의류 소비자의 제품속성, 가격속성, 쇼핑가치가 인터넷 쇼핑 만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Apparel Customer's Product, Price Attributes and Shopping Values on Internet Shopping Satisfaction)

  • The purpose of this study is to find out the important factors and efficient strategies concerning internet marketing. This study tries to examine satisfaction of the on-line consumers on internet shopping mall via fashion products. To fulfill this objectives, a survey was conducted from May 15 to May 30 in 2006, and an subject of study is men and women aged from 10s to 40s in purchase experience of the fashion merchandise to internet shopping malls. Data collected over the internet, and analyzed the 205 subjects. The statistical analysis methods was frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, multiple regression analysis. The empirical studies were summarized as follows. First, internet shopping mall's fashion goods attributes(goods characteristics, aesthetic expression, variety of goods) significantly affect consumer's utilitarian shopping value. Second, internet shopping mall good's price attributes(economical efficiency of price, price reasonableness, price value, price information, price discount) significantly affect consumer's shopping utilitarian shopping value and hedonic shopping value. Third, consumer's utilitarian shopping value and hedonic shopping value are positively related to the internet consumer's shopping satisfaction.

디지털컨버전스 제품에 대한 소비자만족모델 (Consumer Satisfaction Model for Digital Convergence Products)

  • This study examines the actual state of using digital convergence products by consumers, and analyzes the expectation that consumers have regarding digital convergence products and the actual satisfaction of the digital convergence products. In addition, it analyzes factors affecting the satisfaction with digital convergence products. First, mobile phones, which 99.4% of those surveyed had, cameras, which 90.6% had, and mp3s, which 71.8% had, were found to be necessities. Second, the ratio of owning digital convergence products was 79.5%, 48.1%, and 52.4%, respectively. In the case of a mobile phones, a digital convergence type is already common. Third, regarding the reason for purchasing digital convergence products, they chose convergence products because there was no product with a simple function that they wanted to have: 38.2% in terms of a mobile phone, 47.2% for a camera, and 28.2% for an mp3. This shows that a consumer's choice was infringed in a great deal at the back of remarkable quantitative growth in digital convergence products. Fourth, the analysis of the factor regarding the consumer's expectation on digital convergence products showed 3 kinds of factors, i.e., expectation of benefit, expectation of risk, and expectation of situation. Fifth, as a result of analyzing the structural model regarding the effect on satisfaction by a consumer's expectation and the outcome on digital convergence products, all the expectations and outcomes of benefit, risk, and situation did not have a direct effect on satisfaction. Only an indirect effect through inconsistency showed a statistical significance.

  • 최근 정보통신기술의 발전은 농식품 분야에도 매우 큰 영향을 미치고 있다. 특히 트위터, 페이스북과 같은 소셜네트워크서비스는 새로운 유통채널로 각광을 받고 있다. 본 연구는 SNS의 특성과 이를 활용한 농식품 콘텐츠 관련 선행연구의 고찰을 바탕으로 농식품 콘텐츠 소비자들의 만족과 구매의도에 영향을 미치는 SNS의 특성을 분석하고, 관계를 검증함으로써 성공적인 농식품 콘텐츠의 활용 방향과 구매의도를 개선하기 위한 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 SNS의 특성으로 사회적 실재감, 상호작용성, 교류빈도를 도출하고, 이 특성들이 농식품 콘텐츠를 활용하는 소비자들의 만족과 구매의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 파악하고자 SNS를 통해 농식품이나 관련 서비스의 구매경험이 있는 소비자들을 대상으로 실증분석을 하였다. 그 결과 사회적 실재감, 상호작용성은 소비자만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 교류빈도는 정(+)의 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 소비자만족은 구매의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 셀프서비스기술(SST)의 특성과 소비자 특성이 외식업체에서의 SST에 대한 소비자의 저항과 만족에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이다. 이를 위해 외식업체에서 SST를 이용한 경험이 있는 20대에서 50대까지의 일반 소비자를 조사대상으로 선정하여 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였고, 최종 343부의 자료를 분석에 활용하였다. 다중회귀분석을 통해 가설을 검증한 결과, 편의성과 기술통제성이 낮을수록, 복잡성, 사회적 위험, 관계지향성이 높을수록 SST에 대한 소비자 저항이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 편의성, 유희성, 기술통제성이 높을수록, 사회적 위험과 관계지향성이 낮을수록 SST에 대한 소비자 만족이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 소비자의 저항을 낮추는 동시에 만족을 높이기 위한 전략을 제안한다는 점에서 실무적 가치가 있고, SST에 대한 소비자의 양가적인 반응에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명한다는 점에서 관련 연구의 확장에 기여할 수 있다. 본 연구에서 밝혀진 점들을 참조하여 SST에 대한 소비자의 양가적인 반응을 심도 있게 파악하는 것이 요구된다.

