온라인 쇼핑몰에서 서비스회복 방식이 고객용서를 매개로 고객 행동의도에 미치는 영향 - SOR 모델을 기반으로 (A Study on the Effect of Service Recovery through Mediating Customer Forgiveness on Customer Behavior Intention of Online Shopping Mall - Based On the SOR Model)

  • Purpose: Based on the theory of "Stimulus-Organism-Response" (S-O-R), this thesis takes customer forgiveness as a medium variable to explore the impact of merchant service remedy on customer behavior intention in the context of online shopping service failure. This thesis divides the merchant service remedy into two dimensions: spiritual recovery and material recovery, and reveals the influence difference of different merchant service remedy methods on customer behavior intention and the mediating role of customer forgiveness. Methods : 325 questionnaires were distributed and 307 valid questionnaires were collected for data analysis. The relationship between potential variables is proposed by using Structural Equations Modeling. Results : The two dimensions of service recovery have significant positive impact on customer forgiveness, and physical recovery has greater impact on customer forgiveness. In the influence of physical recovery on customer behavior intention, customer forgiveness is a partial mediating effect. However, in the influence of spiritual recovery on customer behavior intention, customer forgiveness is a complete mediating effect. Conclusion : In case of service faults, merchants should take the initiative to provide appropriate physical recovery and provide spiritual recovery sincerely and patiently. Only in this way can they regain good impression in the hearts of consumers and promote them to improve the quality of service recovery, so as to increase their willingness to repurchase Intention and positive word of mouth.

탈중앙화 신원증명에 기반한 본인 인증 모델 (A Model for Self-Authentication Based on Decentralized Identifier)

  • 인터넷이 발달하면서 온라인에서 나를 증명하는 사용자 인증기술은 고도화되고 있다. 기존 ID 방식은 서비스 제공자가 개인정보를 관리하며 보안이 취약할 경우 개인정보 유출의 위협이 있고, 정보 주체가 서비스 제공자에게 있다. 본 연구에서는 온라인 신분 확인 기술이 발전함에 따라 중앙집중 형식에서 오는 개인정보 유출 위협을 낮추고 사용자 주권 강화를 위한 DID 기반 본인 인증 모델을 제안한다. 제안 모델은 발행기관으로부터 발급받은 VC를 통해 사용자가 직접 개인정보를 관리하고 정보 주제가 사용자에게 있어 주권을 강화할 수 있다. 연구 방법으로는 분산원장 기술을 기반으로 한 탈중앙화 신원증명 방법을 이용하여 보안성과 무결성을 보장하는 본인 인증 모델을 제시하고, 공격방식에 대한 보안성을 분석한다. 공개키 암호 알고리즘을 사용하는 DID Auth를 통해 인증하여 스니핑, 중간자공격 등으로부터 안전하며 제안 모델은 실물 신분증을 대체할 수 있다.

온라인 후기 탐색이 기존 구매자의 구매 만족도에 미치는 영향의 국가 간 비교연구 (A Cross-Country Comparative Study on the Effect of Online Review Search on Purchase Satisfaction of Existing Buyers)

  • Many prior studies have been conducted that positive reviews increase the intention to purchase. However, there are very few papers that have studied the impact of review search on purchase satisfaction. It is meaningful to study the impact of review search on purchase satisfaction as it can lead the business successfully by inducing repurchase. There is also no study of how review search have different effects on purchase satisfaction among countries. Given the growing number of cross-border e-commerce, we believe that the need for research is high because identifying these differences between countries can have a very important impact on a company's successful overseas expansion. Therefore, in this study, the impact of positive and negative review search on purchase satisfaction and the national impact were set up as a research model. In order to verify this research model, the survey was distributed to those who experienced online purchase in Korea and China, and a total of 234 copies were collected, including 125 copies in Korea, 109 copies in China, and the research model was verified using Smart-PLS structural equation analysis tools. First, positive review search has been shown to positively affect purchase satisfaction. Second, it has been shown that negative review search also has a positive effect on purchase satisfaction. Third, the impact of positive and negative review search on purchase satisfaction was different between Korea and China. While Korea is more aggressive in review search than China due to its high tendency to avoid uncertainty, China is less likely to avoid uncertainty than Korea and is more likely to rely on brand familiarity. Therefore, according to the uncertainty avoidance moderation effect the impact of positive and negative review search on purchase satisfaction was higher in Korea than in China. In this study, Shopping mall managers need to take strategic measures to maximize shopping mall performance by recognizing positive aspects of negative review search on purchase satisfaction. Companies and managers in Korea and China can establish strategies to promote product sales when companies enter the global market.

