The paper aims to explain the influence of celebrity endorser on consumers' purchase intention, and explain the influence of brand perception on purchase decision in regard to the case of OPPO F-series and singer Son Tung MTP, in the Vietnamese context. Advertisement is regarded as the fastest and most effective communication method for brands to build an association and attract their target consumers. Among various types of communication tools, the use of celebrity endorsement is considerably growing owing to the explosion of social platforms. This study employs survey data from 258 people living and working in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Then, those data were used to analyze the general hypotheses by conducting research reviews based on foregoing investigations. The results from data analysis reveal that celebrity's physical attractiveness, credibility, popularity, expertise, match-up, and multiple endorsements all have positive impacts on purchase intention. The findings from this study would suggest that brands, in general, and smart-phone brands, in particular, should not only focus on these attributes to select a suitable brand endorser, but also need to predict some potential risks when utilizing celebrity endorsement. Finally, various implications and recommendations for further studies and marketers are also discussed.

Purpose: This study was aimed at identifying the factors influencing the practice of taegyo in pregnant women. Methods: A descriptive survey-based study design was used. The study included 210 married pregnant women aged 19 years or higher, excluding pregnant women from multicultural families, who attended the outpatient obstetrics and gynecology departments of a general hospital and a tertiary hospital in C City, from June 29, 2022, to September 8, 2022. Independent t-test, analysis of variance, and multiple regression analysis were used to determine the factors influencing the practice of taegyo. Results: The mean of the subjects' practice of taegyo was 3.49 ± 0.47. The factors influencing the practice of taegyo among pregnant women were perception of taegyo and spousal support. The higher the perceptions of taegyo and the greater the spousal support, the higher the practice of taegyo. The explanatory power of the regression model was approximately 49.2%. Conclusion: The factors influencing the practice of taegyo among pregnant women were confirmed to be the perception of taegyo followed by spousal support. The findings of the study confirmed that efforts to improve the perception of taegyo and spousal support are necessary to improve the adoption of the practice of taegyo among pregnant women.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore self-reported perceived stigma, self-efficacy, and quality of life among psychiatric outpatients Methods: In the present study, researchers analyzed the survey responses of 195 patients recruited in the S hospital psychiatry outpatient clinic. The measurement tools used in this study were the "Devaluation & Discrimination" scale to determine perceptions of stigmatization, general and social efficacy scales to measure self-efficacy, and the "General Well-Being Index" to measure quality of life in psychiatric outpatient. Statistical analysis included means with standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA and Pearson correlation coefficients to identify relationships between the variables. Results: There was a significant difference in self-perceived stigma and quality of life in psychiatric outpatients (r=-.233, p=.001) and a negative correlation between self-efficacy and quality of life (r=-.424, p=.000). Correlation analysis results support the hypothesis that higher self-perceived stigma scores were related to reduced quality of life among patients with schizophrenia (r=-.231, p=.021), while there was a positive correlation between self-perceived stigma scores and self-efficacy scores among patients with bipolar disorder (r=.362, p=.013). Conclusion: The findings suggest that nursing imtervention strategies should include education programs to reduce stigmatization and enhance self-efficacy and quality of life among patients with chronic psychiatric illnesses.

Purpose: This study was carried out in order to examine the relationship of job satisfaction and social support on the dental technicians and to analyze its influence. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire survey was carried out by having convenience sampling as 220 dental technicians who work in Seoul Metropolis, Gyeonggi-do Province, Daejeon and Chungnam Province. A research tool was used questionnaire that was proved reliability and validity. It was prepared with totally 37 questions such as 12 items for subjects' general characteristics, 18 items for job satisfaction measurement, and 7 items for social support measurement. An analysis of the collected data was computationally processed by using SPSS Win 17.0 program. An analytical technique was made by using statistical techniques such as frequency & percentage, T-test or One-way ANOVA analysis. The following are the analytical results of the collected materials. Results: As a result of analyzing research subjects' job satisfaction level, there was significant difference(P<0.05) in items of religion, hobby life, working environment, and rest time out of daily work. The whole mean in job satisfaction was indicated to be relatively high with 3.13. However, job satisfaction with social recognition, salary, and safety was indicated lowly. As a result of analyzing research subjects' social support level, there was significant difference(P<0.05) in items of age, working environment, and rest time out of daily work. The whole mean in social support was indicated to be relatively high with 3.49. As a result of analyzing correlation between job satisfaction and social support, all variables were indicated to be positive correlation in high significance level, thereby having been indicated that the higher job satisfaction leads to the higher social support. Conclusion: As a result of this study, there is high correlation between social support and job satisfaction. An effort and a support are considered to be necessary for forming positive personal relations among members such as relationship with family member and with fellow employee, for improving the working conditions, and for enhancing dental technicians' pride and social recognition in order to promote dental technician's job satisfaction.

