This paper was designed for the purpose of helping the functional comprehension on the concept of a circumcenter and an incenter of triangle and offering the help for teaching-learning process on their definitions. We analysed the characteristic of the definition on a circumcenter and an incenter of triangle and studied the context, mean and purpose on the definition. The definition focusing on the construction is the definition stressed on the consistency of the concept through the fact that it is possible to draw figure of the concept. And this definition is the thing that consider the extend of the concept from triangle to polygon. Meanwhile this definition can be confused because the concept is not connected with the terminology. The definition focusing on the meaning is easy to memorize the concept because the concept is connected with the terminology but is difficult to search for the concept truth. And this definition is the thing that has the grounds on the occurrence but is taught in a made-knowledge. The definition focusing on both the construction and meaning is the definition that the starting point is vague in the logical proof process. We hope that the results are used to improve the understanding the concept of a circumcenter and an incenter of triangle in the field of mathematical education.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of Bibliotherapy Program for competency enhancement in nursing students. A quasi-experimental design was employed in this study. Participants for the study were 24 nursing students, 10 in the experimental group and 14 in the control group. This Program was conducted on the experimental group once a week for 90~120minutes/session during 10weeks(9session). Data were analyzed by using the SPSS/WIN. 21.0 program with ${\chi}^2$ test, t-test and two-way ANOVA. As a result, Participants in the bibliotherapy reported significantly different in total competency(F=10.62, p=.001) scores from those in the control group. Components of competence were significant differences in the Basic competencies(F=8.74, p=.001) and Practical competencies(F=8.58, p=.001) scores, but the Results competence in citizenship competency(F=.229, p=0.797), there was no significant difference. This Program was effective in increasing competency(basic competencies and practical competencies) for nursing students. Therefore, this approach is recommended as enhance the competency strategy for nursing students.

In the dissertation, Bibos are discussed as landscape features in the geographical context of Youngnam Region. The bibo tradition in Youngnam Region began with the incorporation of temple structures in Shilla and Kaya kingdoms, and spread throughout the country during the period of Unified Shilla. In Korea Dynasty, the diffusion of temple Bibo gained momentum, because Buddhism was worshipped as national religion. Then came a sea change in the Bibo repertoire with the replacement of Buddhism by Confucianism as an ideological prop for Chason Korea. The retreat of Buddhism led to the popularization of feng-shui motifs in Bibo strategy. The centers of the diffusion of the logic of bibo were major towns such as Kyongju, Ahndong, Sangju, and Chinju. The diffusion process continued top-down to mid-sized towns, and to the bottom of small villages. What sustained the hierarchical diffusion of Bibo attributes was myriad of transportation lines. The main artery of the diffusion in Korea Dynasty was that connecting Kaegyong to Kyongju. That same function was performed by the royal road running from Seoul through Sangju, Milyang, and to Tongrae. In the age of modernization, the feng-shui and Bibo landscapes have lost their original aura. They have suffered from the ruthless attacks of the Enlightenment logic of science. However, the elan vital of feng-shui and Bibo are still visible and strongly felt in the countryside. From field experiences, one can notice that the Bibo landscapes are tightly integrated into the rural way of life. The durability of the traditional geomancy shows us the beauty of the harmonious interplay between Youngnam people and the nature.

As an alternative of making students active and independent under the passive learning conditions in school math classes, many researchers have paid much attention to problem posing and done a lot of research on it. Above all, Brown and Walter proposed What I f Not strategy as a means of problem posing. In this strategy, during the process of posing problems, the transformation of their attributes is inevitably made, and so after problem posing, the process is finished by explaining the problem. But only the simple transformation of attributes could pose wrong problems. It suggests that it is very important to recognize the relationship which leads to organic connection between attributes in order to pose the right problem. However, many other studies of problem posing haven't focused on this fact. Thus, this study tried to design a model of problem posing to help recognize inherent knowledge in the problem and then pose the right problem by adding an activity of meaning analysis. We concretely showed a model of problem posing emphasizing the analysis of meaning by means of an example, thereby examining the meaning of the model. This study expects students to have the chance to understand the true meaning of problem posing and to be active learners after all.
The purpose of the study is to analyze the phenomenon of private education and to get the countermeasures of it. To do this, we approached the phenomenon of private education from the game theory, which is famous in economics. As result, we could make the mathematical model. One is a model consisted of two-person. This is a mathematical model simplifying the competition within the school. The problem of private education can be solved by the disconnection with private education and exam of school in this model. The other is a model consisted of three-person. This is a mathematical model simplifying the interscholastic competition. The problem of private education can not only be solved by the disconnection with private education and exam of school, but can be also solved by the specificity of school education in this model. We will hope that our study can give an aid in deciding an educational policy.
The purpose of this study was to determine the optimum water intaking depth for water treatment plant based on the changes of phytoplankton distributions in Unmun reservoir. Sampling was carried around of intaking tower near the Dam site at monthly intervals from February to Ocotber in 1998. Total 79 phytoplankton taxa were observed and they were classified into 4 varieties, 75 species within 51 genera. Diatoms were mainly dominated from February to July. However Rhodomonas sp. was a dominant species in August, and Microcystis ichthyblabe in September and October. Cell density of 122,800 cells/mL in October was the highest, and 415 cells/mL in May was the lowest. The pattern of vertical distribution was similar until May; however, the cell density in the epilimnion was much higher than it in the hypolimnion during the periods with the high water temperature over $20^{\circ}C$ since June. The water depths showing over 5,000 cells/mL ranged from the surface to 9m in June, surface to 6m in September, and on the only surface in October. Based on water temperature and phytoplankton vertical distribution, the depth of 6m appeared to be the optimum intaking depth far water treatment plant: 75.4 to 98.0% of phytoplankton cell densities could be avoided and the temperature over $18.3^{\circ}C$ was preserved to prevent cold water damage for rice growth at the water depth during cyanobacterial blooming period in Unmun reservoir.

