데이터 시각화를 이용한 취업자 특성분석 (Analysis of employee's characteristic using data visualization)

  • 대졸 취업자들의 특성을 분석하기 위해 주로 모수적인 접근방법을 사용해 온 기존의 연구와는 달리, 본 연구에서는 R 프로그램을 이용하여 데이터 시각화에 초점을 맞추어 분석하였다. 이를 위해 취업여부에 미치는 개인특성 변수들의 유사성 분석을 위해 다중대응분석을 실시하였다. 또한 취업여부에 영향을 미치는 개인특성 변수들의 고차 상호작용효과를 분석하기 위해 의사결정나무분석을 실시하였다. 그리고 연관성분석을 이용한 연관성 규칙을 계산하여 개인특성 변수들이 취업여부에 미치는 효과를 분석하고, 연관성규칙의 결과를 사회연결망분석의 연결망 구조로 시각화 하였다. 분석결과 다음과 같은 주요 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 취업여부에 영향을 미치는 변수들로는 평균평점, 계열, 강의평가 점수, 성별 등으로 나타났다. 둘째, 평균평점과 강의평가점수가 보통이상으로 높고 자연계열인 경우 취업 가능성이 높음을 알 수 있다. 또한 수시모집으로 입학한 연령이 낮은 졸업생이 취업가능성이 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 평균평점이 낮고 예체능 계열이며 연령이 높은 대졸자들이 취업가능성이 낮음을 알 수 있다. 또한 예체능 계열의 단일전공을 한 여학생들의 경우도 취업가능성이 높지 않음을 알 수 있다.

일부 보건계열 대학생들의 진로결정자기효능감 및 진로정체감이 취업준비행동에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Career Decision-making Self-efficacy and Career Identity by Health Science College Students on Job Preparation Behavior)

  • Objectives: This study is designed to evaluate the influential factors of career decision-making self-efficacy and career identity by health science college students on their job preparation beaviors. Methods: The total 714 questionnaires were distributed to juniors and seniors of health science college, and the result was statistically analyzed through IBM SPSS statistics 20.0. Results: 1. There was no significant difference of job preparation behavior between male students and female students, and while seniors showed highly active job preparation behaviors, those who had high satisfaction level toward their major studies, high academic achievement, and outgoing personality had highly active job preparation behaviors. 2. Students with high satisfaction level toward their major studies, high academic achievement, outgoing personality, and high expected salaries showed high career decision-making self-efficacy level. 3. Students with high satisfaction level toward their major studies, high academic achievement and highly outgoing personality showed high level of career identity. 4. Subsidiary factors of career decision-making self-efficacy were collection of job information, goal setting, planning, and self-assessment, and all of them showed correlation with job preparation behaviors. 5. Among subsidiary factors of career decision-making self-efficacy, "self-understanding" and understanding of job information showed correlation with job preparation behaviors. Conclusion: For improvement on career decision-making self-efficacy and career identity of health science college students, individual support, psychological support, educational support and other supports regarding job employment to provide wide paths and methods for job preparation behaviors are essential, and through various job employment education program and graded counseling, job preparation behaviors shall be promoted as a great strategy.

보건계열 학생들의 임상실습에 대한 만족도 및 인식도 조사 (The Surveys of Satisfaction and Perception on Clinical Practice for Dept. of Health-related Students)

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study was to investigate the fieldwork satisfaction of Dept. of Health-related students, and to ascertain a change of perception on deciding on a course after fieldwork, and on a desired field and facility. Methods : Structured questionnaires were distributed to student of Dept. of Health-related(Occupational therapy, Physical therapy, Dental hygiene) from March 2 to April 30 of 2011. The questionnaires of 150 respondents were analyzed through frequency analyses, cross- and multi-reply analyses using SPSS ver. 12.0. Results : In fieldwork satisfaction, highly satisfied items were diversity of therapeutic equipment and tools, regular education, and recognition of the importance of fieldwork. The awareness of their decisions on employment and desired field changed positively for 52.7% students and negatively for 13.3%. Conclusion : Based on the results of this study, we identified that the awareness of one's decision on employment and desired field changes through fieldwork.

