교수학습지원센터 실무자의 직무역량 탐색 (Exploring on the job competence of the staff in center for teaching and learning)

  • 본 논문은 대학의 교수학습지원센터에서 근무하고 있는 실무자에게 요구되는 직무역량이 무엇인가를 밝히고, 현업에 종사하고 있는 실무자들이 바라는 요구사항을 알아보고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 실무자의 직무수행 역량 요인은 관련 문헌 검토를 통해 규명하였다. 이들 직무역량을 기초로 하여 대전 충남지역의 교수학습지원센터 실무자들을 대상으로 직무수행 역량 요구도를 조사하였다. 이 연구 결과에 의하면, 실무자에 요구되는 직무역량은 기초역량, 기획 분석역량, 프로젝트 운영관리역량, 평가역량 등으로 나타났다. 각각의 직무 역량에서 실무자가 지각하는 가장 높은 요인은 다음과 같다. 기초역량에서는 변화와 혁신의 태도 요인이 가장 높았으며, 기획 분석 역량에서는 수업분석 및 컨설팅, 운영관리역량에서는 인력관리 그리고 평가역량에서는 매체효과성평가 요인이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 교수학습지원센터의 활성화를 위해서는 교수학습지원센터 프로그램 운영을 지원할 수 있는 전문가 풀을 구성하고, 교수학습지원센터 실무자의 전문성 향상을 위한 역량 교육 프로그램을 기획하고 지원할 필요가 있다.

어머니의 성인기 애착과 애정적 양육행동이 아동의 사회적 능력에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of the Maternal Adult Attachment and Affectionate Child-rearing Behavior on a Child′s Social Competence)

  • The purpose of this research is to delineate the effects of the material adult attachment and affectionate child-rearing behavior on the social competence of a child. The levels of mother's education and income, as well as the maternal adult attachment and affectionate child-rearing behavior have been chosen for the analysis. The sample subjects selected for the research include 287 pairs of fifth/sixth grade students, their mothers, and eight of the classroom teachers, all from Kwangiu city. The major findings are as follows: First, in measuring the social competence score of a child and the maternal adult attachment, affectionate child-rearing behavior, the scores, in general, tend to be above the mean scores. Second, looking at the correlation between the mother's education/income level and affectionate child-rearing and the child's social competence level, the affectionate child-rearing and the social competence factors only show difference correlating to the mother's education, high school or higher, as opposed to the level of junior high and lower, the difference is significant. Third, the results of multiple regression analysis on the effects of the variables to the child's social competence indicates that affectionate child-rearing is the most significant contributing factor, followed by the mother's education, the close attachment factor, income, and the anxiety attachment factor, in that order All in all, the variables account for 18% of the child's social competence score.

유아의 사회적 능력과 정서지능과의 관계에 대한 연구 (The Relationship between Children's Social Competence and Emotional Intelligence)

  • This study examined the factor structure of social competence and the relationship between social competence and emotional intelligence in preschool children. The subjects were 503 3- to 6-year-old children. Instruments were the Emotional Intelligence Rating Scale for Preschool Children and The Social Competence Scale. The validity and reliability of the factor structures of The Social Competence Scale were confirmed. These factors were initiative, ability, and sociability. The relationship between The Social Competence Scale and the emotional intelligence scale was highly significant (r=.29, p<.001). Three sub-factors of The Social Competence Scale were significantly related to the total emotional intelligence score. Among the six sub-factors of emotional intelligence, 5 were related to the total score of social competence. These were utilization of emotion, empathy, appraisal and expression of self emotion, relationship with teacher, and relationship with peers.

코칭요인이 종업원의 직무만족에 미치는 영향 -외식업체의 코칭제도 실시유무에 따른 비교분석을 중심으로- (Effect of coaching system on the employee's job satisfaction)

  • This study investigated the effect of a coaching system(CS) on the employee's job satisfaction(JS) between the food service industry conducting and not conducting CS. A total of 342 employees were enrolled and the results were as follow. Firstly, relationship and willingness factors directly affected JS. Indirectly, work and relationship factors affected JS through the willingness factors. Secondly, when JS was compared at the service company conducting CS with that not conducting CS, work and relationship factors directly affected JS in the industry conducting CS, but only the relationship factor indirectly affected JS in the company not conducting CS. In addition, at the food service industry conducting CS, work factor affected willingness and competence factors, and therefore JS was affected indirectly, but relationship factor did not affect the willingness and competence factors. However, in the company not conducting CS, willingness only affected JS indirectly. Work factors directly affected JS, but through competence and willingness factors, work factor indirectly affected JS in the industry conducting CS. In the company not conducting CS, the relationship factor between employees affected the JS. In summary, CS increased JS through its direct effect on the work factor and indirect effect on the willingness and competence factors. Studies about CS are insufficient and CS remains in the introductory stage now, so further studies are necessary.

