The purpose of this study is to identify the impact of IT group efficacy of small business using B2B e-commerce on organizational performance. First, we conceptualized IT group efficacy, based on theories in regard to group efficacy, absorptive capacity, and electronic information sharing. And then we examine that IT group efficacy of small business setting up IS and performing B2B e-commerce increases absorptive capacity and electronic information sharing, and ultimately improves organizational performance. The result is that IT group efficacy has a significant positive effect on absorptive capacity, but doesn't have a significant positive effect on electronic information sharing. Also absorptive capacity has a significant positive effect on electronic information sharing and organizational performance, and electronic information sharing has a significant positive effect on organizational performance. Finally, we discuss about the limits and directions as well as the results and implications of this study.

The purpose of this study is to find out the difference of sense of self-efficacy and stress encountering strategy of university students under the stress situation depending on the smart-phone user group (addiction group, general user group). For this purpose, the study issues are established as follows. First, it has analyzed what is the correlation of smart-phone addiction, sense of self-efficacy, and stress encountering strategy. Second, it has studied if there is any difference of sense of self-efficacy and stress encountering strategy for the smart-phone user group. In order to verify such study issues, For 1,670 university students in the Chungcheong area, smart-phone addiction scale, sense of self-efficacy scale, and stress encountering method scale were administered. Looking into the study result, first, as a result of the relativity analysis, it displayed the correlation of preference of test difficulty, self-control efficacy and important negative from the smart-phone addiction and sense of self-efficacy. In addition, all sub-variables of smart-phone addiction and avoidance orientation from the stress encountering strategy displayed the important positive correlation, and from the smart-phone addiction, the virtual world orientation and pursuit of social-support displayed the important negative correlations, and all sub-variables (interference with ordinary living, virtual world striving direction, withdrawal, resistance) of smart-phone addiction and problem solving-orientation displayed the negative correlation. Second, as a result of verification for the difference of the smart-phone addiction group and general use group following the sense of self-efficacy, the general use group is shown to have higher self-control efficacy sense than the addiction group. And third, as a result of verifying the difference of stress encountering following the smart-phone addiction group and general use group, the addiction group is shown to be lower than the general use group in terms of social support pursuit and problem solution orientation with the avoidance orientation shown to be higher. This type of result is expected to provide the base data when developing the smart-phone addiction preventive education program by finding out in details for the characteristics of smart-phone addiction group for university students.

Purpose : In this study, a group art therapy program was applied to mothers who are the main rears of disabled children to confirm its effect by comparing the self-esteem and parenting efficacy of the mothers prior to and after the program. Methods : 17 subjects recruited by using the 2-group prior-after control group study design method were randomly allocated. The study was conducted on 8 subjects in the experimental group for whom an art therapy program is applied and 9 subjects in the control group. The experimental group was subjected to group art therapy lasting 60 minutes once a week. Activity goals and contents were predetermined for each subject for each session, and a total of 10 sessions of the program was applied for 10 weeks. Self-esteem and parenting efficacy prior to and after the program of the subjects were measured by using corresponding self-esteem and parenting efficacy scales. Measurement data were analyzed by using the Mann-Whitney Test. Results : It was possible to observe that the self-esteem and parenting efficacy of the subjects in the experimental group to whom the art therapy program was applied underwent more significant changes in comparison to those of the control group (p<.01). Conclusion : Group art therapy induces social support experiences of group therapy and an improvement of an assertive attitude towards art therapy. Since there was a significant improvement of self-esteem and parenting efficacy in the results of this study when the group art therapy program is applied, it is believed its clinically meaningful application would be possible. In particular, it can be utilized in programs for disabled children in a family unit from the perspective that it improves parenting efficacy, which can impart an affirmative effect not only to the main rear but also to all the family members.
