Recently, many companies want to accept and operate ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) system in their fields ERP does not only include business, but also include finance, account, trade, personnel and BPR(Business Process Reengineering). Especially, it is necessary to have ERP system for companies which have lots of external businesses such as trade and communication sector. In modern society, the manufacture field faces on variable chances of Environment. For this situation, the application of Information technique is one of the main point maintain competitive power. The company should chose a proper method for their future and build Unified Information System on its suitable situation. Nowadays, Adjustment and application of technical method for Internet/Intranet and raised and more advanced Extranet gains its force at the moment. The Unification of ERP and POP system under the distributed environment like this will have a huge influence to us. In this subject, I will think about POP system for operating EPR system and improve its defects that can operate more effective sales, circulation, demand plan. Also, I suggest a proper POP system can handle seperated resources in each part of factory for a plan of shot period, order operating, factory inventory, process control.

It compared subcontractor with contractor that are wages, the labor hour and labor condition of the work environment back are inferior relative. The subcontractor which basically the contract workers evade the dangerous process or the difficult work, the dirty work back what is called 3D the case which does to keep a business is many. so With life it will be threatened consequent health directly. The possibility where the subcontractor will be exposed to danger work came to be high. Together the reason of subcontract at managing the big business the case which becomes accomplished in objective, about lower the immediacy safety&health problem, subcontractor assigned workers is the actual condition only it could not be deteriorated more in public finance of the supply and enterprise and technical ability insufficiency. Consequently it prevents the subcontract which danger work is insensitive from this research and immediacy of the subcontract workers who is weak hygiene circumstance complement the plan it will be able to secure the immediacy safety&health subcontract workers, substantially to prepare in the hazard subcontract proprietor.

The purpose of this study is to seek the revitalization plans of export platform for supporting export enterprise of the domestic public services. To activate the export platform, alternatives to two aspects are required as follows. First of all, a governance plan of export platform should be established. At present, an operation entity of export platform, which is still developing stage, is not yet established. In this situation, even though export platform developed, it will faced with inefficient operation. Therefore, an operation entity and appropriate business model are important to the platform activation. second, to activate platform, it is necessary to support export process of life cycle. In particular, the service, which can support the business strategies setting and project implementation stage, is required. In addition, in order to activate the export platform is need to operate with he government's support program.

The industry related to commercial space transport is growing rapidly as a futurity industry all over the world and America is leading them. If this trend continues, domestic individuals or private enterprises may plan for the commercial space transport business by adopting the advanced technology. Therefore it is necessary to make a law to control the business in our country for the industrial development and the growth related to commercial space transport. This paper provides outline for domestic commercial space transport law by the study and analysis of U.S. commercial space transport laws.

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is one of key information technology to shape doing business. ERP adoption characteristics like IS planning and change management before ERP implementation are rising in importance, because of gaining competitive advantage. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of the characteristics of ERP adoption on ERP implementation success. From previous researches on ERP adoption and implementation, two characteristics of ERP adoption such as IS planning and change management, and 2 dependent variables such as process innovation and business performance, are identified. From data collection processes, 122 samples are collected. The results of hypothesis testing show that organizations with IS plan have higher implementation performance than organizations without IS plan. Also, organizations with the process of change management have higher implementation performance than organizations without the process of change management. Also, The interaction effect between IS planning and change management shows bigger impact in ERP implementation success.

In this paper, we consider a production system in which the items are produced by batch. For a production planning of the system, we formulate a lot-sizing problem in which each production should be a multiple of a given unit batch and backlogging is allowed. We propose an optimal dynamic programming algorithm for the plan whose complexity is $O(T^2)$ where T is the maximum number of periods in a plan.
