The objective of this study was to develop and verify the effectiveness of the career education program for unwed mothers to facilitate to consider their career plan and career orientation. The program of this study was based on the Super's developmental theory. The program was done twice a week totally 8 times. The subject of the program is unwed mothers from 16 to 25 years old. One-group pretest-posttest design was held. The quantitative and qualitative researches were carried out. In quantitative research, the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test was done with SPSS Window 10.0 to evaluate the effectiveness of the career education program. In qualitative research, the content of discussion in the course of group process, investigation, and the materials which were made from the group members were analysed to the objects of program. The results of this study was proven to develop career maturity, career decision level, and career identity. Finally, the meanings of this consequences were discussed.

본 연구는 경호전공 대학생 중심으로 전공만족, 진로정체감 및 진로결정 자기효능감의 구조적 관계를 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 또한 각 변인들간의 직접효과, 간접효과와 총효과를 확인하여 합리적인 진로탐색과 진로프로그램 개발의 기초를 제공해주고자 한다. 이를 위해 경호전공 대학생 239명의 설문자료를 수집하였으며 구조방정식 모형분석을 적용하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교과만족은 진로결정, 진로확신, 진로흥미에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 관계만족과 일반적 만족은 진로결정과 진로확신에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사회적 인식은 진로흥미에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 진로결정, 진로확신은 문제해결, 정보수집, 계획설정에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 진로흥미는 문제해결과 정보수집에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 교과만족은 진로결정을 통하여 문제해결과 정보수집에 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 교과만족은 진로확신을 통하여 문제해결과 정보수집에 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 일곱째, 관계만족은 진로흥미를 통하여 문제해결, 정보수집과 계획설정에 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 여덟째, 일반적 만족은 진로결정을 통하여 문제해결과 정보수집에 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과를 중심으로 경호학에서의 시사점과 추후연구를 위한 제언들을 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of agriculture on the career adaptation and career decision by measuring the job value and the subjective norm of agriculture. Conclusions based on the study results can be suggested as follows. First, career decision self-efficacy and subjective norm were significant variables in career adaptability of agriculture major college students. Therefore, the belief that one can plan and practice career goals and the affirmation of career plans and decisions in the vicinity are important factors in career adaptability. Second, Self-Realization and social recognition were significant variables in career decision self-efficacy of college students majoring in agriculture. In other words, it can be judged that social recognition such as honor and honor of others in a career choice has a positive effect on the career decision self-efficacy which is self-esteem in career selection. Lastly, An important variable for the subjective norms of agricultural college students was social recognition. This can be said that the positive perception of the surrounding people is very important as the value of social recognition is more important.

본 연구는 경호학을 전공하는 대학생을 대상으로 전공수업만족도가 진로 결정 효능감에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보는데 있으며, 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 성별에 따른 전공수업만족도와 진로 결정 효능감의 차이에서는 전공수업만족도의 하위변인 중 학습요인, 대인관계, 적성요인, 진로요인, 진로 결정 효능감의 하위변인 중 미래계획, 목표해결, 직업정보, 문제해결에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 소속 학교와 학년에 따른 전공수업만족도와 진로 결정 효능감의 차이에서는 전공수업 만족도의 하위변인 중 학습요인, 대인관계, 적성요인에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 전공수업만족이 미래계획에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 전공수업만족도의 학습요인, 적성요인, 진로요인이 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 전공수업만족이 목표해결에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 전공수업만족도의 학습요인, 적성요인이 목표해결에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 전공수업만족이 직업정보에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 전공수업만족도의 적성요인, 진로요인이 직업정보에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 전공수업만족이 문제해결에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 전공수업만족도의 진로요인이 문제해결에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구에서는 전문대학생의 진로자기효능감 및 진로선택을 분석하였다. 전문대학생의 진로자기효능감과 진로선택은 전공계열과 전공만족도에 따라 차이가 나타났으며, 성별의 경우 진로선택에서만 차이가 나타났다. IT자격증 유무는 진로자기효능감과 진로선택에 있어 차이는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 전문대학생의 경우 진로자기효능감을 높이기위해서는 전공계열별로 전공만족도를 향상시킬 필요가 있으며, 진로선택시 대부분이 전공계열로 진학 및 취업 할 계획이기에 전공에 대한 만족도를 높일 수 있는 다양한 방안이 마련되어야 할 것이다.