A Case Study: Design and Develop e-Learning Content for Korean Local Government Officials in the Pandemic

  • e-Learning content can be defined as digital content to achieve educational goals. Since it is an educational material that can be distributed in offline, online, and mobile environments, it is important to create content that meets the learner's education environment and educational goals. In particular, if the learner is a public official, the vision, philosophy, and characteristics of each local government must reflect. As non-face-to-face online education expands further due to the COVID-19 pandemic, local governments that have relied on onsite education in the past urgently require developing strong basic competency education and special task competency content that reflect regional characteristics. Such e-learning content, however, hardly exists and the ability to independently develop them is also insufficient. In this circumstance, this case study describes the process of self-production of e-learning content suitable for Busan's characteristics by the Human Resource Development (HRD) Institute of Busan City, a local government. The field of instructional design and instructional technology is always evolving and growing by blending technological innovation into instructional platform design and adapting to the changes in society. Busan HRD Institute (BHI), therefore, tried to implement blended learning by developing content that reflected the recent trend of micro-learning in e-learning through a detailed analysis. For this, an e-learning content developer with certain requirements was selected and contracted, and the process of developing content through a collaboration between the client and developer was described in this study according to the ADDIE model of Instructional Systems Development (ISD).

Study on the Recognition and Purchase Status of Eco-Friendly Oral Hygiene Products

  • Background: Plastic waste generates pollutants in the process of incineration or landfilling, and accumulates in water or marine organisms, causing adverse effects on the environment and the human body. Recently, various eco-friendly oral hygiene products (Eco-OHPs) such as bamboo toothbrushes and biodegradable plastic toothbrushes have been developed. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the current level of awareness and purchasing status of eco-OHPs among adults who are interested in eco-friendly products. Methods: This study included adults aged >19 years who regularly visited eco-friendly shops and online sites; the online survey links were distributed during their visits to eco-friendly Internet cafés and companies. Of the 22 questions, seven assessed the participants' general characteristics, three assessed the general oral hygiene care products used, six assessed the level of awareness of Eco-OHPs, and six assessed the purchasing status of Eco-OHPs. Frequency analysis, chi-square test, and regression analysis were performed using SPSS software. Results: Among the respondents, 108 (51.4%) were aware of Eco-OHPs, and 79 (37.6%) had experience purchasing Eco-OHPs. The most common reason for not purchasing was the lack of information about related brands or products (74, 56.5%). The most common platform used in obtaining information was the Internet (general: 31.5%, eco-friendly: 46.3%), such as Social Network Service, Internet cafes, and blogs. The experience in purchasing Eco-OHPs was affected by whether the respondents recognized the possibility of contributing to environmental preservation, availability of vendors, product safety, and the number of eco-friendly products purchased. Conclusion: In order to expand the use of Eco-OHPs, various efforts such as promotion of eco-friendly characteristics, determination of related vendors, reliable analysis of product safety, and expansion of product experience opportunities are required.

