IT융합 차세대 농기계 수출전략형 핵심기술 우선순위 선정에 관한 연구 (Study on Priority Selection of Export Strategic Core Technologies for IT Fusion Next Generation Agricultural Machines)

  • The objective of this study was to develop the export strategic core technologies for IT fusion next generation agricultural machines by the analysis of comprehensive and cooperative systems of industries, universities, and institutes. In order to achieve the objective of this study, an expert panel was formed and operated. The first survey was conducted by the Delphi method. For this the export strategic core technologies were surveyed and analyzed using the questionnaire. Based on the results of the first survey, the second survey was conducted. The questionnaire used for the second survey was designed by results of the first survey. The results of the second survey was analyzed by AHP method. The third survey was conducted based on the second one, and the final results were analyzed and the export strategic core technologies were developed through the expert meeting. The study results showed six export strategic core technologies as the followings : 1) environment-friendly engine technology for high performance 2) high performance/high efficiency power transmission system technology 3) development of measurement system technology for safety of agricultural products 4) field application of sensor networks 5) large size combine development technology for high performance 6) quality evaluation technology for agricultural products.

통합환경허가시스템의 활용도 제고 및 개선방향 (Enhancing the Applicability and Improvement Direction of Integrated Environmental Permit System)

  • The integrated environmental permit system is currently in operation online. It carries out various functions of postmanagement such as the submission of annual reports containing operations management data onto integrated management workplaces, the operation and management of emission facilities and prevention facilities, and the disclosure of information on the integrated permission. On the other hand, the integrated environmental permit system needs to perform various roles in order to stably manage and smoothly perform the permitting work. It is necessary to utilize this system to establish policies by using diverse operations management data onto integrated management workplaces collected in the integrated environmental permit system. This system can also play a role in improving the post-management system and user convenience after the permission review and approval processes. The integrated environmental permit system can be effectively used to set up the BAT-AEL because it collects all of the cross-media data and identifies the overall status of the workplace. In order to establish a post management system after the approval, it is necessary to provide performance management and performance evaluation functions as conditions of the permit after approval. In addition, a variety of support functions should be provided to enable the permission authority and the environmental expert examination agency to facilitate the review of permits. It will be necessary to provide an evaluation system and a proactive diagnostic function to determine whether permission conditions and permit emission standards will change in the future. Also, it is important to adopt an information exchange platform that can be used to collect the status data onto the workplaces; the platform can also be used as an information exchange site for technical working groups (TWG), and for collecting field experts' opinions.

IPA분석을 통한 공학계열 대학생 진로역량 보유수준 및 필요수준에 대한 인식 연구 (A Study on the Perception of the Level of Career Competency and Needs for Engineering Students : Using IPA Analysis Within the Engineering Educational Contexts)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the difference between the current retention level and the required level of engineering students' career competency that they think they need based on their perceptions. Ultimately, the results of this study are used as basic data when designing the major/general education program and the curricular/extra-curricular career program. The task of this study is to identify the difference between the current retention level and the required level of engineering students' career competency. And based on this, it is to confirm the educational needs of engineering students for the career competency. For this purpose, literature research on career competency education in universities was reviewed in the theoretical background. Next, previous studies on career competency and sub-competence derived from career competency-related studies and detailed questions were analyzed. Based on this, an initial evaluation tool for career competency of engineering students was developed. Finally, through expert review, a career competency evaluation tool with a total of 43 items in 10 competency groups was developed. A career competency evaluation questionnaire was conducted for 197 engineering students who participated in the 2022 Engineering Education Festa, and as a result of the IPA analysis, 'global competency' was found to be the competency with the largest difference between importance and execution. Next, 'major job competency' and 'career development competency' appeared in order. Reflecting the results of this study, it is expected that mutually organic design of competency-based liberal arts curriculum and major curriculum that can cultivate global competency, major job competency, and career development capability will be carried out through learning activities and field practice.