취학 전 아동용 또래 유능성 척도 개발에 관한 연구 (Development of a Peer Competence Scale for Preschool Children)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop a scale for evaluation of preschool children's peer competence and to examine its validity and reliability. The 15 items of the preliminary scale were completed by teachers, and peer rating scale for assessment of peer acceptance was administered to 365 children 5 to 6 years of age. The methods for data analysis included item analysis, factor analysis for construct validity, Pearson correlations between teacher's ratings of peer competence and children's ratings of peer acceptance for concurrent validity, and Cronbach's u for reliability. The 15 items of the scathe were found be satisfactory in terms of item response distribution and item discrimination. Factor analysis revealed that a 3-factor solution was the best fit: sociability, prosocial behavior, leadership in peer relations. Correlations between teacher's ratings and children's ratings were as significant. Cronbach'so ranged from .88 to .93 for three subscales and .93 for the total scale. It was concluded that the psychometric properties of the peer competence scale in general were acceptable for use.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 신체적 유능감과 체육수업 만족도의 관계를 규명하는데 있다. 이를 위해 중 고교학생을 대상으로 편의추출방법을 사용하여 556부의 설문지를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 분석을 위해 통계프로그램은 PASW ver. 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 각 요인에 대한 기술통계를 제시하였으며, 요인추출 및 문항의 내적 일관성 확인을 위해 탐색적 요인분석과 신뢰도분석을 실시하였다. 또한, 신체적 유능감과 수업만족도와의 관계에 대한 규명을 위해 다중회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 신체적 유능감과 교수행동의 관계에 있어 피드백 요인이 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 신체적 유능감과 체육성적의 관계에 있어 승리, 동료비교 요인 등이 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 신체적 유능감과 체육환경의 관계에 있어 피드백, 대리경험 요인 등이 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 신체적 유능감과 운동능력의 관계에 있어 피드백 요인이 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.

한국판 영적간호역량 측정도구의 타당도와 신뢰도 (Validity and Reliability of Korean Version of the Spiritual Care Competence Scale)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to examine the validity and reliability of the Korean Version of the Spiritual Care Competence Scale (K-SCCS). Methods: A cross-sectional study design was used. The K-SCCS consisted of 26 questions to measure spiritual care competence of nurses. Participants, 228 nurses who had more than 3 years'experience as a nurse, completed the survey. Confirmatory factor analysis was used to examine the construct validity and correlations of K-SCCS and spiritual well-being (SWB) were used to examine the criterion validity of K-SCCS. Cronbach's alpha was used to test internal consistency. Results: The construct and the criterion-related validity of K-SCCS were supported as measures of spiritual care competence. Cronbach's alpha was .95. Factor loadings of the 26 questions ranged from .60 to .96. Construct validity of K-SCCS was verified by confirmatory factor analysis (RMSEA=.08, CFI=.90, NFI=.85). Criterion validity compared to the SWB showed significant correlation (r=.44, p<.001). Conclusion: The findings suggest that K-SCCS serves as an appropriate measure of spiritual care competence with validity and reliability. However, further study is needed to retest the verification of the factor analysis related to factor 2 (professionalisation and improving the quality of spiritual care) and factor 3 (personal support and patient counseling). Therefore, we recommend using the total score without distinguishing subscales.

Special Education Teachers' Competence, Self-Efficacy, and Autonomy in Using ICT amid the Covid19 Pandemic

  • The outbreak of Covid-19 has forced teachers of special education in Saudi Arabia to keep to themselves to live in a technology-infused society throughout the virtual teaching and learning process. This study set out to explore the competence, self-efficacy, and autonomy in using information communication technology (ICT) of special education teachers in Saudi Arabia. A total of 244 special education teachers in Saudi Arabia participated in this study. This study adopted the New General Self-Efficacy Scale developed and validated by Chen, Gully, and Eden (2001), as well as the Basic Psychological Needs in Exercise Scale (BPNES) developed and validated by Vlachopoulos and Michailidou (2006). Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) were used as the main data analysis in this study. The findings showed that special education teachers in Saudi Arabia possessed competence, self-efficacy, and autonomy in using ICT in their teaching and learning process. All the factor loadings in each factor were.75 or higher, indicating good factor loadings. The results of the MANOVA indicated that special education teachers in Saudi Arabia do not report different perceptions of their competence, self-efficacy, and autonomy despite their different gender, age group, academic background, and teaching experiences.

중소기업 최고경영자의 컨설턴트 역량이 기업의 혁신성과 및 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 (The Effect of Consultant Competences of SMEs CEO on Innovation Performance and Management Performance)

  • 경영환경이 급변함에 따라 기업 운영에 어려움을 겪으며 특히 대기업에 비해 중소기업의 경영에 최고경영자의 역할이 막중함에 따라 상대적으로 최고경영자의 역량이 경영성과에 많은 영향을 주고 있다. 이로 인해 중소기업의 경쟁력 제고를 위해서는 최고경영자의 역량이 중요하다. 한편 컨설턴트란 기업과 조직이 당면한 다양한 이슈에 대하여 객관적이고 합리적 의사 결정을 유도하여 경영활동에 직간접적으로 참여하는 주체로 정의된다. 컨설턴트가 필수적으로 갖추어야 하는 경영적 전문 지식, 문제해결 능력, 의사소통 능력, 통찰력, 리더십 등은 컨설턴트의 역량이라고 할 수 있으며, 이는 특정 기간 동안의 계약 유무를 제외하면 최고경영자가 기업의 경영과 경쟁력 제고를 위해 갖추어야 하는 역량과 동일하다. 따라서 본 연구는 선행 연구를 통하여 최고경영자의 컨설턴트 역량으로서 4가지 변수인 직무역량, 커뮤니케이션 역량, 학습역량, 혁신역량으로 구분, 해당 변수가 각각 기업의 혁신성과에 미치는 영향과 혁신성과가 기업의 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하였다. 조사는 제조 및 서비스업의 중소기업을 대상으로 진행하였으며 분석기법은 신뢰성 및 타당성 분석, 확인적 요인분석과 구조방정식 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 최고경영자의 직무역량, 커뮤니케이션 역량, 학습역량, 혁신역량은 각각 기업의 혁신성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다, 둘째, 기업의 혁신성과는 경영성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 본 연구는 중소기업 최고경영자의 역량을 컨설턴트 역량과의 공통적 요소를 도출하였으며 중소기업의 성과를 향상할 때 필요한 최고경영자의 역량 특성의 시사점을 도출하였다.
