대학생의 MBTI성격 유행에 따른 정서적 경험에 미치는 실태연구 (The Study of Emotional Experience to MBTI Personality Type in University Students)

  • Purpose. The aim of this study was to provide for guidance of life, counsel and check their mental condition and analysis of correlation between MBTI personality type and emotional experience in university students. Methods. Data was analyzed by students whom participated in the research on the diagnose of mind of students from m university men and woman who accomplished to MBTI personality survey. Results. These result emotional experience of male-female that had deserved hospitality(p=0.22) statistically. This result had deserved emotional experience of extraversion personality of MBTI personality type in hospitality(p=0.000),introvert personality type in interpersonal sensitivity(p=0.002). It had deserved thinking extraversion personality type in obsessive-compulsive(p=0.000)emotional personality type in depression(p=0.000)in hostility(p=0.000). It had deserved judgement personality type in interpersonal sensitivity(p=0.043). Conclusions. The results of this study were as follow. Frist as a result of MBTI personality type of emotional experience on extraversion it was found that hospitality was leveled high and personality type of introversion is that Interpersonal sensitivity was leveled high. Thinkful personality type was leveled high on obsessive-compulsive. As a result of this study, personality indexes of MBTI of university student, it was found that there was related to emotional experience.

일부 대학생의 감각처리능력과 대인관계문제와의 관계 (The relation between sensory processing ability and interpersonal problem of some university students)

  • 이 연구는 성인 대학생의 감각처리 능력과 대인관계 문제와의 관련성을 조사하였으며 연구 대상자 177명이 작성한 청소년/성인 감각 프로파일 점수와 대인관계문제 검사 점수의 관련성을 분석한 결과 '낮은 감각 등록'영역은 KIIP 모든 척도와 관련성이 있는 것으로 나타났다 '감각찾기' 영역은 통제지배(r=0.150, p<0.05), 자기희생(r=0.175, p<0.05), 과관여(r=0.218, p<0.01), 대인적과민성(r=0.196, p<0.01), 사회적인정욕구(r=0.149, p<0.05)가 상관관계를 보였다. '감각민감성'영역은 KIIP 모든 척도와 관련성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. '감각회피' 영역은 KIIP 척도 중 통제지배(r=0.403, p<0.01), 자기중심성(r=0.420, p<0.01), 대인적비수용성(r=0.452, p<0.01), 공격성(r=0.417, p<0.01)과 비교적 높은 상관관계를 보였다. 본 연구를 통해 감각처리 능력과 대인관계 문제와는 전반적으로 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났으며 특히 낮은 감각등록과 감각민감성 영역이 대인관계 문제와 높은 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

아동의 사회적 유능성에 영향을 미치는 정서성, 대인간 문제 해결 전략 및 어머니 행동 (Effects of Emotionality, Interpersonal Problem Solving Strategies, and Maternal Behaviors on Children's Social Competence)

  • This study examined effects of children's emotionality, interpersonal problem solving strategies, and maternal behaviors during mother-child interaction on children's social competence as rated by teachers. Data were analyzed separately for boys and girls. A total of 102 children(60 boys, 42 girls; aged 5-6) and their mothers were studied. Children's positive and negative emotionality were related to their social competence. Positive solving strategies were positively related to boy's social competence; negative solving strategies had negative to both boy's and girl's social competence. Mother's negative affect related negatively to boy's social competence and mother's sensitivity/guidance related positively to girl's social competence. When children's emotionality and interpersonal problem solving strategies were controlled, maternal behaviors during mother-child interaction did not contribute to children's social competence.

노인의 활동수준과 대인관계의 상관성 (Correlation of Elderly Activity Level and Interpersonal Relationship)

  • 목적 : 본 연구는 노인의 성공적인 노화와 관련된 요소인 활동수준과 대인관계의 상관성을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 본 연구는 2015년 5월 28일부터 2015년 8월 26일까지 부산 및 울산 지역에서 복지관을 이용하는 노인 74명을 대상으로 대인관계 변화척도(Relationship Change Scale, RCS), 한국형 활동분류카드(Korean Activity Card Sort, K-ACS)를 실시하였다. 결과 : ACS 총점과 민감성은 .326로 높은 상관관계를 보였다. 수단적 일상생활활동과 민감성이 .287, 수단적 일상생활활동과 만족감이 .277으로 다음으로 높은 상관관계를 보였다. 그러나 사회활동은 대인관계의 하위항목과 상관관계가 나타나지 않았다. 결론 : 일상생활의 역할을 적절히 수행하고 여가활동을 즐기는 사람일수록 대인관계의 만족감, 이해성, 민감성, 개방성의 점수가 높게 나타났다. 이를 통해 노인 인구는 단순한 의료의 지원을 통한 복지 이상의 활동 참여이나 대인관계와 같은 노인의 성공적인 노화와 삶의 질과 관련된 요구에 관심을 가질 필요가 있다.

