사회적 지지, 자존감, 진로포부 간의 성차 모형 검증: 개인자존감과 집단자존감의 매개 역할 (The Sex Difference in Relationship Model among Social Support, Self-Esteem and Career Aspiration: The role of Collective Self-Esteem and Personal Self-Esteem)

  • 진로포부는 성인기 삶에서 중요한 직업적 삶의 적응과 관련된 변인으로서 많은 진로 연구자들의 지속적 관심을 받아왔다. 진로포부 발달의 성차의 심리적 기제를 밝히는 것은 여성과 남성의 진로 발달의 차이에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 개인의 잠재성 발현을 위한 효과적인 진로 지도 및 상담을 위해 꼭 필요한 일일 것이다. 본 연구는 진로포부 형성에 주요한 영향을 미치는 사회적 지지와 진로포부 간의 관계에서 개인자존감과 집단자존감이 어떠한 역할을 하는지를 조사한 후 이러한 심리적 기제가 성차에 따라 다른지를 검증하였다. 서울에 있는 대학교에서 심리학 관련 교양 수업을 듣는 학생 316명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였으며, 질문지에는 사회적 지지, 집단자존감, 개인자존감과 진로포부에 관한 문항들이 포함되었다. 구조 방정식 모형을 이용해 개인자존감과 집단자존감의 매개효과를 살펴보았을 때 결과는 다음과 같았다. 먼저, 개인자존감과 진로포부의 관계에 있어 집단자존감의 완전매개모형이 부분매개모형보다 더 우수한 적합도를 보여주었다. 다음으로 사회적 지지와 진로포부사이에서 개인자존감과 집단자존감의 부분매개효과 유의미하게 나타났다. 마지막으로 사회적지지, 개인자존감, 집단자존감과 진로포부 간의 관계 모형이 성차에 따라 달라지는 지를 확인해 본 결과 성차에 따라 이들 각 변인 간의 관계성에 있어서 차이가 있었다. 이와 같은 결과는 진로포부 형성에 있어서 독립된 개인에 대한 평가 또는 지각뿐만 아니라 개인 속한 사회적 집단에 대한 평가 또는 지각이 환경적 요인과의 상호작용을 통해 진로포부 형성에 영향을 끼침을 보여주는 것이다. 또한 성차에 따른 관계 모형의 차이는 진로포부 형성의 심리적 기제가 성차에 따라 다를 수 있음을 보여주는 것이다.

  • Many livings form groups that we consider as collective systems. Their collective behaviors are good model for the development of useful distributed systems. In this paper, We discussed the group of motile elements that is described by simple model. The dynamics of each element is described by simple kinematics, but the group shows various types of motions. In addition, we found out the formation of the group changes by modifying rc which is an optimum distance between each element. This modification shows us to observe close-packed structure, face-centered lattice, sim pie lattice and double file.

스마트워크 품질이 집단지성 및 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Smart Work Quality on Collective Intelligence and Job Satisfaction)

  • Purpose - As the rapid development of ICT has been made recently, many domestic companies are trying to introduce smart work infrastructure. The purpose of institution of smart work is to enhance their performance. To this end, it is necessary to advance the way of working. Developing employees' collective intelligence should be regarded as a prerequisite for advancing the way of working. Job satisfaction of the employees is another important factor to enhance organizational performance. So this study aims to provide the theoretical background of systematic approach to smart work quality by empirically analyzing the effect of smart work quality on collective intelligence and job satisfaction. Research design, data, and methodology - A structural equation model was designed to examine cause-and-effect relationships among three latent variables(smart work quality, collective intelligence, job satisfaction). Three hypotheses were formulated. The first hypothesis is that the effect of smart work quality on collective intelligence will be positively and statistically significant. Likewise, the second hypothesis is that the effect of smart work quality on job satisfaction will be positively and statistically significant. Finally, the third hypothesis is that the effect of collective intelligence on job satisfaction will be positively and statistically significant. Based on the previous researches, 34 questionnaire items were developed to measure the effect of the three variables. The survey was conducted on 162 employees who are working under smart work environment. The number of the effective questionnaires for the analysis was 154. PASW Statistics 18 and AMOS 18 were used for the statistical analysis. Results - The validity and reliability test for questionnaire items have been carried out. From the factor analysis, 1 out of 34 items was eliminated. As a result, 33 out of 34 items were used for analyzing. The values of Cronbach's α ranged from 0.701 to 0.910, indicating the acceptable reliability of the questionnaire items. The values of χ2, df, CFI, TLI, RMSEA of the model are 102.838, 51, 0.949, 0.935, 0.082, respectively. So the structural equation model was statistically significant. The first and third hypotheses were supported. But the second hypothesis was rejected. Conclusions - An analysis using structural equation model showed meaningful implications about the effect of smart work quality on collective intelligence and job satisfaction. First, as the five quality elements of the smart work improved, the level of collective intelligence increased. Second, the statistical analysis showed smart work didn't have a direct effect on job satisfaction, which is inconsistent with the prior findings. The main purpose of smart work is to help achieve greater performance. The companies also need to make efforts to improve job satisfaction of their employees along with achieving greater performance. Third, an organization with higher level of collective intelligence showed greater job satisfaction. The companies under smart work environment need to develop functions to encourage participation, sharing, openness, and collaboration. This research will provide useful information for the companies which want to introduce smart work, distribution information system, management information system, etc.

