Purpose: This study aimed to investigate compassion competence and its mediating effects on the relationship between attitudes toward dementia and care behavior among caregivers of older adults with dementia in nursing homes. Methods: 211 participants were recruited for this cross-sectional study. Data were collected from February 1st to May 24th, 2023, through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis and the bootstrapping method. Results: The mean score for care behavior was 3.67±0.97 (range 1~5). Caring behaviors were significantly associated with attitudes toward dementia (r=.76, p<.001) and compassion competence (r=.75, p<.001). Using Baron and Kenny's approach and PROCESS Macro model 4, care behavior was directly affected by dementia attitude (β=.76, p<.001). Compassion competence (β=.66, p<.001) was directly affected by dementia attitude. The partial mediating effects of compassion competence (β=.47, p<.001, 95% confidence interval 0.10~0.23) on the impact of dementia attitude on care behavior was confirmed. Conclusion: The results suggest that compassion competence should be considered when developing nursing interventions to enhance dementia-related attitudes and improve care behavior among caregivers of older adults with dementia.

본 연구는 임상실습을 처음 시작하는 간호대학 3학년생을 대상으로 월경통증, 임상실습 스트레스, 임상수행능력 정도와 상관관계를 확인하고 임상수행능력에 영향을 주는 요인을 알아보고자 실시하였다. 간호대학생 155명을 대상으로 2020년 10월 1일부터 10월 30일까지 설문조사 하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Person's correlation coefficients, 다중회귀분석을 하였다. 연구결과 월경통증은 5.01점, 임상실습 스트레스는 2.82점, 임상수행능력은 3.4점 이었다. 월경통증은 임상실습 스트레스와 양의 상관관계를(r=.319, p=.000), 임상수행능력과 음의 상관관계를(r=-.279, p=.000) 보였으며, 임상실습 스트레스와 임상수행능력은 음의 상관관계를(r=-.333, p=.005) 보였다. 임상수행능력에 가장 유의한 영향을 준 요인은 월경통증이고 설명력은 25.0%였다. 따라서 간호대학생의 임상수행능력을 증진시키기 위해 월경통증 완화를 위한 중재 교육이 필요하다.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to explore how characteristics of ADHD children affect social support for mothers, parenting stress, parenting sense of competence, coping, and quality of life. The conceptual model was based on the Lazarus and Folkman's stress-evaluation-coping theory. Methods: Data were collected 208 mothers of children with ADHD. Data were analysed using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 programs. Results: The proposed model was good fit for the data based on the model fit indices. Parenting stress, parenting sense of competence and coping directly affected quality of life but characteristics of the children and social support had only an indirect effect. The explanatory power of these variables was 52.1%. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that nursing strategies to increase social support for mothers with ADHD children, lowers parenting stress, improves parenting sense of competence, and guides the parents to choose appropriate coping. In particular, as social support has the strongest influence on the quality of life, it is necessary to develop nursing intervention programs that utilize social support for parents with ADHD children.

선박조종 시뮬레이션 모델은 항해사에게 요구되는 항해장비 숙달, 충돌위험 회피, 비상상황 대응 등의 해기능력 향상에 많은 기여를 하고 있으나, 인적오류에 의한 사고는 여전히 발생하고 있다. 여기서는 기존의 선박조종 시뮬레이터를 활용하여 여러 단계의 조종능력을 보유하고 있는 항해자를 대상으로 국제항공 및 해상수색구조편람(IAMSAR manual) 제3권 선내비상사태(On board Emergencies) 익수자(Person Overboard) 편에 구성되어 있는 표준 선박조종법을 검토하였다. 그리고 교육훈련 시 나타나는 항해자의 인적오류 사항을 모니터링하여 인지 시뮬레이션 모델 구축을 위한 기초자료를 검토하였다.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 자기조절학습에 영향을 주는 요인들의 구조 방정식 모형을 만들고 검증하기 위함이다. 이를 위해 재학 중인 간호대학생들에게 자가보고식 설문지를 작성하게 하여 273부의 자료를 구조방정식 모형으로 분석하였다. 분석결과 모형 적합지수는 적절한 수준을 나타내었고, 6개 경로 중 5개 경로는 통계적으로 유의미하여 분산의 68%를 설명하였다. 따라서 간호대학생의 자기조절학습을 증진시킬 수 있도록 자기결정동기, 대인관계유능, 성취목표지향을 향상시키는 교육이 필요하며, 이를 위해 간호대학생의 자율성과 관계성을 증진시킬 역량 강화 프로그램이 개발되어야 할 것이다.

