  • 비행안전과 효율적인 정비를 수행하기 위해서는 우수한 항공정비사의 양성이 절대적으로 필요하다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 개인의 행동유형이 항공정비사로서의 업무 숙련도에 미치는 영향이 있는지를 검증하기 위하여 항공정비학과에 재학 중인 학생들을 대상으로 DISC 진단지를 통해 행동유형을 조사하였다. 개인 별 행동유형과 항공기체, 항공기관 및 항공전기 전자 실습성적을 분석하여, 행동유형과 실기 실습 숙련도의 상관관계를 분석하여 항공정비사의 행동 유형이 직무 숙련도에 미치는 영향과 행동 유형별 적합한 항공정비직무를 예측하기 위한 실증연구를 수행하였다.

간호대학생의 DISC 행동유형에 따른 임상실습스트레스와 정신건강 (Stress of Clinical Practice and Mental Health According to DISC Behavioral Styles in Nursing University Students)

  • Background: Many nursing university students were stressed during clinical practice. The purpose of this study was to identify the difference between stress of clinical practice and mental health according to behavioral styles in nursing university students. Methods: The participants of this study were 233 junior and senior nursing students who had experienced clinical practice. Data were collected by self-report questionnaires in online from November 2017 to March 2018. Collected data were analyzed with SPSS/WIN 25.0 using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients. Results: The most frequent DISC behavior style of the subjects was conscientiousness (43.8%), follewed by steadiness (19.7%), influence (18.9%), and dominance (17.6%). The participants'scores for stress of clinical practice and mental health were $3.35{\pm}0.55$ and $1.13{\pm}0.65$. The stress of clinical practice of the subjects was different according to DISC behavior styles(F=2.86, p=.038). The results show that the higher the score of stress of clinical practice was the higher the score of mental health(r=.51, p<.001). Conclusion: This study found that the difference of DISC behavioral styles can be attributed to stress of clinical practice. Therefore, nursing intervention program considering with the subjects'DISC behavior styles needs to be developed to reduce their stress of clinical practice.

치과위생사의 DISC행동유형과 직무만족도 간의 관계 (Relationship of DISC behavioral type to job satisfaction among dental hygienists)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the DISC behavioral type of dental hygienists and their job satisfaction in an effort to provide some information on the efficiency of human-resources management. Methods : The subjects in this study were 278 dental hygienists who worked in dental clinics in Seoul. A self-administered survey was conducted from February 10 to March 30, 2011, and the statistical package SPSS WIN 12.0 was employed to analyze the collected data. Results : As for differences among the dental hygienists in DISC behavioral type according to their general and job-related characteristics, there were statistically significant differences in dominance type according to age, and statistically significant differences were found in steadiness type according to martial status. There were statistically significant differences in conscientiousness type according to career, and statistically significant differences were found in steadiness type according to the daily mean number of outpatients. Concerning differences in job satisfaction according to DISC behavioral type, the group of influence type was most satisfied with the job itself, and those who were of dominance type expressed the best satisfaction with pay. The group of influence type was most satisfied with boss ties, and those who were of influence type expressed the best satisfaction with colleague relationships as well. Conclusions : The above-mentioned findings indicate that in order to ensure the job satisfaction of dental hygienists in terms of human-resources management, both of their DISC behavioral type and job satisfaction should accurately be grasped, which is expected to make a contribution to the efficient human-resources management of dental institutions.

치기공과 학생들의 DISC 행동유형별 전공 만족도 및 직업 선호도 분석 (Major satisfaction and job preference for South Korean dental technology students)

  • Purpose: This study aims to understand the relationship between university major satisfaction and job preference according to DISC behavior patterns. Methods: To conduct our evaluation, we surveyed a group of 118 students from the Department of Dental Laboratory Technology at the college of Jinju city from August 31 to September 11, 2020. The collected data was evaluated through frequency analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, one-way ANOVA, and regression analysis. Results: The analysis revealed that the steadiness type had the highest and the dominance type had the lowest major satisfaction level by DISC behavior type. The job preference was different for each DISC behavior type, and higher the preference for stability and development, the higher the degree of satisfaction with the major. Conclusion: These results suggest that DISC behavior type, major satisfaction, and job preference are all related. Therefore, these factors should be considered when implementing career guidance and educational programs for college students.