  • 인터넷은 '참여', '공유', '개방', '협력'의 웹 2.0이라는 새로운 패러다임으로 나타나고 있다. 웹 2.0은 전문가뿐만 아니라 일반 이용자들의 참여가 확대되고, 전문가 한 사람의 의견보다 집단의 다양한 생각이 더 많은 문제를 해결할 수 있다. 집단지성은 웹 2.0의 가치를 가장 잘 나타내는 기술로 교육적 활용을 위한 잠재력 또한 주목 받고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 학습자의 문제해결력과 프로그래밍 태도 신장을 위하여 집단지성을 활용한 문제중심학습 기반 프로그래밍 수업 모형을 개발하고 그 효과를 분석하였다. 적용 결과, 개발한 수업 모형은 학습자들의 문제해결력과 프로그래밍 태도에서 유의미하게 향상된 차이를 나타내었다. 이는 본 연구에서 개발한 집단지성을 활용한 문제 중심학습 기반 프로그래밍 수업 모형이 학습자들의 문제해결력과 프로그래밍 태도에 긍정적인 영향을 준 것으로 볼 수 있다.

도시단독주택지 저층고밀형 집합주택 모델의 적용에 관한 연구 - 우이동 국민주택단지를 대상으로 - (A Study on the Application of Low-Rise and High-Density Multiple Dwelling Housing Model in Urban Individual Residential Area - Focused on Ui-dong Public Detached Housing Area -)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the indiscriminate development occuring as a result of high-density land use per lot in residential areas of Seoul, which mainly consist of detached houses. The primary goals of this study were: (1) to suggest a block unit development method as an alternative architectural method of the current uniform development, in which high-rise and high-density apartments are usually built; and (2) to check the feasibility of the suggested method. Based on the analyses of the existing block composition types of residential areas, the prerequisite planning indices for applying a collective housing model were investigated. Subsequent to applying a collective housing type within each unit block, the collective housing model was analyzed. The results of the analyses showed that indiscriminate development was rampant in detached urban houses areas, and more than 70% of the buildings constructed before the 1980s needed re-development. The feasibility of the models was investigated depending on the models of low-rise and high-density collective housing, which utilize various block arrangements such as the court type, linear type, villa type, and composite type. The results of this study showed that the newly applied low-rise and highdensity multiple dwelling housing model in urban individual residential area significantly contributed to creating a good living environment in terms of both physical and psychological aspects.

  • 대학교육에서 이상적인 '집단지성기반의 협력학습' 모델은 아직 합의되지도 않았고 여전히 이론적인 수준에 머물러 있다. 집단지성기반의 협력 학습이 되기 위해선 다양한 구성원들이 자신이 가진 최대한의 역량을 동원하여 공동의 목표 달성을 위한 기여에 능동적으로 참여할 수 있도록 촉진하고 배려해야 한다. 아직 교육현장에서 실제 모형이 개발되지 않고 있는 집단지성기반의 협력학습모델은 창의적 융합인재 양성에 핵심적 프로그램이라 판단된다. 그러하기에 현대 강연의 주요 특징인 집단지성형 콘텐츠로의 진화는 수시로 확인하고 눈여겨 볼 필요가 있다. 그와 연관된 시도의 일환으로 본 연구는 tvN이 기획하고 시도한 커넥티브 강연쇼 '창조클럽 199' 콘텐츠에 주목하였다. 지향하는 기획 의도도 시대의 요구를 잘 수렴하고 있지만 더욱 돋보이는 것은 참여자들과 함께하는 집단지성 기반의 '방법' 들을 현실에 구현해내었다는 점이다.