외식 프랜차이즈 기업에 대한 지각된 위험이 만족, 신뢰, 그리고 충성도에 미치는 영향 (Impacts of Perceived Risk on Satisfaction, Trust, and Loyalty in Food-Service Franchise Context)

  • Purpose - Consumers perceive various risks while using food service franchise stores. Food service franchise stores offer consumers not just menus, but services, physical environment, and prices, which can be perceived as risk to consumers. This means that consumer behavior in foos service franchise stores needs to be studied based on perceived risk theory. Perceived risk consists of performance risk, financial risk, social risk, psychological risk, and time risk. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of perceived risk on satisfaction and trust, and in turn affect loyalty. The results of this study will provide guidelines for marketers to develop strategies to reduce the perceived risk of consumers. Research design, data, methodology - In order to achieve research purposes, the authors developed several hypotheses. Data were through online survey through an online survey firm. A questionnaire survey was distributed to customers who have visited the restaurant in the past three months. The survey was conducted from March 5, 2017 to October 14, 2017. A total of 1,500 people were e-mailed and 260 were returned. A total of 245 items were used in the analysis except 15 of the questionnaire. Data was analyzed by using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0. Results - The findings of this study are as follows: First, performance risk, economic risk, and psychological risk had negative effects on satisfaction. Social and time risks did not affect on satisfaction. Performance risk and time risk had negative impact on trust. Second, economic, social, and psychological risks did not affect trust, but satisfaction had significant positive effect on trust and loyalty. Third, satisfaction had positive effect on loyalty. Conclusions - The implications of this study are as follows. First, food service franchise marketers should increase their customer loyalty by establishing a risk reduction strategy. Second, there are various risks to customers visiting the store. Therefore, marketers need to analyze the perceived risks of customers. Third, it is also necessary to eliminate the perceived risks of customers. In addition, a restaurant franchise company needs to find a reasonable way to reduce the material cost and present a reasonable menu price.

한반도 특산식물 꼬리말발도리의 분포와 생육환경특성 (Geographical distribution range and growth environmental characteristics of Deutzia paniculata Nakai, a Korean Endemic Plant)

  • The current status of geographical distribution range of Deutzia paniculata, one of the korean endemic plants, was investigated based on the species distribution information. The information of the geographical range used for analysis includes all the published references to the distribution of D. paniculata, herbarium specimens in Korea National Arboretum (KH) including its online database: http://www.nature.go.kr, and field research. Although, D. paniculata was firstly recorded in Wonsan, Hamgyeongnam-do, North Korea, this research revelaved that D. paniculata is mainly distributed in Gyeongsangbuk-do and Gyeongsangnam-do, southern regions of the Korean Peninsula. According to the distribution map, this species was estimated on distribution edge of in Anyang region of Gyeonggi-do, Mt. Naejang of Jeollabuk-do and Mt. Taebaek of Gwangwon-do on the distribution edge. However, it was made use of intensive field survey to identify the natural population of the species in these regions. D. paniculata habitat was mainly distributed between 290 meters and 491 meters in altitude, but it was also found ranged from 936 to 959 meters in Gun-wi, Gyeongsangbuk-do, South Korea. The distribution slope was 5° to 35° and the north, N, NE and NW in the aspect. The flora of vascular plants in D. paniculata habitats was listed in 137 taxa: 54 families, 103 genera, 120 species, 2 subspecies, 12 varieties and 3 forms while Korean endemic plants were found in three taxa, Stewartia koreana, Weigela subsessilis and D. Paniculata. Based on a collection of non-biological environment and biological environment data, D. paniculata population were discussed to make strategy and basic research methods for sustainable preservation.

