Objective: The purpose of this study was to show the temporary effects of performing jumping lunges on a sand surface on static balance and dynamic balance. Design: Randomized controlled trial. Methods: Twenty healthy subjects volunteered in the study and was randomly assigned into either the sand group (n=10) or the control group (n=10). The subjects in the sand group performed jumping lunges on a sand surface and the subjects in the control group performed jumping lunges on a firm surface. The intervention was performed for 3 sets of 8 repetitions by both groups. To measure static balance, the force plate was employed to measure the center of pressure (CoP) area, and the CoP velocity during one-legged standing. Anterior, postero-medial, postero-lateral movements was assessed using the Star Excursion Balance Test (SEBT) to measure dynamic balance. Results: After the intervention, the sand group showed statistically significant improvements on all variables (CoP area, CoP velocity) in static balance (p<0.05). There were statistically significant changes in CoP area and CoP velocities between the two groups (p<0.05). In the sand group, there were significant improvements in the postero-medial and postero-lateral directions (p<0.05) except for anterior direction on dynamic balance. In the control group, there was a significant improvement in the postero-lateral and anterior directions (p<0.05). In comparison of the two groups, there was no statistically significant improvement in all variables. Conclusions: This study demonstrated that performing jumping lunges on a sand surface was effective in improving static and dynamic balance temporarily.
The goal of this study is to look deeper into a read-write education method for improving communication abilities of petty officer majoring students in community colleague level. The read-write education method improves reading and writing abilities at the same time. Therefore, the read-write education method is modified to a 'read-write-correction' education method and the method is planed proper ways to run the course of the education. A writing report class method which is based on 'read-write' education method is the key process of this education. the education method suggests directions of a taking memo and a guideline of summarizing from the reading part, and the directions of a taking memo and a guideline of summarizing are used on report writings class from the writing part of the 'read-write' education method. The correction part of the education method is controlled by instructors under a process of the 'read-write-correction.' The read-write education method by using the report writing helps to improve communication abilities in work fields because the report writing is based on utilizing document formats that can be used future in petty officer work filed. For the last, the study mentions a proposal for further tasks on this field of the study.
As a key of access to public participation and information, e-government is taking the active role of public service by relevant laws and policy measures for universal use of e-government websites. To improve the accessibility of web contents, the level of deriving the results for each detailed evaluation item according to the Korean web contents accessibility guideline is carried out, which is an important factor according to the detailed evaluation items for each website property and requires data-based management. In this paper, detailed indicators are analyzed based on the quality control level diagnosis results of existing domestic e-government websites, and the results are classified according to high and low to propose new improvement directions and induce detailed improvement. Depending on the necessity of management according to the detailed indicators for each website attribute, not only results but also level diagnosis to strengthen web service quality suggests directions for future improvement through accurate detailed analysis and research for policy feedback. This study ultimately makes it possible to expect government system management based on predicted data through deduction history management based on evaluation score data on public websites. And it provides several theoretical and practical implications through correlation and synergy. The characteristics of each score for the quality management of public sector websites were identified, and the accuracy of evaluation, the possibility of sophisticated analysis, such as analysis of characteristics of each institution, were expanded. With creating an environment for improving the quality of public websites and it is expected that the possibility of evaluation accuracy and elaborate analysis can be expanded in the e-government performance and the post-introduction stage of government website service.
The development of information and communication technology and advanced technologies has led to the full-fledged implementation of smart tourism in the tourism industry. Concurrently, both domestic and international research on smart tourism has been actively pursued. This study aimed to compare and analyze the trends and issues in smart tourism research between South Korea and China, to identify differences in issues related to smart tourism in both countries, and to suggest directions for future research in smart tourism. For this purpose, a text mining analysis was conducted on 69 Korean papers and 42 Chinese papers related to smart tourism published from January 2020 to June 2024. The analysis showed that Korean research on smart tourism focused heavily on improving the quality and satisfaction of tourists' experiences and understanding their behavioral intentions, while Chinese research emphasized provision of immersive contents and studies on sustainable tourism. Based on the analysis results, implications for smart tourism research were presented, along with limitations of this study and future research directions.

In this study, we analyzed the working environment of wholesale market distribution workers and suggested policy directions for the maintenance, operation, and development of sustainable wholesale market functions in response to changes in agricultural product distribution environment and working environment. The results of the analysis showed that there is a large gap in the working environment between wholesale corporation workers and middle wholesalers, and overall, the level of satisfaction with the working environment was low. In order to maintain sustainable wholesale market functions in the future, various policies and support should be established to improve the working environment of wholesale market distribution workers. The directions are as follows. First, wholesale market corporations should expand support for improving working environments by introducing systems such as rotational work by investing a portion of their profits in expanding manpower in response to changes in agricultural product distribution environment and working environment. Some Corporation of Garak-dong Wholesale Market is making great efforts to improve the working environment by introducing a rotational work system by expanding the workforce of auctioneers and providing a practical 5-day work week. In addition, in the case of wholesalers, it is expected that most of them will have difficulty in increasing their workforce as they are small businesses. However, it is judged that consolidation of businesses among wholesalers can be an alternative to increasing their workforce through expanding their management scale.
This study analyzed the learning characteristics of polar education programs operated by polar research institutes in domestic and foreign countries and aims to provide directions for improving domestic polar education programs. Using the database provided by the Korea Polar Research Institute (KOPRI), 120 programs from 16 research institutes in 9nine countries were selected. Each program was analyzed based on educational level, instructor, education period, learning place, learning environment, learning content, and learning method. Significant differences in domestic and foreign programs in terms of instructors, operational methods, educational places, and learning methods were found. Based on these findings, we discuss the direction for improving domestic polar education by expanding the base of polar education, diversifying the learning methods, and systematizing polar education using examples of actual programs. Based on the scientific, social, economic, and cultural values and importance of the polar region, this study presents specific directions to further spread and sustain polar education and culture in Korea.

