일부 치위생과 학생들의 대인관계 능력, 대인관계 만족도 및 스트레스와 학과만족도와의 관련성 (Relationship between Interpersonal Relationship Ability, Interpersonal Relationship Satisfaction, Stress and Department Satisfaction of Dental Hygiene Students)

  • 본 연구에서는 치위생과 학생들의 대인관계 능력, 대인관계 만족도 및 스트레스 정도를 확인하고, 학과만족도와의 관련성 규명을 통하여 대학 생활 적응에 필요한 긍정적 방안을 마련하고자 치위생과에 학생들을 대상으로 편의 추출하여 자기기입식 설문방법을 이용하여 실시하였다. 수집한 자료는 SPSS Statistics version 22.0을 이용하여 분석하였으며, 유의수준은 0.05로 하였다. 연구대상자의 대인관계 능력, 대인관계 만족도, 스트레스, 학과만족도와의 상관관계를 시행한 결과, 대인관계 능력은 학과만족도와 양의 상관관계가 있고, 스트레스는 학과만족도와 음의 상관관계가 있었다. 치위생과 학생의 학과만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 요인으로 학과 이해도, 대인관계 능력이 학과만족도에 정(+)적 영향을 주어 치위생과 학생의 학과만족도에 영향을 주는 요인은 대인관계 능력과 학과 이해도로 나타났다. 본 연구는 일부 치위생과 학생을 대상으로 연구가 진행되어 일반화에 제한이 있으나, 학과만족도와 관련된 요인에 대한 보완자료로 의의가 있으며, 학생들의 학과만족도를 높이기 위한 방안으로 대인관계능력 및 학과 관련 정보제공 프로그램을 개발 및 적용하는 것이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

생명보험회사에 대한 만족도, 신뢰도, 충성도에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석 (An analysis of the factors influencing satisfaction, reliance, and loyalty to the life insurance companies)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 생명보험 계약자의 보험회사에 대한 만족도, 신뢰도, 충성도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하는데 있다. 보험회사에 대한 만족도, 신뢰도, 충성도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 크게 보험회사의 특성과 판매자의 특성으로 나누어 분석한다. 연구방법은 요인분석과 회귀분석을 사용한다. 요인분석 결과 만족도, 신뢰도, 충성도 및 판매자의 특성에서는 1개의 요인, 보험회사의 특성에서는 보험회사의 자질, 사회적 책임이라는 2개의 요인이 추출되었다. 연구결과 첫째, 세 가지 성과변수인 만족도, 신뢰도, 충성도에 판매자의 역할은 모두 중요한 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 사회적 책임 요인은 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 신뢰도와 충성도에서는 설명변수인 세가지 요인이 유의한 것으로 분석되었다.

치과보철치료의 기능적 만족도와 심리·심미적 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Influencing factors on functional, psychological, and aesthetic satisfaction in dental prosthetic treatment)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the quality improvement of dental prosthetic treatment and better dental service for the patients. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 320 users of dental prosthesis in Seoul and metropolitan area from April to June, The questionnaire consisted of 4 questions of general characteristics, 5 questions of dental prosthesis treatment, 5 questions of functional satisfaction, and 6 questions of psychological and aesthetic satisfaction by Likert 5 scale. Cronbach's alpha was o.691 in functional satisfaction and 0.716 in psychological and aesthetic satisfaction. Except 18 incomplete answers, 302 data were analyzed. Results: The functional satisfaction mean was $3.70{\pm}0.51$ and that of psychological aesthetic satisfaction was $3.60{\pm}0.48$. Monthly income was the most important influencing factor on full and partial prosthesis use. Conclusions: In order to improve the satisfaction level in dental prosthetic treatment, the insurance coverage for the dental prosthetic treatment is necessary. The palliative supportive measure for the prosthesis is also required.

