Aviation ICT technology is a convergence technology between aviation and electronics, and has a wide variety of applications, including navigation and education. Among them, in the field of aerial pilot training, there are many problems such as the possibility of accidents during training and the lack of coping skills for various situations. This raises the need for a simulated pilot training system similar to actual training. In this paper, pilot training data were collected in pilot training system using VR/AR to increase immersion in flight training, and Customized Pilot Training Platform with Collaborative Deep Learning in VR/AR Environment that can recommend effective training courses to pilots is proposed. To verify the accuracy of the recommendation, the performance of the proposed collaborative deep learning algorithm with the existing recommendation algorithm was evaluated, and the flight test score was measured based on the pilot's training data base, and the deviations of each result were compared. The proposed service platform can expect more reliable recommendation results than previous studies, and the user survey for verification showed high satisfaction.

College and university foodservice dietitians have to be competent for playing a role as the future food service executive as well as the present foodservice administrator in the promising foodservice industry field. The study conducted a survey to examine training needs corresponding to educational contents for the purpose of helping them acquire a new knowledge related to self-development and duty through educational training. The results of this study suggested that training needs were differed by general characteristics of dietitians, operational characteristics of food services, and training subjects. A future study should develop systematic training strategies for dietitians.

This paper analyzes the in-service training program for the 1st grade English teacher in the following 7 regions: Taejeon, Seoul, Incheon, Kangwon, Kyeonggi, Chungnam and Chungbuk. It also investigates the actual conditions of the program. The analyses are performed on three categories of subjects: Teaching Profession, Refinement and English Education. The English Education category can be divided into the three aspects: language skills, communicative skills and language learning/teaching skills. Among the 7 regions, subjects under Teaching Profession, Refinement and English Education have a significant (2-3 times +/-) variance in terms of the number and credit hours of the courses. While the Refinement Program is above the standard set by Ministry of Education & Human Resources Development(MEHRD) in some regions, the Teaching Profession Program and the English Education Program is below the standard set by MEHRD in other regions. To overcome the weaknesses of the program, this paper suggests the following: 1) prescriptions for the proportion ratio of each category should be suitably modified. 2) MEHRD should observe and supervise the program of each region. 3) being organized, the program must have two parts as follows: the same mandatory subjects for all regions and optional subjects suited to each region.

The present study is designed to trace the successful reform steps taken within the vocational training system in the UK and to extract a set of instructive implications for Korea's future reform path towards an efficient vocational training system conducive to youth employment. To this end, this study focuses on three major aspects of the youth vocational training system: the government's role and partnerships between training and industry, the vocational training system, and the employment support system. Implications drawn from the comparative analysis are as follows. Vocational training reform should be made within the broad paradigm of youth employment promotion. All aspects of the youth vocational training system, such as the training program structure, program content, provider, management, so on, should be reformed, step by step, within a long-term plan. In addition to the vocational training reforms. employment support programs should be enlarged, and the service delivery system should be well structured in order to enhance the effects of the training reforms. For these reforms, it is essential to make fundamental changes in the following areas: integration of youth employment policy making and its administrative structures, reinforcement of partnerships between training and industry, nation-wide standardization of job skins, and the introduction of standardized job certificate classification on a national level.

The medical tourism industry, a convergence of medical services and tourism, has been getting more and more popularity as a new value-added industry in the 21st century. Accordingly, the number of professional workers within this industry has been increasing, and the role of educational institutions to cultivate well-equipped human resources has also become critical. However, compared to practically activated medical tourism-related education programs, studies investigating the effectiveness of these education programs are relatively rare. Therefore, this study attempts to examine the effect of five dimensions of medical tourism education service quality (i.e., tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) on learners' education satisfaction and transfer of education training. In addition, the moderating roles of national relations as well as organizational characteristics (i.e., transfer climate and support of supervisors and colleagues) in the relationship between education satisfaction and transfer of education training are further verified. The results of the structural equation model (SEM) using 151 samples from respondents with experience in completing medical tourism education programs reveal that tangibles, reliability, and assurance are found to have a significant impact on education satisfaction, which in turn leads to a high level of transfer of education training. Moreover, it is found that national relations and support of supervisors and colleagues play a moderating role. This study would provide guidelines for improving the efficiency of educational institutions, creating outcomes for learners' affiliated firms (e.g., hospitals), and promoting medical tourism at the national level from the perspective of medical tourism education.

듣고 말하는 어려움이 있는 청각장애 아동은 원활한 의사소통을 위해 긴 시간 동안 청력 훈련인 조음 훈련 과정을 거친다. 본 연구의 목적은 청각장애 아동을 대상으로 흥미를 유지하며 반복적인 청력 훈련을 할 수 있는 디지털 콘텐츠 기반의 조음훈련시스템을 제공하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 우선 사용자와 전문가를 대상으로 인터뷰 조사를 진행하였고, 이 결과를 바탕으로 디지털 콘텐츠 기반의 조음훈련 서비스를 개발하였다. 마지막으로 앞서 구현된 디지털 서비스의 훈련 효과를 검증하기 위하여, 청각 장애 아동을 대상으로 사용자 테스트를 진행하였다. 인터뷰 분석 결과, 조음훈련에 영향을 미치는 중요 요인으로 반복훈련과 흥미 요인이 도출되었다. 디지털 서비스를 구현하는데 있어서, 아동들의 흥미 도출을 위해 동화와 다양한 인터랙션 요소를 활용했고, 효과적인 반복훈련을 위해 복수의 단어와 문장을 훈련할 수 있는 사용자 흐름을 설계하였다. 개발된 서비스에 대한 청각장애 아동의 테스트 결과, 본 디지털 콘텐츠는 조음 훈련의 효과와 흥미에 대하여 긍정적으로 평가되었다.