ICT와 업무의 변화 - 일의 파편화 관점에서 - (ICT and the Changing Nature of Work: Work Fragmentation)

  • ICT가 도입되면서, 업무의 수행이 예전에 비해서 파편화되고 있다. 파편화는 업무의 연속성을 해친다는 측면에서 생산성에 부정적일 수 있지만, 일의 파편화를 잘 관리하여 조합한다면 업무의 모드를 효과적으로 미래형으로 전환하여 생산성을 향상시킬 수도 있을 것이다. 본 연구에서는 일의 파편화가 어떠한 유형으로 나타나고, 유형에 따라 업무의 특성들은 어떻게 다른지를 조사 분석 하였다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 파편화의 종류와 정도, 그리고 ICT 사용을 포함한 업무의 특성에 관해서 설문을 구성하였고 이를 활용하여 데이터를 수집하였다. 실제 기업 근무자들을 대상으로 수집한 300건의 설문 응답을 분석에 사용하였다. 군집분석을 통해 업무 시간/공간 편중형, 업무 시간 분산형, 업무 공간 분산형, 업무 시간/공간 파편형의 4가지 군집 유형을 도출하였다. 군집별로 업무 영역, 경력, 업무의 특성, ICT 사용에 대한 특성들의 차이를 분석하였다. 결론에서는 이렇게 변화하여 나가고 있는 업무 특성의 본질적인 변화를 수용하기 위해서는 어떠한 정책과 대응책이 필요한지, 본 분석의 시사점들을 중심으로 논의하였다.

효과적인 웹툰 저작권 보호 방법에 관한 연구 (A Study an Effective Copyright Protection Method for Webtoons)

  • 한국저작권위원회는 만화와 웹툰의 불법복제를 막기 위해 저작권 기술 R&D 과제를 추진하였다. 불법 유통되는 만화를 모니터링하고 식별할 수 있는 기술과 웹하드를 포함한 특수한 유형의 온라인서비스제공자에 기술적 조치를 적용하기 위한 특징점 기반 스캔만화 필터링 기술을 개발하였고, 불법 유통되는 웹툰을 모니터링하고 식별할 수 있는 기술을 개발하였다. 웹하드에 게시된 만화는 모두 불법임에도 인기 만화들의 대다수를 다운로드 받아 볼 수 있고, 국내법을 피해 해외에서 서비스하는 웹사이트에 접속하여 거의 모든 인기 웹툰들을 손쉽게 감상할 수 있다. 이러한 상황에서도 6년간에 걸쳐 개발한 만화와 웹툰 저작권 보호 기술은 그 어디에도서 사용되지 않고 있다. 본 논문을 통해서 무엇이 문제이고 해결방안은 무엇인지 살펴보고 효과적인 웹툰 저작권 보호 방법을 제안한다.

소셜 네트워크에서 프라이버시를 보호하는 효율적인 거리기반 접근제어 (Efficient Hop-based Access Control for Private Social Networks)

  • 싸이월드, 페이스북과 같은 소셜 네트워킹 서비스는 개인적인 데이터를 지인들과 공유하는데 매우 유용하다. 이들은 대부분 중앙 집중형 서버를 기반으로 하는데, 이 같은 시스템은 사용자들의 모든 통신 내역이 서버에게 노출된다는 단점을 가진다. 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위해서 p2p 시스템에 착안한 분산된 소셜 네트워킹 서비스와 그 안에서 타인의 데이터에 접근하는 것을 제어하는 연구가 진행 중이다. 기존의 접근제어 기법에서는 신뢰하는 제 3기관이 필요하거나 프로토콜에 참여하는 모든 사용자들이 온라인 상태여야 하고, 사용자들이 분산된 방식으로 구축한 소셜 네트워크가 서버에게 노출되는 단점이 존재했다. M. Atallah 등은 처음으로 암호학적인 키 관리 기법을 활용해서 기존의 기법들이 지닌 문제점을 모두 해결했지만, 제안된 기법이 매우 비효율적이라는 한계가 있었다. 본 논문에서는 이 기법이 가진 비효율을 분석하고, 키 관리 기법이 아닌 대칭키 기반의 환형(circular) 암호를 최초로 적용하여 효율적인 접근제어 기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 기법은 온라인 상에 구축된 소셜 네트워크를 통해서 사용자 데이터에 대한 접근을 분산된 방식으로 제어하고, 서버가 그 네트워크를 추론할 수 없도록 기존의 기법보다 향상된 효율성과 안전성을 제공한다.
