고령친화 홈네트워크 서비스개발을 위한 중장년층 소비자 선호에 관한 연구 (Preference of Consumers After Late 40's for Developing Future Home Network Services)

  • Development of digital technology has become closely connected with housing environment. Especially for the matured population, it is very important because they need substantial support in their daily lives. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to identify needs of digital network services for future housing development. Previous researches were limited to digital technology of network systems and its usages. On the other hand, this study focuses on not only the technology but services. This study consists of literatures review and empirical survey. The subjects were the mid-age and pre-elderly between 45 to 65. The analysis of this study results outlined as follows: First, the pre-elderly appeared to have, in general, positive perceptions about digital services of the housing environment. The results of needs for each space's, showed strongly in basic safety and aiding system for memories. Second, there are differences in needs according to respondent's characteristics such as sex, income, job, house type, experience in digital system. Third, there are differences between what they think and what they really responded in both spaces and services. It menas that present planning elements may not attractive and suitable to residents. Therefore it is necessary to redesign the services. In the future, the most important thing is, making comfortable space not convenient space. That is, excluding unnecessary elements and pick up the right ones for resident's real demands.

  • In this paper, we first summarize key components of integrated services of telecommunication and broadcasting. Definitions and typology of th e integrated services are organized th rough comprehensive analysis of recent convergence trend of telecommunications and broadcasting. Various issues on regulations, society cultures, and technical aspects of the convergence are identified. Next, we deal with the digital media broadcasting service which is one of the technical culmination of the telecommunication and broadcasting merged services. The focus of the analysis has been made on policy implications and comparative details with other similar services in the same category. Finally, we suggest the perspectives on forthcoming digital media broadcasting service developments, and implications to cope with this emerging technological breakthrough.

  • The purpose of this study was to find out older adults' current uses, satisfaction level and life changes by using digital home services. The study collected data from 140 persons who were 55 years and older living in a digital home. The uses and attitude of digital home services by older adults turned out to be the important variables that led to their positive life changes. For older adults, various ideas to expand their understanding of digital home services should be developed to increase the positive life changes.

디지털저작물의 지속적 공유와 온라인 유료서비스 이용의 영향요인 (Factors that Affect the Continuous Sharing of Digital Products and the Use of Online Services)

  • The objective of this paper is to gain a better understanding of factors influencing digital piracy and the use of paid services on the web. A model identifying and describing various factors which affect decision$\sim$makers' attitude toward sharing digital products and online behavioral intentions is constructed based on established theories of human behavior. The relationship between the continuous intention of sharing the products and the intention to use online services is also discussed. Findings show that a independent relationship exists between illegal and legal behaviors, which means stopping piracy by individuals can not lead to their buying of the products. Also while the attitude toward piracy was significantly related to the continuous intention of piracy behaviors, did not necessarily lead to the use intention of online services. The data also show that beliefs concerning consequences of digital piracy were significant enough to alter one's behavioral attitude. There was a significant relationship between perceived consequences and the intention to pirate digital products or to use paid services. The results also show that while the effect of economical and ethical factors were ascertained, that of social and legal factors have not been found. Self$\sim$efficacy has a moderating effect on the relationship between the attitude toward piracy and both intentions of online behavior. The implications of the findings to research and practice are discussed.

중고령자의 가구유형이 전자정부 서비스 이용에 미치는 영향 : 디지털 역량의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Mediating Effect of Digital Capacity between the Family Structure and Use of E-government Services of Middle and Older Aged Adults)

  • 정부의 공공서비스가 디지털화되면서 디지털 취약계층인 중고령자의 전자정부 서비스 이용에 대한 연구의 필요성이 제기되었다. 이에 본 연구는 중고령자의 가구유형과 전자정부 서비스 이용의 관계에서 디지털 역량의 매개효과 검증을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 한국정보화진흥원의 2018년 디지털 정보격차 실태조사 자료를 사용하여 55세 이상 중고령자 1,660명을 대상으로 Baron과 Kenny(1986)의 매개모형 검증절차에 따라 검증하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 중고령자의 가구유형은 전자정부 서비스 이용에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중고령자의 가구유형이 전자정부 서비스 이용에 미치는 영향은 중고령자의 디지털 역량에 의해 부분적으로 매개되는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 2·3세대 가구 중고령자가 1세대 가구 중고령자에 비해 전자정부 서비스 이용 정도가 높았으며, 2·3세대 가구 중고령자일수록 디지털 역량이 높아져 전자정부 서비스 이용 정도도 높아졌다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 중고령자의 전자정부 서비스 이용 증진을 위한 가구유형별 지원 방안과 중고령자의 디지털 역량을 향상하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

Distribution information safety and factors affecting the intention to use digital banking in Vietnam

  • Purpose: Research on the behavior of using digital banking services plays an important role for banks in the context of increasingly competitive banks, not only for domestic banks but also for foreign banks. Along with the development of science and technology brings new approaches to banking industry, digital banking increases the effectiveness of banking activities. Besides, information safety brings different feeling about digital banking system. Therefore, this research evaluates the relationship between Information safety and Intention to use banking services in Vietnam. Research design, data and methodology: With 329 Vietnamese customers using digital banking, reliability test, and structural equation model (SEM) analysis method. Results: the research shows that information safety has directly effects on perceived ease of use (PU), perceived risk (RIS) of customers to digital banking services. Perceived trust (TRU) has a negative impact on RIS. Perceived of usefulness (PEU) has a positive impact on attitude towards service (ATT), and RIS has a negative impact on ATT. RIS, PEU, ATT, convenience and enterprise image have positive effects on intention to use digital banking service. Conclusions: From the research results, the authors also propose some recommendations to enhance the intention to use digital banking services in Vietnam.