This study was conducted to analyze the satisfaction level that students in physical therapy departments have with their major after they enter college; it also aimed to present the factors that affect that satisfaction. With regard to satisfaction in relation to general characteristics, no significant difference in satisfaction was shown between the two genders or among the times of selection of the department. Significant differences in satisfaction with the department were found for high school courses, school systems, grades, and the influences on the selection of the department. The variables that significantly affected satisfaction with the department were: satisfaction with perception, satisfaction with curricula, general satisfaction, and satisfaction with relationships. In particular, satisfaction with perception showed the highest standardized regression coefficient value for satisfaction with the department. Based on the results of this study, to enhance the satisfaction levels of students in physical therapy departments, interest in physical therapy should be drawn from the students based on social perception and high level educational environments, and the relationship between the processors and the students should be improved.

Objectives : This study was performed to compare consciousness of doctors on cooperative practices of western medicine and traditional Korean medicine, and to provide policy implication for development of cooperative practices. Methods : The structured questionnaires were mailed to 132 doctors working in non-cooperative practicing university hospital and 77 doctors working in cooperative practicing hospitals in Busan metropolitan city. The response rate was 40.2% and 40.3% respectively. This survey was performed from 10 Oct. 2008 to 31 Oct. 2008. Results : The doctors working in general hospital had comparatively negative consciousness on basic concept, value and necessity for cooperative practices and traditional Korean medicine. In regards with disease treatment's effectiveness of cooperative practices, both groups evaluated musculoskeletal and immune disease were more effective than others. There were positive relationships between perception for cost-effectiveness and consciousness on intention to participate cooperative practices(p<0.05). Also doctors who experienced traditional medicine treatment had positive consciousness on cooperative practices(p=0.05). Conclusions : To activate cooperative practices of western medicine and traditional Korean medicine, some efforts should be carried out. These include promoting cooperative education programs in medical schools and traditional Korean medical schools, doing research on cost-effectiveness of cooperative practices, and trying to minimize legal and systemic restrictions for cooperative practices.

This study examined the determinants of housing affordability using the 2014 fact-finding survey of housing. This study identified the effects of characters of districts as well as the effects of characters of family and housing, taking advantage of HGLM(Hierarchical General Linear Model). The results of this study showed that male householder, higher education level, the monthly housing, higher satisfaction of environment of housing are the factors that increased the odds of living at unaffordable housing, but higher income, public transfer recipient, living at sub-standard housing, the Jensei housing are the factors that decreased the odds of living at unaffordable housing. And the higher housing price, the higher rent of the districts increased significantly the odds of living at unaffordable housing, but the higher rate of public housing of the districts decreased the odds of living at unaffordable housing. This study provides the basis that the price of housing and rent should be controled and the policy of public housing should be expanded for housing welfare.

The purpose of this study is the Influence of Sailing Yacht Experiences Participants of Flow on Satisfaction and Self-esteem relates to the impact on leisure industry, the popularity of korean culture and yacht basis for the realization is to provide. To achieve this study, Busan, Ulsan, Gyeongnam area residents to target marine leisure and marine leisure experiences Academy experienced subjects participated in a total population of 428 people selected for the survey was conducted, data processing method frequency analysis, reliability analysis, validity analysis, a simple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis was used. Than as a result of research methods and data analysis through the conclusions are as follows. First, sailing yacht experience the flow degree of the participants to influence satisfaction were static. Second, the flow degree of the participants experienced sailing yacht self-esteem(general factors, family factors, work factors, social factors) was found to affect the static. Third, sailing yacht experience satisfaction self-esteem of the participants(general factor, family factors, work factors, social factors) was found to affect the static.

With the expansion of Voucher program, academic and practical concerns of performance evaluation of voucher service has been more emphasized. Accordingly, client satisfaction survey are expanding these days, but the study of client satisfaction as a performance indicator aimed at service client has not been yet conducted systematically. The purpose of this study is to develop Satisfaction Index, targeting at client of community-development voucher program in Community Service Investment Project conducted by the Ministry of Health and Welfare. Data were collected from 1800 client of community-development voucher program. This study summarized theoretically many kinds of satisfaction measurement and composed the Satisfaction Index reflecting characteristics of Voucher. By the item analysis and reliability analysis, the element satisfaction was identified as homogeneous items. General satisfaction were obtained using element satisfaction and overall satisfaction, it was found to be valid through the evaluation of convergent and discriminant validity as a tool for satisfaction. This study suggest using the '1step weighted approach' than '2step weighted approach' having weakness of complex overlapping manner.

The objective of the study was to cast a frame for the integrating concept of successful aging together with for understanding both elderly problems and aging, which was one of the major issues in aging society. For this, the author reviewed the meaning of aging and also made a general survey of both affirmative change such as growth and development and negative change with regard to aging. Particularly, it was observed that wisdom is a key factor for successful aging. The existing theory of successful aging and major study results were reviewed. As a result, the author proposed an integrated conceptualization of successful aging under the general discussion of the limits of existing theory and also explained the characteristics and implications of an integrated conceptualization of successful aging in line with the discussion on the definition of the integrated concept of successful aging.
