물류원가절감을 위한 모델구축과 경로 재설치에 관한 연구 - p사의 사례연구를 중심으로 - (Study on the Model Construction and Route Re-arrange for Logistics Cost Reduction - Case Study of P company -)

  • 기업은 경쟁력 강화를 위해 다양한 비용절감에 관한 노력을 하고 있고, 그 중 원가절감을 위한 여러 방법을 강구하고 있다. 효율적으로 원가를 절감하기 위해 원가의 구성요소를 파악해보면 재료비, 노무비, 경비 등으로 구성되어 있다. 이 중 재료비와 경비 등에 속하는 구매비와 재고비, 물류비 등을 절감하는 것이 중요하다. 그러나 물류비에는 제품 포장비, 운송에 관련된 여러 부대비용, 제품의 보관비, 상하역비, 유동비 등 여러 가지 요소로 구성되어 있어서 실제 기업의 물류비를 계산하거나 물류비 절감을 위한 원가절감모델을 구축하는데 많은 한계점을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 실제 자사의 물류센터를 두고 상품의 분류, 재고관리, 배송까지 일관하는 방법으로 물류비를 절감하고 있는 의류회사 P사의 실제 데이터를 이용하여 기존 알고리즘과 본 연구에서 제안한 알고리즘을 이용해 물류비를 계산하고 비교한다. 본 연구를 통해 P사의 물류비를 분석하여 물류체계의 문제점을 찾고 해결할 수 있는 기회가 될 것이다.

  • The role of cost modeller is to facilitate the design process by systematic application of cost factors so as to maintain a sensible and economic relationship between cost, quantity, utility and appearance which thus helps in achieving the client's requirements within an agreed budget. There are a number of research on cost estimates in the early design stage based on the improvement of accuracy or impact factors. It is common knowledge that cost estimates are undertaken progressively throughout the design stage and make use of the information that is available at each phase, through the related research up to now. In addition, Cost estimates in the early design stage shall analyze the information under the various kinds of precondition before reaching the more developed design because a design can be modified and changed in all process depending on clients' requirements. Parametric cost estimating models have been adopted to support decision making in a changeable environment, in the early design stage. These models are using a similar instance or a pattern of historical case to be constituted in project information, geographic design features, relevant data to quantity or cost, etc. OLAP technique analyzes a subject data by multi-dimensional points of view; it supports query, analysis, comparison of required information by diverse queries. OLAP's data structure matches well with multiview-analysis framework. Accordingly, this study implements multi-dimensional information system for case based quantity data related to design information that is utilizing OLAP's technology, and then analyzes impact factors of quantity by the design criteria or parameter of the same meaning. On the basis of given factors examined above, this study will generate the rules on quantity measure and produce resemblance class using clustering of data mining. These sorts of knowledge-base consist of a set of classified data as group patterns, of which will be appropriate stand on the parametric cost estimating method.

  • IATA(International Air Transport Association, 국제항공운송협회)를 중심으로 항공사 시스템과 연계하여 공항 탑승수속 및 보딩업무를 지원하는 공용시스템 국제 기술표준을 기존의 CUTE(Common Use Terminal Equipment)에서 개선된 CUPPS(Common Use Passenger Processing Systems)로의 전환을 추진 중이다. IATA는 향후 공항 공용시스템의 CUPPS 전환 시 탑승수속 및 보딩업무 관련 각종 장비에 대한 표준 인터페이스 구현 및 항공사 어플리케이션 인증을 통해 항공사의 공용시스템 관련 개발 및 유지보수 비용이 감소될 것으로 예상하고 있다. 인천국제공항은 동북아 주요 공항들과 항공사 유치를 위해 치열하게 경쟁하고 있는 상황에서 항공사의 비용절감 효과를 기대할 수 있는 공항 공용시스템의 CUPPS 전환은 필수적이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 CUPPS 국제 기술표준을 기반으로 사용자의 요구사항에 따라 다양한 기능을 지원할 수 있는 인천국제공항의 컴포넌트(Component) 기반 차세대 공용여객처리시스템의 설계와 구현방안을 제시한다.

육상용 LED 램프의 선박 적응력에 관한 연구 (A study on the accommodation of common LED to shipboard)

  • Common LED (Light Emitting Diode) lamp has many advantages to compare with fluorescent lamp, long life and no pollution matter like the mercury. The LED lamp is a good light source especially for shipboard lighting because of its compact structure which prevents explosion and shock. Also, low maintenance cost is expected due to its longer life time in comparison with conventional lamps. The LED lamp, however, need some estimates that change of voltage and frequency, vibration, moisture on board to definite accommodation of the LED lamp to shipboard. The purpose of this study is to compare physical properties of a fluorescent lamp with one of the common LED lamp so as to analyze accommodation of common LED lamp on board. This study was carried out in two stages. First, temperature, humidity of illumination, voltage, electric current, frequency and electric power were measured by using experimental equipments. Second, a comparative analysis of consumption electric power, annual oil charge, annual CO2 emission and lamp life time, etc of the fluorescent lamp and common LED one was made. As a result of the study, the consumption electric power of fluorescent lamp was 50% higher than one of the common LED lamp. As a result of measuring life time, it was found that life time of common LED lamp was more about 3.5 fold than one of the fluorescent lamp. Considering these results, it's thought that common LED lamp is verified that energy saving is possible and using is possible as substitute for fluorescent lamp on board.

