본 연구에서는 우리나라의 응급의료 이송정책을 구성하고 있는 병원 전 단계인 응급환자 발생에서 현장의 응급처치 단계, 환자의 이송단계, 통신망 구축단계 등의 상호 유기적인 협조체계의 기틀 속에서 119구급대원을 대상으로 직무와 관련된 일반적인 내용을 중심으로 설문조사를 실시하여 분석한 결과, 발생된 문제점으로는 구급대원들이 의료분쟁에 휘말리지 않도록 제도적 장치를 마련하여야하고, 그리고 응급 구호장비의 현대화, 구급전문 요원의 확보, 적절한 인력배치가 이루어져야 되는 것으로 조사되었다. 따라서 응급의료 이송체계를 현실적 환경에 적합한 모형으로 개선하기 위하여 구조와 기능적인 측면에 초점을 맞추어 그 정책 방안을 제안하고자 한다.

In this paper, the uAPSS(u-APartment Service System) that is based on location-aware technology is designed and implemented for a luxury apartment. On the real luxury apartment the developed system has been employed and tested to provide convenient and secure living for residents. It provides services such as emergency call, intelligent elevator operation, and hands-free door access based on the location of the residents with personal device as called smart tag. It can also be applied to other service areas such as the location-aware u-Service for hospitals, high-rising complex buildings, silver towns, etc.

RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) is a method of remotely storing and retrieving data using devices called 'RFID tags'. An RFID tag is a small object, such as an adhesive sticker, that can be attached to or incorporated into a product. RFID tags contain antennas to enable them to receive and respond to radio-frequency queries fro an RFID transceiver. Eventually, RFID SYSTEM is very interesting to watch people live linger than they used to before. Some of reasons for that phenomenon is the improving medical studies. As we live healthier and get to know more about our body, we can extend our lives. This Platform is Physical Health Promotion Service, Home Health Monitoring Service, Mental Health Promotion Service, Home Patient Management Service, Chronic Disease Management Service, Emergency Patient Management Service, Medical Information and Consulting Service of the RFID.

Purpose: This study attempted to examine parental satisfaction with pediatric emergency care (PEC) in Korea and investigate the features influencing overall satisfaction. Methods: A nationwide, cross-sectional survey was conducted among parents who had taken their children to an Emergency Department (ED) in the three years prior to the study. A 21-item, structured questionnaire was administered to the parents through a web-based system. Participants' satisfaction levels and the strength of the association between PEC components and overall satisfaction were rated using a 7-point Likert scale. Results: In total, 1,000 parents participated in the survey, of which 402 (40.2%) stated that they were generally satisfied with the delivered PEC. Female participants, mothers, and parents with low-acuity patients were more likely to be dissatisfied with the delivered PEC. Although the ED environment was the lowest level of satisfaction, it did not significantly influence the respondents' overall levels of satisfaction. The most influential factors in terms of overall satisfaction were "nurses' professionalism" and "doctors' attitude and proper explanation". Conclusion: Parents' overall level of satisfaction with PEC is relatively low and is closely related to factors associated with ED personnel.

승강기 시스템은 ICT기술의 발달과 함께 다양한 융합기술을 접목하고 있다. 특히 안전관련 장치로 비상통화장치는 승강기의 의무 사항으로 적용되었으며 그 적용범위 또한 다양하다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 음성 비상통화 장치의 한계를 극복하고 VoIP기반 유무선 환경에서 화상기반의 서비스 구조를 효율적으로 운영 관리할 수 있는 통합 모델을 제시하고자 한다. 이러한 방식은 관리자, 서버 그리고 사용자간의 발생하는 승강기내의 다양한 데이터와 화상 기록들을 효과적으로 관리 운영할 수 있도록 하고, 각종데이터와 승강기내의 부가서비스들을 활용하는 통합 구조를 만들어 VoIP 및 클라우드 서비스 환경에서 영상 통화 품질을 확보함과 동시에 유지비용 절감 및 안전관리의 신뢰성을 높이고 다양한 서비스 환경을 이끌어 낼 수 있을 것이다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the service satisfaction for families who have someone with mental illness, and are using community mental health centers in Gyeonggi Province. Methods: The participants in this study were 796 family members. Data were collected using Family satisfaction survey questionnaire developed by the author (23 items on family service and 15 items on client service). Results: The total satisfaction level for the service with family and client resulted in above average scores. Of the 23 service items, data showed the highest level of satisfaction was with professional skills and attitude, and day rehabilitation programs, and the lowest for professional activities for advocacy and social welfare benefits, emergency & crisis intervention, medical expense subsidies. Of the 15 service items, job and housing related service had the lowest level of satisfaction. Conclusion: It is recommended that psychiatric emergency & crisis intervention programs and system development be accelerated. Also, there is a need to develop medical expense subsidy programs for older family caregivers, job and housing focused rehabilitation programs and community facilities for the client, as well as more active and powerful professional advocate activities for persons who have mental disabilities and their families.

