소비자의 선택제품의 몰입을 유도하는 결정 확신성과 안락감의 영향요인 (The Factors Affecting Decision Confidence and Comfort that Induce Choice Commitment)

  • Purpose - Present study aimed at investigating the factors that may affect consumers' decision confidence and decision comfort inducing choice commitment taken place at the stage of post-decision/pre-outcome. This study explored whether there are positive effects of dominance and instrumentality of chosen product on the decision confidence, and also identified whether there are positive effects of choice easiness and goal achievement-related affect felt at the chosen product on the decision comfort. Research design, data, and methodology - Portable digital camera as experimental product was used. 260 data were collected from college students. Four were removed from the analyses because they did not complete the questionnaire. Eighteen were removed because they indicated not experiencing the camera in the past. 238 data were used at the analyses to verify hypotheses by structural equation model in AMOS 21.0. Results - First, both of the consumers' decision confidence and decision comfort positively affected choice commitment. Second, the dominance as well as the instrumentality had positive impact upon the decision confidence. Third, the choice easiness and goal achievement-related affect felt at the chosen product had positive impact on the decision comfort. In sum, present study identified the mediation roles of the decision confidence in the effects of both dominance and instrumentality of the chosen product on forming choice commitment, and also found the mediation roles of the decision comfort in the effects of choice easiness and goal achievement-related affect felt at the product on forming choice commitment. Conclusions - Focusing on the stage of post-decision/pre-outcome in decision making process, present study contributes to advancing the choice commitment theories by exploring the positive effects of both dominance and instrumentality of chosen product on the decision confidence, and by finding the positive effects of both choice easiness and goal achievement-related affect felt at the chosen product on the decision comfort. Marketers should promote their products' dominance and instrumentality by showing the superior roles of their product attributes in achieving consumption goal, and should help consumers feel comfort by making choice process easier and giving information that could help feel the goal achievement-related affect at their product chosen.

간호대학생의 진로결정 자기효능감과 진로탐색행동 및 진로결정몰입에 대한 인식 (Nursing Students' Awareness of Career Decision-making Self-efficacy, Career Search Behavior and Commitment to Career Choice)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate nursing students' awareness of career decision-making self-efficacy, career search behavior and commitment to career choice. Methods: Data were collected using a self-report questionnaire from 397 nursing students in D city from October 1 to October 8, 2014. Results: The average score of career decision-making self-efficacy, career search behavior and commitment to career choice was 3.42, 3.08 and 3.27 on a Likert 5 point-scale respectively. Career decision-making self-efficacy and career search behavior were significantly different according to grade of subject. There were positive correlations between career decision-making self-efficacy, career search behavior and commitment to career choice. Conclusion: It is necessary to develop an effective career support program from 1st grade to improve nursing student's career decision-making self-efficacy, career search behavior and commitment to career choice.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 가족탄력성, 자기결정성, 그리고 진로결정 몰입간의 구조적 관계를 밝히는데 있다. 연구대상은 충북과 경북 소재 4개 대학교에 재학 중인 학생 277명이었으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 가족탄력성은 자기결정성(자율성, 유능성, 관계성)과 진로결정 몰입에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 가족탄력성이 높은 환경의 대학생일수록 더 자기결정적이고, 진로결정에 대한 몰입의 정도가 높다고 할 수 있다. 둘째, 대학생의 자기결정성(자율성, 유능성, 관계성)은 진로결정 몰입에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 더 자기결정적인 대학생일수록 더 높은 수준의 진로결정 몰입을 경험한다고 할 수 있다. 셋째, 대학생의 가족탄력성은 자기결정성(자율성, 유능성, 관계성)을 통하여 진로결정 몰입에 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 대학생의 가족탄력성이 진로결정 몰입에 영향을 미치는 과정에 자기결정성(자율성, 유능성, 관계성)이 매개효과를 가진다고 할 수 있다.

  • Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the effects of personality, ego-resilience, and commitment to career choice on the adaptation to college among new nursing students residing in various regions. Methods: The participants were 175 freshmen in nursing departments at 7 universities located in D Metropolitan city. Data were collected through an online questionnaire from June 20, 2022 to July 1, 2022. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe's test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis using IBM SPSS/WIN 28.0 software. Results: The average scores of participants were as follows: personality (4.10±0.41), ego-resilience (3.55±0.62), commitment to career choice (3.36±0.59), and adaptation to college (3.63±0.58). The factors influencing college adaptation were ego-resilience, personality, satisfaction with nursing major, and commitment to career choice. The combined explanatory power of these variables for college adaptation was 64.8%. Conclusion: This study highlights the necessity for developing educational programs, training initiatives, and curricular activities to enhance ego-resilience, foster appropriate personality, increase satisfaction with nursing major, and improve commitment to career choice levels among new nursing students residing in various regions.

대학생의 진로유형별 진로스트레스 대처방식 및 진로결정몰입의 차이 (Differences of Career Stress Coping Strategy and Commitment to Career Choice among the Career Types for College Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze group differences of Commitment to career choice and Career stress coping strategy by the Career decision and Career preparation behavior for College Students. Through the results of this study we wanted to look for discriminatory implications for the counseling intervention. The data of 720 college students were collected for the study. The distinction of four types was revealed by the results from Crosstabs and One-way ANOVA. The frequency of upper grades indicated ideal type. But the immature type was fourth grade. There were significant differences in accordance with the two-dimensional typology of Commitment to career choice and Career stress coping strategy by One-way ANOVA. Discussion focused on effective intervention strategies in career counseling based on group differences by the Career decision and Career Preparation Behavior.

