IT SMEs' product planning, product design, and manufacturing capabilities are of importance to creating their sustainable competitive advantages in the context of digital convergence. However, there have been few empirical studies investigating the relationships among them, which has made this research attempt to model the relationships and empirically test them. Especially, this study divided IT SMEs' product design capability into the product exterior and interior design capabilities and focused on the mediating effects of the product exterior and interior design capabilities between the product planning and manufacturing capabilities. By analyzing the 310 samples of Korean IT SMEs with the ordinary least squares regression analysis, this study has empirically revealed that IT SMEs' product exterior and interior design capability jointly and fully mediate the positive relationship between their product planning and manufacturing capabilities.

The production management is one of the essential capabilities of the small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the information technology sector (IT). Therefore, this study empirically analyzed the effects of such important factors as external information network diversity and manufacturing capability on IT SMEs' production management capability. Based on the 310 data collected from Korean SMEs in the IT sector, the ordinary least squares regression results from this study by using the SPSS version 22 have empirically shown that IT SMEs' external information network diversity has a positive and significant effect on their production management capability and this effect is fully mediated by their manufacturing capability. These findings provide a meaningful implication that the positive impact of IT SMEs' external information network diversity is linked to their production management capability through their manufacturing capability.

In current knowledge-based society, national competitiveness and growth of society depend on advances in information and communication technologies considerably. In order to grow advances in information and communication technologies, it is essential to identify and foster gifted children in IT as early as possible. In gifted education in IT, enhancing programming ability and logical thinking ability is very important and is also a part of objectives of gifted education in IT. The purpose of this paper is to identify correlation of programming ability and logical thinking ability for the gifted children in IT. For this purpose, gifted children from a gifted institution at Seoul are selected and their test scores during the period of attendance at institution are analyzed. Also, for extensive analysis, the test scores had been collected for 6 years. Based on thorough statistical analysis, the conclusion is that programming ability and logical thinking ability highly correlate each other. This conclusion can be used to decide and affect a selection examination, curriculum, and selection of an exemplary programming language for gifted education in IT.

The purpose of this paper is to examine IT governance mediated the effect of human resource capability on information systems outsourcing success. The survey method was used for this paper, and data from a total of 108 companies that were listed greater than $10 million were used for the analysis. And structural equation model was used to analyze the data. The results of this empirical study is summarized as followings. First, human resource capability do not have a direct effect on information systems outsourcing success but IT governance mediates the effect of human resource capability. Second, preparedness capability and relationship capability have positive effect on the IT governance. The findings have significant implications for IT governance in information systems outsourcing.

The qualities that are commonly necessary in the occupation life and the abilities to cope with the changing job-world are getting more important. This study proposed the project-learning model and applied it to the homepage-developing learning of the computer course in the commercial high school. Then, this study conducted the nonrandomized controlgroup pretest - posttest design in order to verify how the model influence Information-skills of Key-competencies. At the posttest, the difference between the traditional learning group and project-learning was meaningful. Therefore, It can be confirmed that project-learning was more affirmative in enhancing information-skills of the students. Through this study, it can be concluded that the instructional method is very important and we propose there be a lot of studies about the instructional methods enhancing the various Key-competencies.

This study is for elementary school student's spatial ability improvement. We have to know their correct spatial ability for teaching it more effectively. And then we can organize about spatial ability one of schoolbook systematically and step by step. Therefore this study did survey elementary school student's spatial ability by grades and school score using newly developed spatial ability survey test. According to result, First, elementary school students spatial ability be developed gradually more 5th, 6th grades than 3th, 4th grades. Second, it was researched that high score student's spatial ability is better than score student lower student's. But the result was influenced by school's curriculum. The score of contents in school's curriculum higher than it's not. Synthetically, the suggestion is what the curriculum is changed. It need to input the contents of spatial abilities and more detailed study.

This study is a descriptive research study to confirm the mediating effect of Problem-Solving Skills in the relationship between Confidence in Performing Core Nursing Skills and Clinical Performance of nursing college students. Participants included 211 nursing college students from S university in D city. Data was collected from August 14 to August 18, 2023 using a self-report questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficient, sem function and sobel function using the R.4.2.2 program. In this study, it was found that there was a significant positive correlation between the Confidence in Performing Core Nursing Skills, Problem-Solving Skills, and Clinical Performance, and it was confirmed that Problem-Solving Skills partially mediated the relationship between onfidence in Performing Core Nursing Skills and Clinical Performance. Therefore, it is suggested that Performing Core Nursing Skills and Problem-Solving Skills should be improved in order to improve the Clinical Performance of nursing college students.

An ideology what a modern society seeks is lifelong employment through lifelong learning. The single word which draws the attainment is lifelong vocational competency development. This study is designed for exploring its possibility and limit of a redesign of it, and tries to propose efficiently a redesign idea of a vocational educational path. To this end, it was analyzed by a subject for a national human resource foundation plan and a lifelong bocational competency development foundation plan. In addition to that, it was covered a structure and content analysis of main laws and regulations which are a base of policy making. An educational path could be divided into an area of formal education system, an area of workplace for labors, and an area of lifelong vocational competency development. And the insights were drawn by pulling apart an operational situation of main organizations and a recurrent process of the educational path. The redesign plan of a vocational education path we did analyze to activate lifelong vocational competency development system is deduced as following. Firstly, it should be re-organized with a direction towards an effective manpower training to be linked with skills and demands required by an industry. Secondly, it should be generalized for a model of recurrence between work and learning and its alternation for lifelong vocational competency development. Thirdly, it should create a cluster in the region for lifelong vocational competency development so that it is to form an efficient network to have a division of labor and its liaison with cooperative relationship.

This study was conducted to determine the effects of adolescents' media literacy, self-esteem, and cognitive related to on critical media understanding ability using data from the Korea Media Panel Survey 2020. As a result of the study, PC literacy and smart device literacy influenced adolescents' critical media literacy. The mediating effect of cognitive needs between Internet literacy and critical media understanding ability using PCs and smart devices was significant, and the mediating effect of self-esteem between email literacy using PCs and smart devices and critical media understanding ability was significant. Therefore, to improve adolescents' critical media understanding ability, it is necessary to educate them to use PCs and smart devices as tools for interaction. To this end, it is desirable for information and technology subjects to focus on media literacy to increase cognitive needs, and for other subjects, cooperative learning using media is desirable.

This study is to apply the Havruta teaching-learning method to college students' major classes and analyze the relationship between the effectiveness evaluation of communication skills and sub-factors using a structural equation model. As a result of the study, the communication ability score was different before and after Havruta teaching-learning, and it was found that after Havruta teaching-learning was higher than before Havruta teaching-learning. The path effect was found to be significant in all of the total, direct, and indirect effects among latent variables, except for the relationship between interpretation ability, role-playing ability, and goal-setting ability in the direct effect. In this study, it was found that the Havruta teaching-learning method not only improves creativity and thinking ability, but also improves self-directed learning ability. In addition, it was reconfirmed that it is a teaching-learning method that can develop social skills and communication skills as well as problem-solving skills while experiencing opinions different from one's own. As a result, research on a thorough student-centered teaching-learning method suitable for the Homo Machina era must be continued and its application in the educational field must be implemented.
