초등학생의 월경 지식, 초경 정서, 월경 태도와 대처 행위 (Knowledge of Menstruation, Emotional Reaction to Menarche, Attitude toward Menstruation and Coping Behavior among Korean Primary School Students)

  • Purpose: The purposes of this study were to identify Korean primary school students' knowledge of menstruation, their emotional reaction to menarche, the attitude toward menstruation and coping behaviors. Method: A cross-sectional survey design was employed in this study. The subjects were 200 female students who were recruited from 5th and 6th grade in five primary schools in J city, Korea. Data was collected by a structured questionnaire. Result: About forty-four percent of the subjects had experiences with menarche. The mean age of menarche was 12.4. The mean score of the students' knowledge of menstruation was 2.26 on a seven point scale. The mean scores of the emotional reaction to menarche and the attitude toward menstruation were 3.20 and 3.74 on a five point scale, respectively. Knowledge of menstruation was significantly related with a positive emotional reaction to menarche and a positive attitude toward menstruation. Also, there were significant differences in the knowledge of menstruation, the emotional reaction to menarche and attitude of menstruation among female students with positive coping behaviors and those without positive coping behaviors. Conclusion: Beyond the simple transference of knowledge, girls need to also be given mental and emotional support in order to minimize emotional and socio-psychological problems caused by early menarche.

감정코칭 부모교육 프로그램이 유아기 어머니의 정서반응태도, 양육 효능감 및 감정코칭 양육태도에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Emotional Coaching Parents Education Program on Emotional Reaction Attitude, Parenting Efficacy and Emotional Coaching Style of Mother with Young Children)

  • 본 연구는 감정코칭 부모교육 프로그램을 실시하고 유아기 어머니의 정서반응태도, 양육 효능감 그리고 감정코칭 양육태도의 효과를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 U시에 위치한 K, P 어린이집에 만 4, 5세 유아기 자녀를 보내는 어머니 60명을 대상으로 2018년 11월 5일부터 12월 28일 까지 진행하였다. 연구도구는 정서반응태도, 양육효능감 및 감정코칭양육태도 질문지를 사용하였으며, 자료 분석은 실수, 백분율, 평균과 표준편차, t검증을 이용하였다. 주요 연구결과는 프로그램 후 양육 효능감 점수가 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 감정코칭 부모유형에서는 축소전환형, 억압형에서는 실험군이 유의하게 낮은 것으로 나타났고, 감정코치형에서는 실험군이 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 감정코칭 부모교육 프로그램을 통해 유아기 어머니의 양육 효능감, 감정코칭 양육태도에서 효과적인 것으로 나타나 감정코칭 부모교육프로그램의 과학적 근거를 제시하였다.

한식레스토랑의 서비스스케이프, 브랜드명성 및 체험유형이 브랜드태도와 충성도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Servicescape, Brand Reputation and Experiences on Brand Attitude and Loyalty in Korean Restaurants)

  • 본 연구는 한식레스토랑의 서비스스케이프요인(공간성, 편의성, 심미성, 쾌적성, 청결성), 브랜드 명성 및 체험유형(감성, 인지, 행동, 관계)이 방문객의 브랜드태도의 감정과 인지요인에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 또한 본 연구는 브랜드태도의 감정, 인지요인과 브랜드 충성도 간의 관계를 조사하였다. 본 연구는 총 353부의 설문지를 통하여 요인분석, 신뢰도 검증과 구조방정식 모형을 통하여 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 공간성, 심미성과 쾌적성이 브랜드태도의 감정반응에 긍정적인 결과를 보였으며, 편의성과 청결성은 부정적인 결과를 나타내었다. 또한 브랜드명성은 브랜드태도의 감정반응과 인지반응에 긍정적인 결과를 나타내었다. 셋째로 브랜드태도의 감정반응과 인지반응은 체험유형의 감성, 인지, 행동, 관계요인에 긍정적인 결과를 나타내었다. 마지막으로 브랜드태도의 인지반응은 충성도에 긍정적인 결과는 나타내었다. 이러한 연구결과는 한식레스토랑의 마케터들에게 서비스스케이프와 브랜드명성, 체험유형이 중요한 요인임을 알려주며 브랜드 태도와 충성도에 있어도 긍정적으로 작용하는 요인임을 시사하였다.

