This study presents the web based cutting parameter selection system using Group Technology (GT). The GT is basically applied to classify and code the work material and cutting process which are main factors to affect cutting parameter selection. The proposed system has been designed to electronically select proper cutting conditions based on the stored GT database. The existing approaches used in most small and medium sized companies are basically to use manufacturing engineer's experience or to find the recommended values from the manufacturing engineers handbook. These processes are often time consuming and inconsistent, especially when a new engineer is involved. Consequently, the proposed system could automatically and consistently generate the proper cutting conditions (feed, depth of cut, and cutting speed) as soon as relatively simple data input is given thanks to the classified GT database.

웹 기술과 컴퓨터 하드웨어 기술이 빠르게 발전함에 따라 편리하고 현실적인 인터페이스는 전송시간과 실행시간보다 중요하다. VRML은 웹에서 가상 현실을 구현하는 적합한 언어지만 일반 사용자에게 사용하기에 너무 어렵다. 또한 VRML이 변경될 때마다 다시 구성해야하는 복잡성이 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 논문은 웹 기반의 VRML 저작도구로 구현한다. 또한 기존의 VRML과 데이터베이스 시스템을 분석하여 확장된 VRML 지원 시스템을 구현하여 이를 평가한다.

Driven by the explosive expansion and acceptance of the Internet and its multimedia front-end, the Web, a new generation of the modeling and simulation tools have come up with the name of Web-Based Simulation (WBS). Most of WBS libraries inherit its powerful advantages from Java. However, there are cases where explicit specification of models or interface objects is more desirable than the black-box programs. This paper presents an XML-based DEVS (Discrete Event System Specification) markup language for sharing simulation models on the Web. DEVS provides a system-theoretic formalism for the language while XML supports platform-independent data access. This paper focuses on the design of such a language.

인터넷에서 가장 활발하게 사용되고 있는 웹은 교육 시스템의 변화를 가져오고 있다. 학습자들은 정적 형태의 웹 페이지로부터 양방향통신과 멀티미디어를 가미한 웹 어플리케이션과 웹 미디어를 사용한 학습교보재를 선호하고 있으며, 학습효과가 점차 증대되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 사용자의 변화 요인을 점검하여 학습의 진행에 효율적으로 참여할 수 있는 학습체계와 이에 따르는 자동화 평가시스템을 제시한다. 일반 평가 시스템은 정규적인 형태의 방법을 이용하므로서 학습자의 관심 또 다른 교수자 등 운영 및 관리자의 교육 목표에 의해서 운영되므로 컴퓨터를 활용한 교수방법이 적절치 못한 일이 발생할 수 있다. 웹을 이용한 프로젝트 교육 시스템은 사용자, 관리자 및 운영자 사이의 상호 참여를 통하여 수행하게 될 직무를 이해하고 지식 및 적용 능력의 점증적인 발전을 도모하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 자동화 평가 시스템을 제작하여 교수자와 웹 운영 관리자가 교육의 주관자 입장에서 교육을 진행하고, 학습자는 사용자 중심의 비교 학습 및 패턴 설계의 장점을 극대화시켜 인터넷/인트라넷상에서 실행되는 프로젝트 교육의 평가 방법과 이에 따르는 설계와 구현 방법에 관해 논한다.

Recently tax authorities in the world have been adopting advanced information technology over the Internet into their processes. Websites that enable filing tax returns and paying tax electronically have been implemented in many countries. However, the tax authorities have difficulties in forcing the mandatory system because taxpayers do not feel comfortable with readily capturing their incomes by the system. This study aims to provide a guideline for successful implementation of the mandatory e-tax invoice system. First, the study foucsed on investigating whether the Korean e-tax invoice system was implemented successfully. Secondly, the study assessed actions that might contribute to its successful implementation. The analyses identify that establishing a free website for small-sized taxpayers and providing various issuing systems for diverse taxpayers are critical for its success. The results also enable the tax administrations aspiring to introduce a mandatory system to emphasize some specific actions, which have significant effects on its desired purposes. Finally, this study presents the various policy implications that previous studies have not provided.

With rapidly growing of computer and internet technology, Internet-based tote-operation of robotic systems has created new opportunities in resource sharing, long-distance learning, and remote experimentation. In this paper, remote control system of a mobile robot through the internet has been designed. The internet users can access and command a mobile robot in the real time, receiving the robot's sensor data. The overall system has been tested and its usefulness shown through the experimental results.

본 논문은 시스템 운용자가 현장에 직접 상주하지 않고도 자신의 컴퓨터 인터넷 접속을 이용해 원격지에서도 시스템을 모니터링하고 제어할 수 있는 방법에 대해서 기술한다. 원격으로 제어하고자 하는 로컬 시스템은 아날로그와 디지털 신호를 송 수신 가능한 데이터 수집 장치와 신호 제어용 보드를 연결하여 소프트웨어에 의해 제어되게 했다. 그리고 제어 대상 시스템으로는 AC나 DC전원 제어를 필요로 하는 개별 전자키트로 구성했다. 로컬 시스템에 대한 제어 및 모니터링 프로그램은 NI Labview를 이응해서 개발했다. 또한 원격접속용 컴퓨터 서버는 윈도우용 Apache 웹 서버와 PHP 및 MySQL ODBC를 연동했다. 원격제어에 관한 실험은 인터넷 웹 브라우저 접속을 통해 로컬시스템에 관한 제어 및 모니터링 프로그램을 로딩하고, 이 프로그램을 통해서 원격지에 있는 시스템을 제어하고 모니터링 한다.

The web service companies develop the App support technique of the HTML5 base in the smart media system and smart TV competitively while the Web platform of the HTML5 base is legislated with the next generation national standard. It is essential to the web kernel, which is the common library of the operating system including the file, window, resource and network management is provided in order to support the various app developments of the HTML5 base effectually. Additionally, the web application program can support UI/UX function of the desktop user using the web browser and JavaScript drive and administration, window management function, and etc. is needed.

국내 병원들은 u-Hospital 서비스 구현을 위한 진료예약시스템을 구축, 운영하고 있고, 운영되고 있는 시스템의 대부분은 웹 기반의 방식을 사용하고 있다. 최근 등장하고 있는 Web 2.0 기술은 웹 방식에 있어서 편리한 UI 구조 제공, 빠른 응답서비스 등의 장점을 가지고 웹 영역의 많은 부분을 변화시켜 나가고 있다. 이 기술은 웹 영역을 넘어 모바일 영역에서 일부 응용이 시도되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 Web 2.0 기술을 적용하여 모바일 진료예약 시스템을 구축하였다. 이 시스템은 기존의 모바일 및 웹 기술에 비해 적은 페이지 뷰와 빠른 로딩속도로 인해 사용자의 편리성 및 응답속도를 개선하였고 성능실험을 통해 이를 증명하였다.
