시 소재 병원에 재직 중인 종사자 301명을 대상으로 2023년 7월 10일부터 8월 10일까지 설문조사를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. SPSS 26.0을 사용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계, 피어슨 상관계수를 분석하였다. 변수 간 관계 및 매개효과는 Baron & Kenny가 제시한 3단계 위계적 회귀분석과 Sobel's test 방법으로 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 직무자원, 직무착근도와 프리젠티즘 간에 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 직무자원과 직무착근도가 프리젠티즘에 부정적인 영향을 미치며, 직무자원과 프리젠티즘과의 관계에서 직무착근도는 부분매개를 하는 것으로 확인되었다. 이를 바탕으로 병원 종사자의 프리젠티즘을 감소시키기 위해 제도적 및 행정적으로 충분한 직무자원을 제공하고 지속적인 교육 기회를 제공함으로써 직무착근도를 향상시키는 방안을 제언하였다.

경호업 종사자의 직무형태와 스트레스 수준에 따른 신체구성, 대사적 변인, 혈액성분의 차이 연구 (Study on the Difference of Body Composition, Metabolic Factor, and Blood Components according to Job Form and Stress Level for Security Guard Workers)

  • 본 연구는 서울, 경기지역 소재 경호업체 종사자를 대상으로 직무형태의 하위요인인 근무경력과 직무유형과 스트레스 수준에 따른 생리학적 변화를 비교, 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 근무경력에 따라 체지방률은 단기간일수록 낮고, 장기간일수록 젖산수준은 높다. 2. 직무유형에 따라 체지방률은 현장직일수록 낮고, 젖산과 스트레스 수준은 현장직일수록 높다. 결론적으로, 경호업 종사자의 효율적이고 건강측면에서의 관리를 위해서는 장기근속과 사무직 종사자의 지속적인 신체활동 수행이 필요하고, 현장직 종사자는 신체적, 정신적 스트레스 감소를 위한 휴식 및 안정이 요구되어진다.