Ochratoxin A (OA), a naturally occurring mycotoxin, has been known to cause renal and hepatic lesion in human and animals. This study was carried out to investigate the modulation effects of antioxidant vitamins on OA-induced lipid peroxidation associated with oxidative damage. Vitamin C (10 mg/kg/day) and vitamin E (63.8 mg/kg/day) were administered by intraperitoneal (i.p.) injection to male ICR mice, and 1 hr later, OA which was dissolved in 0.1 M $NaHCO_3$, treated 4 mg/kg/day by i.p. injection. During 4 days repeated, and then measured superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, catalase activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) formation in microsomes of liver and kidney. Additionally, the relationship between cell damage and modulation effects of antioxidant vitamins was evaluated by comet assay. Results were as followed; i) SOD, catalase activity and MDA level were significantly increased by OA treated, ii) SOD, catalase activity and MDA formation were significantly decreased by antioxidant vitamins combine treated, iii) blood cell damage associated with lipid peroxidation, induced by OA, also modulated by antioxidant vitamins. These results indicated that antioxidant vitamins might be used for prevention of renal and hepatic damage due to ochratoxicosis.
The yield of cellulase derived from Trichoderma $(O_2-1)$ was remarkably varied with various concentration of ethanol and acetone in purification of the enzyme. In the purification with ethanol of ${\beta}-glucosidase$, the best result was obtained in the concentration of 60% and, of CMCase and of filter paper disintegrating enzyme 80%. And in the purification with acetone of ${\beta}-glucosidase$, filter paper disintegrating enzyme, and CMCase, in the concentration of 60%, 80%, and 90% respectively, was shown the best yield. The activities of crude Cellulase preparation could be seperated into few of fractions by column chromatography with Silica gel, Cellulose powder, and gauze. Most of CMCase, avicelase, and ${\beta}-glucosidase$ were eluted, but most of filter paper disintegrating enzyme and the rest of enzymes mentioned the above were absorbed, and were eluted with water. Therefore, it was considered that CMCase is different from filter paper disintegrating enzyme in properties. The relative activity of CMCase was different from that of avicelase in the peak of elusion part. And it was considered that filter paper disintegrating enzyme and cellulose powder saccharifying enzyme was seperated respectively as absorption part and non absorption part. The auther came to the conclusion that at least there were more than three sorts of cellulase in Trichoderma $(O_2-1)$ cellulase preparation.
The characteristics of crude enzyme produced from Trichoderma viride($O_2-1$) which isolated from half spoiled Locust acacia wood (Robinia Pseudacacia Linne) were examined in this paper. The results obtained were summarized as follows: 1) As a results of enzymatic action on several cellulose substrate it was found that there were some sorts of cellulase in crude enzyme. 2) The activity of C.M.C. ase and ${\beta}-glucosidase$ were decreased in accordance with increasing concentration of substrate, and filter paper saccharifying enzyme relatively increased in accordance with increasing concentration of substrate and enzyme in couse of time. 3) The optimal pH of each enzyme was 5.0 and the range of stability on pH generally from 3 to 6. 4) In disintegrating activity on filter paper, in decomposing activity on C.M.C. and $p-nitrophenyl-{\beta}-D-glucoside$, and in saccharifying activity on filter paper, the optimal temperatures were $50^{\circ}C.,\;60^{\circ}C,\;and\;65^{\circ}C$. 5) The order of stability on temperature was as follow; saccharifying activity on filter paper decomposing activity on C.M.C. disintegrating activity on filter paper>decomposing activity on $p-nitrophenyl-{\beta}-D-glucoside$. 6) The activity of the enzymes was inhibited with mercuric and silver ion, and activated with potassium.
Starch was liquefied by the bacteriological ${\alpha}-amylase$ and saccharified separately by four strains of mold as saccharogenic enzymes, then thise was fermented for research the fermentation rates, the usefulness of application of four strains of mold and the S.P to need in proportion increasing of concentration of mixed-starches for brewing in this experiment. The obtained results were as follows: 1) In the ability of saccharificatien, fermentation and acid resistance, Aspergillus usamii mut shirousamii, which were used to produce the koji, were excellent, however, Rhizopus delemar had heavy pollution in a lot of production of koji, were-as its qualities as enzyme was good. 2) The necessary S.P in proportion to the concentration of mixed-starch for brewing was found in this experiment in which was fermented in the various concentration of the adding S.P and the mixed-starches for brewing. 3) In the experiment of almost manufacture scale, the S.P needed essentially in the saccharogenic formentation was found and the usefulness of the necessary S.P was observed, and in fact in the manufacture scale it was safer to add the S.P more than 1.2% because it must be considered that the ability of enzymes is reduced by heat or acid. 4) The period of fermentation was shorten because the conditions for yeast propagation were excellent as a results of starches being liquefied by bacteriological amylase, and saccharified by molds as saccharogenic enzymes.