The purpose of this study is to present the direction of teacher training to the future society by analyzing the key directions for teacher training announced by the Teacher Education and Training Department of the Ministry of Education for the past three years (2021, 2022, and 2023). The research results are as follows. First, there has been no change in the background for teacher training over the past three years. The background for the promotion of teacher training over the past three years is to increase teacher expertise, respond to the future environment, improve the quality of teacher training, and secure momentum for educational policy. The details of the background for the promotion have also remained unchanged over the past three years. Second, the teacher training vision for the past three years is innovation in the teacher training system. To this end, the vision is to lead changes in the future educational environment in 2021, to lead future public education in 2022, and to provide customized educational support for individual students in 2023. In terms of training goals, in 2021, the goal is to continuously develop professionalism appropriate for the life stage of teachers and enhance teacher core competencies suitable for the future educational environment, and in 2022, to strengthen teacher capabilities appropriate for the future education system and secure social trust through enhancing teacher training. In 2023, the focus is on changing classroom teaching through strengthening teacher capabilities suitable for the future education system and improving teacher training. There are three main directions for teacher training over the past three years. First, customized training support, second, strengthening the future training system, and third, improving teacher training. These three are all similar over the past three years. In conclusion, there has been no significant change in the direction of teacher training over the past three years.
This study conducted an experiment using data mining techniques to develop prediction models of worker job turnover. The experiment used data from the '2015 Graduate Occupational Mobility Survey' by the Korea Employment Information Service. We developed the prediction models using a decision tree, Bayes net, and artificial neural network. We found that the decision tree-based prediction model reported the best accuracy. We also found that the six influential factors affecting employees' turnover intention are type of working time, job status, full-time or not full-time, regular working hours per week, regular working days per week, and personal development opportunities. From the decision tree-based prediction model, we derived 12 rules of employee turnover for all job types. Using the derived rules, we proposed helpful directions for enhancing workers' job tenure. In addition, we analyzed the influential factors affecting employees' job turnover intention according to four job types and derived rules for each: office (ten rules), culture and art (nine rules), construction (four rules), and information technology (six rules). Using the derived rules, we proposed customized directions for improving the job tenure for each group.
This thesis aims to reveal the unsatisfactory unfitting factors in the tight collars of adult males' dress shirts for the purpose of improving neck-collar fitness. For this study, nine adult males were chosen as the subjects. When the subjects erected their necks upright, the researcher conducted an experiment, using the direct anthropometrical measuring method and the gypsum method by turns, in order to understand neck shapes by way of right-neck lateral flection, left-neck lateral flection, neck flection, neck extension, right neck rotation, and left neck rotation. And then, the propriety of allowances from body surface alteration was verified by analyses through the measurement of wearing comfortableness and clothing pressure in two sorts of ready-made dress shirts, which had different allowances. The consequences of this study are as follows: 1. In length alteration to movement, a decrease was found in the opposite (and an increase in the identical) directions of right-neck lateral flection, left-neck lateral flection, and neck flection movements. Also, when the subjects shook their heads, an increase was seen by 0.42$\sim$0.63cm in neck girth, 0.31$\sim$1.12cm in 3cm-above-the-neck base girth, and 1.16cm in neck extension of 3cm-above-the-neck base girth. 2. As a result of the drafts of surface measurement, the alteration ratios of dimensions and vertical length dropped in the identical directions of the movement, but grew in the opposite directions. A reverse change was shown in horizontal length. The rough widening gaps for making drafts were 0.7cm in front left and right, and 0.2cm in back left and right of 3cm-above-the-neck base girth. On the whole, the space was about 1.8cm, while there was no significant variation between the upright stationary test and the movement test. 3. There were important differences between the two kinds of ready-made dress shirts (Type A: 1cm allowance in neck girth; Type B: 2cm allowance) in clothing pressure and wearing comfortableness. That is, Type A had higher pressure and more uncomfortable sense of wearing. In other words, as clothing pressure and wearing comfortableness are negatively related to each other, Type A's greater clothing pressure led to worse wearing comfortableness.

The development of the education system and the labor market today requires new conditions for unification and functioning, the introduction of an innovative culture in the field of Education. The construction of modern management of innovative development of a higher education institution requires consideration of the existing theoretical, methodological and practical planes on which its formation is based. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the modern paradigm of organizing the mechanism of managing the innovative development of higher education institutions. Innovation in education is represented not only by the final product of applying novelty in educational and managerial processes in order to qualitatively improve the subject and objects of management and obtain economic, social, scientific, technical, environmental and other effects, but also by the procedure for their constant updating. The classification of innovations in education is presented. Despite the positive developments in the development of Education, numerous problems remain in this area, which is discussed in the article. The concept of innovative development of higher education institutions is described, which defines the prerequisites, goals, principles, tasks and mechanisms of university development for a long-term period and should be based on the following principles: scientific, flexible, efficient and comprehensive. The role of the motivational component of the mechanism of innovative development of higher education institutions is clarified, which allows at the strategic level to create an innovative culture and motivation of innovative activity of each individual, to make a choice of rational directions for solving problems, at the tactical level - to form motives for innovative activity in the most effective directions, at the operational level - to monitor the formation of a system of motives and incentives, to adjust the directions of motivation. The necessity of the functional component of the mechanism, which consists in determining a set of steps and management decisions aimed at achieving certain goals of innovative development of higher education institutions, is proved. The monitoring component of the mechanism is aimed at developing a special system for collecting, processing, storing and distributing information about the stages of development of higher education institutions, prediction based on the objective data on the dynamics and main trends of its development, and elaboration of recommendations.
