Recently our government operates earned value management system (EVMS) for improving work management system of the construction projects over specific scale. The EVMS is based on the integrated management between construction cost and schedule, the existing systems, however, are focused on the cost management by using wort quantity. This study suggests a work management mode1 to integrate construction cost with activity information. The model introduces a work task concept as a tool that can connect construction cost to activity information. The suggested model in this study is verified by using actual data for the applicability to practical construction projects.

Recently, construction work's tendency has become a high-rise building, a complexity and a large size. According to the KOSHA data, construction work accidents have not been decreased. Looking at from the side of accident accidents of construction industry are occupied over 1/3 among all industry accidents. Therefore, this study will analyze the accident of the building construction work from the data of KOSHA which were collected during 11 years$(1992\~2002)$ data relating to serious accidents of the building construction work suggest the counterplan according to the each work type in building construction work.

It is an important issue in cost management to contract with the standard of cost estimate by the reasonable way in public construction projects. For the standard of cost estimate based on the Standard Estimating System, there is a difference of labor inputs between Standard Estimating System and actual quantities in construction projects. The duration of form work in multi-family housing depends on the manpower compared with other work, which is the critical path on the schedule management to be decided quality, and is the important to the cost management of construction projects. This study presented a simulation model of the productivity analysis for selecting the standard work type of form work in Multi-family housing construction projects.

건설공사 한 프로젝트의 전체공기는 개별 작업들이 수행된 날짜의 합이라 할 수 있다. 개별 작업들에서 지연이 발생할 경우 전체 공기 또한 늦어지기 마련이다. 이러한 개별 작업의 계획상에서 작업이 수행될 확률을 높인다면 프로젝트의 공기달성 확률 또한 높아지게 될 것이다. 따라서, 계획상의 작업 실행여부 확인을 위하여 건설 생산프로세스에서 각 작업의 수행 저해하는 제약요인을 도출하여 작업여건분석의 실시를 통해 저해요인의 사전 제거와 작업간의 상호의존성을 파악으로 작성된 개별 작업계획들의 실행 가능성 확인함으로써 공사전체의 공기지연을 방지하는 체계를 구축하고자 한다.

During the construction of the project, all surveying and mapping work is collectively referred to as engineering survey. Therefore, the measurement work contains a wide range of content, in the engineering survey, design and construction management stage are involved. To the actual work, the project measurement runs through the project building in a number of stages, and provide basic services. This paper mainly through the analysis of engineering measurement at all stages of the role played by the measurement work in the project management work to do the following description.

The standard estimation system, used to estimate the predetermined cost of construction work, is measured by the standard and typical construction methods and field conditions. And the standard estimation system is applied to basic data for the measuring of construction cost, such as the consumed quantity of material, labor hours, and machinery cost. However it does not reflect sufficiently for the diversity and reality of constructions work Therefore, this study is recognized the necessity of new cost estimation models for the rational construction cost estimation. To improve estimation technique and construction ability, it was analyzed labor hours, production volume based on the work crew in construction work.

A construction temporary work is main process and importance trade section. A technology system of construction temporary has very low availability of field works and needs improvements in Korea as construction site has a quick response about new requirements. This study reviews literature researches and can verify that changes to a comprehensive technology system for construction site. In addition, it suggests a breakdown structure of new standards for temporary construction technology based on views of construction site managers. Meanwhile, temporary construction technology in Korea has changed with a specification of construction temporary work which had been revised in 2014. However, the revision is merely dividing the design and building off of construction temporary technology. It is lacking in many ways to change this in a new standard system for temporary construction technology. Henceforth, it needs to develop a standard system for temporary construction technology and a professional system that is appropriate for different purposes by detail trade sections.

The construction inspection is conducted by the contractor or construction supervisor after a certain stage of work has been completed. As the consturction inspection task is dependant on construction schedule, however, it is difficult to plan inspection task systematically, resulting in increased supervision costs, delays in construction, and disputes. Therefore, this study aims to integrate inspection work with schedule management to systematize inspection procedures. Firstly, the inspection work is defined based on the construction supervision checklist. Then its relationship with the construction process, required time, and resources for inspection tasks are defined in construction schedule. Lastly, a process management program is used to assess the effects of applying the inspection work and examine changes in the overall construction period and process management. The proposed method in this study can support to plan construction inspection more systematically and to improve the effectiveness of construction quality management.

Domestic construction industry suffered from the IMF and makes a great effort to improve in 'cost management', 'strengthening the competitiveness of the construction industry'. Therefore, the industry has become interested in improving the productivity of construction and ongoing research is being progressed in various angles. In such circumstances, the needs for a study of concepts and space of the actual construction work place is emerging. This study were utilized BIM to understand the types and causes of problems in space during the finishing work in construction and categorize importance and frequency of occurence through a survey of experts and AHP to analyze the realtive effects of importance then modeling to them to aware of issues and give direction for efficient management. This study is anylize the problem which is caused by same time process in finishing work progress of apartment applied by BIM. and categorize the type of work interference management in finishing work, and anylize by the type of occurence then predict the work interference management through in BIM 3D VIEW and suggest the solutions.

Recently, It is a fact that the percentage of female field managers has increased in the construction industry. Therefore, this study investigated the percentage of female construction site managers by conducting a survey of current male and female construction site managers and then analyzed the workload, work difficulty, work importance and performance level of female employees in charge of public affairs, which is the most common tasks.