Analysis of the Work Time and the Collective Dose by Correcting the Learning-Forgetting Curve Model in Decommissioning of a Nuclear Facility

  • Background: As the number of nuclear facilities nearing their pre-determined design life increases, demand is increasing for technology and infrastructure related to the decommissioning and decontamination (D&D) process. It is necessary to consider the nature of the dismantling environment constantly changing and the worker doing new tasks. A method was studied that can calculate the effect of learning and the change in work time on the work process, according to the learning-forgetting curve model (LFCM). Materials and Methods: The LFCM was analyzed, and input values and scenarios were analyzed for substitution into the D&D process of a nuclear facility. Results and Discussion: The effectiveness and efficiency of the training were analyzed. It was calculated that skilled workers can receive a 16.9% less collective radiation dose than workers with only basic training. Conclusion: Using these research methods and models, it was possible to calculate the change in the efficiency of workers performing new tasks in the D&D process and the corresponding reduction in the work time and collective dose.

Constructing the Semantic Information Model using A Collective Intelligence Approach

  • Knowledge is often represented as a set of rules or a semantic network in intelligent systems. Recently, ontology has been widely used to represent semantic knowledge, because it organizes thesaurus and hierarchal information between concepts in a particular domain. However, it is not easy to collect semantic relationships among concepts. Much time and expense are incurred in ontology construction. Collective intelligence can be a good alternative approach to solve these problems. In this paper, we propose a collective intelligence approach of Games With A Purpose (GWAP) to collect various semantic resources, such as words and word-senses. We detail how to construct the semantic information model or ontology from the collected semantic resources, constructing a system named FunWords. FunWords is a Korean lexical-based semantic resource collection tool. Experiments demonstrated the resources were grouped as common nouns, abstract nouns, adjective and neologism. Finally, we analyzed their characteristics, acquiring the semantic relationships noted above. Common nouns, with structural semantic relationships, such as hypernym and hyponym, are highlighted. Abstract nouns, with descriptive and characteristic semantic relationships, such as synonym and antonym are underlined. Adjectives, with such semantic relationships, as description and status, illustration - for example, color and sound - are expressed more. Last, neologism, with the semantic relationships, such as description and characteristics, are emphasized. Weighting the semantic relationships with these characteristics can help reduce time and cost, because it need not consider unnecessary or slightly related factors. This can improve the expressive power, such as readability, concentrating on the weighted characteristics. Our proposal to collect semantic resources from the collective intelligence approach of GWAP (our FunWords) and to weight their semantic relationship can help construct the semantic information model or ontology would be a more effective and expressive alternative.

소셜네트워크서비스에서 집합적 효능감이 이용자들의 자기노출에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Collective Efficacy on Self-Disclosure in Social Network Services)

  • With the development of information technology, social network services (SNS) such as Facebook and Twitter became popular and many users disclose their personal and sensitive information like private story, photographs and location information through posting and sharing. Despite the privacy concerns in SNSs, individuals continue to disclose their identity online. This phenomenon is called 'privacy paradox'. The purpose of this study is to examine the role of collective efficacy on self-disclosure in SNS context and to explain privacy paradox phenomenon. Drawing upon the communication privacy management theory, research model was developed and empirically tested with cross-sectional data from 306 individuals. Results revealed that collective efficacy has a direct positive effect on self-disclosure while privacy risk is negatively related to self-disclosure. However, privacy concern is not directly related to self-disclosure. The relationship between privacy concern and self-disclosure was moderated by collective efficacy.

  • This study suggests a Causal Loop Diagram(CLD) of causality mechanism which are integrating matters of localization, networking, embeddedness & institutional thickness and collective learning. These five factors(localization, networking, embeddedness & institutional thickness, collective learning, innovative synergy) have been studied and proofed Also this study suggest a model of industry cluster based on holistic and global system thinking rather than local and linear thinking.