간호대학생의 문화적 민감성에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Influencing Cultural Sensitivity among Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to determine the predictors of cultural sensitivity for nursing students in Korea. Methods: The participants in this study were 332 nursing students. Data collection was conducted through the use of questionnaires which were constructed to include a Cultural Sensitivity Scale, Knowledge of Culture, Interpersonal Reaction Index, and Self-efficacy Scale. Results: Results showed that cultural sensitivity of nursing students was middle range. Knowledge level of culture was very low. There was a significant positive correlation between cultural sensitivity and knowledge of culture, empathy, and self-efficacy. The significant factors influencing cultural sensitivity of nursing students were empathy, self-efficacy, experience of an overseas trip and awareness of cultural education. These four factors explained 23.8% of the variance in cultural sensitivity of nursing students. Conclusion: These results indicate that cultural sensitivity is an important link with empathy and self-efficacy in nursing students. For nursing students to enhance cultural sensitivity, a transcultural nursing curriculum needs to develop for appropriate and effective services in cross-cultural situations of the multicultural families in Korea.

MBTI 기본 프로그램이 간호대학생의 대인관계와 집단응집력에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Effect of MBTI (Myers and Briggs Type Indicator) Basic Program on the Interpersonal Relationship Between Nursing Science Major Students and Their Cohesion)

  • This study is intended to suggest fundamental data necessary for developing MBTI program that can help improve interpersonal relation skills of nursing science major students and their cohesion. This study is pre-experimental research by one group pretest-post test design to examine the effect of MBTI(Myers and Briggs Type Indicator) basic program on the interpersonal relationship between nursing science major students and their group cohesion and the relationship between interpersonal relationship and their group cohesion. I selected 39 of sophomore students in the department nursing science of K university in I metropolitan city as test group. 35 of them joined post-test. Pretest and MBTI basic program were done before conducting MBTI program. Collected data were analyzed by SPSS window 7.5. The difference in test group before and after conducting program was examined by paired t-test. The correlation between interpersonal relationship and group cohesion was measured by using Pearson Correlation Coefficient. The findings are as follows. $\cdot$ The difference before and after conducting MBTI program by sub-factors of interpersonal relation: There was no significant difference, as the average figure of interpersonal relation in test group was 87.22 before conducting MBTI and 85.08 after conducting MBTI respectively. The average figure of sensitivity among the sub-factors of interpersonal relation was 7.71 before conducting MBTI and reduced to 7.08 after conducting MBTI and there was significant difference between before and after conducting MBTI(t=-2.484, p=.018) $\cdot$ The difference in group cohesion before and after conducting MBTI program: The average figure of group cohesion in test group was 56.68 before conducting MBTI and increased a bit to 56.80 after conducting MBTI\, but there was no significant difference between them. $\cdot$ The relationship between interpersonal relationship and group cohesion before and after conducting MBTI: As the relationship between interpersonal relationship and group cohesion before and after conducting MBTI is examined, there was positive correlation of the significance level. p<.05 before conducting MBTI(r=.320, p=.047), and of the significance level, p<.01 after conducting MBTI(r=.780, p=.000). The investigation on the relation between sub-factors of group cohesion and of interpersonal relation before conducting MBTI basic program revealed that there was positive correlation between openness, reliability, friendliness and satisfaction, and group intervention, between receptivity among group members and reliability, and between group atmosphere and satisfaction. The investigation on the relation between sub-factors of group cohesion and of interpersonal relation after conducting MBTI basic program revealed that there was positive correlation between openness, communication, understanding, friendliness and satisfaction. and group intervention. There was positive correlation between receptivity among group members and openness, communication, understanding, friendliness and satisfaction. There was positive correlation between openness, communication, friendliness and satisfaction, and group atmosphere. Based on the above findings, I realize that MBTI basic program is essential to the improvement of group cohesion. In addition, it is shown that the sub-factors of interpersonal relation such as openness, communication, friendliness, satisfaction, and understanding, and the sub-factors such as group intervention and receptivity among group members are major factors to improve interpersonal relationship and group cohesion. So, the future MBTI program should include sub-programs that deal with the above factors to improve interpersonal relationship and group cohesion.

학령기 아동이 지각한 가족 특성, 경험한 아동 학대와 정신 건강과의 관계 (An Analysis of Relations between Perceived Family Characteristics, Experienced Abuse and Mental Health in Childhood)

