This study analyzed the differences for educational training demographic characteristics and provides basic information for efficient education. The meaningful results of this study were as follows. First for gender, seven-factors except for education satisfaction had significant differences. Second for age, five-factors education performance, education satisfaction, professionalism, diversity, and education had significant difference. Third, for occupation and position, eight-factors had significant differences. We realized that senior staff of Grade 3 or above had the highest level in six-factors education concentration, education performance, education satisfaction, motivation, professionalism and diversity. Finally, for employment period, six factors except for professionalism and motivation had significant differences.

Background: Factors related to root causes can cause commonly occurring accidents such as falls, slips, and jammed injuries. An important means of reducing the frequency of occupational accidents in small- to medium-sized enterprises (SMSEs) of South Korea is to perform intensity analysis of the root cause factors for accident prevention in the cause and effect model like decision models, epidemiological models, system models, human factors models, LCU (life change unit) models, and the domino theory. Especially intensity analysis in a robot system and smart technology as Industry 4.0 is very important in order to minimize the occupational accidents and fatal accident because of the complexity of accident factors. Methods: We have developed the modern cause and effect model that includes factors of root cause through statistical testing to minimize commonly occurring accidents and fatal accidents in SMSEs of South Korea and systematically proposed educational policies for accident prevention. Results: As a result, the consciousness factors among factors of root cause such as unconsciousness, disregard, ignorance, recklessness, and misjudgment had strong relationships with occupational accidents in South Korean SMSEs. Conclusion: We conclude that the educational policies necessary for minimizing these consciousness factors include continuous training procedures followed by periodic hands-on experience, along with perceptual and cognitive education related to occupational health and safety.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to measure the Airline Educational Service Quality and to find ways to improve the priority factors that need improvement. Methods: The 267 collected data from the survey of K-airline calculate the Potential Customer Service Improvement Index based on the Kano Model, Timko Customer Satisfaction Index and conduct Focus Group Interview. Results: The satisfaction of Airline Educational Service Quality can be improved if instructor operations are intensively managed considering field experience and contents that can be applied in the field. Conclusion: This study would provide useful information about Airline Educational Service Quality and can be applied to map out strategies to improve the satisfaction of the Airline Educational Service.

In recent years, domestic e-learning market has made rapid progress in its quality and quantity with the astonishing rate growth of internet. Although educational Websites are replacing the traditional second level education market, many of those Websites' contents have poor or unknown quality. To build an effective educational Website, it is essential to have clear evaluation criteria. Therefore, this study aims to examine what evaluation factors influence the satisfaction level of educational Websites for elementary school students. In conclusion, implications are discussed along with limitations and future research direction.

As the need for entrepreneurship to create new values and innovate in the rapidly changing social environment is emerging, education for entrepreneurial is emerging in university education. The purpose of this study is to understand the current status of entrepreneurship education and to derive the priority of education based on actual indicators of importance-performance. For this study, we surveyed 227 female college students in E Woman's University by using the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) method for entrepreneurship factors. The result showed that the means of importance of all factors and sub-factors of entrepreneurship were higher than the means of performance of them, and the difference was statistically significant except for the determination. In addition, the results of the IPA matrix analysis showed that the factors that needed urgent improvement in self-confidence, future-orientation, active/innovative activities, and proactivity. Based on the results of this study, the implications of the development of entrepreneurship curriculum for college students in engineering field were discussed. This study is meaningful that it provided practical basic information of curriculum design leading to the manifestation of entrepreneurship of women in engineering field by analyzing entrepreneurship of female engineering students and deriving priority factors of educational treatment.

Since the discussion on solving some problems in modern socity began in the late 1990s, the interest in students' character education has increased. This study aims to identify the factors influencing educational needs assessment for character education in Korea. A self-administered survey was obtained from 318 students in a university. Three factors extracted from factor analysis were individual, interpersonal, social character factor. Results showed that the determinants influencing character educations are academic achievement and volunteer activities for individuals character, academic achievement and school activities in campus for interpersonal and social character educational factor. The findings should be of interest to practitioners to develop education programs for students.