연구 목적: 본 연구는 우수한 1급 응급구조사 인력 양성 및 배출을 위해 응급구조사의 역량을 도출하여 교육제도를 재정립하고 국가시험 및 자격제도를 개선하기 위한 정책 제안을 하고자 하였다. 연구 방법: 본 연구는 전문가 회의 및 설문지를 이용하였다. 설문 자료는 교육 전문가(응급구조학과 대학교수)와 현장 전문가(소방 119구급대원 및 병원에 근무하는 1급 응급구조사) 총 277명으로부터 수집되었으며, 자료수집 기간은 2016년 9월 7일부터 9월 20일까지였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과: 1급 응급구조사 교육과정 강화를 위해 표준교육과정안으로 총 27과목 94학점을 제안하였고 1급 응급구조사의 핵심역량 9가지를 도출하였다. 국가 자격시험은 필기시험 과목을 통합하는 방안과, 실기시험에 시나리오형의 문제를 추가하고, 실기를 절차대로 수행하는 단순실기시험에 낙제기준(critical criteria)를 적용하며, 실기시험은 통과/실패만 결정하는 것을 제안하였다. 또한 1급 응급구조사의 보건의료적 업무특성을 반영하여 자격은 면허로 바꾸는 것을 제안하였다. 결 론: 본 연구 결과를 토대로 표준교육과정 운영으로 핵심역량을 갖추고 배출된 인력들이 신뢰성 있는 국가시험제도를 통해 자격을 취득하고 1급 응급구조사로서 전문성을 강화할 수 있는 자격관리제도가 선순환을 이룰 때 우리나라 응급의료서비스의 질적 수준이 향상될 것이다.

본 연구에서는 한국보건사회연구원과 국민건강보험공단의 한국의료패널 2008~2011년 연간 데이터(Version 1.0)을 이용해 노인의 구급 이송 서비스 이용 특성과 관련 요인을 파악하였다. 분석 결과를 요약하면, 첫째, 119 구급차, 민간 구급차 등의 구급 이송 서비스를 이용한 노인은 전체 이용자의 46.8%를 차지하며, 응급실을 방문한 노인의 35.1%가 구급 이송 서비스를 이용했다. 둘째, 노인의 구급 이송 서비스 이용은 성별 중 남성(OR = 2.19, 95% CI = 1.51~3.17), 가구주와의 관계 중 배우자(OR = 2.19, 95% CI = 1.45~3.32), 의료 보장 형태 중 의료 급여(OR = 1.41, 95% CI = 1.10~1.82), 장애가 있는 경우(OR = 1.44, 95% CI = 1.14~1.83), 응급실 방문 이유 중 사고/중독(OR = 1.53, 95% CI = 1.20~1.97), 응급실 이용 후 조치 중 입원/전원(OR = 3.45, 95% CI = 2.80~4.25)이 통계적으로 유의한 영향 요인으로 나타났다. 따라서 고령화 시대에 노인 인구의 증가는 구급 이송 서비스의 수요 급증으로 이어질 것이며, 이에 따른 노인 맞춤형 응급의료 서비스 등의 개발이 필요하다.

최근 잦은 교통사고로 인하여 발생하는 사상자의 수를 줄이고 운전자의 편의를 제공하는 지능형 교통 시스템(intelligent transportation system, ITS)이 주목받고 있다. ITS는 긴급 상황에 신속하게 대처할 수 있어야 하며, 운전자가 필요로 하는 정보를 즉시 제공하여야 한다. 효과적인 서비스를 위하여 ITS에서는 각 서비스별로 다른 채널을 할당한다. 그러나 긴급 상황에서 채널을 사용하려 할 때 채널이 사용 중이라면 서비스가 불가능한 상황이 발생한다. 이를 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 지능형 교통 시스템에 인지 무선(cognitive radio, CR)개념을 도입하고 새로운 스펙트럼 센싱 기법을 제안한다.