건물관리제도의 평가 및 개선방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Evaluation and Improvement of Building Maintenance System)

  • 본 연구에서는 상업용 임대건물을 대상으로 사용자, 소유자, 관리자 3자와 이들 3면에 발생되는 권리와 의무, 급부와 반대급부에서 나타나는 문제점과 이들을 둘러싼 법과 제도의 문제점을 문헌조사와 전문가 인터뷰 그리고 현장의 설문조사를 통하여 건물관리 제도의 총체적 문제점을 도출하고자 하였다. 현재와 같이 급변하는 시대에 각 분야에서 그들의 다양성에 맞도록 각종 개선을 요구하지만 제한된 시간과 인력 그리고 예산 등의 이유로 최선의 개선에 따른 우선순위는 능률적이고 경제적 지출을 필요로 하는 중요한 사안이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 도출된 문제점에서 BSC관점으로 평가요소를 추출하고 추출된 평가요소에 AHP 기법을 활용하여 가중치를 구한 후 가중치 적용 전 후를 비교 평가하여 중요도를 정함으로써 3자3면을 위한 효과적인 대안과 합리적 지출을 실현할 수 있게 된다. 이로서 향후 건물기능의 스마트화 및 가치의 극대화, 사용자 편익이 보장되는 건물관리제도가 현실화되는 계기를 마련하고자 한다.

대학원 데이터 과학자 과정 입학 평가 체계 분석 (A Study on Entrance Evaluation System for Data Scientist Postgraduate Program)

  • 시대적 필요와 사회적 요구에 따라 데이터 과학 분야의 전문가로 성장할 수 있는 학생을 선발하기 위한 입학 평가 체계의 구성은 중요하다. 본 연구는 융·복합 역량을 갖춘 인재 선발의 중요성을 고려하여 데이터 과학 분야 대학원 입학 평가 체계를 분석하고, 시사점을 도출하기 위한 목적에서 진행되었다. 목적 달성을 위해 전 세계 대학원 데이터 과학자 과정을 대상으로 총 7개국 22개 대학원을 선정하였다. 선정된 대학원들을 지원 자격, 입학 전 필요 기술, 입학 조건, 선발 방법별로 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 지원 자격은 '최소 학사학위 소지자 또는 학사과정 전공과 관계없이 입학 지원 가능한 학교(63.6%)', 입학 전 필요 기술은 '교육과정 이수에 필요한 입학 전 기술을 명시한 학교(63.6%)', 입학 조건은 '별도 입학 조건이 따로 명시되어 있지 않은 학교(81.8%)', 선발 방법은 '서류 심사로만 학생을 선발하는 학교(68.2%)'가 가장 많았다. 이상을 토대로 본 연구는 데이터 과학자 과정의 결과를 정리하고, 입학 평가를 객관화하기 위한 시사점을 제시하였다.

음성신호를 이용한 기계학습 기반 피로도 분류 모델 (Fatigue Classification Model Based On Machine Learning Using Speech Signals)

  • 피로는 개인의 능력을 저하되게 하여 업무 수행을 어렵게 하며, 피로가 누적되면 집중력이 저하되어 안전사고를 초래할 가능성이 증가하게 된다. 피로에 대한 자각은 주관적이나, 실제 현장에서는 피로의 수준을 정량적으로 측정할 필요가 있다. 기존 연구에서 피로 수준은 다원적 피로 척도와 같은 주관적 평가에, 생체신호 분석 등의 객관적지표를 추가하여 전문가의 판단으로 측정하는 방식이 제안되었으나, 이러한 방법은 일상생활에서 실시간으로 피로도를 평가하기 어렵다. 본 논문은 현장에서 녹음한 음성 데이터를 이용하여 실시간으로 작업자의 피로 수준을 판정하는 피로도 분류 모델에 관한 연구이다. 현장에서 수집한 음성 데이터를 이용하여 로지스틱 분류, 서포트 벡터 머신, 랜덤 포레스트 등의 기계학습 모델을 학습시킨다. 성능을 평가한 결과, 정확도가 0.677 ~ 0.758로 우수한 성능을 보여주었고, 이 중에서 로지스틱 분류가 가장 우수한 성능을 나타냈다. 실험 결과로부터 음성신호를 이용하여 피로도를 분류하는 것이 가능하다는 것을 알 수 있다.

수목장림 입지 평가기준 설정 연구 (Development of Site Evaluation Criteria for Woodland Burial Grounds)