고급한식당 서비스스케이프가 고객감정반응과 재방문의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of High Class Korean Restaurants' Servicescape on Customers' Emotional Response and Intention to Revisit)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the effects of high class korean restaurants' servicescape on customers' emotional response and intention to revisit. This study also examined the relationship among emotional and cognitive reactions and intention to revisit. A total of 216 questionnaires were analyzed using the factor analysis, reliability test, and structural equation modeling analysis. The results revealed that space, aesthetics and comfortableness were positively related to emotional reaction, and convenience and cleanliness were related to cognitive reaction. This study also found that intention to revisit was positively related to emotional and cognitive reactions. Moreover, it was found that think was positively related to emotional reaction, and feel, think, act and the related were positively related to cognitive reaction. Finally, cognitive reaction was positively related to revisit. The results of the study suggested that high-class Korean restaurant marketers should introduce or strengthen servicescape, brand reputation and experiences, which increased brand attitude or revisit.

아버지의 양육행동과 유아의 정서조절의 관계에서 놀이참여의 상호작용 효과 (The Interaction Effect between Fathers' Parenting and Play Participation on Emotional Regulation of Preschoolers)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the main and interaction effects of fathers' parenting and their play participation on emotional regulation of preschoolers. The participants of this study consisted of 269 preschoolers (M: 61.4 months, SD: 15.3) located in Seoul and Gyeong-gi province. The results of regression analysis revealed that; 1) Father's parenting (such as rational instruction, friendly attitude) positively predicted child's emotion regulations. 2) The interaction effects of fathers' parenting (such as parenting participation, reaction, rational instruction, friendly attitude) with their constructive play participation predicted children's emotion regulations. Namely, fathers with higher constructive play participation showed higher emotion regulations of preschoolers under father's parenting participation, reaction, rational instruction and friendly attitude. 3) The interaction effects between fathers' functional play participation and father's parenting participation predicted children's emotion regulations. Findings indicate that fathers play a role in improving children's emotion regulation by parenting. Moreover, its effects appeared more apparently when fathers participated with constructive and functional play methods. In conclusion, it is suggested that fathering and the level of play involvement may be key variables for developing young children's emotion regulation.

공정무역 의류 광고에서 정서 소구의 효과 - 광고채널의 조절효과와 PCE의 매개효과 분석 - (The Impact of Emotional Appeals in Fair Trade Apparel Advertisements - The Interaction Effect of Advertising Channel and the Mediation Effect of PCE -)

  • This study investigated the effect of emotional appeals on consumers' attitude towards fair trade apparel advertisements, and their intention to purchase those fair trade apparels. The interaction effect of the advertising channel and the mediation effect of perceived consumer effectiveness(PCE) were examined. Four stimuli were manipulated using two types of emotions(positive/negative) and two types of advertising channels(magazine/SNS) were used to analyze consumers' reaction. The results demonstrated the significant differences in attitude towards ads and purchase intention according to the types of emotional appeals used in fair trade apparel ads. However, the interaction effect between the types of emotion and advertising channels was not identified. The results of mediation analysis showed that positive emotion influenced purchase intention directly without forming a favorable attitude towards the ads, whereas negative emotion had no significant influence on attitude towards the ads and purchase intention. The results also identified that PCE mediated between emotion elicited by ads and purchase intention. This study suggests that delivering images and messages that creates positive emotion should be considered when fair trade ads are produced. In addition, fair trade ads need to be devised to enhance PCE by emphasizing that ethical choices of individual consumers can change the working environment of manufacturing countries.

유통업체 의류 상표에 대한 소비자 태도 형성 (Consumer Attitude Formation on Private Apparel Brand)

  • The strength of the PB(Private Brand) is that it can eliminate intermediary in the distribution channel and thoroughly control the quality under its own name. This study has developed traditional studies on private brand proneness in approaching data processing and empirical point of view of a consumer's attitude buildup process on PB through 'recognition-attitude-action(behavioral attitude)'. The subjects of this study are consumers in their $20s{\sim}40s$ who are main customer groups of PBs. A screening process has taken place to select consumers with purchasing experiences of retailor PBs. The data is analyzed by 'Structural Equation Modeling' of Amos 5.0 to verify consumer attitude formation model on private apparel brand. The results generated from this study are as follows: First, the proposed consumer attitude model on private apparel brand consists of store evaluation, experiential product evaluation, cognitive product evaluation, hedonic attitude, utilitarian attitude and purchase intention. Second, not only positively influence on utilitarian attitude but hedonic attitude can arouse positive emotional reaction of a consumer. Third, the store evaluation is ahead of the product evaluation because PB is more related to the image of a store. The influence of the store on PB is relatively stronger when compared with NB.