대졸자 직업이동 경로조사에서 패널탈락분석 (An Analysis of Panel Attrition in GOMS(Graduates Occupational Survey))

  • 패널조사에서 패널탈락이 특정계층에 집중되어 있다면, 초기에 구축된 샘플의 변화에 따라 패널자료의 대표성에 문제를 야기할 수 있다. 본 연구는 대졸자 직업이동 경로조사(GOMS)를 이용하여 신뢰성과 대표성을 저해하는 표본 탈락편의(non-random attrition bias)가 있는지를 파악하고, 패널탈락의 결정요인을 분석하여 패널탈락을 최소할 수 있는 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 분석결과 패널탈락은 응답자의 문제보다 조사시스템의 문제가 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 추가연구를 통해 체계적인 조사시스템의 구축 및 응답자관리방법 개발뿐만 아니라 패널탈락의 편의를 보완하기 위한 가중치 부여 등 다양한 개선책의 도입이 시급한 것으로 판단된다.

안경광학과 학생들의 현장(임상)실습 만족도에 따른 취업 성향 분석 (Analysis of Employment Tendencies According to the Satisfaction of Field (Clinical) Practice among Students of the Department of Optics)

  • Purpose. This research study is to understand the effects of field (clinical) Practice on employment choice and decision. Method. The research study conducts a questionnaire survey of trainees who received field (clinical) Training during the period of 2016 summer vacation to analyze the data, utilizing Likert 5 rating scales and conduct a statistical analysis with the tool of SPSS 18.0. Results.. As for the satisfaction of the participation of Practice, girl students account for the high rate (75.1%) compared with boy students (61.7%). Regarding the satisfaction of each Practice spot, ophthalmic clinic reaches the high rate (77.8%) compared with optical shop (65.7%). Practice about practice courses (53.2%) of regular subjects have somewhat close correlations compared with theory courses (46.8%). 75.2% of respondents in the group that shows the high satisfaction of the participation of Practice replied that they would decide employment as an academic major after Practice. And the figure is proved to assume a high ratio. Conclusion. The analytic research outcome indicates that those trainees who received Practice in an ophthalmic clinic have higher satisfaction than those who received Practice in an optical shop. There is the high accomplishment of employment in relation to academic major area instead of other area, after Practice.

의사결정나무분석에 의한 공과대학 졸업생의 첫 일자리 만족도 결정요인 탐색 (Exploration of the Factors Determining Satisfaction in First Job of Graduates from Engineering College by Decision Tree Analysis)

  • The first job of university graduates is the beginning of career development, and it has a great influence on a personal life in the transition process of a labor market later. The study has compared and analyzed the effects of major variables (whether or not one participates in the career and employment programs, the satisfaction in the education infrastructure and curriculum) related to university education that determine the satisfaction in the first job of graduates from the entire university of 4-year general courses and the engineering college with experiences of having the first job. Through this, it is meaningful to make it possible for the design of university education related to career and employment tailored to the engineering college. The results of 2017 Graduate Occupational Mobility Survey were used as the data for analysis, which was analyzed by the decision tree analysis. As it was found that the most important factor determining the satisfaction in the first job was student welfare facilities for the entire graduates among education infrastructure and was major curriculum and its content among education curriculum for the graduates from the engineering college, it was analyzed that factors related to majors were more important compared to other majors in the engineering college. The customized major curriculum and content should be considered as a priority, taking into account of the demand of the industry for the successful settlement of graduates from the engineering college in a labor market.

  • 본 연구는 한국고용정보원 공공디비 자료에 의사결정나무 기법을 적용하여 근로자들이 이직을 하려고 하는 요인을 분석하고자 한다. 이를 통하여 근로자들의 고용유지 강화방안을 제시한다. 분석대상은 근속기간이 4개월 이상으로 수습 기간이 지난 정규직 근로자를 대상으로 하였고, 분석목표는 해당 근로자들의 이직준비 여부에 영향을 주는 의사결정 규칙을 도출하는 것으로 하였다. 타겟 분석 데이터는 한국고용정보원에서 발간된 수집한 「2017년 대졸자 직업이동경로조사」를 사용하였다. 분석결과 '교육수준과 일의 수준의 일치 정도', '개인 발전 가능성', '직무 관련 교육 및 훈련', '승진 제도', '임금 및 소득', '일자리에 대한 사회적 평판', '고용 안정성' 등이 이직준비 여부에 영향을 주는 주요요인으로 나타났다.