신규간호사의 DISC 행동유형이 직무만족과 업무수행능력에 미치는 영향 (Impact of DISC Behavioral Styles on Job Satisfaction and Clinical Competencies among Newly Hired Nurses)

  • Purpose: In this study, behavioral styles of Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness (DISC) were examined and differences in job satisfaction and clinical competence among newly hired nurses were explored. Methods: For this explanatory correlational research, 176 newly hired clinical nurses were recruited from three university hospitals and one general hospital located in Seoul and Gyeonggi province. Data were collected in August, 2013 though self-report questionnaires. Results: The distribution of behavioral styles was 11.4%, 42%, 29% and 17.6% for Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness respectively. DISC behavioral styles were associated with sub-areas of job satisfaction such as professional position and doctor-nurse relationship. DISC behavioral styles were significantly associated with the total score for clinical competence and sub-areas of data collection, basic nursing skills, critical thinking, education and leadership, and attitudes toward professional development and practical skills. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that DISC behavioral styles predicted clinical competence (Adj. $R^2$=.14, F=9.42, p<.001). Conclusion: A focus on cultivating influential and steady behavioral styles among newly hired nurses can be helpful in improving job satisfaction and clinical competence. There is a need to improve interpersonal relationships through a deeper understanding of each person's behavioral style based on the analysis of DISC behavioral styles.

예비보육교사의 직업기초능력, 교직 인·적성, 행동유형 간의 관계 (The Relationship among Basic Vocational Competencies, Teaching Personality·Aptitude, and Behavior Type of Preschool Teachers)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 예비보육교사의 NCS 직업기초능력, 교직 인 적성 및 DISC 행동유형 간의 관계를 분석하는데 있다. 연구대상은 경기도에 소재한 D대학의 예비보육교사 110명을 대상으로 하였다. 'NCS 직업기초능력측정검사', '교직 인 적성 검사도구', 그리고 'DISC 행동유형 검사도구'를 사용하여 연구자료를 수집하였으며 수집된 자료는 Pearson 적률 상관계수를 통해 검증하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 주도성의 성격요인은 수리능력과 유의미한 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났으며 사교성의 성격요인은 자기개발능력과 유의미한 정적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났고, 안정성의 요인은 수리능력, 문제해결능력, 자기개발능력, 기술능력, 조직이해능력과 유의미한 부적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직업기초능력과 교직 인 적성의 관계를 분석한 결과 대부분의 직업기초능력과 교직 인 적성의 요소들 간에 유의미한 상관이 나타났다. 셋째, 주도성의 특성은 문제해결력/탐구력, 판단력, 창의/응용력, 지도성, 지식/정보력, 계획성, 성실/책임감과 같은 영역에서 유의미한 정적상관이 나타난 반면에서 안정성은 문제해결력. 탐구력, 판단력, 창의응용력, 지도성, 성실/책임감과 유의미한 부적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다.

호텔 조리사의 인력 다운사이징(Downsizing)이 직무태도에 미치는 영향 연구 - 서울.대전지역 내 호텔 조리사의 개인별 행동유형(DISC)을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Effects of Downsizing Kitchen Employees in Hotels on Job Attitude - Focusing on the Individual Behavior Types(DISC) of Kitchen Employees in the Hotels in the Seoul and Daejeon Regions -)

  • 본 연구는 호텔 조리사의 다운사이징이 직무태도에 미치는 영향을 고찰하고, 이러한 인과관계에서 DISC행동유형에 따른 개개인의 행동특성별 관계를 검중하고자 하였다. 실증연구를 위해 확보된 200개의 표본을 바탕으로 SPSS 17.0 프로그램을 통해 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰성 분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀 분석을 실시하였다. 다운사이징 항목 2개의 요인과 직무태도 관련 항목 2개 요인으로 추출되어졌다. 가설1.는 호텔 내 다운사이징이 직무태도에 유의한 부(-)의 영향을 준다고 설정하였으며, 검증결과 조직몰입 요인은 고용환경변화(${\beta}$=-.256), 고용불안감(${\beta}$=-.258), 직무만족의 요인은 고용환경변화(${\beta}$=-.319), 고용불안감(${\beta}$=-.174)이 다운사이징이 조리직 종사자의 직무태도에 유의한 부(-)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 가설2.는 DISC행동유형에 따른 다운사이징이 직무효율성에 부(-)의 영향을 준다고 설정하였으며, 검증결과 조직몰입요인에서 주도형(D)이 타 유형에 비하여 고용불안감(${\beta}$=-.435)에 가장 큰 영향을 받으며, 신중형(C)은 조직몰입에 영향을 받지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 직무만족요인에서는 안정형(S)이 타 유형에 비하여 고용환경변화(${\beta}$=-.414)에 영향을 받으며, 주도형(D)은 영향을 받지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 호텔 조리사의 다운사이징 전략이 종사원의 조직몰입과 직무만족 등의 직무태도에 영향을 미치게 되며, 종사원 개개인의 행동유형에 따라 그 관계정도가 다름을 시사한 것으로 볼 수 있다.