농촌 거주 결혼이주여성의 우울에 미치는 영향요인 (Factors Influencing Depression of Married Immigrant Women in Rural Areas)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to identify factors influencing depression of married immigrant women in rural areas. Methods: The participants were 206 married immigrant women in Jeollanamdo, Korea. The data were collected using a structured questionnaire from November to December 2011 and analyzed using descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression with SPSS/WIN 18.0. Results: The participants' mean age was 28.3 (range=20 to 49). Depression significantly differed according to age, spouse occupation, occupation and monthly household income. The depression was significantly correlated with acculturative stress, social support and marital satisfaction. Factors influencing depression were acculturative stress, social support and spouse occupation, which explained 42.9% of total variance. Acculturative stress was the most significant factor of all (${\beta}$=.41, p<.001). Conclusion: Based upon the findings, this study provides useful information that could assist in reducing the depression among married immigrant women, and indicates that nursing intervention is needed.

상급종합병원 중환자실 간호사의 전문직 삶의 질이 전문직 자아개념에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Professional Quality of Life on the Professional Self-Concept of Intensive Care Unit Nurses in Tertiary Hospital)

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study was to identify factors influencing the professional self-concept of nurses working in intensive care units (ICUs). Methods : Data were collected from July 1 to August 15, 2014. The subjects were 206 ICU nurses working in four university hospitals in B and U cities, Korea. Their professional self-concept was measured using Arthur's Scale revised by Yoon (2012), and professional quality of life (QOL) was measured using Pro QOL Korean Ver. 5 developed by Stamm (2010). Data were analyzed with SPSS Ver. 18, using a t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. Results : Professional self-concept was significantly correlated with compassion satisfaction (r=.61, p<.001), and burn out (r=-.57, p<.001). The factors influencing professional self-concept were compassion satisfaction (${\beta}=.46$, p<.001), burn out (${\beta}=-.27$, p<.001), and education level (${\beta}=.14$, p =.014). The explanatory power of this model was 46.5%. Conclusion : The results suggest that the influencing factors found in this study should be considered when planning nursing intervention programs for improving the professional self-concept of ICU nurses.

Factors Influencing Compassion Fatigue among Hospice and Palliative Care Unit Nurses

  • Purpose: This descriptive study aimed to explore nursing workplace spirituality, end-of-life care stress, and resilience as factors influencing compassion fatigue among nurses working in hospice and palliative care units. Methods: Data were collected using a self-report questionnaire completed by 146 nurses at 14 hospice and palliative care institutions across South Korea who had worked in a hospice and palliative care institution for at least 6 months and had experience providing end-of-life care. Data were collected from February 25, 2019 to April 12, 2019, and analyzed using SPSS for Windows version 18.0. As appropriate, descriptive statistics, the t-test, analysis of variance, the Scheffé test, Pearson correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression were used. Results: The survey results showed that factors influencing compassion fatigue were resilience, subjective health status, current satisfaction with the hospice ward, and end-of-life care stress. Higher levels of resilience, a subjective health status of "healthy", high levels of current satisfaction with the hospice ward, and lower levels of end-of-life care stress were associated with lower levels of compassion fatigue, explaining 42.9% of the total variance. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that resilience is an important factor mitigating compassion fatigue among nurses at hospice and palliative care institutions. Therefore, intervention programs should be developed to reduce compassion fatigue.

온라인 대학원 학습자의 학업 스트레스, LMS 활용만족도, 사회적 지지가 학업지속의도에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Academic Stress, LMS Utilization Satisfaction and Social Support on Academic Persistence among Online Graduate Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine academic stress, social support and learning management system(LMS) utilization satisfaction of learners attending online graduate schools and understand the factors influencing their academic persistence. Methods: The participants were students of K online graduate school and the data of 143 students, in total, were collected from April to May in 2019. For data analysis, frequency analysis, x2 test, t-test, F-test, Pearson's correlation and multiple regression analysis were conducted using SPSS ver. 23. Results: Academic stress, social support, and LMS utilization satisfaction were associated with academic persistence of online graduate students. The multiple regression analysis of the factors influencing academic persistence showed that the model was significant (p<.001) with an explanatory power of 23% and that significant factors influencing it were academic stress (β=-.23, p=.002), LMS utilization satisfaction (β=.31, p<.001) and jobs (β=.23, p=.002). Conclusion: Although the online graduate students' level of academic persistence was high, it is required to develop strategies to alleviate their academic stress and increase LMS utilization rate in order to increase their persistence to academic success. In addition, it is necessary to provide the foundation on which the utilization of major knowledge regarding jobs can be enhanced, reflecting the characteristics of online graduate students. Furthermore, this study is expected to contribute to the extension of professional and advanced education in response to social needs by developing a variety of online high education learning systems beyond time and space.

