This study took existing invention intellectual property related textbooks being utilized in secondary vocational education, analyzed the formation status of 'key learning elements' reflection ratio and drew optimum key learning elements formation ratio by invention intellectual property education content required in secondary vocational education in the future. For this, the study task was set up as 'what kind and how much of invention intellectual property key learning elements are in the invention intellectual property textbook education content now and what is the desirable ratio of each key learning elements in the future'. To resolve this task, 3 specialists analyzed the invention intellectual property education content reflection status and optimum reflection ratio by invention intellectual property education content required in the future is suggested by Delphi survey. The results of this study are as following. First, the result of analysis on invention intellectual property key learning elements included in the invention patent recognition books being utilized in secondary vocational education was that the books included all key learning elements; however, some textbooks have the trend of concentrating in D area (problem-solving activities). Second, the result of analysis on the reflection ratio by invention intellectual property education content area in the invention patent recognition books being utilized in secondary vocational education was that there was the trend in most textbooks that they concentrate in intellectual property creation area; while some textbooks deal with intellectual property protection area and intellectual property utilization area. Regarding by achievement type, knowledge area was main in all textbooks. Meanwhile, function area is dealt in invention patent basic, invention and problem-solving and design textbooks. Attitude area is not dealt or is dealt insufficiently in most textbooks. Third, the optimum reflection ratio of invention intellectual property education key learning elements required in secondary vocational education in the future as obtained by specialists' delphi survey was that it is necessary to decrease D (problem-solving activities) 17.7% area, E(invention fusion knowledge) 2.9% area, K(patent application) 6.9% and L(patent information investigation) area 9.6%. Regarding the optimum reflection ratio of invention intellectual property education content, it is suggested that the invention literacy area 3.1%, intellectual property creation area 4.5% and intellectual property protection area 10.6% would be decreased; while intellectual property utilization area 17.7% would be increased. Regarding optimum reflection ratio of achievement type, it is suggested that knowledge area 52% would be decreased; while function area 32.3% and attitude area 19.6% would be increased.
The purpose of this study was to elucidate the necessity of opening a lecture on intellectual property education by confirming the effect of the lecture on intellectual property education in the college students. For the study, IP program was developed for the course through literature review, and supplemented it with expert review. The developed course program was applied to 39 students for 15 weeks. In order to verify the effectiveness of the lecture, the survey was performed. And analysis method for the concept change analysis and the keyword formation analysis were performed. For the analysis, SPSS 24, UCINET and Netdraw were used. The results were as follows. First, the lecture on intellectual property education positively changed the value, necessity, and perception of intellectual property to the students. Second, the students of the lecture on intellectual property education responded that the lecture on the intellectual property should be increased. Third, through the lecture on intellectual property education, students formed basic concept about intellectual property centered on key word. The intellectual property lecture program developed and applied in this study is difficult to apply to all university situations, but it is expected to be referenced in the establishment and operation of related lectures and to be derived in various forms.
This study surveyed and analyzed satisfaction and issues about an intellectual property education system, and educational needs for intellectual property NCS (intellectual property management, intellectual property information survey analysis, intellectual property assessment trade), in order to introduce and operate NCS-based education system that trains practical manpower in the field. The results of this study are as follows. First, satisfaction for intellectual property education system showed education contents (M=3.86), followed by lecture (M=3.79), teaching method and environment (M=3.66) and education assessment (M=3.50). The issues to be improved are low application in the current occupation due to no reflection of demands of industrial fields, as well as insufficient education contents system, lectures who fall short of education capability and interactions with students tend to stress theoretical knowledge more than practical ability, teaching method lacks application of educational medium, insufficient interest and motivation, assessment methods that fall short of theoretical knowledge and practical ability achievement, and that is theory-centered. Second, educational needs for intellectual property NCS showed intellectual property assessment trade (4.33), followed by intellectual property management (3.68), and intellectual property information survey analysis (2.99), which should be reviewed to reform or newly develop NCS-based education course. Conclusively, intellectual property education showed satisfaction above the average, but a job-centered education is demanded to elevate application in the industrial field, which puts emphasis more on practical ability than theory. For this, it is necessary to introduce intellectual property NCS reflecting demands of industrial field, and to reform or newly develop into NCS-based education course. In addition, intellectual property education needs to be operated by changed education paradigm, such as user-centered teaching method, not provided-centered, and performance and course-centered assessment method, not theoretical knowledge-centered.