의류 구매대행 의류인터넷쇼핑몰의 소비자만족도에 관한 연구: 가격지각과 배송시스템을 중심으로 (A Study of Consumer Satisfaction in Surrogate Internet Shopping Mall for Apparel Products: Price Perception and Delivery Systems)

  • The purpose of this study was to find out how price perception and the site's delivery system affected consumer satisfaction in surrogate internet shopping for apparel products. A survey questionnaire was used to collect information from 233 respondents who had experience in purchasing apparel products from online venues within the preceding 6 months. Collected data underwent descriptive analysis, factor analysis, and regression analysis. Results showed that the price perception and the delivery system was influenced by three factors. Both price perception and the delivery system factors showed a significant difference depending on the gender of consumers. Also, according to the regression results, both price perception and the delivery system had a positive effect on consumer satisfaction in surrogate Internet shopping mall for apparel products.

패션 리테일 테크 매장의 특성이 소비자 몰입 및 만족감에 미치는 영향 (The effects of fashion retail tech store's characteristics on consumer's flow and satisfaction)

  • This study focused on how retail tech promotes differentiated customer experiences in offline fashion stores. The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of the characteristics of fashion retail tech stores on consumers' flow and satisfaction. We surveyed Koreans aged 10 to 50 who had experienced offline fashion retail tech stores. The survey was conducted from April 28, 2023, to May 21, 2023. The total number of survey respondents was 200. The quantitative data collected through questionnaires was analyzed using SPSS 25.0. To reveal the effects of fashion retail tech store characteristics on consumer's flow and satisfaction, frequency analysis, we conducted frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The results of this study, figured out that fashion retail tech store's characteristics, including playfulness, efficiency, interaction, and information provision, have a significant impact on behavior flow, emotional flow, and satisfaction. As a result of analyzing the influence of consumers' flow led to satisfaction, it was confirmed that emotional flow positively influenced satisfaction, but behavioral flow had no meaningful effect on satisfaction. The results of our study can be used to make a successful marketing strategy and can serve as foundational data for consumer research on retail-tech-applied offline fashion stores.

인터넷 쇼핑몰에서 패션상품 소비자가 지각하는 관계혜택과 관계의 질 -고객관계 성향을 중심으로- (Fashion Product Consumer's Relationship Benefit Perception and Relationship Quality on the Internet Shopping Mall -Focused on Relationship Tendency-)

  • This study examined the influence of fashion product consumer's relationship benefit on relationship quality in the internet shopping mall. Also consumer's relationship benefit perception and relationship quality are identified in terms of consumer's relationship tendency(relationship period, relationship intensity). Survey research was conducted from November 1, 2011 to November 12, 2011 in people living in Seoul and other metropolitan areas who had purchased fashion products in the internet shopping mall. 620 useful data were analyzed by factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression, t-test, ANOVA and duncan test using SPSS 17.0. The results were as follows: Relationship Benefit perceived by fashion product consumer was categorized into three factors including "economic benefit", "psychological benefit", "informational benefit". Each factor of relationship benefit had a significant influence on customer satisfaction, trust, and commitment. As for consumer's relationship benefit perception according to the relationship period for internet shopping mall, the consumer who had used the internet shopping mall longer perceived relationship benefit factors higher than shorter using consumer. As for relationship quality, there was a significant difference only in customer satisfaction according to consumer's relationship period for internet shopping mall, Relationship benefit factors and relationship quality showed Significant differences according to the degree of relationship intensity perceived by consumer in the internet shopping mall.