현직 사회복지사를 대상으로 하는 훈련 프로그램은 현장의 실천내용을 담고 있어야 한다. 이를 실현하기 위해서는 먼저 사회복지사가 실제로 어떤 과업을 수행하고 동시에 과업을 수행하기 위해 어떤 역량(KSA)이 필요한지를 파악하여 이를 훈련에 반영해야 하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 사회복지사의 실천과업과 역량을 파악하기 위해 사회복지관에 근무하는 전국의 사회복지사 중 340명을 표본추출하여 실천현장에서 활용되는 111개의 실천과업과 업무에 필요한 89개의 지식 기술 능력(KSA)을 가지고 직무분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 사회복지사의 실천영역은 '직접서비스', '지역사회서비스', '조직전략 및 인적자원관리', '간접서비스' 영역으로 분류되고, 각 영역별로 중요한 실천과업들이 선정되었다. 동시에 실천현장에서 요구되는 지식, 기술, 능력이 중요도, 필요도, 보유수준 등에 따라 우선순위로 제시되었다. 이상의 결과를 통해 본 연구에서는 사회복지사 훈련 프로그램 내용개발을 위한 제안들을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 개방적 상황에서 과학적 문제 만들기 활동을 통해 예비교사들의 과학적 문제발견능력이 어떻게 향상되는지를 보았다. 이를 위해 과학교육학부 1학년 세 반을 훈련에 참여한 정도를 기준으로 적극적으로 참여한 반을 실험집단 1로, 비적극적으로 참여한 반을 실험집단 2로, 참여하지 않은 집단을 통제집단으로 편성하였다. 문제 만들기 훈련을 위해 활동지를 제작하여 예비교사들에게 적용하였는데, 예비교사들은 7주간 한 주에 하나의 궁금증을 찾아 활동지를 작성하였고,연구자와 교수가 매주 피드백 해주었다. 또한 문제 만들기 훈련이 문제 발견능력에 주는 영향을 보기 위해 개방적 상황에서의 문제발견 검사지를 개발하여 훈련 전후 문제발견능력을 측정하였다. 훈련 간 문제 만들기 활동지의 지속적인 작성과 피드백을 통해 예비교사들이 발견하는 문제의 수준이 높아지고 다양해졌으며, 검사결과 발견한 문제의 양과 질에서 실험 집단 1이 다른 집단에 비해 유의미한 향상을 보였다. 특히 질적 검사 항목 중 독창성, 정교성, 검증 가능성, 변인의 유형에서 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 또한 실험 집단 2는 부정적인 결과를 보였는데, 이것으로 보아 훈련에 임하는 태도가 문제발견능력의 향상과 상관이 있다고 짐작할 수 있다. 전체적인 결과로 보아 지속적인 문제 만들기 훈련과 피드백은 예비교사들의 문제발견능력 향상에 도움이 된다고 할 수 있다.

본 연구는 국가시험 보안업무 관련분야 학위소지자와 국가시험 보안업무현장에서 출입관리 및 보안검색 등의 종합적인 보안업무를 수행하고 있는 현장전문가들이 현재 인지하고 있는 문제점들을 바탕으로 국가시험 보안업무 운영의 발전적인 방안을 모색하는 목적을 두고 있다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 위해서 관련분야 학위 소지자 5인과 경력 6년 이상의 현장전문가 7인에게 면담조사를 실시하여 자료를 분석하였다. 이들은 국가시험 보안업무운영의 발전적인 방안을 다음과 같이 제시하였다. 첫째, 국가시험 보안업무에 적합한 교육프로그램이 시행되어져야 한다. 둘째, 재난 및 응급상황 대처교육이 추가적으로 이루어져야 한다. 셋째, 국가시험 보안업무에 투입되어지는 요원들은 정신교육과 검색장비 및 첨단장비 관련 교육이 필요시 된다. 넷째, 경비업법에 국가시험 보안업무를 명시하여, 법규와 제도가 적극적으로 대응할 수 있도록 하여야 한다. 다섯째, 관계기관(계약상대방)은 용역비용을 재 산정 후 현실에 맞게 인상하여야 한다. 여섯째, 국가시험 보안업무에 경비원 신임교육을 이수한 경비원들이 투입되어질 수 있도록 하여야 한다.

This study analyzed the differences for educational training demographic characteristics and provides basic information for efficient education. The meaningful results of this study were as follows. First for gender, seven-factors except for education satisfaction had significant differences. Second for age, five-factors education performance, education satisfaction, professionalism, diversity, and education had significant difference. Third, for occupation and position, eight-factors had significant differences. We realized that senior staff of Grade 3 or above had the highest level in six-factors education concentration, education performance, education satisfaction, motivation, professionalism and diversity. Finally, for employment period, six factors except for professionalism and motivation had significant differences.