대학생의 진로스트레스, 진로선택몰입 및 진로결정 자기효능감과의 관계 (Relationship of career-related stress, commitment to a career choice and career decision self-efficacy of college students)

  • 본 연구는 대학생의 진로스트레스, 진로선택몰입 및 진로결정 자기효능감과의 관계를 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상은 P시에 소재한 4년제 대학생 293명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 2015년 5월 6일부터 5월 29일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 서술적 통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson,s correlation coefficient, Hierarchical regression analysis로 분석하였다. 연구결과 대상자의 진로스트레스는 진로선택몰입(r=-.731, p<.001)과 진로결정 자기효능감(r=-.449, p<.001)과 유의한 음의 상관관계가 있었으며, 진로스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인은 학년(${\beta}$=.99, p<.017)과 진로선택몰입(${\beta}$=-.707, p<.001)이었다. 그러므로 대학생의 진로스트레스를 감소시키기 위해서는 진로선택몰입과 진로결정 자기효능감을 향상시키기 위한 교육프로그램이 필요하다.

직업전문학교 학생들의 자기결정성과 진로준비행동에 관한 매개효과: 진로결정몰입 중심으로 (Mediating Effect between Self-Determination and Career Preparation Behavior of Students at Vocational Training School : focusing on Commitment to Career Choice)

  • 본 연구는 직업전문학교 학생들의 진로결정몰입(진로탐색몰입과 진로대안배제경향)이 자기결정성(자율성, 유능감, 관계성)과 진로준비행동 간에 매개효과를 나타내는지 분석함으로써 진로준비에 대한 구체적이고 실질적인 전략마련에 대한 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 서울소재 A직업전문학교 258명이었으며 위계적 중다회귀 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 첫째 진로결정몰입(진로탐색몰입, 진로대안배제경향)은 자기결정성과 진로준비행동 간에 부분매개효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 둘째, 자기결정성(유능감, 자율성, 관계성)은 진로준비행동을 예측하였고 이 중 관계성이 상대적으로 가장 큰 영향을 끼치고 있었다. 이와 같은 연구결과는 직업전문학교 학생들의 진로준비 행동을 효과적으로 강화하기 위해서 자기결정성과 진로결정몰입을 높일 수 있는 학습 환경의 조성과 그에 상응하는 진로프로그램 개발이 필요함을 시사한다.

간호학과 신입생의 공감능력, 사회적지지, 전공만족도가 진로선택몰입에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Empathy, Social Support, and Major Satisfaction on the Career Choice Commitment in Nursing Freshmen)

  • 본 연구는 간호학과 신입생의 공감능력, 사회적지지 및 전공만족도가 진로선택몰입에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구의 대상자는 충북 1개 대학과 경북의 1개 대학의 간호학과 신입생 153명이다. 자료수집 기간은 2024년 6월 3일부터 6월 15일까지 이루어졌으며 설문지 작성 소요시간은 30분 정도였다. 연구결과 전공선택몰입의 설명력은 46.3%로 나타났고, 회귀모형은 통계적으로 유의하였다(F=44.71, p<001). 영향요인을 살펴보면 전공만족도(β=.50, p<.001), 공감능력(β=.25, p<.001), 대학만족 더미2(보통) (β=-.13, p=.042) 순이었다. 본 연구결과 진로선택몰입에 미치는 영향요인으로 확인된 공감능력, 사회적지지, 전공만족도 외에도 다양한 요인을 확인하기 위한 추 후 반복연구를 제언하며, 간호대학 신입생 외 학년별 진로선택몰입에 미치는 영향요인을 확인하여 학년별 맞춤형 진로 탐색 및 취업 프로그램 개발을 제언한다.

대학생의 진로결정몰입과 전공만족의 관계에서 개인작인신념의 효과 (Effect of the Personal Agency Beliefs in the Relationship between the Commitment to a Career Choice and Major Satisfaction of College Student)

  • 본 연구는 대학생의 전공만족과 진로결정몰입에 있어 개인작인신념이 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 검증하고자 하였다. 연구를 수행하기 위해 서울, 경기 인천, 강원, 충청, 경상 지역에 소재한 4년제 국 공립 대학교 재학생 총 626명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 자료처리는 SPSSWIN19.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도측정, 일원배치분산분석, 상관분석, 선형회귀분석, 조절적 중다회귀분석, 매개회귀분석 등을 실시하였다. 분석결과 전공에 대한 만족 수준이 높을수록 진로결정몰입 수준이 높은 것으로 나타났으며 전공만족도와 진로결정몰입의 관계에 있어 개인작인신념이 부분매개 또는 완전매개를 하는 것으로 나타났다.

A Study on the Influence of Choice Properties of Food Carving Decoration Lecture on Recommended Intention and Revisiting Intention

  • This paper examines the effect of the choice properties of food carving decoration lectures on the recommendation and revisiting intention. As the culinary industry grows, consumers seek not only the value of satiety through food but also the value of aesthetics. They perceived satisfaction from the taste and appearance of the food as well as the interior of the restaurant and the service. Food carving is an important means of fulfilling consumer satisfaction value which is ever-changing. This study attempts to analyze the relationship between the choice properties of food carving lectures and the course recommendation and revisiting intention. This study hypothesis was formulated and the survey was conducted on 125 respondents who had experienced food carving lectures. The reliability and validity of measurement items were verified through Cronbach's Alpha and factor analysis. As a result, all measurement items showed no abnormality. The results of the analyses are as follows. The education satisfaction, education commitment, and brand image, the choice properties of food carving decoration lecture, were found to have a positive effect on the recommendation intention. The results also showed that the education commitment and brand image of food carving decoration lectures were positively associated with revisiting intention. Lastly, the implications of these findings were suggested and for future research were discussed.