MZ 세대의 디지털 결제 서비스의 결정요인 (How to Foster Digital Payment Service for Millennials and Generation Z?)

  • The purpose of this study is to explore factors that affect millennials and generation Z customers' perception on intention to recommend to use the digital payment services and invesetigate factors that affect perception on sustainable growth of the digital payment services. This study applied the following research questions: i) how perceived brand value, easy to use, personalization, open to public, and social value affect intention to recommend to use the digital payment services and ii) how perceived public policy, promotional strategy, and prspects affect intention to recommend to use the digital payment services to others. This study conducted an online survey. This study applied factor, ANOVA, and regression analysis to test hypotheses. The results of this study found that effects of personalization, open to public, and social value on intention to recommend the service showed significance in the case of millennials, while effects of brand value, easy to use, and open to publis on intention to recommend the service showed significance in the case of generation Z. The results provide managerial and policy implications on how to apply better strategies and pepare policies to enhance adoption of the digital payment service in cases of millennials and generation Z.

CMC 환경에서 디지털도서관의 커뮤니케이션 모형 (Communication Model for Digital Library in the CMC Environment)

  • 컴퓨터매개커뮤니케이션(CMC) 환경에서 운영되는 디지털도서관(DL)은 전통적인 도서관(TL)에서 제공하던 정보서비스의 영역과 제공방법에 새로운 대안을 제시해 주었고, TL은 정보제공 환경의 변화에 따른 새로운 패러다임으로의 이동이 필요하게 되었다. 이러한 환경하에 DL의 정보서비스는 불특정 다수 이용자들에게 시공간을 초월한 정보서비스의 영역학대와 즉시적이고, 능동적인 대처가 가능한 상호작용 커뮤니케이션 채널의 필요성이 대두되었다. 본 논고는 CMC 환경에서 정보서비스를 제공하는 DL과 이용자간의 상호작용을 위한 커뮤니케이션 채널에 대해 개괄적인 내용을 검토하고, DL에서 제공할 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 채널의 유형을 살펴보았다. DL에서의 커뮤니케이션 모형개발을 위해 DL의 커뮤니케이션 특성과 국내 현황에 대한 선행연구 결과를 토대로 DL의 효과적인 정보서비스 제공을 위한 커뮤니케이션의 모델을 제시하고, 향후 CMC 환경에서 제공되는 DL과 정보이용자간의 효율적인 커뮤니케이션 활성화 방안을 제시하였다.

사용자 중심의 공공서비스를 위한 디지털 정부 서비스디자인 개선방안 연구 (A Study on the Design Improvement of Digital Government for User-Centered Public Services in Korea)

  • Recently, public participation in government policy design has been further expanded and public services perceived by users are expanding. At this time, the role of the digital government and the direction of the service to be pursued are user-centered, and above all, it is necessary to focus on the keywords of pre-emptive, preventive, and customized. In order to propose service quality improvement in the public sector, service user-centered classification and monitoring are integrated and the usability of government documents is improved. It is necessary to identify the needs of whether to provide a path for public participation. In the post-corona era, people are accessing quarantine information from the digital government every day. The government should proactively respond to the acceleration of digital transformation and the non-face-to-face demands of the people who experience non-face-to-face daily life. In order to evolve into a smart organization along with the innovation promotion plan and to provide customized services, it is necessary to use existing guides for institutional and technical improvement, along with new technology and data-based analysis, to strive for change management. The government should seek counter-measures that have advanced one step ahead by incorporating new high-tech IT with user-centered necessary services. This study aims to derive improvement plans to provide user-centered digital government service design when designing public services and collecting public opinions. Based on the e-government development model research and the existing research on user-centered service design in the public sector, institutional and technical measures are provided for the improvement of digital government service design.

디지털 TV 시청 행태에 부합하는 데이터 서비스 기획 가이드라인 (A Digital TV Data Service Design Guideline considering Viewer's Modality)

  • 거실 엔터테인먼트의 핵심 플랫폼인 TV는 사용자층의 다양성과 브랜드 이미지 제고의 장점을 갖고 있기 때문에 기존 인터넷 서비스 업체들이 자사의 서비스를 디지털 TV의 데이터 서비스로 구현하여 서비스 고객의 층의 확대와 서비스 브랜드의 제고를 꾀하고 있다. 그러나 대부분의 데이터 서비스들이 시청자의 한정적인 시간을 대상으로 방송 영상 콘텐츠와 경쟁하는 구도를 취하고 있어서 성공적인 효과를 거두지 못하고 있다. 본 논문은 방송 영상 콘텐츠 시청이 TV의 주된 활용 목적인 시청자의 TV 시청 행태를 고려한 데이터 서비스의 기획 가이드라인을 제시하고 PC 기반의 인터넷 미팅 서비스를 디지털 TV로 확장하고자 하는 모 기업의 데이터 서비스를 가이드라인의 사례로 소개한다.