This paper develops a model of the export timing and export performance of venture firms by drawing by resource based view and born-global firm theory. The model aims at explaining the role of internal resources of small new venture firms and environment factors in accelerating the firm's export timing and achieving export growth. Hypothesses were developed around the following factors: management characteristics in terms of CEO's foreign experience and export commitment; organizational characteristics in terms of technological competence and marketing competence, and inter-functional cooperation; and finally environmental factors in terms of domestic and market attractiveness and foreign market attractiveness influence both the export timing and export performance. Structural equation modeling analysis by using 214 small new ventures provides a partial supports for the hypotheses. The result showed that technological competence have an influence on early export timing and that CEO's foreign experience and export commitment, technological competence and foreign market attractiveness are related export performance significantly. It also showed the significant relationship between export timing and export performance.

The purpose of this paper is to develope a training model and to make a syllabus for electro-technical officers(ETOs) on ship. In order to complete the purpose, firstly we study on qualification for electro-technical officers and also examine the foreign, domestic cases. Secondly, through the STCW convention and the IMO Model Course 7.08, we have compared the standards of competence for officers in charge of an engineering watch and ETO, and analyze the additional standards of competence to acquire the ETO's licenses. Finally, based on the results of this, we will suggest the development of a training model that officers in charge of an engineering watch must complete in order to obtain an ETO's license. This paper is expected to be useful in the educational institution preparing for training course.

본 연구는 사회복지전공 대학생의 다문화 역량을 파악하고, 다문화 역량에 영향을 미치는 영성지능, 인권태도 요인의 영향력을 구조방정식 모델을 활용하여 검증하는데 그 목적이 있다. 독립변수로 영성지능을, 종속변수로 다문화 역량을 설정하였으며, 인권태도를 매개변수로 구성하였다. 연구대상은 대구 경북 지역 5개 대학의 사회복지전공 대학생으로 259명의 자료를 분석하였다. 분석결과 다문화 역량에 영성지능과 인권태도가 유의미한 영향을 미침으로써 영성지능과 인권태도의 수준이 높을수록 다문화 역량도 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 영성지능이 인권태도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 영성지능이 높을수록 인권태도의 수준이 높았다. 그리고 다문화 역량에 대한 영성지능의 경로에서 인권태도가 유의미한 매개효과를 가지는 것을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과는 사회복지전공 대학생이 초월성, 삶의 의미와 목적과 연결성을 내포한 영성지능의 수준을 높게 가질 때 사회복지실천에서 중요시되는 인권적인 관점이 강화되고 다양한 정체성을 가진 이주자들을 원조하는데 요구되는 다문화 역량이 높아질 수 있음을 말해준다. 이상의 연구결과를 바탕으로 사회복지 전공대학생이 '다문화 역량 민감성', '영성지능 민감성', '인권태도 민감성' 등의 3가지 '다(多)민감성'을 갖출 필요가 있음을 제안하였다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of professional self-concept and interpersonal relations on nursing competence of clinical nurses. This study was conducted as a descriptive cross sectional survey with 182 nurses who work at a tertiary hospital which has over 1,000 beds, located in Gyeounggi - do. The data was collected from October 11th, 2016 to October 28th, 2016. The main findings of this study were as follows. The mean score for professional self-concept was $2.65{\pm}0.29$ points in the range of 1 point to 4 points. And interpersonal relations was an average of $3.55{\pm}0.35$ points in the range of 1 point to 5 points. Nursing competence was an average of $2.65{\pm}0.39$ points in the range of 1 point to 4 points. Professional self-concept and interpersonal relations were positively correlated with nursing competence. Nursing competence was differed from clinical career(F=10.518, p<.001), working unit(F=4.139, p=.018), educational background(F=6.542, p=.002), and satisfaction on nursing(F=6.326, p<.001). The regression model with clinical career, working unit, educational background, satisfaction on nursing, 3 sub domain of professional self-concept(professional practice, satisfaction, communication), and interpersonal relation was statistically significant (F=31.94, p<.001). And this model could explain 51.5% of nursing competency(Adj R2=.515). Especially, professional practice(${\beta}=.532$, p<.001) of professional self-concept, interpersonal relations(${\beta}=.223$, p<.001), clinical career(${\beta}=.169$, p<.001), working unit: ICU (${\beta}=.169$, p<.05) were identified the factors influencing on nursing competence. Therefore, improving clinical nurses' nursing competence can be achieved with broad approach that includes improvements in professional self-concept and interpersonal relations. And also, working unit, and clinical career should be considered to develop the actual program for nursing competence, too.

The purpose of this study is to develop a recruiting platform resolving the mismatch between corporate job and job finder's competence in recruitment market. For this, we investigated technological trends and limitation on recruit platform. Based on the findings, this study investigates the trends and directions related to recruiting platform evolution and identified critical success factors and development strategies for successful development of recruiting platform. Two development strategies include employment of online resume and construction of database assessing job finder's competence. We also proposed target system architecture incorporating job database, competency assessment form, capability oriented resume. To analyze user requirement national competency standards and core job capability evaluation model were analyzed. Next, we designed integrated database, user interfaces, and dynamic functionalities using the forms developed in earlier stage. Finally, we assessed the fidelity of form item, integrity of database, and the usability of interface to evaluate the effectiveness of the system.
