The telecommunication service industry plays a major role in the realization of the perfect information society in the 21st century and, has a great influence in society and culture. Using the Calculable General Equilibrium Model, we analyze the telecommunication service's economic effects on other industries as well as on the national economy. In 2001, the 8 percent increase in the telecom sales caused the 5 billion dollar increase in the GDP, which seems to continue to bring about no less than 5 billion dollar GDP increase each year until 2030. The telecom sales increase has been evaluated to have disproportionately positive effect on transmission device and audio equipment industries. In summary, the telecom sales have a positive net enぉ on the GDP and on most of the industries with a few exceptions.

We analyzed the amount of environmental loads, and the amount of energy consumption through life cycle assessment from a discharge stage to the ultimate disposal to municipal solid waste in Seoul. We carried out inventory analysis of the amount of environmental loads that made the object range collection, intermediate treatment, and the final treatment, and took into consideration each stage exceptions CO$_2$ and NOx , the amount of SOx discharge, and energy consumption. We applied the data of an object model, and acquisition processed the scale of an object model suitably and applied to it to difficult data using the data of the Yokohama City incineration plant in Japan. The amount of environmental loads per Iton of municipal waste were analyzed CO$_2$ 0.4C-ton, SOx 0.4kg and NOx 0.8kg. Moreover, the amount of energy consumption which is 2.4Gcal was computed.

The efficiency and stability of an NLP system depends crucially on how is lexicon is orga- nized . Then lexicon ought to encode linguistic generalizations and exceptions thereof. Nowadays many computational linguists tend to construct such lexical information in an inheritance hierarchy DATR is good for this purpose In this research I will construct a DATR-lexicon in order to parse sentences in Korean using QPATR is implemented on the basis of a unification based grammar developed in Dusseldorf. In this paper I want to show the interface between a syntactic parser(QPATR) and DTAR-formalism representing lexical information. The QPATR parse can extract the lexical information from the DATR lexicon which is organised hierarchically.

Opened a court in February 10, 2006, a rule of safety management of the diagnosis radiation system was promulgated for safety of the radiation worker, patients and patients' family members. The purpose of this rule is to minimize the risk of being exposed to radiation during the process of handling X-ray. For this reason, we manufactured shielding device of mobile X-ray unit collimator for diminution of skin dose. Shielding device is made to a thickness of Pb 0.375mm. For portable chest radiography, we measured skin dose 50cm from center ray to 200cm at intervals of 20cm by Unfors Xi detector. As a result, a rule of safety management of the diagnosis radiation system has been strengthened. But there are exceptions, such as ER, OR, ICU to this rule. So shielding device could contribute to protect unnecessary radiation exposure and improve nation's health.

This area is covered in Andesite of high compression strength and located in PUSAN SEO-KU. There are many old houses around shaft site. So, we must have a cautious blasting operation. A total of 40 blasts were test at DAE-SHIN Shaft site to study the magnitude and frequency characterization of blast-induced vibration. The effect of viblating frequency on structual damage and site-specific scaling to define th empirical equations were also discussed. The result can be summarized as follows: 1. Some empirical equations were obtained. $V=K\{{\frac{D}{W}}1/3\}^{-n}$ where the values for n and K are estimated to be -1.407 to -2.202 and 643.3489 to 7283.2104 respectively. 2. Dominant frequencies at short distance are in the range of about 75.0 to 91.8 Hz, with some exceptions of about 50Hz, Frequencies observed at long distance are in the range of 10 to 2Hz. It is apparent the shift of dominant frequency down to lower levels at long distance.

The effect of pitch on tone durations was studied in several poeces of music. In previous work it was found that higher pitched sounds, of a given duration, were perceived to be of longer duration. That work however, was not undertaken in a musical context. The present work was done to determine whether the previously observed trend was also apparent in musical performances. Several measurements were undertaken. One of these involved analysing the recorded performance duration of notes in several performances of the Mozart Flute Quartet in A-mojor, K.298. Performed durations were also obtained from a Bach Flute Sonata and a Brahms Clarinet Quintet. An analysis of the musical performances revealed that while there were individual differences and exceptions in notes, the musicians tended to play higher notes significantly shortened.

Let M be a Fano manifold, and H^🟉(M; ℂ) be the quantum cohomology ring of M with the quantum product 🟉. For 𝜎 ∈ H^🟉(M; ℂ), denote by [𝜎] the quantum multiplication operator 𝜎🟉 on H^🟉(M; ℂ). It was conjectured several years ago [7,8] and has been proved for many Fano manifolds [1,2,10,14], including our cases, that the operator [c₁(M)] has a real valued eigenvalue 𝛿₀ which is maximal among eigenvalues of [c₁(M)]. Galkin's lower bound conjecture [6] states that for a Fano manifold M, 𝛿₀ ≥ dim M + 1, and the equality holds if and only if M is the projective space ℙⁿ. In this note, we show that Galkin's lower bound conjecture holds for Lagrangian and orthogonal Grassmannians, modulo some exceptions for the equality.

Customer satisfaction dominates research on customer-firm performance relationships; however, with a few exceptions, the authors of most prior studies did not examine the possibility that an organizations' customer relationship management can increase its knowledge management. Building on previous literature of information processing theory and transaction cost perspective, this paper investigates the effect of various characteristics of customer relationship an organization cultivates on its own innovativeness. Specifically, we identify closeness, communication, sympathy as three critical components of managing customer relationship. Data from a multi-informant survey conducted to 442 organizations in Korean bank industry show that an organization's relationship with its customers has significant effects on its innovativeness. This study highlights the importance of customer relationship in terms of enhancing innovations, and helps to explain interactive effects among customer relationship, organizational learning, and innovativeness.

Although knowledge discovery is increasingly important in databases, the discovered knowledge sets may not be effectively used for application domains. It is partly because knowledge discovery does not take user's interests into account, and too many knowledge sets are discovered to handle efficiently. We believe that user's interests are conveyed by a query and if a nested query is concerned it may include a user's thought process. This paper describes a novel concept for discovering knowledge sets based on query processing. Knowledge discovery process is performed by: extracting features from databases, spanning features to generate range features, and constituting a knowledge set. The contributions of this paper include the following: (1) not only simple queries but also nested queries are considered to discover knowledge sets regarding user's interests and user's thought process, (2) not only positive examples (answer to a query) but also negative examples are considered to discover knowledge sets regarding database abstraction and database exceptions, and (3) finally, the discovered knowledge sets are quantified.

22.9 kV CV power cable is very important factor of underground distribution power line. Cyclic aging for 14days is performed to remove a large amount of the volatiles found in freshly manufactured cable. In this paper, we examined AC breakdown characteristics of CV power cable before and after cyclic aging for 14days. As the result, even if there were some exceptions, the AC breakdown voltage before aging was lower than that after aging, but most of the results were that the AC breakdown voltage after aging was lower than that before aging.
