A Design and Implementation of the Integrated Framework linked Manufacturer-Specifications of the Elevators based on Android System

Abstract

Recently, Elevator industry is pursuing new challenges to the model of the IT convergence. The core of the convergence technologies may be the effective control and maintenance of the machine. However, because current elevator management model provides each specific model for his elevator, the management models have a variety of heterogeneous configuration so that it makes management companies to manage the elevators with many overhead. In this paper, we propose the integration framework for the various elevator models. We use proposed system based on the Android framework that is rapidly expanding technology in the embedded environment, and we propose design approach for the integration of variety of lift devices so that it provide a more efficient and stable service environment. In this way, we could integrate various device models of an elevator for the management and maintenance effectively and quickly.

최근 승강기 산업은 IT산업과 융합모델로 새로운 변화를 추구하고 있다. 융합의 핵심은 기계장치의 효율적인 제어와 유지보수에 달려있다. 그러나 현재 승강기 관리 모델은 각 승강기 제조사들이 자신의 승강기에 적합한 모델을 제공하여 관리를 하고 있으며 이러한 형태는 다양한 모델의 존재와 제조 회사 간의 이질적 구성으로 인해 보수 회사 입장에서 시스템별 별도의 관리와 운영이 이루어져야 하기 때문에 많은 오버헤드를 발생시킨다. 이에 본 논문에서는 다양한 승강기 모델의 통합 운영에 필요한 프레임워크를 제시하고자한다. 제시된 시스템은 임베디드 환경에서 빠르게 확대되고 있은 안드로이드 기술을 적용하고 다양한 장치들의 통합 운영을 위한 설계 방안을 제시함으로써 보다 효율적이고 안정된 서비스 환경을 제공한다. 이를 통해 기존의 다양한 승강기 모델을 빠르고 효과적으로 통합함으로써 승강기 시스템의 효율적인 관리와 유지보수를 수행할 수 있을 것이다.