프로세스 관점에서의 기술혁신 및 고용성과에 관한 연구 : 중소기업을 중심으로 (A Study on Technological Innovation and Employment Performance from the Perspective of Process : Focused on Small and Medium Sized Enterprises)

  • 기업들에 있어서 고용은 혁신활동의 결과를 바탕으로 하는 연속된 의사결정과정이다. 따라서 기술혁신을 통한 고용성과를 살펴봄에 있어서 이 같은 관계성을 명시적으로 분석에 고려할 필요가 있다. 이러한 문제의식을 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 중소기업의 기술혁신과 고용효과의 관계를 선행 연구와 같이 단일방정식을 추정하는 순위로짓(ordered logit) 모형으로 분석할 뿐 아니라, 연립방정식을 추정하는 외견무관회귀(SUR) 모형을 활용하여 실제 동시적으로 수행되어지는 기술경영 과정의 상관성을 반영하여 기업의 혁신활동과 기술혁신 성과, 보상제도 그리고 고용 창출의 구조적 관계를 분석하고자 하였다. 분석 결과, 보상제도의 시행은 기술개발 및 기술사업화 성과를 높이고, 이것은 다시 기업의 고용을 촉진하는 구조적 관계를 확인할 수 있었다. 특히 고용성과에 있어 기술개발 뿐 아니라 사업화 성과가 일종의 허들로 작용한다는 점에서 기술혁신을 프로세스 관점에서 관리할 때 기업의 고용성과는 높아진다고 볼 수 있겠다.

머신러닝 기법을 활용한 대졸 구직자 취업 예측모델에 관한 연구 (Study on the Prediction Model for Employment of University Graduates Using Machine Learning Classification)

  • Purpose Youth unemployment is a social problem that continues to emerge in Korea. In this study, we create a model that predicts the employment of college graduates using decision tree, random forest and artificial neural network among machine learning techniques and compare the performance between each model through prediction results. Design/methodology/approach In this study, the data processing was performed, including the acquisition of the college graduates' vocational path survey data first, then the selection of independent variables and setting up dependent variables. We use R to create decision tree, random forest, and artificial neural network models and predicted whether college graduates were employed through each model. And at the end, the performance of each model was compared and evaluated. Findings The results showed that the random forest model had the highest performance, and the artificial neural network model had a narrow difference in performance than the decision tree model. In the decision-making tree model, key nodes were selected as to whether they receive economic support from their families, major affiliates, the route of obtaining information for jobs at universities, the importance of working income when choosing jobs and the location of graduation universities. Identifying the importance of variables in the random forest model, whether they receive economic support from their families as important variables, majors, the route to obtaining job information, the degree of irritating feelings for a month, and the location of the graduating university were selected.

FGI 분석을 통한 공과대학생의 전공 유지와 진로 결정의 영향 요인 탐색 (Exploring Factors Affecting Major Persistence and Career Decision of Engineering Students through FGI Analysis)

  • This research aims to explore the factors affecting engineering students' major persistence and career decision. To achieve this goal, the experiences and perceptions of engineering students and other stakeholders regarding the factors influencing engineering students' major persistence and career decision were analyzed through online focus group interviews (FGI). The analysis of the interviews resulted in the identification of seven categories, which include meeting with older alumni, team project experiences, and internship experiences as factors influencing major persistence. Additionally, engineering interest, engineering self-efficacy, employment rates, economic factors, and limitations in women engineers' career development were identified as factors affecting career decision. Based on these findings, it is expected that engineering education will develop plans that focus on supporting the major persistence and career development of engineering students, thereby contributing to the future direction of engineering education.