Foreign direct investment is the means for companies to enter the overseas market and strengthen their competitiveness. The holding of intellectual properties, representing advantages of firms, may affect foreign direct investment. By expanding previous studies, we define intellectual properties as including trademarks and design as well as patents. Using a random-effect panel data model, we examine the effects of both intellectual properties of Korea and host countries on Korea's foreign direct investment in 128 countries from 1981 to 2014. The results are as follow. First, the coefficients of Korea's intellectual properties, patent, trademark, and design are significantly positive. This implies that Korean firms may invest abroad to take their advantages of technologies, brand value, and the capability of product differentiation. Second, except for patents, intellectual properties of host countries have a positive impact on foreign direct investment. In other words, foreign direct investment to acquire the ability of branding or product design from host countries may occur. Third, the coefficients of Korea's intellectual properties are significantly greater than those of host countries' properties. Foreign direct investment to take advantages of the firms' capabilities overseas is greater than one to acquire knowledge of host countries. Finally, Korea's intellectual properties have a greater positive impact on foreign direct investment in high growth countries than in low growth countries. It is interpreted that Korean firms are more motivated to exploit their intellectual properties in developing countries with a high growth than developed countries. Overall, it is confirmed that Korea's foreign direct investment not only to utilize some advantages but also to seek the brand value or product differentiation ability from host countries can occur. Our findings provide the contribution that some innovative activities in firms and R&D investments policies which encourage the possession of intellectual properties can improve foreign direct investment.
The Purpose of this study is to explore if people with intellectual disabilities can play a role as 'meaningful informants' in research process in Korea, by challenging the existing paradigm which consists of suspicion on the communication ability of people with intellectual disabilities and truthlessness of their statements, which results in ignorance on the covered life of people with intellectual disabilities. In this research, lessons which could learn through reinterpretation of my research experience are as follows. Firstly, the deficits of communication ability can be supplemented with restructuring interview instruments such as research questions, visual aids etc and adopting conversation analysis methods. Secondly, Suspicion on the truthlessness of their statements can be restructured by epistemological and methodological reinterpretation on the representation of social reality. Thirdly, the mechanism of exclusion and oppression according to the ignorance can be substituted by 'uncovering the life of people with intellectual disabilities', which can be basis of reconstructing the contents of programmes in the disability service centers and disability policies in the government. With these research results it could be argued that there needs to include people with intellectual disabilities as meaningful informants in the research projects funded by the government and also to provide people with intellectual disabilities with diverse roles in the research process by virtue of the development of qualitative research methods in the near future.
The object of International License Contract is technology. Unlike visible goods which decrease as being used, these technologies are possible to be produced expansively and develop additionally. Therefore, the way to make a contract of goods is a sales contract which transfers ownership while technology follows license contract which gives approval of use for a certain period. International license contract means that licensor has right to possess, allows licensee to use licensed technology for a fixed period and takes royalty. So there are various matters such as selection of the duration of a contract, confirmation of technology range, competition limitation, technique guidance and support, calculation of royalty, withholding tax between parties. This study examines licensor's grant of license and competition limitation. Intellectual property rights fundamentally give exclusive rights to the creator so the licensor use or dispose of his or her intellectual property rights at will. Technology transfer is possible through license contract because of this right. But licensor must exercise his or her intellectual property rights within a reasonable limit. It means, when licensor makes an unreasonable demand abusing his or her position, it is regarded as competition limitation clause and the deal itself may become null. Therefore, restraint on competition needs to be examined in detail as it influences on contract validity. Each country has their own competition laws for establishing a fair market order and inspection guide and guideline for judging whether there is any unfair act related to intellectual property rights. Judgment on intellectual property rights is subject the technology-introduced country's domestic laws and thus, contracting parties each need to precede opposite nation's domestic laws system.