차세대 공용여객처리시스템 적용에 대한 효과 및 확대 가치에 관한 연구 - 인천국제공항 사례 중심으로 - (A Study on the effectiveness and expansive values of applying the next common use passenger processing systems - Focusing on case studies of Incheon International Airport -)

  • 차세대 공용여객처리시스템(Common Use Passenger Processing Systems or CUPPS)은 국제항공운송협회(International Air Transport Association, IATA)에서 제정한 항공사의 체크인 시스템인 디씨에스(Departure Control System or DCS)와 연계하여 승객의 체크인 및 보딩(boarding) 업무를 처리하는 새로운 공용시스템 국제 표준이다. IATA는 2009년 8월 CUPPS 표준을 제정하여 2012년 11월까지 기존의 Vendor들이 개별적으로 제공하고 있던 큐트(Common Use Terminal Equipment or CUTE)를 CUPPS 로 전환할 것을 전 세계 공항과 항공사에 권고하였다. IATA는 향후 CUPPS 전환 시 항공사의 공용시스템 관련 개발 및 각종 디바이스 컨트롤의 표준화로 시스템 구축, 관리 및 유지보수 비용이 감소될 수 있을 것으로 기대하고 있다. 또한 최종 사용자인 항공사는 지금까지 각 vendor들이 제공한 각 지역 공항의 개별적인 공용 환경에 맞추어 개발하여야 했던 어플리케이션을 중복 개발하는 비용을 절감할 수 있을 것으로 예상된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 인천공항공사(IIA)에서 국토부 R&D 사업으로 추진하고 개발이 완료된 CUPPS 표준의 에어큐스(Airport-Integrated Resources Common Use System or AIRCUS)에 대해 항공사 적용시험결과, 기존 Vendor들이 제공했던 CUTE 시스템과의 성능비교결과, 그리고 AIRCUS 시스템의 해외 수출 방안을 제시한다.

선박용 플랫바의 효율적인 NC 절단경로를 고려한 배치방법에 관한 연구 (A Study on Layout Method for Effective NC Cutting Path of the Flat-bar)

  • In this paper, the efficient layout method for generating common and continuous cutting path of flat-bar profile. The ‘flat -bar’ is a stiffener and has long rectangular shape. This paper describes a fast nesting algorithm of the flat-bar, and a procedure to generate cutting path of gas/plasma torch, which is operated by a NC (numerically controlled) gas/plasma cutting machine. By using this common and continuous path, the machining-time for cutting and the maintenance-cost of plasma-torch could be reduced. Proposed procedures are written in C-language and applied to the Interactive Flat-Bar-Nesting System executable on Open VMS with X-Window system.

공통납기를 고려한 병렬기계 일정계획 (A Parallel Processors Scheduling Problems with a Common Due Date)

  • This paper considers a scheduling of a set of jobs on single and multiple processors, when all jobs have a common due date and earliness and lateness are penalized at different cost rates. The objective is to determine the optimal value of a common due date and an optimal scheduling to minimize a total penalty function. It is also shown that a schedule having minimum weighted completion time variances must be V-shaped. For identical processors, a polynomial scheduling algorithm with the secondary objectives of minimizing makespan and machine occupancy is developed and a numerical example is presented.

Linked Data 기반의 메타데이타 모델을 활용한 소프트웨어 모델 통합 (Software Model Integration Using Metadata Model Based on Linked Data)

  • In the community of software engineering, diverse modeling languages are used for representing all relevant information in the form of models. Also many different models such as business model, business process model, product models, interface models etc. are generated through software life cycles. In this situation, models need to be integrated for enterprise integration and enhancement of software productivity. Researchers propose rebuilding models by a specific modeling language, using a intemediate modeling language and using common reference for model integration. However, in the current approach it requires a lot of cost and time to integrate models. Also it is difficult to identify common objects from several models and to update objects in the repository of common model objects. This paper proposes software model integration using metadata model based on Linked data. We verify the effectiveness of the proposed approach through a case study.

  • This study involves an experiment for the cognitive experiment design and the human reliability in software engineering. Its overall objectives are to analyze common-cause human domain error and reliability in human-software interaction. A laboratory study was performed to analyze software engineers' task behavior in software production and to identify software design factors contributing to the effects in common cause failure redundancy. Common-cause model and its function were developed, then the main experiment using programming experts was conducted in order to define a new cognitive paradigm, in the aspects of identification, pattern recognition, and behavior domain for human reliability and quality control in software development. The results and analytical procedures developed in this research can be applied to reliability improvement and cost reduction in software development for many applications. Results are also expected to provide guidelines for software engineering quality control and for more effective design of human-software interface system.

  • Designing a complex system such as an LCD developing system becomes inefficient when many designers are involved and create their own parts even though they can be used repeatedly in other sections. Thus, this paper proposes a new design process that can maximize the number of common parts in complex system design by organizing the 3D design process. The proposed design process consists of 5 stages: analysis of design intention, definition of initial product structure, definition of skeleton model, sharing design intention with all assembles, control of correlation between components. The proposed design process can maximize common parts in design process, which results in shorter lead time, less production cost, and greater economic benefits.
