This paper presents an evaluation criteria of an information system availability for guaranteeing availability (service target level) from the perspective of the SLA contract and its technical point of view. In order to verify the effectiveness for information system failure and availability guarantee measures, three cases were examined. In summary, the failure time was reduced by 32% ~ 62% after applying the availability guarantee measure, verifying the excellence in the evaluation of an information system availability.

문화는 소통이다. 전 세계가 온라인을 통하여 동시대적으로 소통하는 가운데 교육의 국제적 통용성이 대두되고 있다. 특히 유튜브를 비롯한 소셜미디어는 의도하지 않았다 하더라도 온라인 강좌의 시대를 열었고, 이것은 예술대학을 비롯한 교육과정이 국제 통용성 시대에 발맞춰야 함을 부각시켰다. 본 연구는 교육과정의 국제화를 확보하고 있는 국내외 전문인 프로그램을 포함하였다. 미디어 예술 교육과정의 국제화를 통해 관련 국제 산업체의 기술진보를 학습자의 요구에 맞추어 교육하는 맞춤형 전문적 교육기관으로 예술대학의 위상을 제고하였다. 동시에 전임교원이 시대의 흐름에 맞는 국제적 전문성을 확보 프로그램으로 개발할 수 있도록 제언하면서 소셜 미디어를 통한 교육 산업의 패러다임의 변화가 교육 과정의 국제 통용성 확보의 이유가 될 수 있다고 예견한다.

Relationships between inventory policy and operational availability of military equipment maintained under a logistics support system are analyzed. A continuous review inventory model with a stochastic demand typically used in a military logistics support is considered and some numerical studies are provided.

Tourist loyalty is created through good tourism service quality and the availability of tourism products. This study discussed the various attributes of tourism service quality, namely, tour agents, efficient personnel, accessible transportation, and information service quality. Whereas for tourism product availability attributes were varieties of product availability, wide selection of tour agents and tourist products, and wide variety of amenity services. As a general rule, the minimum is to have at least five times as many observations as the number of variables to be analyzed, and the more acceptable sample size would have a 10:1 ratio. A total of 424 questionnaires were returned, with 35 removed due to errors. Finally, 389 questionnaires respondents were used via accidental sampling method through the distribution of questionnaires to foreign tourists at Soekarno Hatta International Airport. In addition, AMOS 7.0 software is used to test models in confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) as well as hypothetical testing using structural equation modeling (SEM). The results showed that all hypotheses were accepted, except for the effect of tourism service quality on tourist loyalty in Indonesia. This research aims to contribute significantly to the existing knowledge of tourism, specifically from a foreign tourist perspective in Indonesia.

This paper considers some reliability indices, such as availability, average availability, reliability and steady state availability, of a redundant system with the function of switchover processing. We also derive the confidence limits for steady state availability of such system. The system, which is considered in this paper, consists of an active unit, a standby unit and a switchover device. In addition, the switchover processing is controlled by a control module. The effect of failure of the control module is taken into account to develop our reliability model for the redundant structure. Numerical examples are presented to illustrate our results.

This article presents a new design of earthquake instrumentation that is suitable for quick decision-making after the seismic event at the nuclear power plant (NPP). The main objective of this work is to ensure more availability of the NPP by expediting walk-down period when the seismic wave is incident. In general, the decision-making to restart the NPP after the seismic event requires more than 1 month if an earthquake exceeds operating basis earthquake level. It affects to the plant availability significantly. Unnecessary shutdown can be skipped through quick assessments of operating basis earthquake, safe shutdown earthquake events, and damage status to structure, system, and components. Multidecision parameters such as cumulative absolute velocity, peak ground acceleration, Modified Mercalli Intensity Scale, floor response spectrum, and cumulative fatigue are discussed. The implementation scope on the field-programmable gate array platform of this work is limited to cumulative absolute velocity, peak ground acceleration, and Modified Mercalli Intensity. It can ensure better availability of the plant through integrated decision-making process by automatic assessment of NPP structure, system, and components.

In this paper, we consider the warm standby redundant system(WSRS) which is consisted of an active unit, a standby unit and a switchover device. In addition, the switchover processing is controlled by a control module. The effect of failure of the control module is taken into account to develop our reliability model for the redundant structure. For the performance evaluation of a redundant system with the function of switchover processing which is assumed to cause the increase of the failure rate of the system, some reliability indices, such as availability, average availability, reliability and steady state availability, are considered.

It is childhood yet in uTradeHub system practical use. According as company's necessity of cost-saving is increased according to trade terms aggravation such as uncertainty of international money market, commodities prices rise, necessity of e-trade practical use in company is increased. Use is inevitable by state that link with e-Nego and e-B/L service with related presentation e-L/C banks is not made. At the present users are doing specification only service this main point, and practical use activation through public information and marketing about service is needed situation because most of, companies which is not using service, do not know about existence availability of uTradeHub system, usage, availability. This study presented five such as early materialization of user center's link and integration, medium and small enterprises e-trade participation extension, utilization ratio raising through government's public information, e-trade cooperation business activation between the country, electronic documents standardization etc. by prompting competition about practical use of uTradeHub system.

Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) introduces a systematic method and decision logic tree for utilizing previous operating experience focused on reliability and optimization of maintenance activities. In this paper RCM methodology is applied on safety injection system for APR-1400. Functional Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis (FME&CA) are applied to evaluate the failure modes and the effect on the component, system and plant. Logic Tree Analysis (LTA) is used to determine the optimum maintenance tasks. The results show that increasing the condition based maintenance will reduce component failure and improve reliability and availability of the system. Also the extension of the surveillance test interval of Safety Injection Pumps (SIPs) would lead to an improved pump's availability, eliminate the unnecessary maintenance tasks and this will optimize maintenance activities.

The availability equivalence factors of a general repairable series-parallel system is discussed in this paper based on the availability function of the system. The system components are assumed to be repairable and independent but not identical. The life and repair times of the system components are exponentially distributed with different parameters. Two types of availability equivalent factors of the system are derived. The results derived in this paper generalizes those given in the literature. A case study is introduced to illustrate how the idea of this work can be applied.