Breast self-exam is easiest, safe and cost effective to be recommended as an important method for early detection of breast cancer. This experimental research with non-equal control design was to develop the efficacy expectation program for breast self-exam based on Bandura's self-efficacy information source. The study objects selected from two local churches in Busan. Twenty from S church were selected as a study group, twenty from D church as a control group. Efficacy expectation promoting program was based on Bandura's efficacy promoting source and was two hour lecture including slide, video tape, demonstration, pamphlet. After this, there were individual interviews with them and consultations through telephone f or verbal persuasion on the weekly basis between the first week and the fifth week. The effect from the experiment were measured on the first week after education and on the fifth week. Data from control group was collected during the period from Jan 11, 2 001 to Feb 15, 2001 and data from study group was collected during the period from Jan 12, 2001 to Feb 16, 2001. Measurement instrument for this study was developed by the author with the advice of specialist in order to measure self-efficacy and breast self-exam practice. Data analysis was done by using SPSS/10.0 PC program $with^2-$ test. t-test and ANCOVA. Proved results for hypothesis were as follows. 1) It was supported that "Study group educated by efficacy expectation promoting program has higher score in change rat e of self-efficacy than control group." (1 week after education F=18.395, p=.000 5 weeks after education F=28.972, p=.000) 2) It was supported that "Study group educated by efficacy expectation promoting program has higher score in change rate of exam practice than control group." (1 week after education F=37.984, p=.000 5 weeks after education F=28.972, p=.000) In conclusion, efficacy expectation promoting program for breast self-exam developed by this study may increase s elf-efficacy and breast self-exam practice.
This study was made to provide basic materials required to develop the program for desirable change of eating behavior which might be regarded as the aim of nutrition education. In this study, the relationship between the factors known to be affecting eating behavior like nutrition knowledge and dietary self efficacy was examined with high grade elementary students in Gangwon Province. The results are as follows; First, positive relationship was observed with significant difference(p<0.001) in the relationships between eating behavior and dietary self efficacy(r=0.465), between nutrition knowledge level and eating behavior(r=0.216) and between nutrition knowledge level and dietary self efficacy(r=0.312). Second, the ratio explaining the effect of dietary self efficacy and nutrition knowledge on eating behavior was 22.3%, and it affected in the order of significance level such that dietary self efficacy(p<0.001) and nutrition knowledge level(p<0.05). Third, the level of desirable eating behavior was consistent with the level of nutrition knowledge. And the scores of nutrition knowledge were $28.97{\pm}4.66$ for 'poor' group, $30.01{\pm}3.85$ for 'normal' group, $31.13{\pm}3.94$ for 'good' group and $31.75{\pm}4.10$ for 'excellent' group. When the scores of eating behavior was considered in accordance with the level of nutrition knowledge, there was difference between the groups with poor and normal scores and the groups with good and excellent scores(p<0.001), however, there was no difference between poor and normal group, and between good and excellent group. Fourth, it was found that dietary self efficacy affected the eating behavior level by level. The eating behavior score was $23.82{\pm}5.25$ for the poor dietary self efficacy group, $26.88{\pm}4.00$ for the normal group, $30.27{\pm}3.66$ for the good group and $32.81{\pm}3.79$ for the excellent group. It showed that as the degree of dietary self efficacy increased the degree of eating behavior increased in all four groups (p<0.001).
The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of group art therapy on the self-efficacy and sociality of middle school students from single-parent families. The major results of this study were as follows: First, it was revealed that the activities of group art therapy were effective in making the self-efficacy of students from single-parent families higher by expressing their thought, and feelings better and having more confidence in themselves. Second, it was revealed that the activities of group art therapy were effective in improving the sociality of students from single-parent families by showing better performance in relationship with peers. Third, it was revealed that the activities of group art therapy had an effect on students' affirmative feelings according to each stage. That is, the students' feelings became more affirmative after this art therapy activities. Fourth, this study proved that K-HTP was effective in improving the self-efficacy and sociality of middle school students from single-parent families Fifth, this study proved that KFD was effective to improve the self-efficacy and sociality of middle school students from single-parent families. In conclusion, the Group Art Therapy had the effect on improving the self-efficacy and sociality of students from single-parent families.
