일부 치과기공사의 여가만족도 및 관련요인에 대한 연구 (A Study of the relevant factors affecting the satisfaction of leisure activities among the dental technicians)

  • This study explored the status of free time activities among the dental technicians who are working at Seoul, Gyonggido, and Gangwondo. On the basis of this research, we aim to present needs and applicable solutions to improve the working conditions and enhance the quality of life through more effective time management in free time activities that lead to their self development and far more enriched life. 500 subjects were randomly chosen and the questionary sheets were provided. Among them, 305 sheets were returned to be analysed through SPSS Win 10.0 software and the results are as follows; First, mean in the satisfaction of leisure activities was 3.44(SD=.73). Mean in sub categories was as follows; psychological factor(M=3.65, SD=.71), social factor(M=3.54, SD=.75), rest factors(M=3.52, SD=.63), physical factor(M=3.43, SD=.88), other factors(M=3.40, SD=.66), circumstantial factor(M=3.33, SD=.63), educational factor(M=3.24, SD=.73). Second, the most relevant sub categories in the satisfaction of leisure activities were social, educational, physical, and other circumstantial factors by sequence. Factors that affect leisure activities satisfaction were career and status of health, which shows statistical significance(p<.001). That is to say, contention of this study is that the general characteristics are closely related with and affect the types and the level of satisfaction in leisure activities of the subjects. Considering these results, the dental businesses and the associations of dental technicians should recognize the needs to improve the time management through more efficient cooperations between dentists and back office dental team, systemized working time, and introduction of incentive system among others. On the basis of this appreciation, the dental business should provide more time and various opportunities with the dental technicians. Dental technicians also need to reconsider their appreciations of leisure activities, that is, leisure activities are not just spending time doing something but they refresh them and enable them to be more active and faithful to home and work.

Development of Characteristic Internship Program on Engineering Education

  • A practice on learn-by-doing career education programs has been operated in Faculty of Engineering in Niigata University from 2006. The purpose of the activity is reduction of early unemployment which is due to the gaps between the situations which university students would expect in their job hunting processes and those of their practical work places after getting jobs. We developed a novel internship program to let the students notice the practical situations of engineers outside the university. A major part of the program is composed of two different kinds of internships and what we call a career design workshop. The characteristic programs are called "Market Internship" and "Technology Internship". In the activities, they are organically connected with each other. In the paper we refer to one of the unique internship programs "Technology Internship", which is characterized as a longer-term practice than usual. In the course of one-month internship practices, the students obtained deeper understandings and closer relationship to the practical work places of the companies than usual internships which last less than two weeks. The students estimated these unique experiences effective for their job hunting in near future.

교육적 가치를 높이는 디지털배지 설계와 활용 연구 (Research on the Design and Use of Digital Badges to Increase Educational Value)

  • The rapid change in industry and the technological gap give rise to social demand for upskilling and reskilling and spread of alternative education. Against this backdrop, digital certification and career management tools can be used to manage various types of learning activities comprehensively. Digital badges provide various kinds of history information related to individual learning, and the reliability and transparency of the issued information can be strengthened by applying blockchain technology. There have been various discussions about digital badges for a long time, but due to the lack of standards to support the issuance and distribution of digital badges, they have been partially used in some areas. However, interest in digital badges is increasing due to the development of related technologies, establishment of standards, paradigm changes in higher education, and government policies related to nurturing digital talent. This paper deals with the use of digital badges for efficient and transparent learning management and career management in an online learning environment. The researcher analyzes the technical characteristics and use cases of digital badges, and proposes a plan for use in online higher education based on them.

특성화 고등학교 학생의 취업역량강화를 위한 직장예절 교육프로그램 개발 (Development of the Workplace Etiquette Education Program for Strengthen of Employment Capability of Specialized High School Students)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 특성화 고등학교 학생의 취업역량강화를 위하여 직장예절 교육프로그램을 개발하는 것이다. 이 연구는 준비, 개발, 개선의 3가지 단계로 이루어졌으며, 그 내용은 다음과 같다. 준비 단계에서는 학생, 교사, 산업체의 요구를 조사 분석하였고, 그에 맞는 직장예절 교육프로그램의 주제를 선정하였다. 개발 단계에서는 직장예절 교육프로그램의 목표를 설정하고, '직업과 예절', '직장 조직의 이해', '올바른 직장예절', '자기관리'의 4가지 영역으로 나누어 학습 내용 및 경험을 선정하여 직장예절 교육프로그램을 구성하였다. 개선 단계에서는 전문가에 의한 타당도 검증, 학생들에 의한 현장시험을 실행하여 직장예절 교육프로그램을 수정 보완하였다. 이 연구의 결과인 직장예절 교육프로그램은 다음과 같은 특징을 갖고 있다. 첫째, 개발된 직장예절 교육프로그램은 총 8차시로서 상황에 따라 융통성 있게 적용 가능하다. 둘째, 개발된 직장예절 교육프로그램은 직장생활에서 발생하는 다양한 사례를 중심으로 올바른 직장예절을 학습할 수 있도록 구성하였다. 셋째, 개발된 직장예절 교육프로그램의 내용은 '직업과 예절', '직장 조직의 이해', '올바른 직장예절', '자기관리'의 네 가지 영역으로 이루어졌다. 넷째, 개발된 직장예절 교육프로그램은 교사용 자료와 학생용 자료로 구성하여 교사와 학생 모두 쉽게 활용할 수 있도록 하였다. 다섯째, 개발된 직장예절 교육프로그램은 고등학교 '진로와 직업' 교과에서 활용할 수 있으며, 창의적 체험활동, 창의적 재량활동 및 특별활동 등의 진로교육에서도 활용할 수 있다.