  • 수목장을 비롯한 자연장에 대한 관심이 증가됨에 따라 국립수목장림의 수요는 증가할 것으로 예상된다. 수목장림의 입지 선정을 위한 평가요소를 마련하고, 가중치 적용을 통해 수목장림 조성에 도움이 되는 입지 평가기준을 제시하고자 다음과 같이 연구를 진행하였다. 선행연구를 검토해 다른 산림복지시설과 유사한 산림시설, 기타 시설들에 대한 입지선정 검토요소를 분석하여 74개의 예비평가요인을 선정하였다. 이를 토대로 3그룹의 전문가집단(국가 지자체 공공기관 산림복지시설 담당자, 관련분야 연구자, 수목장림 민간 전문가)의 예비평가요인 검토를 거쳐 2개 대분류, 6개 중분류, 22개 소분류의 평가요인을 선정하였다. 선정한 평가요인은 2차 선호도 조사를 위해 계층화 하였다. 먼저 산림환경과 인문환경으로 대분류하고, 각각 3가지 항목으로 중분류 후에 다시 한 번 각각 소분류하여 1차 조사에 참여한 전문가를 대상으로 AHP를 활용해 계층화된 요인별 중요도 차이를 확인하였다. 평가요인을 활용하여 입지평가 기준표를 마련하고, 각 계층별 중요도를 적용하였다. 이를 후보지에 적용하기 위해 기존에 운영하고 있는 국립수목장림과 선행연구에서 국립수목장림 후보지로 검토하였던 9개소 등 10개소를 대상으로 평가하여 비교 분석하였다. 평가 결과, 울산 울주, 전남 순천, 세종 장군의 순으로 나타났다.

의학교육기관의 학생연구: 왜 우리는 학생연구를 말하는가? (Student Research in Basic Medical Education: Why Do We Say Student Research?)

  • Student research has been proposed as an educational strategy to fulfill the current requirements in basic medical education (BME) and to compatible with the self-directed development of professionalism. It is commonly accepted that the goals of student research are to develop the competencies of critical, reflective, and self-directed thinking; problem-solving; and creativity; as well as to acquire the skills necessary to search for information and analyze the literature; to cultivate the talent of mastering a specialized field through deeply intensified learning; and to establish close relationships between students and supervisors. To successfully implement student research, authorities on BME should to plan the procedure for the student research projects and allocate personal and material resources adequately in order to provide the opportunity for self-evaluation and reflection through the completion of daily records, to develop the habit of consistently evaluating one's own study, and to maintain a collegial relationship between students and supervisors by offering the proper feedbacks in a timely and consistent manner. In conclusion, despite several obstacles and difficulties in the establishment of successful student research projects, student research could provide students the motivation to develop themselves into expert academic researchers, and play a role in educating students to help solve patients' problems based on scientific evidence in the future.

유아·놀이 중심 교육과정 실천을 위한 기록작업 모형 개발 (Development of a Documentation Model for the Practice of Early Childhood and Play-oriented Curriculum)

  • Objective: This study aimed to develop a documentation model that can support early chlildhood learning through play and facilitate the implementation of early childhood and play-oriented curriculum. Methods: This study utilized the design and development research methodology to derive components for the model through literature review and investigation research. In addition, the model was gradually improved through the 3rd expert review, and the validity of the model was verified through usability evaluation with 10 early childhood teachers. Results: This study identified 13 components and developed a flexible, selective, repetitive, and cyclic documentation model based on the 2019 revised Nuri curriculum. Model development is embodied and presented as a model-detailed model-detailed content. The model is presented in detail in the study. Conclusion/Implications: The documentation model developed in this study is expected to provide guidance to early childhood teachers and serve as a basis for future research on documentation in early childhood education. It is expected that it will be able to present the practical direction of records for play support for teachers in the field.

Using Syntax and Shallow Semantic Analysis for Vietnamese Question Generation

  • This paper presents a method of using syntax and shallow semantic analysis for Vietnamese question generation (QG). Specifically, our proposed technique concentrates on investigating both the syntactic and shallow semantic structure of each sentence. The main goal of our method is to generate questions from a single sentence. These generated questions are known as factoid questions which require short, fact-based answers. In general, syntax-based analysis is one of the most popular approaches within the QG field, but it requires linguistic expert knowledge as well as a deep understanding of syntax rules in the Vietnamese language. It is thus considered a high-cost and inefficient solution due to the requirement of significant human effort to achieve qualified syntax rules. To deal with this problem, we collected the syntax rules in Vietnamese from a Vietnamese language textbook. Moreover, we also used different natural language processing (NLP) techniques to analyze Vietnamese shallow syntax and semantics for the QG task. These techniques include: sentence segmentation, word segmentation, part of speech, chunking, dependency parsing, and named entity recognition. We used human evaluation to assess the credibility of our model, which means we manually generated questions from the corpus, and then compared them with the generated questions. The empirical evidence demonstrates that our proposed technique has significant performance, in which the generated questions are very similar to those which are created by humans.