교육의 결과인 학업성취도에 영향을 미치는 변인이 무엇이며, 이러한 변인들이 어느 정도의 교육적 효과를 나타내는지 탐색하는 것은 매우 중요한 연구과제이다. 본 연구는 국가수준 학업성취도 평가의 중요한 축을 이루는 배경변인 연구의 전반적인 특정을 탐색하고, 2004년 학업성취도 평가에서 나타난 배경변인과 수학 학업 성취도 사이의 관계를 분석하였다. 학생 및 학교 배경변인과 수학 학업성취도 사이의 관계 분석에서 나타난 특징을 살펴보고, 그러한 특정을 바탕으로 교육정책적 제언을 하였다.

It is important for residents to give opinions and participate in urban regeneration projects. Urban regeneration college is being operated to strengthen the capacity of residents. In this study, the educational satisfaction of the students was surveyed while conducting the program of urban regeneration college. By analyzing survey, we intend to derive implications when constructing an urban regeneration college education program. The survey was conducted on 215 students from urban regeneration college in y-gun. Analysis was performed using the spss24.0 program. As a result of factor analysis, it was classified into three factors: education design, education culture, and education support. All three factors had significant differences in educational satisfaction. Satisfaction with education had a significant effect on the possibility of village development. Satisfaction was different according to the contents of the educational program according to the awareness of urban regeneration. For those who are aware of urban regeneration, educational culture among educational programs has more influence on educational satisfaction. Those who were not aware of urban regeneration had an effect on education support and education satisfaction. The results of this study can be used as basic data when planning educational programs for urban regeneration college.

학습자 맞춤형 교육이 중요시 되고 있는 현 시점에서 교육에서의 학습자의 특성은 점점 중요시 되고 있으며, 학습자의 특성중 성별 특성을 고려한 효과적인 맞춤 교육법에 관한 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 따라서 이러한 오프라인의 성별 차이에 따른 효과적인 교육방법을 교육용 게임에 적용 시킨다면 보다 효과적인 교육용 게임이 디자인 될 것이다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 게임 디자인 요소를 분석하여 학습자의 특성 적용을 위한 요소로 재가공 하였다. 또한 성별 차이에 따른 효과적인 교육방법과 학습 스타일을 고찰하였다. 그리고 이러한 고찰을 통해 학습자 성별 특성에 따른 교육용 게임 디자인 고려요소를 정의하였다. 고려 요소는 크게 인지적, 지각적 요소로 분류하였으며, 각각 성별 특성을 반영하여 정의하였다. 본 논문은 관련 연구에 근거하여 학습자 성별에 따른 교육용 게임 디자인 고려요소의 이론적 결과를 도출했다는 것에 그 의의가 있다. 또한 앞으로 다양한 게임을 디자인하는데 참고자료로 활용될 수 있다.

최근 들어 창업 수요가 증가함에 따라 다양한 분야에서 창업교육이 이뤄지고 있다. 아울러 창업교육의 양적인 증가와 더불어 체계적이고 효과적인 창업교육 방법의 전문성이 요구되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 최근 주목받고 있는 창업 멘토링 교육 요인을 교육 콘텐츠 특성, 교육시스템, 멘토 역량으로 분류하여 이러한 요인들이 창업교육 만족도 및 창업의지에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 검증하였다. 실증 분석 결과를 요약하면 첫째, 창업 멘토링 교육 요인중에서 교육 콘텐츠 특성과 멘토 역량이 창업교육의 만족도를 높게 하는 것으로 분석되었고, 창업 멘토링 교육 콘텐츠 특성과 시스템은 창업의지에도 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 창업교육의 효과적인 방법으로 확산되고 있는 창업 멘토링 교육에서 우수한 교육 콘텐츠 확보와 멘토 역량 강화의 중요성을 강조함으로써 향후 다양한 분야에서의 창업 멘토링 운영방향을 제시했다는 점에서 시사점이 있다고 하겠다.
