Among the keywords in the title of the articles, the term 'nutritional status'(or 'dietary intake status') was most frequently used. The terms such as dietary status, obesity, health, food habit, and dietary behavior were also frequency used. Major topics of the items in the questionnaires varied according to the life cycle of the subjects of the study. The topics most frequently asked in each lift cycle were as follows : overeating, snack, and food preference for preschool- and school-aged children ; anthropometry, weight control, and snack for middle and highschool students : meal skipping, smoking, and drinking for college students : disease, smoking, drinking, and exercise for adults : and smoking, drinking, disease and perceived health for the elderly. • Purpose: This study aimed to develop a lifestyle modification (LSM) mobile application based on the Android operating system for overweight and obese breast cancer survivors (BCS) in Korea and evaluate its usability. Methods: The content analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of the LSM intervention mobile application for overweight and obese BCS was conducted by identifying survivors' needs, searching the literature, and reviewing existing mobile applications. The survey was conducted from June 1 to December 28, 2020 at Jeonju, Korea. Results: The mobile application for BCS included dietary and exercise information, weight logs, as well as distress and daily achievement check. It also included information and videos on the prevention of breast cancer recurrence and used a communication bulletin board. Expert and user usability evaluation of its content and functions confirmed that it was appropriate and satisfactory for overweight and obese BCS. Conclusion: This LSM mobile application developed for overweight and obese BCS was found to be appropriate for use. It can be applied for further study of effectiveness on improving their health and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, to ultimately improve quality of life.

  • With the importance of creative learning highly valued, the demand for education in early childhood and adolescence has been increasing in recent years, but simple memorization-oriented and classical teaching methods tend not to prove high effectiveness in terms of learner-centeredness. Students who study static at their desks for a long time do not prefer boring classical learning methods, and there is also a lack of educational methods and educational content that conforms to the convergence education trend in the actual educational field. Therefore, this study has created a system that allows students to exercise and learn at the same time through a fun and familiar approach, and implement educational content through activation of brain plasticity.

And the second step is to organize the fashion coordination course depending on the concept of fashion coordination. The concept of the fashion coordination is as foltowed: The goal of the fashion coordinapion is 'making the image' The image in this study is constituted of several concepts, which are perception/conition/impression, bojective/person perception, external/internal content, and simple/complex level. The elements of fashion coordination are the person, the clothing and the accessory. The method of making the image with elements is to harmonize the symbolic aspect of elements, and the beauty aspect of elements too. The fashion coordination course is organized into theory part and practice part. The theory part is composed of theories of 'making the image', the elements, the harmony depending on the concept of fashion coordination. The practice part is composed of exercises to make the image depending on the theory, especially the important point of exercise is Listing the clues that make the image.

  • This study examines the interplay between the reactions of YouTube users and North Korean propaganda. Interesting enough, the study has noticed changes in the strict media environment under young leader Kim. Messages delivered by the communist regime to the outside world appeared to resemble those of 'normal' countries. Although North Korean YouTube was led mainly by the account operator, visitors from different nations do comment on the channel, which suggests the possibility of building international communities for propaganda purposes. Overall, the study observed a sparsely connected social network among ordinary commenters. However, the operator did not exercise tight control over peer-to-peer communication but merely answered questions and tried to facilitate mass participation. In contrast to the many news clips, the documentary content on North Korea's YouTube channel did not explicitly advocate for North Korea's current political positions.

  • Careful scruting of the data indicate that malnutrition actually limits fertility. Spermatogenesis may likewise be impaired by inadequate diet, particularly one that is very poor in protein. For those who are underweight, increased caloric intake stressing high protein content is recommended. Included are supplementary vitamins, particularly B complex, which stimulate the appetite. Injudicious dieting by the woman to conform to current standards of beauty may also result in malnutrition. This contributes to faulty oogenesis and, in extreme dieting, may produce a long-standing amenorrhea. Obsity may also reduce fertility. Since most cases of obesity are due to over-eating, the full cooperation of the patient must be enlisted. And no device is effective for breaking up fatty deposits. Instead, a program of exercise is recommended. The treatment of both malnutrition and obesity is directed toward general dietary habits either weight gain or weight reduction, with a well balanced high protein diet.

  • Learning through "recreational mathematics" has become a meaningful outlet to children of all ages. The Edumatrix set is a didactic tool for the development of logical and abstract reasoning among students. In this paper, we provide several illustrative exercises involving Edumatrix that teachers can utilize in their classrooms. We formulate students' expected learning outcomes by aligning each exercise to the CCSSM content standards as well as examining which Standards for Mathematical Practices (SMP) our proposed exercises promote.

Prevalence of obesity was 7%, 41% and 41% by criteria of Bioelectrical impedance analysis, Skin fold thickness and Body mass index, respectively. According to this survey, 75% of the subjects prefered vegetable oil to animal fat, 55% of them prefered seaweeds to shellfishes and 76% of them prefered natural foods to processed foods for good health. 61% of the interviewed subjects had the experience of eating perilla oil and 49% of them chose the Mackeral that had contained omega 3 fatty acids.