의류제품 판매원 유형 분석(제1보) -대구지역 의류매장을 중심으로- (An Analysis on the Salespeople typed of Apparel Steres in Daegu(Part I))

  • The purpose of this study was to classify the types of salespeople in the apparel stores. A questionnaire was administered to 267 fashion sales related persons in apparel store in downtown, Daegu. Data were analyzed by using frequency, i-test, cluster analysis, MANOVA, ANOVA and Duncan test by using J.M.p(v.2.01) Mac. program and SAS for windows(v. 6.02) PC program. The results of this study were as follows: The types of salespeople were classified into 4 types: "complaining type as a salespeople", "sensitive type for other affairs than their duty", "satisfying as a salespeople" and "performance reaction type". There were significant differences in academic background, selling apparel type/apparel store type, and in all factors in job satisfaction/dissatisfaction, attitude toward working condition, customer type, and selling training by the different types of salespeople. Complaining type as a salespeople were dissatisfied with most items related with job attitude and showed negative response as salespeople. Sensitive type for other affairs than their duty responded more keenly to other affairs than their duty and showed the highest dissatisfaction on the job dissatisfaction factors, and showed the most emotional reaction on attitude toward working condition, customer type, and regulation. Satisfying type as salespeople showed the positive and active attitude for their job. Performance reaction type were satisfied with their job as salespeople only when their performance is tangible as sales increases and showed highest satisfaction only on the job satisfaction factors. The necessity of professional training was shown in all types of salespeople.g was shown in all types of salespeople.

독서태도 모형 분석을 통한 독서태도 조사 설문 내용 개발 (A Development of the Contents for the Reading Attitude Survey Questionnaire through the Analysis of Reading Attitude Models)

  • 이 연구는 태도에 대한 이해를 높이고 여러 학자들이 개발한 독서태도 모형의 비교와 분석을 통하여 독서태도 조사를 위한 설문 내용을 개발하고자 한 것이다. 태도는 개인이 어떠한 사건이나 문제, 사람이나 사물 등에 대하여 어떤 인식과 감정을 가지고 있으며, 또한 그 대상에 대해 가지고 있는 반응의 준비상태를 말하는 것이다. 태도는 정서, 인지, 행동으로 구성되어 있으며, 태도는 경험이나 학습에 의하거나 가치판단에 의해서 형성되는 것이다. 독서태도는 독서에 대한 신념이나 의견을 나타내는 인지적 요소와 독서에 대한 감정이나 평가를 나타내는 정의적 요소, 실질적으로 독서하려는 행동이나 의도를 나타내는 행동적 요소의 3가지 요소로 구성되어 있다. 독서태도 모형의 구성요소를 분석해보면 독서태도 형성에 영향을 미치는 요인은 독서경험, 독서결과에 대한 신념, 타인의 기대에 대한 신념, 독서환경 등을 들 수 있다. 따라서, 독서태도 조사를 위한 설문의 내용은 독서경험, 독서결과에 대한 신념, 타인의 기대에 대한 신념, 독서환경 등이 포함되어야 한다.

모바일게임 이용자의 게임 태도가 지속사용 의도에 미치는 영향 (An Effect of Gaming Behavior by Mobil Game User on Intention of Continuous Usage)

  • 본 연구는 모바일게임 이용자의 게임 태도와 게임 지속사용 의도 간의 관계를 알아보고자 하였다. 태도는 어떤 대상이나 사태에 반응하는 행동을 말하는 것으로 보편적으로 일관성 있는 행동을 하게 되고 또한 이후의 반응을 예측할 수 있기 때문이다. 연구를 위해 한국과 중국의 20세 이상 성인 모바일게임 이용자를 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하였으며, 수집된 데이터는 통계패키지 프로그램인 SPSS 20.0을 사용하여 위계적 다중회귀분석을 시행하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 게임 태도를 고려하지 않는다면, 남자일수록, 대한민국 국적이 아닐수록(중국 국적일수록) 지속사용 의도가 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 모바일게임 이용자의 게임 태도가 지속사용 의도에 미치는 영향을 알아본 결과 인지적 태도, 행동적 태도는 모두 유의한 정(+)의 상관관계를 나타내는 것으로 확인되었다.