일개 신설종합병원 구성원의 조직문화인식이 조직유효성에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of the Perception of Organizational Culture of Employees on Organizational Effectiveness in a Newly Established General Hospital)

  • Purposes: This study was to analyze the effects of organizational culture attributes on organizational effectiveness in newly established general hospital. Method: For this purpose, this study sampled 981 hospital employees working for E hospital opened on Apr. 1, 2019 in Seoul. A total of 981 questionnaires were distributed to them, and 888 ones responded to the survey, which had been conducted from Oct. 17, through Oct. 25, 2019. 793 responses were used for the final analysis. The data collected were processed using the SPSS 19.0K for descriptive statistics, T-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient and regression analysis. Findings: First, The type of organizational culture perceived most by hospital employees was 'hierarchy-oriented' (3.53) followed by 'relation-oriented'(3.33), 'task-oriented'(3.23), 'innovation-oriented'(3.19) and job satisfaction scored 3.13, organizational commitment scored 3.28 on their order. Second, 'Relation-oriented', 'task-oriented' and 'innovation-oriented' was positively correlated with job satisfaction and organizational commitment. hierarchy-oriented' was negatively correlated with job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Third, Factors that significantly influencing on organizational effectiveness in a newly established general hospital were as follows. Factors influencing job satisfaction included 'innovation-oriented', 'relation-oriented' and factors influencing organizational commitment included 'relation-oriented', 'innovation-oriented' and age. Practical Implications: In order to increase the organizational effectiveness of the E-General Hospital, it is necessary to gradually move from a hierarchica l-oriented culture to an innovation-oriented and relationship-oriented culture. Since age also affects organizational commitment, it is necessary to promote stability and growth by promoting the mentor-menti system for new members with a low level of experience and experience.

저학년 간호대학생의 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감 영향요인의 융합적 연구 (Convergence Study on the Factors Influencing Confidence in Performing Core Basic Nursing Skills in Lower-Class Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 저학년 간호대학생을 대상으로 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감 영향요인을 파악하기 위해 시행하였다. 자료수집은 2020년 11월 25일부터 12월 4일까지 G도에 소재하는 일개 간호대학의 간호학생 213명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료는 SPSS 21.0 program을 이용하여 빈도, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson's 상관분석 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 일반적 특성에 따른 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감 차이는 대학생활만족, 실습만족, 학업성취도 및 동료와의 관계이었다. 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감은 자기효능감, 전공만족도 및 학습태도와 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감에 영향을 미치는 요인은 자기효능감과 학습태도이었으며, 설명력은 32.5%이었다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 저학년 간호대학생의 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감 증진을 위한 학습전략과 교육프로그램의 개발 및 효과 검증이 필요하다.

임상간호사의 전문직업성과 조직몰입 및 직무만족과의 관계 (Relations Among Professionalism, Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction among Clinical Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relations among professionalism, organizational commitment and job satisfaction, and to the investigate the influencing factors of organizational commitment and job satisfaction among clinical nurses. Methods: The participants were 386 nurses sampled from Seoul and Gyeonggi provinces. A structured questionnaire was used to collect data, and the data were analyzed by applying t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression with SAS 8.12. Results: A positive correlation existed among professionalism, organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Major factors that influenced organizational commitment were job satisfaction, religion, educational status, and a sense of calling (one of the subcategories of professionalism), which explained 54.1%. Major factors that affected job satisfaction were organizational commitment, educational status, and the subcategories of professionalism including a sense of calling, a service to the public, self-regulation and professional autonomy, which explained 60.8%. Conclusion: Based on the findings of this study, the professionalism is one of the critical factors linked to organizational commitment and job satisfaction among clinical nurses. In order to promote organizational commitment and job satisfaction among nurses, an appropriate practical support system, which is applicable to diverse conditions, should be developed and applied in nursing.