간호사의 DICS 행동유형과 투약오류 (DICS Behavior Pattern and Medication Errors by Nurses)

  • Purpose: Human factor is one of the major causes of medication errors. The purpose of this study was to identify nurses' perception and experience of medication errors, examine the relationship of Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, Conscientiousness (DISC) behavior patterns and medication errors by nurses. Methods: A descriptive survey design with a convenience sampling was used. Data collection was done using self-report questionnaires answered by 308 nurses from one university hospital and two general hospitals. Results: The most frequent DISC behavioral style of nurses was influence style (41.9%), followed by steadiness style (23.7%), conscientiousness style (20.4%), and dominance style (14.0%). Differences in the perception and experience level of medication errors by nurses' behavioral pattern were not statistically significant. However, nurses with conscientiousness style had the lowest scores for in experience of medication errors and the highest scores for perception of medication errors. Conclusion: The results of this study show that identification of the behavior pattern of nurses and application of this education program can prevent medication errors by nurses in hospitals.

간호사와 치과위생사의 행동유형에 따른 직무만족과 조직몰입, 직무스트레스에 관한 연구 (The Study of DISC Behavioral Patterns on Job Satisfaction, Organization Commitment and Job Stress in Nurses and Dental Hygienist)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of the DISC behavioral patterns of health care workers on their job satisfaction, organization Commitment and job stress in a bid to suggest an ideal behavioral pattern of Nurses and Dental hygienist. The subjects were 184 health care workers who worked in general hospitals and clinics in Busan and Ulsan for a year or more. The collected data were analyzed using ANOVA and linear regression. As a result of analyzing the relationship of their DISC behavioral patterns to job stress, organizational satisfaction and organizational commitment, there were significant differences in job stress according to their DISC behavioral patterns(p=0.015). In regard to relationship between their DISC behavioral patterns and the subfactors of job stress, there were significant gaps in role conflicts(p=.007), conflicts with subordinates(p=0.001) and conflicts over underpayment(p=0.015) according to their DISC behavioral patterns. As a result of investigating the influential factors of job stress, factors produced significant results(p<.001). The findings of the study illustrated that out of the DISC behavioral patterns, type I was most prevailing among the health care workers, which indicated that the weight of this type was highest among the behavioral styles. There were no significant gaps in job satisfaction and organizational commitment according to their DISC behavioral patterns.

치과내원환자의 치과만족도와 행동유형(DISC)에 관한 연구 (A study on dental patients' satisfaction at different type(DISC) of character)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to compare results of dental satisfaction at different type of character and provide basic materials for making the valuable strategies of dental service. Methods : Data was obtained from 256 patients using questionnaire from September 5 to October 13, 2007. Self-administered questionnaires was utilized to assess their types of personal psychological variable and find out its influential factors upon dental consumers and their intent of revisit. The data was analyzed with t-test, one-way ANOVA and logistic regression using the SPSS 14.0 Windows. Results : There is no meaningful difference in dental satisfaction as for character types and factors. Considering the difference of dental satisfaction according to general characteristics, there was a meaningful difference between groups of gender. Also interpersonal relationship as well as level of skill is significantly high in periodical dental visit. Conclusion : The results of this study indicated that environment and facility, cost is the most important influencing factor in determining whether or not the patient will visit a dental clinic repeatedly. In the future, more precise and in-depth questionnaires should be developed to analyze dental consumers.