The ultimate goal of career guidance is to help medical students develop a career plan that matches their personal characteristics, allows them to train in their desired subspecialty, and helps them to adapt well to medical practice after graduation. Gachon Medical School has designed a longitudinal career guidance program called GLORI (Gachon Longitudinal Orientation and Career Development), which is based on the outcome of each phase. The program consists of regular courses and portfolio-based career guidance from a mentor professor. In phase 2 (basic medical science), the "Career Seminar" course was developed. This course focuses on self-understanding through a psychological inventory, exploration of postgraduate career paths, and interviews with professors in specialties of interest. In phase 3 (the integration of basic and clinical science), the "Exploring Nonclinical Career Options" course was introduced. This course presents perspectives from doctors who have followed various pioneering career trajectories, including biomedical engineering, medical journalism, writing, public health, health care administration, the pharmaceutical and medical device industries, and other areas. All teaching methods were designed to encourage student participation. The assessment methods are assignment-based, including self-reflective reports and presentations. In addition, a portfolio-based career guidance program is implemented in phases 3 and 4 (clinical clerkship). It is expected that this case study will serve as a practical example for developing comprehensive career guidance programs for medical schools.

The Executive Chef and depart of career development have to plan for problems now and a long time of time to cooks. Demand of cook career development are sociality and economical. Because the hotel needs a high-grade cook for keep competitive in changing surround. internal resources are more effect ive when require without delay man power than hire urgent. It is not only lack career development to cook, probably face up to retirement at one time and foment social order but also cook lose their a right to labor. Cook supports their family and grow, economic base for ethical by labor, so have to carry their point. In addition the domestic five stars hotel's career development structure are very simple and infirm, so it cause stagnation to position, lead to negative vision and show a drop in efficiency. Therefore the hotel must investment about Career Development.

본 연구는 대학생 자신과 대학교 진로 관계자가 성공적으로 진로 준비를 할 수 있도록, 진로준비행동에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 요인을 찾고자 했다. 선행 연구 고찰을 통해, 대학생이 성공적으로 진로 목표를 설정하고, 목표를 달성하기 위한 계획을 세우고, 구체적으로 실천하는 행동에 영향을 주는 개인 변인을 도출했고, 변인 간 관계의 유의미성을 확인하고자 했다. 전국 4년제 대학생 300명을 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 진로스트레스, 진로결정자기효능감, 진로동기, 진로준비행동의 관계를 분석한 결과, 진로스트레스는 진로자기효능감에 부적 영향를 미쳤고, 진로결정자기효능감은 진로동기에 정적 영향을 미쳤으며, 진로동기는 진로준비행동에 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 그리고 진로스트레스와 진로준비행동 사이에 진로결정자기효능감과 진로동기가 순차적으로 매개했다. 본 연구결과를 통해 대학생이 성공적으로 진로를 준비하는 데 필요한 개인적 변인을 찾고, 변인 간 관계를 확인했다는 데 그 의의가 있다. 아울러 대학교 진로 관계자는 진로결정자기효능감과 진로동기를 높일 수 있는 진로 프로그램을 개발할 필요성이 있음을 제시했다.

Objective: The purpose of this study is to analyze the structural relations between infant teachers' career, efficacy, sensitivity, and the development of their professionalism. Methods: Data were collected from 320 infant teachers working at day care centers in Gyeonggi-do and Seoul. The collected data were applied to SPSS 22.0 program. With the data, correlation analysis and structural equation model analysis were conducted. Results: Firstly, infant teachers' career didn't influence the development of their professionalism directly, but indirectly affected their efficacy and sensitivity. Secondly, the variables that directly affected the development of their professionalism were teacher efficacy and sensitivity. Thirdly, teacher efficacy and sensitivity had full mediation between their career and the development of professionalism. Conclusion/Implications: Infant teachers' career affected the development of their professionalism through teacher efficacy and sensitivity. Based on the result, a plan for developing infant teachers' professionalism was proposed, and suggestions of follow-up research were discussed.

The purpose of this study was to examine in influence on the effect of understanding their major and career self-efficacy on career indecision of the community college students majoring in fashion and is intended to provide useful resources on career education and guidance of students through this research. In order to achieve the objective of study, 349 college students in Gyeonggido were selected for the questionnaires for the understanding major, career self-efficacy, and career indecisions survey. The survey data was analyzed using the statistical program SPSS 12.0 and this was followed by the descriptive statistics, factor analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis. The results were as follows; First, career indecision factors of the college students majoring in fashion were extracted 5 valuables that were 'insufficiencies vocational information', 'an undeceivable character', 'the lack of self well-defined', 'the lack of needs for job' and 'external barrier for the career'. Second, the subordinate valuables of understanding major which is 'social cognition for the major', 'satisfaction on the major course', and 'satisfaction on the major skill', had positive effect on career self-efficacy. Third, understanding of major and the subordinate valuables of career self-efficacy which is 'making goal for the career', 'career information', 'career plan for the future', 'alternative searching', and 'overcoming difficulties' had negative effect on career indecision. Forth, understanding major and career self-efficacy had medicated in career indecision.