농촌주민(農村住民)의 기초수요(基礎需要) 조사연구(調査硏究) (A Study on the Basic Needs of Rural People for the Better Rural Human Settlement)

  • The purposes of the study were to find out the basic needs of rural people and to get some implications for the integrated rural regional development. The data were gathered from 376 local government officers and change agents in 8 Provinces. Major results of study were as follows ; (1) Average income of rural households meet $90{\sim}100$ present of average income of urban households. (2) Most of respondents replied that average labor inputs should not exceed $7{\sim}8$ hours per a day. (3) Basic requirement of school career for the rural life was high school graduate. (4) Education expenditure should be less then 6 percent of total consumption expenditure. (5) Rural people should be able to access to basic public facilities such as school, hospital and drag store within thirty minitues. (6) Desirable housing space for rural life was $66{\sim}72.5m^2$. (7) Rural people should enjoy $3{\sim}4$ times of cultural activities and $3{\sim}4$ times of tours in a year.

학생 외부활동 관리기능을 포함한 학급관리 시스템의 구현 : 스마트 디바이스를 활용하여 (Implementation of the Class Management System Including the Management Function of Students' Outside Activities: Using Smart Devices)

  • 개정교육과정에서는 창의적 인재육성의 목표 아래 다양한 창의활동과 진로활동이 강조되고 있다. 창의적 체험활동으로 대표되는 이 정책의 시행 이후에 교사는 교원 고유의 학급경영 업무이외에 체험활동의 기획과 실행, 안전사고에 대한 예방과 같은 포괄적인 책임을 가지게 되어 업무 부담을 많이 느끼고 있다. 기존의 교사 업무용 정보시스템에서는 규격화된 정보의 제공과 관리만 할 수 있는 한계가 있다. 본 연구에서는 창의적 체험활동을 포함하여 변화하는 교육현장에 맞추고 체계적으로 학급관리를 지원할 수 있는 정보시스템을 개발하여 교육과정의 목표를 달성하는 것에 도움이 되고자한다. 전체 시스템은 교사용 어플리케이션과 학생용 쪽지시험 어플리케이션, 학생용 출결체크 어플리케이션, 교사용 전체 관리시스템으로 구성된다. 관리시스템은 창의적 체험활동을 위한 위치확인, 소감문 등록, 활동등록 기능을 포함한다. 이 시스템을 통해 창의적 체험활동을 포함한 다양한 학급활동을 체계적으로 관리할 수 있고 교사들 간의 활동내역 공유가 가능하여 교사들의 업무효율성 향상에 기여하였고 나아가 이 시스템을 통하여 개정교육과정의 목표달성에 도움을 줄 것으로 판단되어진다.

초등 과학과 '지구와 우주' 영역의 STS 내용 분석 (An Analysis of STS Contents in the area of 'The Earth and the Universe' in Elementary Science Subject)

  • This study aims to compare and analyze the types of teaching-learning activities, themes and percentage of STS contents in the area of "The Earth and the Universe" in elementary science subject following the 7th Curriculum and 2007 Revised Curriculum, identifying how STS education has changed and their features. First, the number of pages where STS appears in the 2007 revised science textbook has increased over 10% compared to the that of the 7th curriculum. In particular, the number of pages in the 5th and 6th graders increased substantially to 15% and 34%, respectively. Second, as a result of analysis on components of STS, 'applications of science', 'local and community relevance', 'social problem and issues', 'evaluation concerned fir getting and using information' were obtained in the order named for the 7th curriculum; while 'applications of science', 'local and community relevance', 'career awareness' and 'social problem and issues' were obtained in the order named for 2007 revised curriculum. Third, with regard to the analysis on theme areas, the 7th curriculum was found to cover the theme on use of natural resources most frequently, followed by environmental problem, while 2007 revised curriculum to cover environmental problem and effects of technical development most frequently, followed by space development and use of natural resources. Fourth, in the area of STS teaching activities, 'investigation activity' showed highest percentage in 7th curriculum, followed by 'analysis of data', and 'research design', while 'analysis of data' showed highest frequency of appearance, followed by "investigation activity' and 'actual activities' and 'research design' in the order named in 2007 revised curriculum, showing that the area of 'analysis of data' and 'actual activities' increased substantially compared to the 7th curriculum.