This study investigates the change in two theoretical constructs, attitudes toward mathematics and mathematics self-efficacy, among college students involved in a learning community model. The case of this study was a developmental mathematics class offered at a historically black college located in the southeastern United States. Subjects included 31 students enrolled in an introductory mathematics course, some of whom participated in a learning community (treatment group). The participants completed mathematics attitudes and mathematics efficacy instruments twice: at the beginning of the semester and again at the end. Data was analyzed using descriptive statistics and a non-parametric statistic. The results showed that students' attitudes toward mathematics and mathematics self-efficacy are strongly correlated; the mathematical problem-solving efficacy changed significantly over time and it is significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group; and the treatment group produced better outcomes. These findings indicate that a learning community model can increase students' mathematics self-efficacy beliefs. It is recommended that mathematics self-efficacy and attitudes toward mathematics be measured over an extended period of time when a learning community is implemented.
This study introduces the construct of group efficacy and combines the construct with the Adaptive Structuration Theory(AST) and user satisfaction framework. Job efficacy and IT efficacy identified as the dimensions of group efficacy are hypothesized to influence faithfulness of appropriation and consensus on appropriation. and then the user satisfaction of knowledge management systems(KMS). Data were collected through a survey of respondents who have the experience of using KMS, and analyzed by using structural equations modelling. The major findings of this study are as follows: First, job efficacy was found to have a positive influence on consensus on appropriation and user satisfaction. Second, IT efficacy was found to have a positive effect on faithfulness of appropriation and consensus on appropriation. Third, faithfulness of appropriation was found to have a positive influence on consensus on appropriation and user satisfaction. Implications of these findings are discussed for researchers and practitioners.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the relationships among transformatonal leadership, gropefficacy, and group performance. A total of 321 empolyees of a fire and marine insurance frim in Seoul anonymously completed the Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire-Form V, which consists of three factors(charisma, individualized consideration and intellectual stimulation) for transformational leadership, and two factors(contingent reward and management by exception) for transactional leadership. The sample, which largely consists of sales supervisors and salesmen, includes 41 sales office branches. The findings of the study are as follows. Transformational leadership is closely associated with group-efficacy and group performance. That is, there are significant correlations between transformational factors and group-efficacy, between the factors and group performance, and between group-efficacy and group performance. A stepwise multiple regressio analysis revealed that transformational leadership augmented the subordinates's extra efforts. It was also found that group-efficacy was mediating the relationship between transformational leadership and group performance. The managerial implications of these findings and future directions of research are also discussed.
The purpose of this study is to develop and evaluate the Self Efficacy Promotion and Exercise Training Program to decrease anxiety and depression and to increase the quality of life for kidney transplant recipients. The subjects were selected randomly among the patients who underwent renal transplant at three major transplantation hospitals in Seoul, Korea. The observed subjects in this study consisted of 56 patients who had renal transplantations between one to twelve months prior to this study. The patients did not take any regular physical exercise. This study was carried out between November, 1999 and March, 2000. The study groups were divided into 3 groups; exercise training group (n=16), self efficacy group (n=18) and control group (n=22). The exercise training group received self efficacy promotion and exercise training program for 12 weeks. The self efficacy group received self efficacy promotion education, but no exercise training was given. The control group was not offered any education. The anxiety, depression and quality of life were evaluated 3 times, before the experiment, after 8 weeks and after 12 weeks. The data were analyzed with mean, standard deviation, Chi-square test, ANOVA and $Scheff\acute{e}$ test. The results were as follows: 1. After the experiment, anxiety and depression scores of the exercise training group and self efficacy group were more significantly decreased than those of the control group (p=.05). 2. After the experiment, the quality of life score of the exercise training group and self efficacy group were more significantly increased than those of the control group (p=.05). This study showed that the Self Efficacy and Exercise Training Programs were effective. Therefore, it is expected that the Self Efficacy Promotion and Exercise Training Program could be widely applied as an effective independent nursing intervention to decrease anxiety and depression and to increase quality of life for kidney transplant recipients.