  • This study analyzes the relations between perceived family characteristics, experienced abuse and mental health in childhood. For this, this study used row data by questionnaire, analysis, and frequency, ANOVA, t - Test, Pearson' correlation analysis. The sample was 118 children 10-12 years old in primary school. The findings are as follows. First, children perceived family cohesion and family adaptability highly, family adaptability showed a significant difference from the relations with a parent's job, a parent's academic level, and type of residence. Second, it appeared that some children experienced physical, emotional, and sexual abuse. Third, in general the mental health of children was good. Their mental health showed a significant relation to economic level of family, and type of residence, creating problems such as depression, anxiety, phobic anxiety, psychoticism. By family size, their mental health showed a significant relation to somatization, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, hostility, phobic anxiety, paranoid ideation, and psychoticism, Fourth, family cohesion and mental health perceived by children supported a linear relation to phobic anxiety, and family adaptability and mental health perceived by children supported the reverse -linear relation to somatization, anxiety, paranoid ideation, etc. Fifth, connections with perceived abuse and mental health as well as emotional abuse and mental health were also supported. Further more, on somatization, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, hostility, phobic anxiety, paranoid ideation, psychoticism, etc, a reverse-linear re lation existed. Physical abuse supported a reverse-linear relation with interpersonal sensitivity, depression, paranoid ideation, etc. and sexual abuse supported a reverse-linear relation with depression. These findings suggest that school and family have to concern themselves with the mental health of children because experienced abuse and family characteristics do indeed affect the mental health of children.

시험스트레스와 혈청 Cortisol 및 Prolactin치 간의 관계 (The Relationship of Examination Stress with Serum Cortisol and Prolactin Levels)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 시험과 같은 심리적 스트레스와 혈청 cortisol 및 prolactin과의 관계를 알아보고, 주관적인 스트레스지각 및 정신병리가 혈청 cortisol 및 prolactin치 간의 상관성을 알아보는데 있다. 본 연구에는 의과대학 남학생 20명이 참여하였다. 이들을 대상으로 시험기간과 수업기간 중에 각각 global assessment of recent stress(GARS)척도와 SCL-90R척도를 사용하여 스트레스지각 및 정신병리를 평가하였다. 혈청 cortisol 및 prolactin치는 방사성 면역측정법에 의해 측정되었다. 혈청 cortisol치는 수업기간보다 시험기간 중에 유의하게 더 높았으나 혈청 prolactin치는 두 군 간에 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 한편 시험기간 및 수업기간 중 스트레스지각점수는 혈청 cortisol치 및 prolactin치와 각각 유의한 상관성을 보이지 않았다. 그러나 정신병리에 있어서는 시험기간 중 대인예민척도점수가 혈청 cortisol치와 유의한 음 상관성을 보였다. 이상의 결과는 시험과 같은 심리적 스트레스가 prolactin보다 cortisol과 더 밀접하게 관련될 가능성이 높음을 시사한다. 그리고 대인예민과 같은 특정 정신병리는 낮은 혈청 cortisol치와 관련될 수 있음을 시사한다.

언택트 시대, 간호학과 신입생의 대인관계 능력, 자아존중감이 의사소통 능력에 미치는 영향 (The Untact Era, the Influence of Interpersonal Ability, Self-esteem on Communication skills in Nursing Freshman)

  • 본 연구는 언택트 시대의 간호학과 신입생의 대인관계와 자아존중감이 의사소통 능력에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상은 W시에 소재한 일 개 대학 간호학과 1학년 336명이었다. 자료수집은 2020년 05월 11일에서 2020년 05월 21일까지였고, 수집된 자료는 t-test, Person's correlation coefficient, multiple regression analysis로 분석하였다. 연구결과 대상자의 대인관계 능력은 자아존중감, 의사소통 능력과 정적 상관관계를 보였고, 자아존중감과 의사소통 능력도 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 의사소통 능력에 영향을 미치는 대인관계 하부요인은 의사소통, 이해성, 개방성, 민감성, 만족감으로 나타났다. 언택트 시대에 간호학과에 입학한 학생들의 의사소통 능력 향상을 위한 노력이 필요하며, 대인관계 능력과 자아존중감을 활용하여 의사소통 능력을 높일 수 있는 교육중재 방안이 필요할 것으로 본다.

니코틴 의존도와 정신 건강 수준의 연관성에 대한 조사 연구 -간이 정신진단 검사 중심으로- (A Study on the Relationship with Nicotine Dependence and Mental Health -Focusing on SCL-90-R (Symptom Checklist-90-Revision)-)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship of nicotine dependence and mental health. Methods: The subjects of this study were 153 male smokers in their 20s, 30s, 40s and 50s who visited Wonmi Public Health Center. They were evaluated with Fagerstorm's test for nicotine dependence (FTND) and Symptom Checklist-90-Revision (SCL-90-R). Using the FTND score, the participants were divided into three groups; mild nicotine dependent group, moderate group and severe group. Results: In the SCL-90-R score, there were statistically significant differences in the characteristics of Somatization, Obsessive-Compulsive, Interpersonal Sensitivity, Depression, Global Severity Index (GSI) and Positive Symptom Test (PST) among the three groups. Comparing the values of FTND and the amounts of Daily Smoking to the values of Somatization, Obsessive-Compulsive, Interpersonal Sensitivity, Depression and GSI in this study resulted in positive correlations, thereby demonstrating a statistical significance. Conclusions: The above results suggest that there are significant relations between nicotine dependence and the level of mental health. These results can be used for planning the smoking cessation program and mental health promoting program based on Korean traditional medicine.