SNS에서 소비자-브랜드의 상호작용과 소비자-브랜드 관계가 구매동기와 만족도에 미치는 영향 -지각된 연령을 기준으로- (The Effect of the Consumer-Brand Interaction and Relationship on Motivation and Satisfaction in SNS -Based on Perceived Age-)

  • 본 연구는 SNS 계정으로 화장품 브랜드를 구독하고 있는 10대에서 50대 남녀의 지각된 연령을 기준으로 소비자-브랜드 상호작용과 관계가 구매동기와 만족도에 미치는 영향력을 분석하기 위해 설문 조사를 하였다. 수집된 자료의 통계처리는 SPSS 21.0로 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 회귀분석, 다중회귀분석을 하였다. 조사대상자들의 지각된 연령을 타인이 지각한 연령과 스스로 지각한 연령의 차이에 따라 '지각된 저집단', '지각된 중집단', '지각된 고집단'으로 분류하였다. 세 집단은 소비자-브랜드 상호작용과 소비자-브랜드 관계는 구매동기와 유의미한 정의 관계가 나타났고, 소비자-브랜드 관계는 구매동기 중에서도 '매력적'을 설명하는 주요 변수로 나타났다. 세 집단은 소비자-브랜드 상호작용과 소비자-브랜드 관계는 만족도와 유의미한 정의 관계가 나타났고, 소비자-브랜드 관계는 만족도를 설명하는 주요 변수로 나타났다. 그러므로, 본 연구의 결론은 지각된 연령집단별, 소비자-브랜드 상호작용과 소비자-브랜드 관계가 구매동기와 만족도에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 소비자-브랜드 관계는 화장품 구매동기와 만족도에 주요한 변수가 된다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 SNS에서 지각된 연령이 화장품 브랜드 마케팅에 미치는 영향력을 실증적으로 분석함에 따라, 화장품 판매전략을 수립할 수 있는 실무적 시사점 및 마케팅에 활용될 수 있는 기초자료가 될 것으로 사료된다.

  • This study investigates the effects of consumer innovativeness on e-loyalty mediated by shopping mall attributes and consumer satisfaction with the Internet. Data were obtained from 243 consumers who had bought fashion products through online shopping. Data were analyzed by using factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha, and path analysis using LISREL 8.53 program. The results of this study suggest that the consumer innovativeness, such as Internet-innovativeness and Fashion-innovativeness affect shopping mall attributes including Loading, Visual, Information, Variety, and Price/Fashion. These attributes and the shopping mall satisfaction partially mediated the impact of consumer innovativeness on e-loyalty of shopping malls through the Internet. Especially, consumer satisfaction was the most important determinant to build up e-loyalty for the online shopping of fashion products. The findings provide implications for e-retailers to develop strategies related to consumer innovativeness, shopping mall attributes, and the e-loyalty of shopping malls for fashion products.

소비자 자신감이 의복만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Consumer Self-Confidence on Clothing Satisfaction)

  • The role of consumer self-confidence is important in consumer's purchase decision. Nevertheless, the use of self-esteem measures might cause misinformation in the specific situation of the marketing-related point of view. In this study, consumer self-confidence was measured by marketing oriented tools to clarify the dimensions of consumer self-confidence while the influence of consumer self-confidence on clothing satisfaction was also investigated. A total of 325 questionnaires were collected by surveying university students in Seoul and the surrounding metropolitan area using convenient sampling. The data were analysed by factor analysis, ANOVA, t-test, and regression by using SPSSWIN program. The findings of the study were as fellows. First, the consumer self-confidence was composed of 6 sub-scales: information acquisition, personal outcomes decision making, social outcomes decision making, consideration-set formation, persuasion knowledge, and marketplace interfaces. Second, female subjects rated higher on consumer self-confidence than male subjects did in social outcomes decision making and consideration-set formation. Third, higher income was correlated with higher social outcomes decision making and consideration-set formation. Finally, clothing satisfaction was influenced by personal outcomes decision making and information acquisition.
