RFID란(Radio Frequency Identi-ficationD)최근 사회 전반적으로 급속히 발전되고 있는 디지털 컨버젼스 패러다임 변화의 한 모습으로 등장한 유비쿼터스 네트워크(Ubiquitous network)의 근원이 되는 핵심기술이다. 즉 사물에 전자태그 부착하여 그 정보를 판독 할 수 있는 Reader(RFID Rader)기를 이용하여 사물의 정보를 판독하고 주변 상황정보를 인식하는 기술이다. 이러한 기술의 등장으로 기존의 바코드로 물품을 관리하던 구시대의 상품관리를 네트워크화, 지능화함으로써 유통 및 물품 관리뿐만 아니라 의료, 약품, 식품 둥 전자 태그를 붙일 숭 있는 모든 분야에서 보안, 안전, 환경관리 등 산업 전반에 걸쳐 혁명을 주도 할 것이다. 본 논문은 RFID Tag의 정보를 standalone방식의 임베디드 시스템으로 근거리 무선통신 기술인 블루투스를 이용하여 Reader기간의 네트워크인 피코넷 구성과 메인서버와의 데이터 통신을 구현해본다.

최근 승강기 산업은 IT산업과 융합모델로 새로운 변화를 추구하고 있다. 융합의 핵심은 기계장치의 효율적인 제어와 유지보수에 달려있다. 그러나 현재 승강기 관리 모델은 각 승강기 제조사들이 자신의 승강기에 적합한 모델을 제공하여 관리를 하고 있으며 이러한 형태는 다양한 모델의 존재와 제조 회사 간의 이질적 구성으로 인해 보수 회사 입장에서 시스템별 별도의 관리와 운영이 이루어져야 하기 때문에 많은 오버헤드를 발생시킨다. 이에 본 논문에서는 다양한 승강기 모델의 통합 운영에 필요한 프레임워크를 제시하고자한다. 제시된 시스템은 임베디드 환경에서 빠르게 확대되고 있은 안드로이드 기술을 적용하고 다양한 장치들의 통합 운영을 위한 설계 방안을 제시함으로써 보다 효율적이고 안정된 서비스 환경을 제공한다. 이를 통해 기존의 다양한 승강기 모델을 빠르고 효과적으로 통합함으로써 승강기 시스템의 효율적인 관리와 유지보수를 수행할 수 있을 것이다.

1급 지적장애는 일상 생활과 사회 생활의 적응이 현저하게 곤란하여 일생 동안 타인의 보호가 필요한 사람으로 보통 불량한 구강환경을 가지며 치아 우식, 치근단 염증 및 다수의 치아 결손을 보여 적절한 보철적 회복을 필요로 한다. 다수의 치아가 결손된 지적장애 환자의 경우 가철성 보철물의 안정, 유지와 관리가 어렵기 때문에 고정성 보철이 필요하며 임플란트 치료가 유일한 방법이다. 본 증례는 1급 지적장애인 45세 남성환자로 불량한 구강환경으로 인해 대부분의 치아가 상실되어 저작기능 회복을 위해 내원하였으며 임플란트 및 생체친화적이고 강한 강도의 단일 구조 지르코니아를 이용한 고정성 보철물로 최종 수복하였다. 이상의 치료과정 결과 심미적, 기능적으로 만족할 만한 결과를 얻을 수 있었기에 보고하는 바이다.

In English Law it seems that it is essential to apply the principle of equilibrium in the contract, however, it does not seemed to apply as the general rule of the principle of contract. Especially it seems that English Court didn't pay attention to the principle of equilibrium in 18th century. If one of the party do not appeal the equilibrium of the contract, it does not make any difference even today. However the Court may cancel or withdraw the construction of contract between the parties where the principle of equilibrium is damaged by fundamental problems like just-price. In French Law it seems that they have more wide definition of the principle of equilibrium. The French Court may consider that the application of good faith is the performance of condition of the contract between the parties and has no power to relieve of one party of his expressed obligations or warranty. In German Law, it seems that the principle of good faith is fundamental to take into account interest of the parties. They may agree to supply information or not to interfere with a commercial agent regarding performance and maintenance of the contract.

The authors present an extremely rare case of a pseudoaneurysm of the ulnar artery as a complication of a two-portal endoscopic carpal tunnel release (ECTR). A 70-year-old man with chronic renal failure and on maintenance hemodialysis with a left arteriovenous fistula presented with paresthesia of his right hand. A clinical diagnosis of right carpal tunnel syndrome was confirmed by ultrasonography and an electro physiologic study. He underwent two-portal ECTR, and the paresthesia was much improved. However, he presented to us one month after operation with severe pain, a tender mass distal to the right wrist crease and more aggravation of the paresthesia in the ulnar nerve distribution. Doppler ultrasound was performed and revealed a hypo echoic lesion 20 mm in diameter in the right palm, with arterial Doppler flow inside connected to the palmar segment of the ulnar artery. An ulnar artery pseudoaneurysm was diagnosed and treated by ultrasound-guided percutaneous thrombin injection. Transverse color Doppler ultrasound image showed complete thrombosis of the pseudoaneurysm and flow cessation after a total injection of 500 units of thrombin. The symptoms were also improved.