This study divided the keyword sets searched from LISTA database focusing on the overseas open access fields into two types (controlled keywords and uncontrolled keywords), and examined the results of performing an intellectual structure analysis based on profiling for the each keyword type. In addition, these results were compared with those of an intellectual structural analysis based on co-word analysis. Through this, I tried to investigate whether similar results were derived from profiling, another method of intellectual structure analysis, and to examine the differences between co-word analysis and profiling results. As a result, there was a similar difference to the co-word analysis in the results of intellectual structure analysis based on profiling for each of the two keyword types. Also, there were also noticeable differences between the results of intellectual structural analysis based on profiling and co-word analysis. Therefore, intellectual structure analysis using keywords should consider the characteristics of each keyword type according to the research purpose, and better results can be expected to be used based on profiling than co-word analysis to more clearly understand research trends in a specific field.
This study examines empirically on relevance between bank performance and IC(Intellectual Capital) in the field of banking sector in Korea. IC is measured by VAIC(Value Added Intellectual Capital) and VAIC consists of HCE(Human Capital Efficiency Coefficient), CEE(Capital Employed Efficiency Coefficient) and SCE(Structural Capital Efficiency Coefficient). Main results are as follows. First, the effects of IC(Intellectual capital) on banks performance show significant (+) effect on the performance of banks. Second, Human capital and bank size shows the significant effect on the banks financial performance but SCE, CEE, and other variables didn't show it. As a concluding remark, IC(Intellectual capital) is very helpful for banks to go forward financially to get information and knowledges easily. This study help stakeholders and investors assess the value creating potential of banks and policy makers to implement policies for performance establishment of a Korean banking sector.

The current research aimed to ascertain the effectiveness of the early intervention program based on electronic games in developing the visual perception of children with intellectual disabilities within the age group of (2-5) years, using the quasi-experimental approach with one group, and the study sample consisted of (11) children with disabilities. Simple and medium intellectuals enrolled in the early intervention program at the Successful Communication Center for Day Care in Makkah Al-Mukarramah and were deliberately selected. To achieve the research objectives, the researchers prepared and applied the visual perception scale after ensuring its validity and stability. Three electronic games were also designed and applied to the sample for (17) sessions. The results showed the effectiveness of the electronic games program in developing the visual perception of children with intellectual disabilities within the age group (2-5) years and maintaining this improvement over time. Where the results showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level (α = 0.05) between the grades of the group children in the pre and post-measurements on the visual perception skills scale for children with intellectual disabilities in the post-measurement after applying the program, in favor of the post measurement. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level (α = 0.05) between the grades of the group children in the two post and follow-up measurements on the visual perception skills scale for children with intellectual disabilities in the follow-up measurement which indicates the long-term impact of the program. The researchers recommend the necessity of activating educational programs based on various electronic games to develop the visual perception of children with intellectual disabilities and employ them effectively in the educational process for children with intellectual disabilities.

This study aims to analyze the spatial patterns of intellectual property across various regions through an in-depth analysis of intellectual property trends and their influential factors. While there's an overall upsurge in intellectual property applications in the Seoul metropolitan areas, a more detailed inspection reveals divergent patterns based on the type of intellectual property - with patent rights primarily increasing in certain non-Seoul areas and trademark rights seeing a rise predominantly within Seoul. Our findings also suggest that the growth in intellectual property applications correlates positively with improvements in public transportation accessibility, expansion of knowledge-based service industries, and a rise in large enterprises, although the relationships vary by intellectual property type. These results indicate the significant influence of geographical factors and industrial structures on knowledge-generation activities, thereby suggesting a need for region-specific policies to bolster these capacities.