간호학 전문대학원(ND: Doctor of Nursing) 프로그램 개발에 관한 연구 : RN-BSN과정의 학생과 교수를 중심으로 (Development of ND (Doctor of Nursing) Program: Focused on the RN-BSN Students and Professors)

  • Recent changes in health problems as well as the health delivery system demand expanding nursing roles to improve quality care and at the same time provide cost-effective health services. Nursing leaders of the future will be expected to be excellent care givers who are well prepared as researchers and managers and administrators. The purpose of developing an ND program is to train nursing leaders for the future. The program objective are to demonstrate the role as 1) an advanced practitioner who will provide theory based practice 2) a researcher and manager The target population of the ND program is as follows : 1) Nurses with a BSN degree who are seeking to advance on the career ladder 2) Non-nursing BS, BA graduates who are seeking nursing as a second career 3) Transfer students who are mature and motived to be nursing leaders It is believed that the ND program would meet the diverse needs for potential students, for their role in nursing and the health delivery system and create a meaning and challenging position in the profession of nursing. A task force team was organized to develop the ND program and its activities are as follows; 1) Information on ND programs were collected from 3 universities and reviewed 2)An advanced education needs assessment was completed and it was found that 87.6% of the subjects responded positively about advanced degree work. 3) A tentative curriculum for an ND program was developed. It is a great challenge to develop a new program for nursing however, it is also our task and responsibility to further the development of nursing.

대학생의 진로개발과 취업준비에 대한 인식 연구 (Research of university students' awareness of career development and their preparation for employment)

  • 이 연구는 대학생들을 대상으로 진로개발과 취업준비에 대한 인식을 분석하여 진로개발 활동의 문제점과 해결방안의 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있으며, 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학 입학 시부터 학생 스스로가 진로계획을 수립하고 이를 준비할 수 있는 교육체계 수립이 요구되어 진다. 이는 대학 교육과정에 진로개발 과목이 교양필수로 포함하여야 하고 취업준비센터 등의 기관과 유기적인 연계성 방안이 필요하다. 둘째, 대학생이 직업세계로의 원활한 이행을 위해 활용되어 질 수 있는 대학생 커리어 포트폴리오(career portfolio)를 객관적인 평가자료로 인정하는 제도가 필요하다. 또한 이를 데이터베이스(Database)화를 통하여 대학생의 커리어가 졸업 후에도 지속적으로 관리 유지한다면 대학경쟁력 강화에 기초가 될 것이다. 셋째, 대학생 자신이 보유하고 있는 직업기초능력의 수준 진단을 통해 개인별, 학과별 진로개발의 방향을 설정하고 필요한 역량을 개발할 수 있는 개인별, 학과별 역량강화 프로그램 개발이 필요하다. 따라서 대학 졸업생의 취업 준비도를 제고할 수 있는 직업기초능력 평가와 그 결과에 따른 진로개발 지원책이 필요하다. 넷째, 고등교육단계의 대학생들이 학과에 대한 만족도, 전공 선택, 현재 대학에서의 진로관련 서비스 등에 대한 학생들의 낮은 인식도(M=2.86)는 대학에서의 학습과 일과의 연계성 있는 체계구축이 요구됨을 보여준다. 따라서 단기적으로 대학 내 운영되고 있는 각 종 취업 및 자기개발 역량 교육프로그램에 대한 양적 질적 평가가 우선적으로 선행되어야 하며, 장기적인 관점에서는 대학 내 진로서비스 기관의 진단을 위한 인적자원개발 전문가 확보 등의 대책 마련이 시급하다.

성공적 지식경영을 위한 CoP 운영전략 : S사의 지식경영구축 사례를 중심으로 (A Study on Successful Community of Practice Strategy and Implementation : Case Study of 'S' Corporation's Knowledge Management)

  • Effective knowledge sharing and creating requires human networking as well as system. Corporation 'S' organized 'community of practice(CoP),' which is a virtual group based on work process, skill, and interest. The purpose of this study is to suggest effective CoP establishment and implementation methods, based upon 'S' experience. The effective methods this study suggests are : setting up clear CoP objectives by each CoP; dual CoP system with career centered and subject centered; alignment with business strategy; guide by knowledge integrator, and professional competence development as CoP purpose. Key success factors to CoP activities also include effective communication, facilitators' competency, and managers' support.