This study is based on the 15th century's architecture Mohwagwan and Taepyeonggwan and the architects behind it. The results were as follows: First, inline with Ming dynasty's protocol, the King of Joseon marched with honor guard in front of his people. Therefore, the Joseon dynasty needed to match space was implemented and result in Mohwagwan and Taepyeonggwan. Second, King Taejong founded Mohwaru to share the role with Taepyeonggwan. He appropriately utilized Mohwaru as a place in manners before people enter the Seoul city wall. And He organized this architecture on the level of the palace. Third, Pak Jacheong was overseer the whole constructive process, from the selection of site, landscaping, construction, maintenance to civil engineering of Mohwaru. There are many difficulties, but he completed through the construction work owing to the protection of King Taejong. Forth, Hong Li worked with Pak Jacheong to build Taepyeonggwan and Mohwagwan from Taejong to Sejong. Supervisors in King Sejong times were required not only private capability but also understanding the Confucianism ritual. Hong Li was faithfully performed the role. Fifth, Sejong was recognized only an excellent ruler but he was also a great coordinator with a professional knowledge about architecture. These Sejong's action fully can be seen as an architect.

Modern hospitals have been greatly facilitated with information technology (IT) such as hospital information system (HIS). One of the most prominent achievements is medical imaging and image data management so-called Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS). Due to inevitable use of diagnostic images (such as X-ray, CT, MRI), PACS made tremendous impact not only on radiology department but also nearly all clinical departments for exchange and sharing image related clinical information. There is no doubt that better use of PACS leads to highly efficient clinical administration and hospital management. However, due to rapid and widespread acceptance of PACS storage and management of digitized image data in hospital introduces overhead and bottleneck when transferring images among clinical departments within and/or across hospitals. Despite numerous technical difficulties, financing for installing PACS is a major hindrance to overcome. In addition, a mirroring or a clustering backup can be used to maximize security and efficiency, which may not be considered as cost-effective approach because of extra hardware expenses. In this study therefore we have developed a new based on grid of distributed PACS in order to balance between the cost and network performance among multiple hospitals.

시스템 통합의 포괄적인 의미로는 사용자요구를 만족시키고, 사업의 성공을 위해 하드웨어, 소프트웨어, 네트워크, 시스템개발, 유지보수, 교육, 인력 등을 자기 책임하에 조달 확보하여 제공하는 것이다. 그러나 아직 이에 대한 기본개념이 정립되지 있지 않고 추진절차에 따른 모델링작업이 되어 있지 않다. 본고에서는 첫째, SI에 대한 기본개념을 실무중심으로 정립하고 둘째, SI추진절차를 최신기법의 대형 프로젝트를 중심으로 모델링화 작업을 하였다. 이러한 추진방법론을 바탕으로 일반 SI사업뿐만 아니라 GIS사업추진시에 단독으로 시스템을 구축하기보다는 조직의 SI 사업의 일환으로 조직전략과 IT기술을 연계하여 시스템을 구축함으로서 국가 및 산업경쟁력을 높일 수 있을 것이다.

According to the Korea National Statistical Office data in 2010, the population over ages of 65 years would possess to 11.3% whole population of Korea in 2011 denoting Korea is already in the aging society. Old age is associated with inevitable time-dependent losses in physical capabilities. However the maintenance of physical capabilities is essential for continuing independence in old age. The work ability index(WAI) was constructed to reveal how well a worker is able to perform his work. This study focused on the discovery of an industrial and age-related influences on the work ability and job stress of workers in the shipbuilding, house managing, apartment construction industry. For this, the study conducted a job stress test using the Korean Occupational Stress Questionnaire Short Form, and employee performance evaluations using the Work Ability Index (WAI) of the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health (FIOH) on 3,228 workers in the shipbuilding, house managing and apartment construction industry. SPSS 12.0 K statistics program was used for statistics analysis and significance was verified with the Kruskal-Wallis test, a corporate body of nonparametric statistical analysis. As a result, employee performance had significant differences, depending on age, an industrial and years of service. The mean WAI score of the shipbuilding industry was lower than that of the other industry. Additionally, it was found that employee work ability decreased more as job stress increased.

공동주택환경과 기간통신사업자의 서비스 제공 방식에 따라 광단국 및 광분배장비를 집중구내통신실과 동 지하에 설치하여 여러 서비스를 제공하지만 장비설치를 위한 공간확보와 케이블을 추가 포설하기 위한 예비배관확보를 위하여 서비스 제공 사업자사이에 분쟁이 심화되고 있다. 이러한 사항은 사업자들이 가입자 확보에만 치우치고 유지관리에는 소홀하며 또한 공동주택이 사유지임에도 불구하고 각 사업자들이 투자한 설비는 사업자의 자산임을 내세워 타인이 건드릴 수 없도록 하고 있기 때문이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 공동주택을 대상으로 여러 통신사업자와 방송사업자가 서비스하는 종류와 방법, 유지관리 실태, 문제점 등을 현장 실태조사를 통해 살펴보고 정보통신부에서 관리하는 정보통신공사업법과 전기통신기본법, 홈네트워크 등 기술기준, 건설교통부에서 관리하고 있는 주택법, 건축법, 주택건설기준등에 관한규정 등 여러 법령과의 관계를 분석하여 일정규모의 공동주택환경에서는 정보통신설비의 유지관리 제도가 의무화되어, 이용자가 안전하게 서비스를 이용할 수 있도록 개선 필요성을 제시하고자 한다.
